[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2015-020803 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] <Background Technology Issues> In the dispensing package disclosed in Patent Document 1, the dispensing package is pinched with fingers, the lid is folded along the folding line, and the contents inside the collapsed flexible member are discharged from the protruding discharge means by pressing the lid. However, because the shape of the opening through which the contents are discharged is determined by the discharge means, there is a problem that the opening is likely to be small.
[0005] <Problems to be solved by the present invention> Therefore, in one aspect, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging body that can enlarge the opening through which the contents are dispensed. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] <Contents of Claim 1> On one side, a lid portion having a substantially flat sheet with score lines; A packaging body having a storage portion that has higher flexibility than the sheet and stores contents between the sheet and the storage portion, The sheet is provided with a package in which a linear protrusion extending in a first direction perpendicular to the cut lines and protruding toward the storage section is formed. [Effects of the Invention]
[0007] According to one aspect of the present invention, the opening through which the contents are dispensed can be enlarged. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0009] <Description of the embodiment> DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same elements are designated by the same reference numerals throughout the description of the embodiments.
[0010] <Packaging composition-1> FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the packaging body of this embodiment, FIG. 2 is a bottom view showing the configuration of the lid portion, FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the lid portion, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the packaging body of this embodiment.
[0011] <Packaging composition-2> As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the package 100 of this embodiment includes a lid 10 having a substantially flat resin sheet 11 with linear cut lines 11a, and a resin storage compartment 20 that is more flexible than the sheet 11 and stores contents between the sheet 11 and the lid 10. As shown in FIG. 4, the storage compartment 20 is provided across the cut lines 11a in the left-right direction of FIG. 4. The cut lines 11a can be formed as grooves that cross at least a portion of the sheet 11 and open on the front side of the sheet 11 (the upper surface side in FIG. 1). The depth of the cut lines 11a (groove depth) is set taking into consideration factors such as the ease of tearing the sheet 11. The total length over which the cut lines 11a are formed is preferably 10% or more of the total length of the sheet 11 in the up-down direction in FIG. 2, preferably 30% or more, and more preferably 50% or more. If the cut lines 11a are too short, force cannot be concentrated on the opening portion, causing the lid material to deform and making the package unopenable. Also, there is no major problem if the cut line 11a is too long. At least one cut line 11a is required. However, for example, if one cut line is formed only in the center of the sheet 11 in the vertical direction in FIG. 2, there is a possibility that the sealant will not break down, so it is preferable to add cut line 11a in areas closer to both ends (seals) in the vertical direction in FIG. 2. There is no problem if the number of cut lines 11a is too large, but it requires more design work. The contents are arbitrary, but the package 100 is suitable for fluid contents such as mayonnaise, various sauces, dressings, food ingredients, cosmetic creams, medical creams, etc. After the contents are filled into the storage section 20, the lid section 10 is sealed to the storage section 20, thereby storing the contents in the package 100.
[0012] <Containment unit configuration-1> The outer periphery 21 of the storage section 20 is welded to the back surface of the sheet 11 (the underside in FIG. 4 ), and the contents are sealed between the storage section 20 and the lid section 10. When the sheet 11 is constructed by laminating a plurality of layers, a thermoplastic sealing layer may be provided on the back surface of the sheet 11, and the outer periphery 21 of the storage section 20 and the lid section 10 may be heat-welded via this sealing layer.
[0013] <Containment unit configuration-2> As shown in Fig. 4, a recess 22 is formed in the storage section 20 in a region spanning the cut line 11a. The recess 22 can facilitate smooth deformation of the storage section 20 when the contents stored in the package 100 are dispensed. However, the recess 22 may be omitted, and the bottom surface of the storage section 20 (the lower surface in Fig. 4) may be flat.
[0014] <Sheet configuration-1> Linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C are formed on the sheet 11, extending in a direction perpendicular to the cut lines 11a (first direction; the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. 2 ) and protruding toward the storage section 20. The linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C are formed by deforming the sheet 11 through embossing. That is, the linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C are formed as deformed portions of the sheet 11. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1 , linear recesses 15A, 15B, and 15C corresponding to the linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C, respectively, are formed on the surface of the sheet 11 (the upper surface in FIG. 1 ). The depth of the linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C at their deepest portions is preferably in the range of 0.5 to 20 mm, more preferably in the range of 1 to 15 mm, and even more preferably in the range of 2 to 10 mm. If the depth is insufficient, the opening for discharging the contents becomes narrow and the sealant cannot be broken. If the depth is too great, the linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C become thin, which may result in pinholes or insufficient strength, causing the linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C to be crushed and no longer function properly. The sheet 11 can be manufactured, for example, by forming the cut lines 11a using a half-cut process, and then forming the linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C using a male-female mold.
