Deep fryer cooking paper cover

Abstract

This is a cylindrical paper cover that prevents oil and other ingredients from splashing around the deep fryer when cooking with the deep fryer. It can be used with induction cooking heaters. Reference Figure 1 is a top view of an example of how a cylindrical paper cover is placed on a home induction cooking heater to cover the deep fryer when cooking tempura with the heater. Reference Figure 2 is a front view of Reference Figure 1, and the dotted line in Reference Figure 2 shows the deep fryer inside the paper cover. It is recommended that the height of the cylindrical cover be around 20cm.
