Abstract
Well spacers containing a small amount of cementitious feedstock are used before pumping cement precursors into the well. The use of cementitious feedstock in the spacer reduces the loss of setting in the cement at the interface with the spacer. The cementitious feedstock can be either a cementitious reactant or an activator.
