Container for packaging

Abstract

This article is a packaging container formed by molding a sheet-like blank shown in the reference development drawing with a press machine. While the blank shown in the reference development drawing is folded in a mountain fold at the dashed line and in a valley fold at the two-dot chain line, the blank is heated while being pressed during molding, so that the synthetic resin coating layer provided on the surface of the blank melts, and the blank is crimped to maintain the shape as a packaging container. Further, the outer edge of the blank is edge-rolled, and at the edge of the container, an edge-rolled portion having a substantially circular cross-section is formed, whereby the overall strength is improved and the shape of the container is stably maintained.
