Abstract
This article relates to a membrane ceiling support for supporting the edge of a membrane ceiling against the structural frame (walls, beams, columns, etc.) of a building. As shown in the "Reference Perspective View Showing the Names of Each Part" and the "Reference Exploded Perspective View Showing the Names of Each Part," the membrane ceiling support 10 of this article is composed of a base member 11, a height adjustment member 12, a stopper member 13, a lifting member 14, and a hanging member 15. The base member 11 has a pair of fixed portions 11a, 11a attached to the left and right sides of the flat portion of the base member 11, a pair of guide portions 11b, 11b attached to the left and right sides of the front side of the flat portion of the base member 11 in the up-down direction, a height adjustment member holding portion 11c attached to the lower front side of the flat portion of the base member 11, and an arm portion 11d protruding from the flat portion of the base member 11 to the front side with its tip facing downward. Furthermore, stopper member 13 is a nut that is screwed into the vicinity of the head of the threaded shank of height adjustment member 12 (bolt), thereby preventing height adjustment member 12 inserted into the through-hole of height adjustment member holding portion 11c from falling out.Furthermore, as shown in the "reference exploded perspective view showing the names of each part," the lifting member 14 has a pair of left and right guided pieces 14a, 14a, a screw hole for threading the screw shank of the height adjustment member 12 (bolt), and a through hole for attaching the hanging member 15 described below. This allows the membrane ceiling 100 to be in a tensed state. On the other hand, when the height adjustment member 12 (bolt) is rotated in the opposite direction, the lifting member 14 descends along the guide portion 11b. This allows the membrane ceiling 100 to be in a slack state.The membrane ceiling support of this product not only makes it easier to install a membrane ceiling, but also makes it possible to easily adjust the tension of the membrane ceiling after installation.
