Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a packaging box with a cushioning function for packaging easily breakable items such as glass containers in a cushioning manner. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, as disclosed in Patent Document 1 by the applicant of the present application, for example, there has been a packaging box with a cushioning function, which has a rectangular cylindrical body (outer cylindrical body) with four side plate parts connected in sequence, a lid part and a bottom part (upper lid and lower lid) that close the upper and lower ends of the cylindrical body, and a cushioning mechanism (container part) for cushioning and protecting the contents inside the cylindrical body. The cushioning mechanism has a cylindrical part made of four vertical plates installed with gaps on the cylindrical body, and a contents support plate (contents support part) that crosses the inside of the cylindrical part, and is structured so that the cylindrical part cushions and supports the sides of the contents, and the end face of the contents support plate cushions and supports the bottom surface of the contents.
[0003] In addition, in order to obtain a high cushioning effect, the cushioned packaging box of Patent Document 1 is designed so that the sides of the contained items do not come into contact with any of the side plate portions of the cylindrical body. However, as long as there are two or fewer side plate portions in contact, many types of contained items can be protected and the box is fully practical. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2012-6646 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] Previously, pharmaceuticals were required to include package inserts in their packaging boxes, and the package inserts were placed between the lid and the contents, for example. This meant that the package inserts held down the top of the contents, making it difficult for the contents to fall out accidentally when the lid was opened. However, the rule of including package inserts has now been abolished, in order to reduce the use of paper resources.
[0006] The cushioning packaging box of Patent Document 1, assuming that no package insert is enclosed, does not have any means for preventing the contents from falling out when the lid is opened, so some kind of countermeasure is required.
[0007] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned background technology, and aims to provide a packaging box with a cushioning function that can reliably prevent accidents in which contents fall out accidentally when the lid is opened, and that is simple and easy to assemble. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] The present invention relates to a packaging box assembled three-dimensionally from a single box-forming piece made of a flexible base material, the box comprising: a rectangular cylindrical body having four side plate portions connected in sequence; a lid portion for closing the lid end portion of the cylindrical body, which is one end portion through which contents are inserted and removed, in an openable and closable manner; a bottom portion for closing the bottom end portion, which is the other end portion of the cylindrical body; a side cushioning mechanism that is installed inside the cylindrical body and cushions and supports the contents in the cylindrical body so that the number of side plate portions that come into contact with the side of the contents is preferably two or less; and a contents locking plate installed inside the lid end portion of the cylindrical body, the contents locking plate being supported at both longitudinal ends or one end thereof and crossing the inside of the lid end portion, and a storage space for storing the contents is formed between the contents locking plate and the bottom portion, The container-containing item locking plate can deform in its thickness direction to move from a first position to a second position, the first position being a position where the container-containing item locking plate can lock the top surface of the container with one end face in the width direction when the container in the container space moves toward the lid portion, and the second position being a position where the container-containing item locking plate does not hinder the container-containing item from being inserted into or removed from the container space.
[0009] The container locking plate can be configured such that both ends in the longitudinal direction are continuous with the tubular body or the side cushioning mechanism and are supported by these both ends. In this case, a container guide piece is extended via a first auxiliary fold line on one end side of the container locking plate in the width direction opposite to the end side that locks the container, and when the container is placed in the storage space, the base end side region of the container guide piece is folded at the first auxiliary fold line to overlap the container locking plate, and the tip end side region of the container guide piece is disposed in the gap between the container and the side cushioning mechanism. Also, it is preferable to configure the container locking plate to have a second auxiliary fold line at a position midway in the longitudinal direction to control the deformation of the container locking plate in the thickness direction. Alternatively, it is preferable to configure the container locking plate such that the middle part in the longitudinal direction is narrowed in width to make the container locking plate more easily bent in the thickness direction.
