Bearing assembly jig

Abstract

This item is a particularly large assembly jig for bearings consisting of an outer ring, an inner ring, and rolling elements. As shown in the reference drawing and reference front view, its state of use is composed of a cylindrical pressing jig that presses the inner ring, a long threaded rod that is inserted into the center of the pressing jig and whose tip abuts against the shaft via a support plate, a pressing jig pressing arm attached to the threaded rod, a cylindrical hydraulic cylinder that presses the threaded rod, and a nut fixed to the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder. The bearing is assembled by operating the hydraulic cylinder to press the inner ring into the bearing via the pressing jig.
