Seedling pots

Abstract

The seedling pot of this design is intended for planting and cultivating seedlings. As shown in the reference drawing showing the unfolded state, the seedling pot consists of a single piece of base fabric, with fan-shaped sides and multiple trapezoidal tongues at the bottom of the sides that form the base of the pot. The base fabric has a diamond-shaped hole at the center of the boundary between each tongue and the side. Slits are formed that extend to the valleys at the bases of the tongues adjacent to the hole. The base fabric is formed into a pot-like shape by overlapping the tongues, as shown in the reference perspective view and reference explanatory bottom view from the bottom. As shown in the plan view and bottom view, the seedling pot has a flat pentagonal base and a flat circular top. As shown in the reference drawing showing the seedling pot in use, the roots of grown plants easily protrude through the holes and slits formed in the seedling pot, and the holes and slits are positioned to prevent the protruding roots from entangling with each other.