[0010] The contained item locking plate may have one longitudinal end connected to the cylindrical body, the side cushioning mechanism or the lid, and may be supported at this end. Effect of the Invention
[0011] The packaging box with cushioning function of the present invention has a unique contents locking plate installed on the inside of the lid end of the cylindrical body, and the contents locking plate located in the first position acts as a stopper that prevents the contents from moving inside the cylindrical body toward the lid, reliably preventing the contents from accidentally falling out when the lid is opened. The contents locking plate can be moved to the second position where it does not interfere with the movement of the contents by a simple operation by the user, making it easy to put in and take out the contents. In addition, the packaging box with cushioning function of the present invention is provided with a side cushioning mechanism that cushions and supports the sides of the contents, and has excellent cushioning performance similar to that of the conventional box. Furthermore, since it is formed by assembling one box-body forming piece, it is simple and easy to assemble. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0013] A first embodiment of the cushioning packing box of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 3. As shown in Fig. 1, the cushioning packing box 10 of this embodiment has a rectangular tubular body TS with four side plate parts S1 to S4 in sequence, and the contents 12 are placed inside. The lid end TS(h), which is one end of the tubular body TS where the contents 12 are put in and taken out, is closed openably by the lid part HB, and the bottom end TS(s), which is the opposite end, is closed by the bottom part SB. In addition, a side cushioning mechanism SMK is installed inside the tubular body TS to cushion the contents 12 so that the side of the contents 12 does not come into contact with all of the side plate parts S1 to S4. Furthermore, a contents locking plate 14 is installed inside the lid end TS(h) of the tubular body TS. The contents locking plate 14 is supported at both longitudinal ends and crosses the lid end TS(h).
[0014] The cushioning packaging box 10 is formed by assembling one box-body forming piece 16 shown in Fig. 2. Four side panels 18, 20, 22, 24 and a glued plate 26 are connected in order to the box-body forming piece 16, and are separated from each other by fold lines. When these members are assembled into the cushioning packaging box 10, the glued plate 26 is glued to the inner side of the side panel 18 to form a rectangular tubular body TS. The side panel 18 and the glued plate 26 are integrated to form the side panel portion S1, the side panel 20 forms the side panel portion S2, the side panel 22 forms the side panel portion S3, and the side panel 24 forms the side panel portion S4.
[0015] 2 of the side panels 18, 20, 22, 24 is the portion that becomes the lid end TS(h) of the cylindrical body TS, and a rectangular cover plate 28 and an insertion piece 30 are extended in this order from the lid end edge of the side panel 24, and side flaps 32, 34 are respectively extended from the lid end edges of the side panels 18, 22. When these members are assembled into the cushioning-equipped packaging box 10, the side flaps 32, 34 fall in the direction of closing the lid end TS(h) of the cylindrical body TS, the cover panel 28 falls over and overlaps them, the insertion piece 30 is inserted inside the side panel 20, and is glued (or fixed with tape) to the opening press portion 36 surrounded by the break line, thereby closing the lid end TS(h).
[0016] In this manner, the lid portion HB is formed by the lid plate 28 and the pair of side flaps 32, 34. The user can open the lid portion HB by pushing and breaking the opening pressure portion 36 and sequentially lifting the lid plate 28 and the pair of side flaps 32, 34.
[0017] The lower ends of the side panels 18, 20, 22, 24 in Fig. 2 are the portions that become the bottom end TS(s) of the cylindrical body TS, and bottom panels 38, 40, 42, 44 of a predetermined shape are respectively extended from the bottom ends of the side panel portions 18, 20, 22, 24. When assembled into the cushioned packaging box 10, the bottom panels 38, 40, 42, 44 are inclined in a direction that closes the bottom end TS(s) of the cylindrical body TS, and are glued at appropriate overlapping positions to form a one-touch bottom portion SB that closes the bottom end TS(s). This bottom portion SB is glued and cannot be opened by the user.
