Abstract

The present disclosure relates to an air guide casing and an air-cooled energy storage device. The air guide casing includes an air casing cavity. The inner surface of the air casing cavity includes an air inlet end surface, an air barrier end surface, and an air outlet end surface, wherein the air inlet end surface is disposed opposite the air barrier end surface and is used to allow an inlet air stream to flow in; the air barrier end surface is used to collide the inlet air stream to form a diffused air stream; and the air outlet end surface is used to allow the diffused air stream to flow out.The inner surface of the air casing cavity further includes flow guide end surfaces located on the side of the air inlet end surface and the air barrier end surface, wherein a flow disruptor is provided on at least one of the flow guide end surfaces; and the flow disruptor does not prevent the inlet air flow from flowing between the air inlet end surface and the air barrier end surface, and the flow disruptor can prevent the diffused air flow from flowing along the flow guide end surface. The air guide casing can overcome or at least reduce the problems of easy vortex formation in the air guide casing and uneven air discharge from the air guide casing, thereby improving the cooling effect of a battery cluster.