[0015] <Sheet configuration-2> As shown in Fig. 2, each of the linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C includes a pair of regions R1 each having a substantially triangular pyramid shape with a vertex 13, a region R2 disposed between the pair of regions R1 and having a height smaller than the vertex 13 intersecting with the cut line 11a, and a pair of regions R3 disposed outside the region R1 (on the side farther from the cut line 11a) and having a height smaller than the vertex 13. The width of region R3 in the vertical direction in Fig. 2 is narrower than that of region R2. Region R1 is shaped so that the width in the vertical direction in Fig. 2 changes continuously between regions R3 and R2.
[0016] <Sheet configuration-3> The pair of vertices 13 are disposed at positions spaced apart from the cut line 11a by a predetermined distance d (FIG. 2) in both directions along the first direction.
[0017] <Sheet configuration-4> Although FIG. 2 shows the vertex 13 and regions R1, R2, and R3 only for the linear protrusion 12A, in this embodiment, the linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C are formed to have the same shape.
[0018] <Function of linear protrusions> Such linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C function to ensure the strength of sheet 11 and suppress bending in the first direction. In addition, linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C have the function of enlarging the opening for discharging the contents when sheet 11 is torn along cut line 11a.
[0019] <Operation when discharging-1> Next, the operation for discharging the contents contained in the package 100 will be described.
[0020] <Operation when discharging-2> Figures 4A and 4B are cross-sectional views showing the sheet in a broken state, Figure 5 is a cross-sectional view of the sheet taken along line VV in Figure 4B, and Figure 5A is a cross-sectional view of the sheet taken along line VA-VA in Figure 4B.
[0021] <Operation during discharging-3> As shown in FIG. 4A, when sheet 11 is pinched between fingers from the left and right of FIG. 4A with the surface of sheet 11 facing downward, sheet 11 is folded and torn along score line 11a. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4B, sheet 11 is further pinched between fingers and storage section 20 is crushed, causing the contents to be dispensed downward through an opening formed between sheet 11. It is desirable that package 100 be sized so that when sheet 11 is pinched between fingers from the left and right of FIG. 4A and the package 100 is opened, it can be opened with one hand. Specifically, the size of package 100 is preferably such that the longitudinal dimension (horizontal direction in FIG. 2) is 35 mm to 100 mm and the transverse dimension (vertical direction in FIG. 2) is 25 mm to 60 mm. Furthermore, the height of package 100 (vertical dimension in FIG. 4) is preferably 5 mm to 30 mm.
[0022] <Operation when discharging-4> As shown in FIGS. 4B and 5, when the storage section 20 is sandwiched between the sheets 11, the paired vertices 13 of the linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C face each other in the left-right direction in FIG. 4B and are positioned at positions where they can abut against each other. Therefore, the paired vertices 13 ensure a certain amount of space between the sheets 11 torn to the left and right in FIG. 4B. Furthermore, the abutment of the paired vertices 13 spreads the sheet 11 to the left and right in FIG. 4B. Therefore, the sheet 11 can be reliably torn over a wide range along the cut lines 11a, including the intersections of the linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C, the gap between the linear protrusions 12A and 12B, and the gap between the linear protrusions 12C and 12B. For example, as shown in FIGS. 4B, 5, and 5A, the paired vertices 13 of the linear protrusions 12A and 12C abut against each other (FIG. 5). As a result, the sheet 11 is broken across almost the entire width (the width in the vertical direction in FIG. 2) of the sheet 11. In addition, the height of the apex 13 ensures the distance between the broken portions of the sheet 11 (the distance from side to side in FIGS. 5 and 5A). As a result, openings with large cross-sectional areas are formed between the broken portions of the sheet 11 (FIGS. 5 and 5A).
[0023] <Effect-1 of this embodiment> As described above, according to this embodiment, the sheet 11 is provided with linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C that extend in a direction perpendicular to the cut line 11a and protrude toward the storage section 20. This allows the cross-sectional area of the opening formed when the sheet 11 is torn along the cut line 11a to be enlarged. This makes it possible to smoothly dispense, for example, highly viscous contents or contents containing solids (ingredients).
