Abstract

There is disclosed a food baking appliance characterized in that it comprises a charcoal grill (1) and a food cooking means (2) positioned between the charcoal grill (1) and a means meant for the placement of charcoals (3) so that when the charcoals of the charcoal grill (1) and the charcoals of the means (3) are lit, the baking of the food in the cooking means (2) is achieved by the heat diffused by both the charcoal grill (1) and the charcoal means (3).
