Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present application relates to a switchgear. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventional switchgears are classified into metal-clad, compartment and cubicle types in the switchgear standard JEM1425. Among them, the two-tiered metal-clad and compartment types of circuit breakers have a structure in which the upper and lower cable rooms are cable compartments, and the circuit breaker compartment, busbar compartment and cable compartment are separated by partitions. If all the partitions are made of grounded metal, it is called the metal-clad type, and if even one of the partitions is made of non-grounded metal, it is called the compartment type.

[0003] Recently, switchgear standards have been changed from JEM1425 (one of the standards of the Japan Electrical Manufacturers' Association) to the standard JIS C 62271-200:2021, which places more emphasis on maintainability. In switchgear with two-tiered circuit breakers, the upper and lower cable compartments were defined as one compartment in JEM1425, but in JIS C 62271-200:2021, the upper and lower cable compartments are defined as separate compartments.

[0004] This standard also defines the LSC2B-PM / PI (Loss of Service Continuity Category) specification, which specifies that all compartments must be separated by grounded metal or non-metallic partitions so that workers can perform inspections even when compartments other than the one being inspected are charging. In other words, it is necessary to separate the upper cable compartment from the lower cable compartment by a grounded metal or non-metallic partition (see Patent Document 1). [0005] [Patent Document 1] JP 2000-228803 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] In the conventional switchgear described above, the upper cable compartment and the lower cable compartment are separated by a partition plate. The upper zero-phase current transformer is arranged in the upper cable compartment, and the lower zero-phase current transformer is arranged in the lower cable compartment.

[0007] If the upper-stage zero-phase current transformer is placed in the upper-stage cable compartment above the partition plate, the terminal distance between the upper-stage cable terminal and the upper-stage cable bracket placed above the upper-stage zero-phase current transformer, which is necessary when installing the cable, is shortened by the thickness of the upper-stage zero-phase current transformer. As a result, there is a limit to the upper-stage cable that can be used. In other words, there is a problem that the upper-stage cable becomes thicker as the current that can be carried increases, and the terminal distance needs to be longer.

[0008] Alternatively, if the switchgear housing is made higher in the vertical direction and the position of the upper cable terminal in the upper cable compartment is moved to a higher position in the vertical direction in order to secure the terminal distance of the upper cable, the housing also becomes higher in the vertical direction, which leads to an increase in the material costs of the switchgear. This also requires that the ceiling height of the electrical room in which the switchgear is housed be increased, which leads to an increase in the construction costs of the electrical room.

[0009] When the upper stage zero-phase current transformer is placed in the lower stage cable compartment below the partition plate, the upper stage zero-phase current transformer is not placed in the upper stage cable compartment, so it is possible to lengthen the terminal distance between the upper stage cable terminal and the upper stage cable bracket which is placed above the upper stage zero-phase current transformer.

[0010] However, a lower-stage zero-phase current transformer is arranged in the lower-stage cable compartment, and there was a problem in that the arrangement of the upper-stage zero-phase current transformer led to a reduction in the space in the lower-stage cable compartment, which reduced cable installation efficiency.

[0011] In addition, depending on the external dimensions of the upper-stage zero-phase current transformer and the lower-stage zero-phase current transformer, the width and depth of the panel must be increased to ensure an insulation distance between the live part of the lower-stage cable (lower-stage cable terminal) and the live part of the upper-stage cable drawn into the lower-stage cable compartment, resulting in problems such as increased material costs for the switchgear and an increased installation space.

[0012] In addition, the lower rear cover of the lower cable compartment is attached by a single plate, which poses the problem that it is not possible to inspect the upper zero-phase current transformer or the lower zero-phase current transformer arranged in the lower cable compartment while the switchgear is charging.

[0013] The present application discloses technology for solving the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to provide a switchgear that can ensure an insulation distance between the live part of a lower cable in a lower cable compartment and the live part of an upper cable pulled into the lower cable compartment without increasing the size. [Means for solving the problem]

[0015] The switchgear disclosed in the present application is a switchgear having an upper-level cable compartment in which an upper-level cable is arranged, a lower-level cable compartment in which a lower-level cable is arranged, a cable partition plate that separates the upper-level cable compartment and the lower-level cable compartment into upper and lower sections, an upper-level back cover provided on a back side of the upper-level cable compartment, and a lower-level back cover provided on a back side of the lower-level cable compartment, The cable compartment is provided with an upper stage side zero-phase current transformer arranged above the upper stage side cable compartment, a lower stage side zero-phase current transformer arranged above the upper stage side cable compartment by inserting the cable partition plate of the lower stage side cable through the upper stage side cable compartment, and a partition structure arranged in the upper stage side cable compartment, separating the upper stage side zero-phase current transformer and the lower stage side zero-phase current transformer, and surrounding the lower stage side zero-phase current transformer and the lower stage side cable within the upper stage side cable compartment. Effect of the Invention

