Abstract

The design in question is an image design for selecting search conditions such as designated goods and services in trademark search work. When one or more buttons of "Selection Button 1" shown in "Reference Figure 1" in the "Image Figure" are selected, the color of the selected button changes and the image changes to "Image Figure 1 Showing the Changed State". When the "Expanding Operation Area" shown in "Reference Figure 2" in "Image Figure 1 Showing the Changed State" is selected, the image changes to "Image Figure 2 Showing the Changed State". When one of the buttons of "Selection Button 2" shown in "Reference Figure 3" in "Image Figure 2 Showing the Changed State" is selected, the color of the selected button changes and the image changes to "Image Figure 3 Showing the Changed State". Note that "Image Figure 3 Showing the Changed State" is the image when all three buttons of "Selection Button 2" shown in "Reference Figure 3" are selected. When the "pop-up button" shown in "Image Figure", "Image Figure 1 showing the changed state", "Image Figure 2 showing the changed state", and "Image Figure 3 showing the changed state" and "Reference Figure 4" is selected, a pop-up window is displayed over the image that was displayed before the selection, and the image changes to "Image Figure 4 showing the changed state". Note that "Image Figure 4 showing the changed state" is the image when the total number of buttons selected in "Selection Button 1" and "Selection Button 2" is 6. When any of the buttons in "Selection Button 3" shown in "Reference Figure 5" in "Image Figure 4 showing the changed state" is selected, the color of the selected button changes, and the image changes to "Image Figure 5 showing the changed state". Note that "Image Figure 5 showing the changed state" is the image when a button in "Selection Button 3" that is in the same position as the button that is white in "Image Figure 5 showing the changed state" is selected in "Image Figure 4 showing the changed state".
