Pile cap for steel pipe piles

Abstract

This product is a pile cap that is attached to the top end (pile head) of a steel pipe pile erected during the construction of a temporary pier, etc. The product comprises a top plate, a guide tube, and multiple fixing plates. When using the product, first place the product over the pile head of the steel pipe pile, and adjust the installation position of the product using the position adjustment bolt. Then, insert the fixing plate into the L-shaped slit in the guide tube, and when the tip of the fixing plate reaches the steel pipe pile, tighten the fixing bolt to fix the product to the pile head. The cross line engraved on the top surface of the top plate is a reference line intended to assist in surveying during construction.