[0018] The end edge of the glue plate 26 in the connecting direction is connected to a member forming the side cushioning mechanism SMK, the stored object locking plate 14, and a member supporting it. The members forming the side cushioning mechanism SMK are the vertical plate 46, the glue plate 48, the vertical plate 50, the vertical plate 52, and the glue plate 54, which are connected in order and separated by fold lines. A substantially triangular movable plate 56 is connected to the end edge of the vertical plate 46 in the connecting direction to a portion to which the glue plate 48 is not connected, and a trapezoidal movable plate 58 is connected to the end edge of the movable plate 56, which are separated by fold lines. The movable plate 58 is adjacent to the vertical plate 46 and the glue plate 48, but is separated by a cut line 60.
[0019] The content locking plate 14 is elongated so as to connect the lid-side ends of the vertical plate 50 and the glue plate 54. One widthwise end of the content locking plate 14 (the end on the vertical plate 52 side) is cut out in an arc shape by a through hole 62, and the middle part in the longitudinal direction is narrower. The length of the content locking plate 14 (the distance between the ends 14a and 14b) is approximately the same as the connecting direction length of the vertical plate 52 (the distance between the ends 52a and 52b), but the content locking plate 14 is positioned closer to the glue plate 48 than the vertical plate 52.
[0020] 3(a), in the state where the box body is assembled three-dimensionally (before the contents 12 are placed in it), the vertical plate 46 faces the side plate portion S2 with a gap therebetween, the glued plate 48 overlaps and is glued to the inner surface of the side plate 22 [side plate portion S3], the vertical plate 50 faces the side plate 24 [side plate portion S4] with a gap therebetween, the vertical plate 52 faces the glued plate 26 [side plate portion S1] with a gap therebetween, the glued plate 54 is glued to the inner surface of the vertical plate 46, and the movable plates 56, 58 are inclined and disposed at the corner where the vertical plate 46 and the glued plate 48 intersect, forming a three-dimensional side cushioning mechanism SMK. The glued plate 48 is a part of the side cushioning mechanism SMK, but since it overlaps and is glued to the side plate 22, it also becomes a part of the side plate portion S3.
[0021] The contained item locking plate 14 has ends 14a, 14b supported by the vertical plate 50 and the gluing plate 54, respectively, and is disposed at a position crossing the inside of the lid-side end TS(h) of the cylindrical body TS, as shown in Fig. 3(a) and Figs. 1(b)-(d). The storage space SK for storing the contained items 12 is surrounded by the vertical plate 46, the movable plates 56, 58, the vertical plate 50 and the vertical plate 52, and is the space between the contained item locking plate 14 and the bottom SB. In other words, the contained item locking plate 14 is disposed at a position crossing above the storage space SK (hereinafter referred to as the first position).
[0022] The work of putting the contents 12 into the storage space SK is performed after assembling the parts other than the lid part HB and before closing the lid end TS(h) with the lid part HB. If the contents locking plate 14 is in the first position shown in FIG. 3(a), it will be an obstacle when inserting the contents 12 from the lid end TS(h). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3(b), the contents locking plate 14 is pressed toward the side plate part S1 to deform the contents locking plate 14 and its surrounding parts, and the contents locking plate 14 is moved to a position (hereinafter referred to as the second position) where it does not cross the top of the storage space SK. The contents locking plate 14 is easily bent in the thickness direction by narrowing the center part, so that it can be moved smoothly to the second position. Then, with the top of the storage space SK widely open, the contents 12 is inserted from the lid end TS(h).
[0023] When the item 12 is inserted deeply, it passes through the item locking plate 14 and enters the storage space SK. Then, the bottom surface of the item 12 is supported by the bottom portion SB, and as shown in Fig. 3(c), the biasing force from the movable plates 56, 58 acts on the side surface, pushing the item 12 in the direction of the vertical plates 50, 52, and the item 12 is held in a state of being sandwiched between the movable plates 56, 58 and the vertical plates 50, 52. In this way, the side cushioning mechanism SMK cushions and supports the item 12 so that the side surface of the item 12 does not come into contact with the side plate portions S1 to S4.
