Packaging box blanks

Abstract

When assembled, this product is a blank for a tray-shaped packaging box that is structurally reinforced by reinforcing pieces that run along the corners of an inner support plate that hangs from the inner edge of a triangular upper support plate, as shown in Reference Figure 6, which shows the state of use. To assemble this product, as shown in Reference Figure 1, which shows the state of use, the first side wall is raised from the bottom wall, and the second folding plate extending from the edge of the first side wall is folded inward. Next, as shown in Reference Figure 2, which shows the state of use, the outer plate of the second side wall is raised from the bottom wall, and the outer supporting plate is folded to fit along the outer surface of the first side wall, as shown in Reference Figure 3, which also shows the state of use. Next, as shown in Reference Figure 4, which shows the state of use, the upper supporting plate is folded horizontally inward, the inner supporting plate is folded downward along the inner surface of the first side wall, and the first folding plate is folded to overlap the inner surface of the second folding plate. Then, as shown in Reference Figure 5, which shows the state of use, the edge plate and then the inner plate are bent inward in that order so that the second side wall forms a frame shape.
