Abstract
The piping fixing device of this article is used to attach a pipe 4 to a stand 21 (reference overall front view showing the state in use and reference overall cross-sectional view showing the state in use), and comprises a base side clamping member 2 that is placed on the stand 21, and a non-base side clamping member 3 that is arranged adjacent to the base side clamping member in a manner that clamps the pipe 4 (reference overall oblique view showing the state in use), and the pipe 4 can be fixed to the stand 21 by arranging a U-bolt 5 so as to surround the base side clamping member 2 and the non-base side clamping member 3 with them arranged adjacent to each other. Here, each end face of the outer shell portion 8a of the base side clamping member 2 protrudes further than each end face of the insulating portion 9a of the base side clamping member, so that semi-annular spaces 16a are formed on both sides of the insulating portion 9a on the inner side of the protruding side of the outer shell portion 8a, and each end face of the outer shell portion 8b of the non-base side clamping member 3 protrudes further than each end face of the insulating portion 9b of the non-base side clamping member, so that semi-annular spaces 16b are formed on both sides of the insulating portion 9b on the inner side of the protruding side of the outer shell portion 8b, and these pairs of semi-annular spaces 16a and 16b are each continuously integrated as a cylindrical space 17, and each cylindrical space is adapted to have an end 52 of a thermal insulation material 51 wrapped around a pipe 4 inserted therein (reference overall cross-sectional view showing the state of use). Furthermore, rather than directly inserting the end 52 of the thermal insulation material 51, an attachment for the thermal insulation material is attached to the end, and then the thermal insulation material 51 is inserted into the cylindrical space 17 together with the attachment for the thermal insulation material. This makes it possible to easily insert the thermal insulation material into the cylindrical space 17 even if fibers are protruding or tangled at the cut surface of the thermal insulation material 51 or the overall shape is bulging (reference overall oblique view No. 2 showing the state of use).
