Multi-purpose sterilization cleaning module

Abstract

The multi-purpose sterilization and cleaning module of this design is composed of a box-shaped device body made of metal or resin materials. From top to bottom in sequence, a pre-filter is installed at the air intake for air intake, a blower fan is installed below it, deep ultraviolet LEDs are installed on the outer wall around the sterilization space and irradiated inward, a high-performance filter is installed at the bottom of the sterilization space, and an air supply port is provided at the bottom of the device body. The operation of this multi-purpose sterilization and cleaning module is as follows: air is taken into the device body from the pre-filter at the top of the device body by driving the blower fan inside the device. The air passing through the blower fan moves into the sterilization space and the internal air is sterilized by the irradiation of the deep ultraviolet LEDs attached to the outer peripheral wall surface. Subsequently, it is dusted by the high-performance filter at the bottom of the sterilization space, and clean air that has been sterilized and dusted is blown out from the air supply port at the bottom. Incidentally, the product of this design has a control unit outside the device, and the blower fan and deep ultraviolet LEDs inside this device are connected to the control unit provided outside by wiring. As a sterilization and dust removal module with both multi-purpose sterilization and dust removal functions, this product is incorporated into various cleaning devices and used for a wide range of applications.
