Abstract
This article is a floor material arranged at the bent portion provided on the temporary scaffold, as shown in the reference diagram showing the usage state, which is a view of the temporary scaffold from above. The temporary scaffold is constructed including a number of columns, a cross member erected between two columns, and a work platform board spanned by locking hook members at both ends to two cross members. A plurality of work platform boards are arranged side by side in the length direction of these work platform boards, thereby forming a passage for workers to walk, etc. In the middle of this passage, the adjacent work platform boards in the length direction form an angle, thereby providing the above-mentioned bent portion, and a gap is provided between these work platform boards, and this article is used to cover this gap. As shown in the reference perspective view showing the names of each part, the main body having a large area of this article is made of a metal plate. At both ends in the extending direction of the above-mentioned passage in this main body, inclined portions inclined downward are provided. These inclined portions facilitate the coming and going of workers, etc. between the work platform board and this article. Also, on the back surface of the main body, as shown in the reference bottom view showing the names of each part, a plurality of long rod-shaped members for reinforcing the main body are attached. Further, on the back side of the main body, it is connected to a central axis by a pin passing through this main body. A plate-shaped connecting member extending from this central axis and an elongated member connected to the end of this connecting member are arranged. This is formed of an angle material and is rotatable about the central axis. Hook members are attached to both ends of this elongated member. These hook members are locked from above to the above-mentioned cross member arranged at the location of the above-mentioned gap, and a locking member provided movably on the side portion of each hook member moves so as to close a part of the opening of the hook member, thereby preventing the cross member from coming out of the opening of the hook member, and this article is attached to the cross member. As shown in the reference perspective view indicating the names of the respective parts, two reverse U-shaped gripping members used when an operator lifts this article or the like are provided on this article. Among these gripping members, as shown in the reference bottom view indicating the names of the respective parts, one gripping member disposed at the position of the short rod-shaped member provided on the back surface of the main body is merely vertically movably disposed with respect to the hole provided in the main body. However, the other gripping member is vertically movably attached to the attachment member coupled to the elongated member rotatable about the aforementioned central axis, and thus is vertically movably and rotatable about the central axis and is disposed on the main body. Therefore, for the rotation of the aforementioned other gripping member, an arc-shaped first elongated hole centered on the central axis is formed in the main body, and the upper part of the aforementioned other gripping member protrudes from the upper surface of the main body through this first elongated hole, as shown in the reference perspective view indicating the names of the respective parts. Further, an arc-shaped second elongated hole centered on the central axis is also formed in the main body. The head of a bolt is locked in this second elongated hole and the shaft portion of this bolt is inserted therethrough. The lower end of this shaft portion is coupled to the elongated member by a nut, as shown in the reference bottom view indicating the names of the respective parts. Therefore, the elongated member provided with the aforementioned hook members at both ends is rotatable about the central axis by the head of the bolt locked in the second elongated hole rotating along this second elongated hole. As a result, this article can be made to correspond to the angles of the aforementioned bent portions provided at various angles on the temporary scaffolds constructed at various locations.
