Abstract

The article according to the proposed design can be used in cases where rod-shaped members such as bamboo are arranged in parallel and connected together to construct a wall structure, and as shown in the "Reference side view showing an example of use" and the "Reference plan view showing an example of use" (hereinafter, both views are collectively referred to as the "Reference view for use"), the proposed article is a conventionally known pipe clamp consisting of a receiving base, a pressing cover that can be opened and closed, and a fastening screw shaft that presses the pressing cover toward the receiving base to clamp a pipe material such as a round steel pipe sandwiched between the receiving base and the pressing cover, to which an accessory for attaching another article is attached. The accessory is composed of a long nut that is attached to the outer surface of the receiving base of the pipe clamp so as to be rotatable around a rotation axis perpendicular to the outer surface, and a U-shaped plate that is fitted onto the tip of the long nut and fixed by welding so as to form a band-passing hole that passes through perpendicular to the rotation axis between the tip surface of the long nut. The long nut is attached to the bolt, which is inserted from the inside to the outside of the receiving base, so that the long nut can rotate together with the bolt. The method of using the product of the present invention is described below. As shown in the above-mentioned reference drawing, the pipe clamps constituting the product of the present invention are attached at appropriate intervals to the round steel pipes constituting the support structure for supporting the wall structure to be constructed, and a known fastening band is inserted into the band-passing hole constituted by the accessory of the pipe clamp. By fastening a rod-shaped member such as bamboo, which is oriented at a right angle to the round steel pipe, with the fastening band, the wall structure can be constructed by arranging the rod-shaped member such as bamboo in parallel in the length direction of the round steel pipe. In practice, the round steel pipes are arranged in parallel to each other at multiple points in the length direction of the rod-shaped member such as bamboo to be attached, and multiple points in the length direction of each rod-shaped member such as bamboo are attached to the round steel pipe via the product of the present invention. In addition, by utilizing the fact that the position of the band-through hole at the end of the long nut can be freely changed by rotating the proposed article around the round steel pipe, and that the long nut itself can be freely rotated around its rotation axis in a range of 360 degrees to freely change the penetrating direction of the band-through hole at the end of the long nut, various wall-like structures suitable for the purpose can be constructed by freely selecting the direction of the round steel pipe of the supporting structure and the direction of the rod-like member such as bamboo. In addition, in the eight figures from the front view to the perspective view from the upper back side, the long nut is shown in a state where it is rotated with respect to the receiving base so that the penetrating direction of the band-through hole is perpendicular to the length direction of the round steel pipe clamped by the pipe clamp, and in the reference perspective view showing the developed state, the long nut is shown in a state where it is rotated with respect to the receiving base so that the penetrating direction of the band-through hole is parallel to the length direction of the round steel pipe clamped by the pipe clamp. In this way, the penetration direction of the band hole can be freely rotated 360 degrees around the rotation axis of the long nut, but when used as shown in the above reference diagram, the long nut is rotated relative to the receiving base so that the penetration direction of the band hole is parallel to the length direction of the round steel pipe clamped by the pipe clamp, as shown in the reference perspective diagram showing the deployed state. Of course, not only the fastening band, but also wires and strings can be used as long as they can be inserted into the band hole. In summary, the use of the proposed article is not limited to the construction of wall-like structures, but can also be used as a means for attaching any article to a round steel pipe or round bar to which a pipe clamp can be attached, using a fastening band, wire, string, etc.