[0024] After the contents 12 have passed through, the contents support plate 14 returns to a substantially straight shape due to the elasticity of the base material, and returns to the first position crossing above the storage space SK. Then, the assembly is completed by closing the lid portion HB, resulting in the assembled state shown in FIG.
[0025] Here, the first and second positions at which the contents support plate 14 is disposed will be explained again. The first position is a position that crosses above the storage space SK, and is a position where the contents locking plate can lock the top surface of the contents 12 with one end surface in the width direction when the contents 12 in the storage space SK moves in the direction of the lid portion HB. The feature of this structure is that the contents 12 is locked with one end surface of the contents support plate 14, and even if the base material is a flexible cardboard or the like, the structure receives pressure at the end surface of the base material, so the contents 12 can be securely locked without being easily deformed or folded. On the other hand, the second position is a position that does not prevent the contents 12 from being inserted or removed from the storage space SK.
[0026] When a user removes the contents 12 from the cushioning-equipped packaging box 10, the user first opens the lid HB by pushing and breaking the opening pressing portion 36. At this time, since the contents locking plate 14 is disposed in the first position (a position where the contents 12 can be securely locked), the contents 12 will not fall out accidentally even if the user does not pay special attention. After opening the lid HB, the contents locking plate 14 is moved to the second position as shown in Fig. 3(b), allowing the contents 12 to be easily removed.
[0027] As described above, the cushioning packaging box 10 has the unique contents locking plate 14 installed inside the lid end TS(h) of the tubular body TS, and the contents locking plate 14 located in the first position acts as a stopper that prevents the contents 12 from moving inside the tubular body TS toward the lid part HB, so that it is possible to reliably prevent the contents 12 from accidentally falling out when the lid part HB is opened. In addition, the contents locking plate 14 can be moved to the second position where it does not interfere with the movement of the contents 12 by a simple operation by the user, making it easy to put in and take out the contents 12. In addition, the cushioning packaging box 10 is provided with a side cushioning mechanism SMK that cushions and supports the sides of the contents 12, and has excellent cushioning performance as in the past.
[0028] Also, it is simple and easy to assemble since it is formed by assembling one box-forming piece 16. In particular, the box-forming piece 16 is structured so that the side cushioning mechanism SM is automatically formed three-dimensionally by applying glue to appropriate places and folding it thinly, and then performing an operation to make the cylindrical body TS three-dimensional, so it can be assembled very efficiently.
[0029] Next, a cushioning packaging box 10x, which is a modified example of the cushioning packaging box 10, will be described with reference to Fig. 4. As shown in Fig. 4(b), the cushioning packaging box 10x is suitable for packaging an item 12 having a label 13 attached to the side.
[0030] First, a problem that is likely to occur when packaging the contents 12 in the packaging box 10 with a cushioning function will be described. When the contents 12 are placed in the storage space SK, first, as shown in FIG. 3(b), the contents locking plate 14 is moved to a position (second position) where it does not cross above the storage space SK, and then the contents 12 is inserted. At this time, the side of the contents 12 slides on the surface of the contents locking plate 14, so that the end face of the lower end 13a of the label 13 may get caught on the upper end face of the contents locking plate 14, and the lower end 13a may get rolled up or wrinkled. However, this problem can be easily avoided by using the packaging box 10x with a cushioning function.
[0031] The cushioning packaging box 10x is obtained by adding a content guide piece 64 to the cushioning packaging box 10, and the other configurations are the same. Fig. 4(a) shows a box-forming piece 16x of the cushioning packaging box 10x when it is unfolded, and the content guide piece 64 is extended from one end edge (the end edge on the lid side) in the width direction of the content locking plate 14 via a first auxiliary fold line 66. The content guide piece 64 has, in order from the side closest to the first auxiliary fold line 66, a base end region 64a, a middle region 64b, and a tip end region 64c, and a fold line 68 is provided at the boundary between the base end region 64a and the middle region 64b.
