[0001] The present invention relates to a mast support structure for a climbing crane. [Background technology]
[0002] Generally, when constructing a high-rise building, a climbing crane 1 as shown in FIG. 18 is used. This type of climbing crane 1 comprises a foundation frame 2, a mast 3, a lifting unit 4, and a rotating body 5.
[0003] Here, the foundation frame 2 is a frame having a cross-shaped planar shape that is placed and fixed on a base surface B, and the mast 3 is erected on the foundation frame 2 by stacking mast blocks 6 in sequence.
[0004] In addition, the lifting unit 4 is equipped with a guide mast 7 and a lifting frame 8, and is freely raised and lowered along the mast 3, the rotating body 5 is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the lifting unit 4, and a jib 9 is provided so as to be freely raised and lowered.
[0005] In such a climbing crane 1, when a large number of mast blocks 6 are stacked to increase the height of the mast 3, a stay 10 may be attached between the foundation frame 2 and the mast 3 to reinforce the mast 3 and prevent it from deflecting, as shown in Figure 19.
[0006] In this case, the upper end of the stay 10 is connected to a stay bracket 11 protruding from the side of the mast block 6 via a connecting pin or bolt 12, and the lower end of the stay 10 is connected to a foundation bracket 13 protruding from the upper surface of the foundation frame 2 by a connecting pin 14.
[0007] Incidentally, the general state of the art related to the present invention is shown, for example, in Patent Document 1 below. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0008] [Patent Document 1] JP 2022-187789 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0009] However, if the upper part of the stay 10 has a pin structure or a bolt structure, it takes time to align the pin and bolt holes, making assembly and disassembly difficult. In addition, a mast 3 with a special structure having additional pin holes, pin brackets and bolt holes must be used on the mast 3 to which it is connected. In addition, the connection work and inspection work on the side of the mast 3 at the upper end of the stay 10 must be carried out at a high altitude, necessitating the construction of a work scaffold or the use of a high-altitude work vehicle, etc., which are problems.
[0010] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems in the conventional art, and provides a mast support structure for a climbing crane that is easy to assemble and disassemble, does not require a mast with a special structure, and allows for the safe and easy operation of connecting the upper ends of the stays to the mast and inspection. [Means for solving the problem]
[0011] The present invention provides a mast support structure for a climbing crane, the mast support structure comprising a foundation frame installed on a base surface, a mast erected by stacking mast blocks on the foundation frame, a lifting unit capable of ascending and descending along the mast, and a rotating body rotatably disposed on the upper end of the lifting unit and having a jib capable of being raised and lowered, a ring-shaped frame that can be fitted onto a middle portion of the mast; and a stay that is hung obliquely from a plurality of points of the foundation frame toward the ring-shaped frame and supports the mast via the ring-shaped frame, The annular frame relates to a mast support structure for a climbing crane and is composed of split frame bodies that are divided at multiple points around its circumference so as to be freely attached and detached and fixed to the upper ends of at least some of the stays.
[0012] In addition, in the mast support structure of the climbing crane, it is preferable that each of the separate frame bodies is equipped with a work platform part that is completed as a work platform when the separate frame bodies are connected, and it is preferable that a clearance is set between the annular frame and the mast, and that the annular frame is fixed to the mast by driving a wedge into the clearance.
[0013] Furthermore, in the mast support structure for the climbing crane, it is preferable that the separate frame bodies be connected by overlapping the pin holes of the separate frame bodies and inserting a connecting pin therebetween. Effect of the Invention
[0014] According to the mast support structure for a climbing crane of the present invention, by connecting each of the split frame bodies to each other at the middle of the mast to form a ring-shaped frame, the stays can be assembled to the middle of the mast without being directly connected to the mast, which makes it possible to realize a mast support structure that is easy to assemble and disassemble and does not require a mast with a special structure.Furthermore, by equipping each of the split frame bodies with work platform parts that are completed as a work platform when the split frame bodies are connected, a work platform can be permanently installed and the work of connecting the upper ends of the stays to the mast and inspection can be performed safely and easily, etc., various excellent effects can be obtained. [0016] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0017] Figures 1 to 8 show a first embodiment of the mast support structure for a climbing crane of the present invention, but since the climbing crane 1 is no different from the conventional example previously explained in Figure 18, please refer to Figure 18 for components of the climbing crane 1 that are not shown in Figures 1 to 8.
