Abstract

As shown in Reference Cross-Sectional Diagram 1 and Reference Cross-Sectional Diagram 2 showing the state of use, this product is attached to a discharge port drilled to connect to the unfilled area inside a concrete structure such as a bridge, and a grout hose connected to a suction pump is connected to the discharge port when injecting grout into the unfilled area. As shown in the reference cross-sectional diagram showing the names of each part, this product has an inner cylindrical part formed with a flow path for the grout, an outer cylindrical part arranged on the outer periphery of the inner cylindrical part, a packer made of an elastic body arranged between the outer cylindrical part and a stopper provided at one end of the inner cylindrical part in the central axial direction, a rotation operation part that screws onto a threaded part provided at the other end of the inner cylindrical part in the central axial direction and is rotated when attached to the pouring outlet, and a joint part that is attached to the other end of the inner cylindrical part in the central axial direction. The joint part of this product has a two-pronged structure consisting of a hose connection part to which a grout hose is connected, and a cap attachment part into which an air vent tube is inserted to bleed air when injecting grout material into an unfilled area, and into which a cap is attached to hold the air vent tube.
