Barcode reader stand

Abstract

The article according to this design is a barcode reader stand that is installed in, for example, a logistics center or the back of a store. When in use, as shown in Reference Figures 1 and 2 showing the usage state, the barcode reader is attached to the arm so that it faces downward, so that the barcode of the transport container inserted into the base member can be read. In addition, since the support and arm are made of rail material, the barcode reader can be attached in any direction. For example, as shown in Reference Figure 3 showing the usage state, by attaching the barcode reader to the support or arm so that it faces the front side, it is also possible to read the barcodes of multiple transport containers stacked vertically on a cart passing in front of this article at once. And, as shown by the thick arrows in Reference Figures 1 and 2 showing the usage state, the height of the arm, the position of the support on the back side, the position of the cart stopper 2, etc. can be adjusted as desired. In addition, the position of the arm on the front side can be adjusted up and down, so that the focus of the barcode reader can be adjusted to the height of the transport container. Since an adjuster is provided on the base member, the support can be adjusted to be vertical even on a sloping floor. This item can be moved with the adjuster raised, or the support posts can be detached from the base member and transported separately, as shown in Reference Figure 4, which shows the item in use.