[0018] That is, as shown in FIG. 1, in this first embodiment, like the conventional example previously described in FIG. 18, the target of application is a climbing crane 1 equipped with a foundation frame 2 having a cross-shaped planar shape installed on a base surface B, a mast 3 erected by stacking mast blocks 6 on the foundation frame 2, a lifting unit 4 (see FIG. 18) that can be raised and lowered along the mast 3, and a rotating body 5 (see FIG. 18) that is rotatably arranged on the upper end of the lifting unit 4 and on which a jib 9 is provided that can be raised and lowered. As a measure to reinforce the mast 3 and reduce deflection, there are provided a ring-shaped frame 15 that can be fitted onto the middle part of the mast 3, and a stay 16 that is diagonally hung from the upper surface of the outer end protruding on all four sides of the foundation frame 2 toward the ring-shaped frame 15 and supports the mast 3 via the ring-shaped frame 15.
[0019] As shown enlarged in Figures 2 and 3, the annular frame 15 is divided into four parts at multiple points around its circumference so as to be freely attached and detached, and each of the divided frame bodies 17 is fixed to the upper end of each of the stays 16, and the lower end of each of the stays 16 is connected by connecting pins 19 to foundation brackets 18 protruding from the upper surface of each outer end of the foundation frame 2.
[0020] Here, the split frame bodies 17 are connected by overlapping their pin holes vertically and inserting connecting pins 20 from above, and the annular frame 15 is fixed to the mast 3 by driving wedges 21 into the clearance set between the annular frame 15 and the mast 3. Note that although the illustrated example uses wedges 21, it is also possible to use jack-type bolts instead of the wedges 21.
[0021] In addition, each of the divided frame bodies 17 is equipped with a workbench part 23 that is completed as a workbench 22 when the divided frame bodies 17 are connected. After completion of the workbench 22, the lifting unit 4 can enter and exit through a bolt hole 24 in the mast 3 that is used when climbing, and the workbench 22 can be reached by using the stairs inside the mast 3.
[0022] The specific assembly process of the mast support structure in the first embodiment will be described below. First, as shown in FIG. 4, the stay 16 is hoisted with a ground crane 25, and the lower end of the stay 16 is connected to the foundation bracket 18 on the upper surface of the outer end of the foundation frame 2 via a connecting pin 19. Then, the rope 26 of the ground crane 25 is wound down to tilt the stay 16 about the lower end, and as shown in FIG. 5, the upper end of the stay 16 is brought closer to the mast 3, and the divided frame bodies 17 are aligned so as to be connected to each other.
[0023] At this time, the mast block 6 constituting the mast 3 is provided with angled guides 27 for the lifting unit 4 at four circumferential positions, and the divided frame bodies 17 can be easily aligned by utilizing these guides 27. The shape of the mast 3 may be a mast 3 with a circular cross section as in the example shown here, or a mast with a rectangular cross section whose four corners are used to align the divided frame bodies 17.
[0024] Once this alignment has resulted in the pin holes of each of the split frame bodies 17 overlapping vertically, a connecting pin 20 is hung from above and inserted to connect each of the split frame bodies 17 together, as shown in Figure 6, to complete the annular frame 15, and then, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, a wedge 21 is driven into the clearance set between the annular frame 15 and the mast 3, and the annular frame 15 is fixed to the mast 3 so that no rattling occurs.
[0025] At this time, for the work of hanging down the connecting pins and the work of driving in the wedges 21, a worker 28 can assist with the work by climbing onto the workbench parts 23 equipped on each of the divided frame bodies 17, or onto the workbench 22 completed by connecting each of the divided frame bodies 17.
[0026] By adopting a mast support structure assembled in this manner, the split frames 17 can be connected to each other at the middle of the mast 3 to form the annular frame 15, and the stays 16 can be assembled to the middle of the mast 3 without being directly connected to it. This makes it possible to realize a mast support structure that is easy to assemble and disassemble and does not require a mast 3 of a special structure. Furthermore, by equipping each split frame 17 with a work table part 23 that is completed as a work table 22 when the split frames 17 are connected, the work table 22 can be permanently installed, and the work of connecting the upper ends of the stays 16 to the mast 3 and inspection can be performed safely and easily.
[0027] In the first embodiment described above, the mast 3 is supported by four stays 16 via the annular frame 15, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to a structure in which the mast 3 is supported by four stays 16. For example, it is also possible to use a structure in which the mast 3 is supported by eight stays 16 via the annular frame 15, as in the second embodiment shown in Figures 9 to 17.
