Abstract

To provide a dyeing method by which, in discharge of an ink jet system, a ligand protein having specificity for a target in a biological sample can be stably provided to an intended place in an intended amount.SOLUTION: A dyeing method has a step of discharging a liquid composition containing a ligand protein having specificity for a target in a biological sample and a surfactant represented by the following formula (1) from a liquid discharge head of an ink jet system, and providing the liquid composition to the biological sample.SELECTED DRAWING: None
