Abstract
The present design relates to a concrete formwork fastening device for joining and integrating concrete formwork with round steel pipe bracing members placed on the outside of it. As shown in the reference diagram of the usage state, it consists of a fastening shaft, a fastening body, and a fastening nut. The fastening shaft has a large-diameter flange portion at its inner end with a screw hole for connecting to a separator, and a threaded shaft portion from the middle of its length to its outer end. The fastening body consists of a bracing member pressing portion that presses the round steel pipe bracing member toward the concrete formwork, an inclined leg portion connected to the concrete formwork side from the lower end of the bracing member pressing portion, and a formwork contact portion connected upward from the end of the leg portion that contacts the concrete formwork. This fastening body is constructed by inserting the screw shaft portion of the fastening shaft outward from the inside of the formwork pressing portion into a through hole provided near the leg end of the formwork pressing portion, screwing a fastening nut onto the outer end of the screw shaft portion, and then forming a crimping portion on the outer end of the screw shaft portion to prevent the nut from coming off. When the fastening shaft is oriented perpendicular to the formwork pressing portion, its inner end fits into a notched hole formed from the front edge of the formwork contact portion of the fastening body, and at this time the large-diameter flange portion of the inner end of the fastening shaft is configured to fit into a circular recess formed on the formwork contact surface side of the formwork contact portion. As shown in the reference diagram of the usage state, the concrete formwork fastening device with the above configuration is fastened by screwing the connecting screw hole of the fastening shaft into the screw shaft at the tip of the separator protruding from the concrete formwork, loosening the fastening nut to retract the fastening body, and then fitting the round steel pipe bracing material between the bracing material pressing part, which is facing upward on the fastening body, and the concrete formwork. After this, the position of the fastening body and the position of the formwork contact part are confirmed, and then the fastening nut is tightened, pressing the round steel pipe bracing material toward the concrete formwork with the bracing material pressing part of the fastening body, and pressing the formwork contact part of the fastening body against the concrete formwork, thereby completing the installation of the concrete formwork fastening device.
