Scraper unit body for sludge collector in sedimentation tank

Abstract

This product is a scraper unit body for a sludge collector in a sedimentation basin. As shown in "Reference Diagram 1 Showing the Names of Each Part and How to Use" and Figure 2, it is installed in a water treatment facility that performs water purification and other processes. Specifically, the water treatment facility includes a sedimentation basin where impurities contained in the water to be treated are allowed to settle and separate, a collector that collects the impurities that have settled in the sedimentation basin as sludge, and a sludge disposal pit that temporarily stores the sludge scraped by the collector. This product is installed at the bottom of the sedimentation basin. The collector consists of a scraper unit body (this product) consisting of multiple scrapers arranged parallel to each other and multiple baffle plates arranged perpendicular to the scrapers, with multiple sliding plates fixed below it to form a scraper unit. The scraper unit is reciprocally movable on guide rails fixed to the bottom of the sedimentation basin by a drive unit (not shown). The reciprocating movement of the scraper unit scrapes sludge, which is then temporarily stored in the sludge pit. In this case, by providing the scraper unit with a baffle plate, it is possible to prevent short-circuiting near the bottom of the settling tank and prevent sludge from being stirred up.
