Abstract

This product is a sensor mounting plate for a face velocity flowmeter that measures the flow velocity and water level of a fluid flowing through an open channel to determine the fluid flow rate. Specifically, it is a plate with a first guide, a second guide, a third guide, and bolt holes for a sensor mounting seat, and is used by immersing the sensor in the open channel with the direction of the first guide aligned with the direction of fluid flow, as shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing the Use State." The face velocity flowmeter measures the frequency of ultrasonic waves emitted from the sensor and reflected by bubbles generated in the ceramic porous body via an air tube, and converts the frequency change into flow velocity or water pressure into water level to determine the flow rate of the fluid flowing through the open channel. The accuracy of the fluid flow rate measurement can be optimized, for example, by adjusting the density of bubbles flowing in front of the sensor. Because this product has a first guide that extends in one direction, the attachment position of the ceramic porous body relative to the sensor can be adjusted; if you want to increase the density of the bubbles, you simply adjust it so that it is closer to the sensor, and if you want to decrease the density of the bubbles, you simply adjust it so that it is farther away from the sensor.This means that the accuracy of flow rate measurement can be easily adjusted and optimized.
