Abstract

This article is a resin-molded rolling element circulation pipe that is fitted into the slider of a linear guide device used in an actuator or the like. A recess formed on the outer peripheral surface of this article holds lubricating oil, and a through hole that communicates between the recess on the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface supplies the lubricating oil held in the recess on the outer peripheral surface to the inner peripheral surface. The recess on the outer peripheral surface is formed at the end side and the center in the longitudinal direction of the rolling element circulation pipe. A plurality of rolling elements are circulated by being redirected from between the slider and the guide rail by a return member on one side, passing through the rolling element circulation pipe (this article), and being redirected between the slider and the guide rail by a return member on the other side after passing through the rolling element circulation pipe. The circulation of the rolling elements allows the slider to move relative to the guide rail.
