Abstract

The article relating to the present design is a device used for attaching and detaching a pressure reducing valve seat sleeve. The pressure reducing valve seat sleeve attachment / detachment device relating to the present design is used to attach and detach a cylindrical seat sleeve installed vertically inside a pressure reducing tank in a pressure reducing valve attached to a pressure reducing tank. The pressure reducing valve seat sleeve attachment / detachment device relating to the present design is a device used to lift the seat sleeve upward after being inserted into the cylindrical seat sleeve and hooking onto the lower end of the seat sleeve. It comprises a plate portion that hooks onto the lower end of the seat sleeve, a pair of rod-shaped portions connected to the plate portion, and a fixing member for fixing the rod-shaped portions when attaching the shaft member. The plate portion is a substantially elliptical member in plan view, with a length in the long axis direction that is longer than the inner diameter of the lower end of the seat sleeve and less than or equal to the outer diameter of the lower end, a length in the short axis direction that is shorter than the inner diameter of the seat sleeve, and a length in the thickness direction of the plate portion that is shorter than the inner diameter of the seat sleeve. A through hole with a female thread for screwing in the shaft member is formed through the front and back of the plate portion approximately in the center in plan view. The plate portion is also equipped with a cover member on its surface. The cover member is a plate-shaped member having a rectangular opening in the center. When the cover member is attached, a pair of rod-shaped portions are positioned inside the opening edge of the cover member, and are formed so that the center of the opening and the central axis of the through hole are approximately coincident. The pair of rod-shaped portions are axial members and are connected to the surface of the plate portion by a pivoting portion connected to their base ends, so as to sandwich the through hole opening on the surface of the plate portion. They are mounted so as to be able to pivot approximately 180° along the axial direction of the plate portion with the base end as the pivot point (see Reference Figures 1 and 2 showing the state of use). In other words, the pair of rod-shaped portions are connected to the plate portion so as to pivot from an insertion position where the axial direction of the rod-shaped portion and the long axis direction of the plate portion are approximately coincident, to a hook position where the long direction of the plate portion is approximately perpendicular to the axial direction of the rod-shaped portion. In addition, a male screw portion for fixing a fixing member is formed at the tip of the rod-shaped portion. The fixing member is a plate-shaped member that is approximately circular in plan view, and is formed so that its diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the sheet sleeve.A through-hole for inserting the shaft member is formed in the center of the fixing member, and a through-hole for inserting the rod-shaped portion is formed outside of this through-hole. The shaft member is a shaft-shaped member used to attach and detach the seat sleeve of a pressure reducing valve seat sleeve by connecting it to the pressure reducing valve seat sleeve attachment / detachment device according to the present design. A male threaded portion is formed at the base end, which has rigidity capable of lifting heavy objects, and it can be securely attached to the plate by screwing the male threaded portion into the female threaded portion of the through-hole of the plate portion. The pressure reducing valve seat sleeve attachment / detachment device according to the present design is used as follows: When removing the seat sleeve of a pressure reducing valve attached to the flange of a pressure reducing tank (hereinafter referred to as the tank-side flange) (this seat sleeve is attached so that its axial direction is approximately vertical), with the upper end of the seat sleeve exposed, the plate portion is inserted into the interior from the upper end opening of the seat sleeve (see Reference Figure 1 showing the state of use). At this point, the pair of rod-shaped parts are swung to the insertion position so that the longitudinal direction of the plate part is approximately aligned with the axial direction of the sheet sleeve (in other words, the longitudinal direction of the plate part is approximately aligned with the vertical direction), and the plate part is inserted through the upper end opening of the sheet sleeve and moved down to the lower end opening. Next, with the plate part protruding from the lower end opening of the sheet sleeve, the plate part is swung to the hook position. That is, the plate part is positioned so that the longitudinal axis direction of the plate part, the axial direction of the sheet sleeve, and the axial direction of the rod-shaped part are approximately perpendicular to each other. Next, the rod-shaped parts are moved upward to a position where both ends of the cover member of the plate part in the longitudinal direction catch on the lower end of the sheet sleeve, and the surface of the cover member comes into contact with the lower end of the sheet sleeve (see Reference Figure 2 showing the state of use). In this state, the tip of the rod-shaped part is inserted into the through hole of the fixing member, and moved downward along the rod-shaped part until the fixing member comes into contact with the upper end edge of the sheet sleeve, and the rod-shaped part and the fixing member are fixed with a nut (see Reference Figure 3 showing the state of use). Next, the shaft member is inserted into the sheet sleeve through the through hole in the center of the fixing member. When the base end of the shaft member comes into contact with the plate portion, the base end of the shaft member is screwed into the through hole in the plate portion to attach it and connect the shaft member to the plate portion (see Reference Figure 4 showing the state of use).In this state, by attaching a hydraulic drive device or the like to the tip of the shaft member and operating it to move the shaft member upward, the heavy seat sleeve can be detached from the tank-side flange and pulled upward (see Reference Figure 5 showing the usage state).