[0019] Embodiment 1 A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, with the same or corresponding members and parts in each drawing being denoted by the same reference numerals. Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a switchgear according to the first embodiment. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in Fig. 1 showing the switchgear according to the first embodiment. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in Fig. 2 showing the switchgear according to the first embodiment. Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing a partition structure in the switchgear according to the first embodiment.

[0020] The switchgear housing 1 includes an upper circuit breaker compartment 2, a lower circuit breaker compartment 3, a busbar compartment 4, an upper cable compartment 5, and a lower cable compartment 6.

[0021] The upper circuit breaker compartment 2 houses an upper circuit breaker 7, and the lower circuit breaker compartment 3 houses a lower circuit breaker 8. The busbar compartment 4 houses a busbar 9.

[0022] The first partition plate 10 separates the upper circuit breaker compartment 2 from the lower circuit breaker compartment 3. The second partition plate 11 separates the upper circuit breaker compartment 2 from the upper cable compartment 5. The third partition plate 12 separates the lower circuit breaker compartment 3 from the lower cable compartment 6. The fourth partition plate 14 separates to form the busbar compartment 4.

[0023] An upper door 15 for inserting or withdrawing an upper circuit breaker 7 and a lower door 16 for inserting or withdrawing a lower circuit breaker 8 are attached to the front side of the housing 1.

[0024] A cable partition plate 17 formed of a grounded metal or insulating material vertically separates the upper cable compartment 5 from the lower cable compartment 6. The upper connection conductor 18 and the upper cable 19 are connected by an upper cable terminal 20. The upper cable 19 is pulled into the lower cable compartment 6 from the outside of the lower cable compartment 6, and then passed through the cable partition plate 17 and pulled into the upper cable compartment 5.

[0025] The lower-stage side connecting conductor 21 and the lower-stage side cable 22 are connected by a lower-stage side cable terminal 23. The lower-stage side cable 22 is led into the lower-stage side cable compartment 6 from the outside of the lower-stage side cable compartment 6.

[0026] An upper-level cable bracket 24 is provided on the upper-level cable 19 located on the lower side within the upper-level cable compartment 5. An upper-level cable bracket 25 is provided on the lower side of the upper-level cable 19 drawn into the lower-level cable compartment 6.

[0027] An upper-stage zero-phase-sequence current transformer 26 is provided below the upper-stage cable bracket 25 in the lower-stage cable compartment 6. A lower-stage cable bracket 27 is provided below the lower-stage cable 22 in the lower-stage cable compartment 6. A lower-stage zero-phase-sequence current transformer 28 is provided below the lower-stage cable bracket 27.

[0028] The upper side cable 19, upper side cable bracket 25, and upper side zero-phase current transformer 26 are arranged in the lower side cable compartment 6, as well as the lower side cable 22, lower side cable bracket 27, and lower side zero-phase current transformer 28. Therefore, it is necessary to separate the upper side cable system and the lower side cable system within the lower side cable compartment 6 by an insulating distance.

[0029] The partition structure 29 is disposed in the lower cable compartment 6, and separates the lower zero-phase current transformer 28 from the upper zero-phase current transformer 26, and surrounds the upper cable 19 and the upper zero-phase current transformer 26 in the lower cable compartment 6. This partition structure 29 is disposed between the lower zero-phase current transformer 28 and the upper zero-phase current transformer 26, and is configured with a first vertical partition plate 30 disposed vertically up to a position above the upper zero-phase current transformer 26, a second vertical partition plate 31 disposed at a position on the upper cable 19 side from the position of the first vertical partition plate 30 and disposed vertically up to the cable separator plate 17, and a first horizontal partition plate 32 connecting the first vertical partition plate 30 and the second vertical partition plate 31.

[0030] The first vertical partition plate 30 is composed of a partition plate 30a facing the lower first rear cover body 33a of the lower rear cover 33, and a partition plate 30b facing the side portion 1a of the housing 1.

