Bolts for clamping devices

Abstract

This product is a bolt for a clamping device used in a clamping device in which a main body member and a lid member are rotatably mounted via a first pivot axis, as shown in "Reference Figure 1 showing the state of use" and "Reference Figure 2 showing the state of use," and the pipe member is clamped between the main body member and the lid member, and the pipe member is fixed by tightening a nut member that is stretched between the main body member and the lid member. This article has a rotating part that is rotatably supported on a second pivot axis at the tip of the main body member, a thick shaft portion and a thin shaft portion that are continuous with the rotating part and have a circumferential surface without a male thread portion, and a male thread portion that is provided continuously in the axial direction of the thin shaft portion, and a stepped portion that is larger than the outer diameter of the male thread portion is provided between the thin shaft portion and the thick shaft portion, and this stepped portion is configured to stop the movement in the tightening direction toward the thick shaft portion when the nut member is screwed onto the male thread portion and moved in the tightening direction, so that an incomplete thread is not formed on the thick shaft portion with only the root of the thread formed, and reliability and safety can be improved without reducing the pull-out strength of the nut member.