[0024] <Effect-2 of this embodiment> Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the contents are stored in one storage section 20 without being distributed between two storage sections 20. This makes it possible to increase the volume of the contents while reducing the space occupied by the package 100.
[0025] <Effect-3 of this embodiment> Furthermore, according to this embodiment, linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C are formed on the back surface of sheet 11 (the lower surface in FIG. 1), which prevents protrusions from being formed on the upper surface of lid portion 10. This makes it possible, for example, to stably stack packages 100 and also reduces the storage space required when storing a large number of packages 100.
[0026] <Modification 1> In this embodiment, an example is shown in which three linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C are formed on the sheet 11. However, the number of linear protrusions is arbitrary, and one or two linear protrusions, or four or more linear protrusions may be provided. In addition, in this embodiment, the three linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C are formed to have the same shape, but linear protrusions of different shapes may be formed on the sheet 11. In addition, in this embodiment, the linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C are formed to have shapes that are mirror images with respect to a plane that passes through the cut line 11a and is perpendicular to the surface of the sheet 11, that is, shapes that are symmetrical across the cut line 11a. However, linear protrusions of shapes that are asymmetrical across the cut line 11a may be formed on the sheet 11.
[0027] <Modification 2> In this embodiment, the cut line 11a is formed in the center of the sheet 11 (the center in the left-right direction in FIG. 2), but the cut line 11a may be formed in a position shifted from the center.
[0028] <Modification 3> In this embodiment, the linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C are formed by deforming the planar sheet 11, but any method for forming the linear protrusions may be used. For example, a sheet having linear protrusions on its back surface (the lower surface in FIG. 1) may be formed by any method. In this case, a lid portion without recesses corresponding to the linear recesses 15A, 15B, and 15C (FIG. 1) can be formed.
[0029] <Modification 4> In this embodiment, the contents are stored in one storage section 20 without being distributed between two storage sections 20. However, a plurality of storage sections may be provided and the contents may be distributed and stored therein. <Variation 5> Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the packaging body of the modified example, Fig. 7 is a bottom view showing the configuration of the lid, and Fig. 8 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the lid. Below, differences from packaging body 100 shown in Figs. 1 to 5A will be described. 6 to 8, sheet 111 constituting package 100A is formed with linear protrusions 112A, 112B, and 112C (FIGS. 7 and 8) that extend in a direction perpendicular to cut lines 111a (first direction; direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. 7) and protrude toward storage section 20. As shown in FIG. 6, linear recesses 115A, 115B, and 115C that correspond to linear protrusions 112A, 112B, and 112C, respectively, are formed on the surface of sheet 111 (upper surface in FIG. 6). As shown in Fig. 7, each of the linear protrusions 112A, 112B, and 1112C includes a pair of regions R111 each having a substantially triangular pyramid shape with a vertex 113, a region R12 disposed between the pair of regions R11 and intersecting with the cut line 111a, the region R12 having a height smaller than the vertex 113, and a pair of regions R11 disposed outside the region R11 (on the side farther from the cut line 111a) and the pair of regions R11 having a height smaller than the vertex 113. The pair of vertices 113 are each disposed at a predetermined distance d1 (Fig. 7) from the cut line 111a in both directions along the first direction. As can be seen from a comparison with Fig. 2, the distance d1 is set to be smaller than the distance d (Fig. 2). These linear protrusions 112A, 112B, and 112C function to ensure the strength of the sheet 111 and suppress bending in the first direction. Furthermore, the linear protrusions 112A, 112B, and 112C function to enlarge the opening for discharging the contents when the sheet 111 is torn along the cut line 111a. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, a pair of vertices 113 of the linear protrusions 112A, 112B, and 112C abut against each other during discharging. This causes the sheet 111 to break across almost the entire width (the vertical width in FIG. 7). Furthermore, the height of the vertices 113 ensures a distance between the broken portions of the sheet 111. Therefore, an opening with a large cross-sectional area is formed between the broken portions of the sheet 111.
[0030] <Effects of the invention> As described above, according to this embodiment, by providing the sheet 11 (sheet 111) with linear protrusions 12A, 12B, and 12C (linear protrusions 112A, 112B, and 112C) that extend in a direction perpendicular to the cut line 11a (cut line 111a) and protrude toward the storage section 20, it is possible to increase the cross-sectional area of the opening that is formed when the sheet 11 (sheet 111) is torn along the cut line 11a (cut line 111a). This makes it possible to smoothly dispense, for example, highly viscous contents or contents containing solids (ingredients). [Explanation of symbols]
