Abstract

This product is a magnetic stir bar cover used to extract or purify target substances from samples, such as in the process of isolating nucleic acids. As shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing the State of Use," it is used in combination with other sample preparation equipment. This product is disposable, preventing direct contact between the magnetic bar and the sample, thereby preventing cross-contamination. During the process of isolating nucleic acids, this product is used to move magnetic stir balls with samples or target substances adsorbed to their outer surface. The product with the magnetic stir balls adsorbed to its outer surface is driven by a drive mechanism to move between holes 1 to 6 of the sample preparation tube strip shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing the State of Use," performing the operation of isolating nucleic acids.
