Spout with cap

Abstract

This article is a spout with a cap made of synthetic resin that is attached to a pouch container and has a function of preventing unauthorized opening. As shown in the reference drawing indicating the usage state, this article includes a spout portion that constitutes the pouring opening of the pouch container, a cap body portion configured to be screwed onto the spout portion, a band portion configured to be fitted onto the spout portion, a plurality of connecting portions configured to connect the cap body portion and the band portion, an upper claw portion and a lower claw portion provided on the cap body portion and the band portion respectively. The upper claw portion and the lower claw portion have a function of preventing the breakage of the connecting portion by abutting against each other when attaching the cap body portion and the band portion to the spout portion. On the other hand, when removing the cap body portion from the spout portion, the connecting portion breaks due to the relative rotation between the camp body portion and the band portion. At this time, the band portion remains on the spout portion. The rib portion provided around the spout portion has a function of suppressing or preventing the fall of the band portion.
