Contact lens case holder

Abstract

This product is a holder constituting a contact lens case, in which a pair of holders hold a pair of contact lenses. Each holder has a pair of wings, and each contact lens is accommodated and held in a lens holding section between the opposing wings. A through-hole is formed in the base end of each wing, and a loop-shaped claw portion curved in a loop is provided on the outer periphery of each through-hole. As shown by the dashed dotted lines in the [Reference Front View Showing the Use State], by pressing each loop-shaped claw portion inward (in the direction of the white arrow), each wing is elastically deformed, widening the opening of the holder formed by the tip portions of each wing, allowing each contact lens to be inserted into or removed from the lens holding section. Furthermore, by releasing the pressure on each loop-shaped claw portion, each wing elastically deforms and returns to its initial position. The base end of each wing is configured as a loop-shaped claw portion, preventing the opening at the tip portion of each wing from being unintentionally caught on the base end portion of each wing. Furthermore, when each loop-shaped claw portion is pressed, the loop-shaped claw portions come into contact with the base end of the holder located between them, thereby preventing the opening of the holder from opening too wide. Note that a specific example of the present article applied to a contact lens case is shown in [Reference Front View Showing the Names of Each Part], and in this embodiment, a pair of holders are assembled to the stem so as to be rotatable around a rotation axis, but the present article is not limited to this embodiment, and may be fixed to the lid of the contact lens case so as not to be rotatable, for example.