[0031] The second vertical partition plate 31 is composed of a partition plate 31a facing the lower-stage first rear cover body 33a of the lower-stage rear cover 33, and a partition plate 31b facing the side portion 1a of the housing 1.

[0032] The first horizontal partition plate 32 is composed of a partition plate 32a facing the lower-stage first rear cover body 33a of the lower-stage rear cover 33, and a partition plate 32b facing the side portion 1a of the housing 1.

[0033] In this example, the partition plates 30a and 30b of the first vertical partition plate 30 are arranged at a right angle, and the partition plates 31a and 31b of the second vertical partition plate 31 are arranged at a right angle.

[0034] The lower back cover 33 is composed of two lower first back cover bodies 33a and lower second back cover bodies 33b. The lower first back cover body 33a and the lower second back cover body 33b are each configured to be able to open like double doors. The upper back cover 34 is formed of a single metal plate.

[0035] When the upper cable system is charging and the lower cable system is stopped, even if one of the switchgears is charging, the lower second rear cover body 33b can be opened to perform maintenance and inspection of the lower cable system, such as the lower zero-phase current transformer 28, the lower cable terminal 23, and the lower cable 22. In addition, the ease of installation of the lower cable terminal 23 and the lower cable 22 can be significantly improved.

[0036] Conversely, when the lower-level cable system is charging and the upper-level cable system is stopped, even if one of the switchgears is charging, the lower-level first rear cover body 33a can be opened to perform maintenance and inspection of the upper-level cable system, such as the upper-level zero-phase current transformer 26 and the upper-level cable 19. Also, the ease of installation of the upper-level cable 19 can be significantly improved.

[0037] According to this embodiment 1, within the lower-side cable compartment 6, the upper-side cable system consisting of the upper-side cable 19, upper-side cable bracket 25, and upper-side zero-phase current transformer 26 which are pulled into the lower-side cable compartment 6 from outside the lower-side cable compartment 6, and the lower-side cable system consisting of the lower-side cable 22, lower-side cable bracket 27, and lower-side zero-phase current transformer 28 which are pulled into the lower-side cable compartment 6 from outside the lower-side cable compartment 6, are separated by a partition structure 29, and space for each can be secured, thereby improving the ease of installation of the cables of the upper-side cable system and the lower-side cable system.

[0038] In addition, an insulation distance is ensured between the partition structure 29, which is composed of the first vertical partition plate 30, the second vertical partition plate 31, and the first horizontal partition plate 32 arranged in the vertical direction, and the lower side cable system, which is the lower side cable terminal 23, which is the charging part, the lower side cable 22, the lower side cable bracket 27, and the lower side zero-phase current transformer 28.

[0039] In addition, an insulation distance is ensured between the partition structure 29, which is composed of a first vertical partition plate 30, a second vertical partition plate 31, and a first horizontal partition plate 32 arranged in the vertical direction, and the upper side cable system, which is the upper side cable terminal 20, which is the charging part, the upper side cable 19, the upper side cable bracket 25, and the upper side zero-phase current transformer 26.

[0040] In this way, since the insulation distance can be ensured, it is possible to prevent an increase in the width or depth of the switchgear panel, and to prevent an increase in the material cost of the switchgear and an increase in the installation space.

[0041] In addition, the upper cable compartment 5 and the lower cable compartment 6 are vertically separated by a cable partition plate 17 made of grounded metal or insulating material, and the upper zero-phase-sequence current transformer 26 is arranged in the lower cable compartment 6, so there is no need to provide the upper zero-phase-sequence current transformer 26 in the upper cable compartment 5.

[0042] Therefore, in the upper-stage cable compartment 5, the distance between the upper-stage cable terminal 20 and the upper-stage cable bracket 24 is no longer required, and is increased by the thickness of the upper-stage zero-phase current transformer 26. As a result, even an upper-stage cable 19 with a high allowable current and a large outer diameter can be attached.

[0043] In addition, in this embodiment 1, the upper-side zero-phase current transformer 26 and the lower-side zero-phase current transformer 28 are shown to be arranged in the same row in the width direction of the housing 1. By arranging them in this manner, it is possible to realize the switchgear without increasing the dimensions in the width and depth directions.

[0044] Incidentally, as an example of the partition structure 29, the partition plates 30a and 30b of the first vertical partition plate 30 may be formed at a right angle by bending, or the partition plates 30a and 30b of the first vertical partition plate 30 may each be made of a single metal member or insulating member, and the partition plates 30a and 30b may be connected to form a right angle.