[0028] As shown in Figure 9, in this second embodiment, the annular frame 15 of the first embodiment is divided into four at multiple points in the circumferential direction different from that of the first embodiment, and each of the divided split frame bodies 17 is supported by a pair of stays 16, 16'. Of this pair of stays 16, 16', the split frame body 17 is fixed to the upper end of one of the stays 16, and the other stay 16' is additionally connected after the connection of the split frame bodies 17 to reinforce the mast support structure.
[0029] That is, as shown enlarged in Figures 10 and 11, the annular frame 15 is divided into four at a position shifted 45° circumferentially from the division point in the first embodiment (see Figure 3), and each of the divided frame bodies 17 is fixed to the upper end of a stay 16 that is hung diagonally one by one from the outer ends protruding on all four sides of the foundation frame 2, and is reinforced by the upper end of a stay 16' that is hung diagonally one by one from another adjacent outer end.
[0030] Here, the lower ends of each of the stays 16, 16' are connected via connecting pins 19, 19' to foundation brackets 18, 18' protruding in pairs from the upper surface of the outer ends protruding on all four sides of the foundation frame 2, and the upper ends of the additionally connected reinforcing stays 16' are connected via connecting pins 30 to frame brackets 29 protruding from each of the split frame bodies 17.
[0031] As in the first embodiment described above, the split frame bodies 17 are connected by overlapping their pin holes vertically and inserting a connecting pin 20 from above, and the annular frame 15 is fixed to the mast 3 by driving a wedge 21 (see Figure 8) into the clearance set between the annular frame 15 and the mast 3.
[0032] Furthermore, in this second embodiment, each of the divided frame bodies 17 is equipped with a work platform part 23, and when each of the divided frame bodies 17 is connected, each of the work platform parts 23 is completed as a work platform 22. After completion of the work platform 22, the lifting unit 4 can enter and exit through the hook hole 24 of the mast 3 which is used when climbing.
[0033] The specific assembly process of the mast support structure in the second embodiment will be described below. First, as shown in Figure 12, the stay 16 with the split frame body 17 fixed to its upper end is lifted by a ground crane 25, and the lower end of the lifted stay 16 is connected to one of the foundation brackets 18 on the upper surface of the outer end of the foundation frame 2 via a connecting pin 19. After that, the rope 26 of the ground crane 25 is wound down to tilt the stay 16 around its lower end, and as shown in Figure 13, the upper end of the stay 16 is brought closer to the mast 3, and the split frame bodies 17 are aligned so as to be connected to each other.
[0034] In this case, the mast block 6 constituting the mast 3 has angled guides 27 for the lifting unit 4 installed at four circumferential positions, and by utilizing these guides 27, it is possible to easily align each of the divided frame bodies 17.
[0035] Then, after this alignment has been achieved so that the pin holes of each of the split frame bodies 17 overlap vertically, a connecting pin 20 is hung from above and inserted, as shown in Figure 14, to connect each of the split frame bodies 17 to each other and complete the annular frame 15.
[0036] Next, as shown in FIG. 15, the additional reinforcing stay 16' to be connected is lifted by a ground crane 25, and the lower end of the lifted stay 16 is connected to the remaining foundation bracket 18' on the upper surface of the outer end of the foundation frame 2 via a connecting pin 19'. After that, the rope 26 of the ground crane 25 is wound down to tilt the stay 16' around the lower end, and as shown in FIG. 16, the upper end of the stay 16' is moved toward the split frame 17 and connected to the frame bracket 29 via a connecting pin 30.
[0037] Then, once all the reinforcing stays 16' have been connected to the annular frame 15, as shown in Figure 17, wedges 21 (see Figure 8) are driven into the clearance set between the annular frame 15 and the mast 3, and the annular frame 15 is fixed to the mast 3 so that no rattling occurs.
[0038] Furthermore, as in the first embodiment, with regard to the operations of hanging down the connecting pin 20, inserting the connecting pin 30, and driving in the wedge 21, a worker can climb onto the workbench parts 23 attached to each of the split frame bodies 17, or onto the workbench 22 completed by connecting each of the split frame bodies 17, to assist in the operations.
[0039] Thus, even when a mast support structure assembled in this manner is adopted, it is possible to realize a mast support structure that is easy to assemble and disassemble and does not require a mast 3 of a special structure.Furthermore, by equipping each of the separate frame bodies 17 with a work table part 23 which is completed as a work table 22 when the separate frame bodies 17 are connected, the work table 22 can be permanently installed, and the work of connecting the upper end of the stay 16 to the mast 3 and inspection can be performed safely and easily.
[0040] Incidentally, the mast support structure for the climbing crane of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it goes without saying that various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