[0032] 3(a), the content guide piece 64 is folded at the first auxiliary fold line 66, and the base end region 64a overlaps the inner surface of the content locking plate 14. The middle region 64b and the tip region 64c are not folded at the initial fold line 68, and are disposed flush with the base end region 64a.
[0033] When the contents 12 are inserted into the storage space SK from this state, the assembled state shown in FIG. 4(b) is obtained. That is, the base end region 64a of the contents guide piece 64 overlaps the inner side of the contents locking plate 14, the middle region 64b is pressed against the corner of the contents 12 and curves outward, and the tip end region 64c is disposed in the gap between the contents 12 and the vertical plate 52 of the side cushioning mechanism SMK. The feature of this structure is that the upper end faces of the contents locking plate 14 and the base end region 64a are folded at the first auxiliary fold line 66 to be rounded. Therefore, when the contents locking plate 14 and the contents guide piece 64 are moved to the second position to insert the contents 12, the lower end 13a of the label 13 can move smoothly without being caught by the upper end faces of the contents locking plate 14 and the base end region 64a, and there is no need to worry about the lower end 13a being rolled up or wrinkled. In this way, by providing the contained item guide piece 64, the above problem can be easily solved.
[0034] It is preferable that the content guide piece 64 is set to be somewhat longer, and as shown in Fig. 4(b), the tip portion of the tip side region 64c should be positioned lower than the upper end portion 13b of the label 13 of the content 12. This makes it possible to prevent the end face of the upper end portion 13b from getting caught on the lower end face of the tip side region 64c when the content 12 is taken out.
[0035] A second embodiment of the cushioning packing box of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 5 to 7. As shown in Fig. 5, the cushioning packing box 70 of this embodiment has a rectangular tubular body TS with four side plate parts S1 to S4 connected in sequence, and an object 72 is placed inside. The lid end TS(h), which is one end of the tubular body TS where the object 72 is put in and taken out, is closed openably by the lid part HB, and the bottom end TS(s), which is the opposite end, is closed by the bottom part SB. In addition, a side cushioning mechanism SMK that cushions and supports the object 72 so that the side of the object 72 does not come into contact with all of the side plate parts S1 to S4, and a bottom cushioning mechanism TMK that cushions and supports the object 72 so that the bottom of the object 72 does not come into contact with the bottom part SB are installed inside the tubular body TS. Furthermore, an object locking plate 74 is installed inside the lid end TS(h) of the tubular body TS. The contents locking plate 74 is supported at both longitudinal ends and extends across the lid end TS(h).
[0036] The cushioning packaging box 70 is formed by assembling one box-forming piece 76 shown in Fig. 6. Four side panels 78, 80, 82, 84 and a glued plate 86 are connected in order to the box-forming piece 76, and are separated from each other by fold lines. When these members are assembled into the cushioning packaging box 76, the glued plate 86 is glued to the inner side of the side panel 78, forming a rectangular tubular body TS. The side panel 78 and the glued plate 86 are integrated to form the side panel portion S1, the side panel 80 forms the side panel portion S2, the side panel 82 forms the side panel portion S3, and the side panel 84 forms the side panel portion S4.
[0037] 6 of the side panels 78, 80, 82, 84 is the portion that becomes the lid side end TS(h) of the cylindrical body TS, and a rectangular lid plate 88 and an insertion piece 90 are extended in this order from the lid side end edge of the side panel 84, and side flaps 92, 94 are respectively extended from the lid side ends of the side panels 78, 82. When these members are assembled into the cushioning-equipped packaging box 70, the side flaps 92, 94 fall in the direction of closing the lid side end TS(h) of the cylindrical body TS, the lid panel 88 falls over and overlaps them, the insertion piece 90 is inserted inside the side panel 80, and is glued (or fixed with tape) to the opening press portion 96 surrounded by the break line to form the lid portion HB and close the lid side end TS(h).
[0038] In this manner, the lid portion HB is formed by the lid plate 88 and the pair of side flaps 92, 94. The user can open the lid portion HB by pushing and breaking the opening pressure portion 96, and then sequentially lifting the lid plate 88 and the pair of side flaps 92, 94.