[0045] Also, the partition plates 31a and 31b of the second vertical partition plate 31 may be formed at right angles by bending, or the partition plates 31a and 31b of the second vertical partition plate 31 may each be made of a single metal member or insulating member, and the partition plates 31a and 31b may be connected to each other to form a right angle. Also, the partition structure 29 is formed by connecting the first vertical partition plate 30 and the second vertical partition plate 31 with the first horizontal partition plate 32.

[0046] Embodiment 2 A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, in which the same or corresponding members and parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a switchgear according to the second embodiment. Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC in Fig. 5, showing the switchgear according to the second embodiment.

[0047] In the above-mentioned embodiment 1, a case was shown in which there is one upper-side cable system and the lower-side cable system are arranged in the same row in the width direction of the switchgear, but in this embodiment 2, a case is shown in which there are two upper-side cable systems and they are arranged in the same row in the depth direction of the switchgear.

[0048] An upper-stage cable 191 in the first row is connected to the upper-stage cable terminal 20, and an upper-stage cable bracket 241, an upper-stage cable bracket 251, and an upper-stage zero-phase-sequence current transformer 261 are provided on this upper-stage cable 191.

[0049] An upper row cable 192 in the second row is connected to the upper row cable terminal 20, and an upper row cable bracket 242, an upper row cable bracket 252, and an upper row zero-phase current transformer 262 are provided on this upper row cable 192.

[0050] The partition structure 29 is arranged in the lower cable compartment 6 to separate the lower zero-phase current transformer 28 from the upper zero-phase current transformers 261, 262, and to enclose the upper cables 191, 192 and the upper zero-phase current transformers 261, 262 in the lower cable compartment 6. This partition structure 29 is shown to be composed of a first vertical partition plate 30 arranged between the lower-stage zero-phase current transformer 28 and the upper-stage zero-phase current transformers 261, 262, and arranged vertically to a position above the upper-stage zero-phase current transformers 261, 262, a second vertical partition plate 31 arranged at a position on the upper-stage cables 191, 192 side from the position of the first vertical partition plate 30, and arranged vertically to the cable separator plate 17, and a first horizontal partition plate 32 connecting the first vertical partition plate 30 and the second vertical partition plate 31.

[0051] In this way, by arranging the two upper-stage cable systems in the same row in the depth direction of the switchgear, the upper-stage zero-phase current transformer 261 and the upper-stage zero-phase current transformer 262 can be arranged in the same row in the depth direction of the switchgear, and multiple upper-stage zero-phase current transformers can also be accommodated. In this configuration, multiple upper-stage cables and multiple upper-stage zero-phase current transformers can be stored simply by extending the switchgear in the depth direction.

[0052] Embodiment 3 A third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, in which the same or corresponding members and parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a switchgear according to the third embodiment. Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along line DD in Fig. 7, showing the switchgear according to the third embodiment.

[0053] In the above-mentioned embodiment 2, a case was shown in which two upper-level cable systems were arranged in the same row in the depth direction of the switchgear, but in this embodiment 3, a case is shown in which two upper-level cable systems and a lower-level cable system are arranged in the same row in the width direction of the switchgear.

[0054] As shown in FIG. 8, the lower cable system is arranged in the center of the switchgear in the width direction, the upper cable system in the first row is arranged to the left of the lower cable system, and the upper cable system in the second row is arranged to the left of the lower cable system.

[0055] An upper row cable 193 in the first row is connected to the upper row cable terminal 20 , and an upper row cable bracket 243 , an upper row cable bracket 253 , and an upper row zero-phase current transformer 263 are provided on this upper row cable 193 .

[0056] An upper row cable 194 in the second row is connected to the upper row cable terminal 20, and an upper row cable bracket 244, an upper row cable bracket 254, and an upper row zero-phase current transformer 264 are provided on this upper row cable 194.

[0057] The partition structure 29 is arranged in the lower cable compartment 6 to separate the lower zero-phase current transformer 28 from the upper zero-phase current transformer 263, and to enclose the upper cable 193 and the upper zero-phase current transformer 263 in the lower cable compartment 6.

[0058] In addition, the partition structure 29 is arranged in the lower cable compartment 6, separating the lower zero-phase current transformer 28 from the upper zero-phase current transformer 264, and enclosing the upper cable 194 and the upper zero-phase current transformer 264 in the lower cable compartment 6.

