Abstract

This product is a cooling member for a skin cooling device for mitigating pain caused by punctures, which cools the skin to relieve pain when a puncture needle is inserted during dialysis or injection. As shown in [Reference Figure 1], the cooling stamp constituting the cooling member is a part of the body of the skin cooling device for mitigating pain caused by punctures, and is housed in the holding part constituting the cooling member and cooled. A Peltier element for cooling, a control device, etc. are incorporated inside the device body. As shown in [Reference Figure 2], when in use, the cooling stamp is taken out and the lower end face of the stamp is pressed against the surface of the arm for about 10 to 15 seconds to cool the skin and relieve the pain caused by inserting a puncture needle.
