Abstract
This item is a part designed to hold a plate-shaped part. The main body is generally rectangular (however, each part is appropriately provided with notches, protrusions, etc.), and a U-shaped plate-shaped member (sheath) is attached to cover the left side, front, and right sides. The U-shaped sheath is configured with a main surface that covers the front of the main body, and left and right end surfaces that extend toward the main body by bending at right angles from both the left and right ends. The right and left end surfaces of the sheath are fixed to the left and right sides of the main body, respectively, and the main surface is supported slightly away from the front of the main body so as to form a gap between it and the front of the main body. The plate-shaped part to be held is inserted between the main surface of the sheath and the front of the main body, and is held here. The main body is provided with two holes that penetrate from the back to the front, and a ball plunger is inserted into these holes from the back side, and the tip of the ball plunger is exposed at the front of the main body at a position that corresponds to the back side of the main surface of the sheath. The plate-shaped part to be supported by this article is inserted between the front surface of the main body and the main surface of the sheath, more precisely, between the tip of the ball plunger exposed on the front surface of the main body and the main surface of the sheath. The tip of the ball plunger is urged toward the tip by an elastic body provided inside the ball plunger, so that the plate-shaped part inserted between the tip of the ball plunger and the main surface of the sheath is pressed against the back side of the main surface of the sheath. In this way, the plate-shaped part is well held by this article. A hole penetrating the main body from top to bottom is provided at a position on the upper surface of the main body near the back, and the entire article can be attached to another device by screwing a fastener or the like into this hole.