[0059] In this way, by arranging the two upper-stage cable systems and the lower-stage cable system in the same row in the width direction of the switchgear, the upper-stage zero-phase current transformer 263, the lower-stage zero-phase current transformer 28, and the upper-stage zero-phase current transformer 264 can be arranged in the same row in the width direction of the switchgear, and multiple upper-stage zero-phase current transformers can also be accommodated. In this configuration, the switchgear may be expanded in the width direction, but expansion in the depth direction of the switchgear can be prevented. In this way, multiple upper-stage cables and multiple upper-stage zero-phase current transformers can be stored.

[0060] In this embodiment 3, the lower side back cover 33 is made up of three pieces, and although not shown, it is made up of a lower side back cover body for the upper side cable system of the first row, a lower side back cover body for the lower side cable system, and a lower side back cover body for the upper side cable system of the second row.

[0061] Embodiment 4 A fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, in which the same or corresponding members and parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the switchgear according to the fourth embodiment taken along line BB in Fig. 2. Fig. 10 is a perspective view showing a partition structure in the switchgear according to the fourth embodiment.

[0062] In the above-mentioned embodiment 1, the first vertical partition plate 30 and the second vertical partition plate 31 of the partition structure 29 are formed at a right angle, but in this embodiment 4, the first vertical partition plate 30 and the second vertical partition plate 31 are bent to make the communication part 30c between the partition plate 30a and the partition plate 30b a flat plate part, and the communication part 31c between the partition plate 31a and the partition plate 31b a flat plate part, and the first vertical partition plate 30 and the second vertical partition plate 31 are connected to the first horizontal partition plate 32. At this time, the communication part 30c, the communication part 31c and the communication part 32c are connected.

[0063] In this embodiment 4, as shown in Figure 9, a larger insulation distance can be ensured between the communication portion 30c of the first vertical partition plate 30 and the lower-side cable 22 or the lower-side cable terminal 23, and a larger insulation distance can be ensured between the communication portion 31c of the second vertical partition plate 31 and the lower-side cable 22 or the lower-side cable terminal 23.

Fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view of the switchgear according to the fifth embodiment taken along line BB in Fig. 2. Fig. 12 is a perspective view showing a partition structure in the switchgear according to the fifth embodiment.

[0065] In the above-mentioned embodiment 1, the first vertical partition plate 30 and the second vertical partition plate 31 of the partition structure 29 are formed at a right angle, but in this embodiment 4, the first vertical partition plate 30 and the second vertical partition plate 31 are rolled to form the communicating portion 30d between the partition plates 30a and 30b into an arc-shaped portion, the communicating portion 31d between the partition plates 31a and 31b into an arc-shaped portion, and the first vertical partition plate 30 and the second vertical partition plate 31 are connected by the first horizontal partition plate 32. [0068] A cable partition plate 17 formed of a grounded metal or insulating material vertically separates the upper-level cable compartment 5 from the lower-level cable compartment 6. The upper-level connection conductor 18 and the upper-level cable 195 are connected by an upper-level cable terminal 201. The upper-level cable 195 is pulled into the upper-level cable compartment 5 from outside the upper-level cable compartment 5.

[0069] The lower-side connecting conductor 21 and the lower-side cable 221 are connected by a lower-side cable terminal 231. The lower-side cable 221 is pulled into the upper-side cable compartment 5 from outside the upper-side cable compartment 5, passes through the cable partition plate 17, and is pulled into the lower-side cable compartment 6.

[0070] An upper-stage cable bracket 255 is provided on the upper-stage cable 195 located at the upper side within the upper-stage cable compartment 5 , and an upper-stage zero-phase-sequence current transformer 265 is provided above the upper-stage cable bracket 255 .

[0071] A lower-side cable bracket 271 is provided on the lower side within the upper-side cable compartment 5, a lower-side cable bracket 272 is provided on the upper side within the upper-side cable compartment 5, and a lower-side zero-phase current transformer 281 is provided above the lower-side cable bracket 272.

[0072] The upper cable compartment 5 contains the upper cable 195, the upper cable bracket 255, and the upper zero-phase current transformer 265, as well as the lower cable 221, the lower cable bracket 272, and the lower zero-phase current transformer 281. Therefore, it is necessary to separate the upper cable system and the lower cable system within the upper cable compartment 5 with an insulating distance.