[0039] 6 of the side panels 78, 80, 82, 84 is the portion that becomes the bottom end TS(s) of the cylindrical body TS, and the cover plate bottom panel 98 and the insertion piece 100 are extended in this order from the bottom end edge of the side panel 84, and the side flaps 102, 104 are respectively extended from the bottom ends of the side panels 78, 82. When these members are assembled into the cushioned packaging box 70, the side flaps 102, 104 fall in a direction that closes the bottom end TS(s) of the cylindrical body TS, the bottom panel 98 falls on top of them and overlaps, and the insertion piece 100 is inserted inside the side panel 80 and glued (or fixed with tape) to close the bottom end TS(s).
[0040] Thus, the bottom part SB is formed by the bottom plate 98 and the pair of side flaps 102, 104. This bottom part SB cannot be opened by the user.
[0041] A vertical plate 106, a horizontal plate 108, and a glue plate 110 are provided in this order on the end edge in the extension direction of the side flap 104, and are separated from one another by fold lines. When these members are assembled into the cushioning-equipped packaging box 70, as shown in Fig. 5(b), the vertical plate 106 stands upward from approximately the center of the bottom SB, the horizontal plate 108 faces the bottom SB with a gap therebetween, and the glue plate 110 is glued to the inner surface of the side plate 82 [side plate portion S3], forming a three-dimensional bottom cushioning mechanism TMK. The glue plate 110 is part of the bottom cushioning mechanism TMK, but is also part of the side plate portion S3 because it overlaps and is glued to the side plate 82.
[0042] A member forming the side cushioning mechanism SMK, the stored item locking plate 74 and a member supporting it are connected to the end edge in the connecting direction of the glue plate 86. The members forming the side cushioning mechanism SMK are a vertical plate 112, a glue plate 114, a vertical plate 116, a vertical plate 118, a glue plate 120, a vertical plate 122 and a glue plate 124, which are connected in this order and separated from each other by fold lines.
[0043] The content locking plate 74 is elongated so as to connect the ends of the glued plate 120 and the glued plate 124 on the lid side. One end side of the content locking plate 74 in the width direction (the end side on the vertical plate 122 side) is cut into a trapezoid shape by a through hole 126, and a second auxiliary fold line 128 is provided at a position that crosses the approximately center part in the longitudinal direction. The length of the content locking plate 74 (the distance between the ends 74a and 74b) is approximately the same as the length of the vertical plate 122 in the connecting direction (the distance between the ends 122a and 122b), but the content locking plate 74 is arranged closer to the vertical plate 118 than the vertical plate 122. In addition, an arc-shaped cut 130 is provided on the inside of the glued plate 124 at a position close to the end 74b of the content locking plate 74.
[0044] In the state where the box body is assembled three-dimensionally (before the contents 72 are placed in the box), as shown in Fig. 7(a), the vertical plate 112 faces the side plate 96 "side plate portion S2" with a gap therebetween, the glued plate 114 overlaps and is glued to the inner surface of the glued plate 110 [side plate portion S3], the vertical plate 116 faces the side plate 84 "side plate portion S4" with a gap therebetween, the vertical plate 118 faces the glued plate 86 [side plate portion S1] with a gap therebetween, the glued plate 120 is glued to the inner surface of the vertical plate 112, the vertical plate 122 faces the glued plate 114 with a gap therebetween, and the glued plate 124 is glued to the inner surface of the vertical plate 116, forming a three-dimensional side cushioning mechanism SMK. The glued plate 114 is a part of the side cushioning mechanism SMK, but since it overlaps and is glued to the glued plate 110, it also becomes a part of the side plate portion S3. Furthermore, the portion of the glue plate 124 between the arc-shaped notch 130 and the end 74 b of the stored item locking plate 74 is not glued to the vertical plate 116 .