[0073] The partition structure 291 is disposed in the upper cable compartment 5, and separates the lower zero-phase current transformer 28 from the upper zero-phase current transformer 26, and surrounds the upper cable 195 and the upper zero-phase current transformer 265 in the upper cable compartment 5. This partition structure 291 is disposed between the lower zero-phase current transformer 281 and the upper zero-phase current transformer 265, and is configured with a third vertical partition plate 301 disposed vertically to a position below the upper zero-phase current transformer 265, a fourth vertical partition plate 311 disposed at a position on the lower cable 221 side from the position of the third vertical partition plate 301 and disposed vertically to the cable separator plate 17, and a second horizontal partition plate 322 connecting the third vertical partition plate 301 and the fourth vertical partition plate 311.

[0074] The configurations of the above-mentioned embodiments can be applied to the partition structure 291. The lower back cover 331 is made of a single piece of metal material, and the upper back cover 341 applies the configuration of the lower back cover 33 shown in the above-mentioned first embodiment.

[0075] The upper back cover 341 is composed of two, an upper first back cover body and an upper second back cover body. The upper first back cover body and the upper second back cover body are each configured to be able to open like a double door.

[0076] When the upper cable system is charging and the lower cable system is stopped, even if one of the switchgears is charging, the upper first rear cover body can be opened to perform maintenance and inspection of the lower cable system, such as the lower zero-phase current transformer 281 and the lower cable 22. In addition, the ease of installation of the lower cable 221 can be significantly improved.

[0077] Conversely, when the lower-level cable system is charging and the upper-level cable system is stopped, even if one of the switchgears is charging, the upper-level second rear cover body can be opened to perform maintenance and inspection of the upper-level cable system, such as the upper-level zero-phase current transformer 265 and the upper-level cable 195. Also, the ease of installation of the upper-level cable 195 can be significantly improved.

[0078] According to this embodiment 6, within the upper cable compartment 5, the upper cable system consisting of upper cable 195, upper cable bracket 255, and upper zero-phase current transformer 265 which are pulled into the upper cable compartment 5 from outside the upper cable compartment 5, and the lower cable system consisting of lower cable 221, lower cable brackets 271, 272, and lower zero-phase current transformer 281 which are pulled into the upper cable compartment 5 from outside the upper cable compartment 5 are separated by a partition structure 291, and space for each can be secured, thereby improving the ease of installation of the cables of the upper cable system and the lower cable system.

[0079] In addition, an insulation distance is ensured between the partition structure 291, which is composed of the third vertical partition plate 301, the fourth vertical partition plate 311, and the second horizontal partition plate 321 arranged in the vertical direction, and the upper side cable system, which is the upper side cable terminal 201, which is the charging part, the upper side cable 195, the upper side cable bracket 255, and the upper side zero-phase current transformer 265.

[0080] In this way, since the insulation distance can be ensured, it is possible to prevent an increase in the width or depth of the switchgear panel, and to prevent an increase in the material cost of the switchgear and an increase in the installation space.

[0081] In addition, the upper cable compartment 5 and the lower cable compartment 6 are vertically separated by a cable partition plate 17 made of grounded metal or insulating material, and the lower cable compartment 5 has a zero-phase-sequence current transformer 281 disposed in the upper cable compartment 5, so there is no need to provide a lower cable compartment 6 with a zero-phase-sequence current transformer.

[0082] Therefore, in the lower-side cable compartment 6, the distance between the lower-side cable terminal 231 and the upper side of the lower-side cable compartment 6 is longer by the thickness of the lower-side zero-phase current transformer. As a result, even a lower-side cable 221 with a high allowable current and a large outer diameter can be attached.

[0083] In addition, in this embodiment 6, the upper-side zero-phase current transformer 265 and the lower-side zero-phase current transformer 281 are shown arranged in the same row in the width direction of the housing 1. By arranging them in this manner, it is possible to realize the switchgear without increasing the dimensions in the width and depth directions.

[0084] Furthermore, as an implementation of this sixth embodiment, it is also possible to adopt a configuration incorporating aspects of the second to fifth embodiments described above.

[0085] Although the present application describes various exemplary embodiments and examples, the various features, aspects, and functions described in one or more embodiments are not limited to application to a particular embodiment, but may be applied to the embodiments alone or in various combinations. Therefore, countless modifications not exemplified are assumed within the scope of the technology disclosed in the present specification, including, for example, modifying, adding, or omitting at least one component, and further, extracting at least one component and combining it with a component of another embodiment. [Industrial Applicability]

[0086] The present application is suitable for realizing a switchgear that can ensure an insulation distance between the live portion of a lower-side cable in the lower-side cable compartment and the live portion of an upper-side cable pulled into the lower-side cable compartment without increasing the size.