[0045] The contained item locking plate 74 has ends 74a, 74b supported by the glue plates 120, 124, respectively, and is disposed at a position crossing the inside of the lid-side end TS(h) of the cylindrical body TS, as shown in Fig. 7(a) and Figs. 5(c)-(e). The storage space SK for storing the contained item 72 is surrounded by the vertical plates 116, 118, the glue plate 120, and the vertical plate 122, and is the space between the contained item locking plate 74 and the horizontal plate 108 of the bottom surface buffer mechanism TMK. In other words, the contained item locking plate 74 is disposed at a position crossing above the storage space SK (hereinafter referred to as the first position).
[0046] The work of putting the contents 72 into the storage space SK is performed after assembling the parts other than the lid part HB and before closing the lid side end TS(h) with the lid part HB. If the contents locking plate 74 is in the first position shown in FIG. 7(a), it will be an obstacle when inserting the contents 72 from the lid side end TS(h). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7(b), the contents locking plate 74 is pressed toward the side plate part S3 to deform the contents locking plate 74 and its surrounding parts, and the contents locking plate 74 is moved to a position (hereinafter referred to as the second position) where it does not cross above the storage space SK. The way in which the contents locking plate 74 deforms in the thickness direction (the bending position and the amount of bending) is controlled by the second auxiliary fold line 128 provided in the center, and the contents locking plate 74 is deformed into an appropriate shape. In addition, the arc-shaped cut 130 of the glue plate 124 is folded, and the end 74b of the contents locking plate 74 is appropriately displaced. Therefore, the content locking plate 74 can be smoothly moved to the second position. Then, with the upper part of the storage space SK being widely open, the content 72 is inserted from the lid end TS(h).
[0047] When the item 72 is inserted deeply, it passes through the position of the item locking plate 74 and enters the storage space SK. The bottom of the item 72 is then supported by the horizontal plate 108 of the bottom cushioning mechanism TMK, and the sides are held surrounded by the inner surfaces of the vertical plates 116, 118, the glue plate 120, and the vertical plate 122. In this way, the side cushioning mechanism SMK cushions and supports the item 72 therein so that the sides of the item 72 do not come into contact with all of the side plate portions S1 to S4.
[0048] When the contents 72 are placed in the storage space SK, the contents support plate 74 is returned to the first position across the upper part of the storage space SK. Then, the assembly is completed by closing the lid part HB, resulting in the assembled state shown in FIG.
[0049] Here, the first and second positions at which the content support plate 74 is disposed will be explained once again. The first position is a position that crosses above the storage space SK, and is a position where the content support plate 74 can engage the top surface of the content 72 with one end surface in the width direction when the content 72 in the storage space SK moves in the direction of the lid portion HB. The feature of this structure is that the content 74 is engaged with one end surface of the content support plate 74, and even if the base material is a flexible cardboard or the like, the structure receives pressure at the end surface of the base material, so the content 72 can be firmly engaged without being easily deformed or folded. On the other hand, the second position is a position that does not prevent the content 72 from being inserted or removed from the storage space SK.
[0050] When a user removes the contents 72 from the cushioning-equipped packaging box 70, the user first opens the lid HB by pushing and breaking the opening pressing portion 96. At this time, since the contents locking plate 74 is disposed in the first position (a position where the contents 74 can be securely locked), the contents 72 will not fall out accidentally even if the user does not pay special attention. Then, after opening the lid HB, the contents locking plate 74 is moved to the second position as shown in Fig. 7(b), whereby the contents 72 can be easily removed.
[0051] As described above, the cushioning packing box 70 provides substantially the same effects as the cushioning packing box 10 described above.
[0052] A third embodiment of the cushioning packing box of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 8 to 10. As shown in Fig. 8, the cushioning packing box 132 of this embodiment has a rectangular tubular body TS with four side plate parts S1 to S4 in sequence, and the contents 134 are placed inside. The lid end TS(h), which is one end of the tubular body TS where the contents 134 are put in and taken out, is closed openably by the lid part HB, and the bottom end TS(s), which is the opposite end, is closed by the bottom part SB. In addition, a side cushioning mechanism SMK is installed inside the tubular body TS to cushion the contents 134 so that the side of the contents 134 does not come into contact with the side plate parts S1 and S4. Furthermore, a contents locking plate 136 is installed inside the lid end TS(h) of the tubular body TS. The contents locking plate 136 is supported at one end in the longitudinal direction and crosses the inside of the lid end TS(h).
[0053] The cushioning packaging box 132 is formed by assembling one box-forming piece 138 shown in Fig. 9. Four side panels 140, 142, 144, 146 and a glued plate 148 are connected in order to the box-forming piece 138, and are separated from each other by fold lines. When these members are assembled into the cushioning packaging box 132, the glued plate 148 is glued to the inner side of the side panel 140 to form a rectangular tubular body TS. The side panel 144 becomes the side panel portion S1, the side panel 146 becomes the side panel portion S2, the side panel 140 and the glued plate 148 are integrated to become the side panel portion S3, and the side panel 142 becomes the side panel portion S4.
[0054] 9 of the side panels 140, 142, 144, 146 is the portion that becomes the lid end TS(h) of the cylindrical body TS, and a rectangular cover plate 150 and an insertion piece 152 are extended in this order from the lid side end edge of the side panel 142, and side flaps 154, 156 are respectively extended from the lid side ends of the side panels 140, 144. When these members are assembled into the cushioning-equipped packaging box 132, the side flaps 154, 156 fall in a direction to close the lid end TS(h) of the cylindrical body TS, the cover plate 150 falls over and overlaps them, and the insertion piece 152 is inserted inside the side panel 146 and engaged, closing the lid end TS(h).
[0055] In this manner, the lid portion HB is formed by the lid plate 150 and the pair of side flaps 154, 156. A user can open the lid portion HB by pulling out the insertion piece 152 and sequentially lifting up the lid plate 150 and the pair of side flaps 154, 156.
[0056] The lower ends of the side panels 140, 142, 144, 146 in Fig. 9 are the portions that become the bottom end TS(s) of the cylindrical body TS, and bottom panels 158, 160, 162, 164 of a predetermined shape are respectively extended from the bottom ends of the side panels 140, 142, 144, 146. When assembled into the cushioned packaging box 132, the bottom panels 158, 160, 162, 164 are inclined in a direction that closes the bottom end TS(s) of the cylindrical body TS, and are glued at appropriate overlapping positions to form a one-touch bottom part SB, which closes the lid end TS(h). This bottom part SB is glued and cannot be opened by the user.
[0057] A member forming the side cushioning mechanism SMK is connected to the end edge of the connecting direction of the glue plate 148, specifically, the vertical plate 166 and the glue plate 168 are connected in order and separated from each other by a fold line. A substantially triangular movable plate 170 is connected to the end edge of the connecting direction of the vertical plate 166 to a portion to which the glue plate 168 is not connected, and a trapezoidal movable plate 172 is connected to the end edge of the movable plate 170 and separated from each other by a fold line. The movable plate 172 is adjacent to the vertical plate 166 and the glue plate 168, but is separated from them by a cut line 174.
[0058] A roughly square connecting plate 176 is extended from the edge of the glue plate 148 on the lid side via a fold line 178, and a long and thin stored item locking plate 136 is further extended from the side edge of the connecting plate 176 on the side flap 156 side via a fold line 180. One end edge in the width direction of the stored item locking plate 136 (the end edge opposite the side plate 146) is cut out in an arc shape, and the middle part in the longitudinal direction is narrowed in width.
[0059] 10(a), in the state where the box is assembled three-dimensionally (the state before the contents 134 are placed), the vertical plate 166 faces the side plate 142 [side plate portion S4] with a gap therebetween, the glued plate 168 overlaps and is glued to the inner surface of the side plate 144 [side plate portion S1], and the movable plates 170, 172 are arranged at an angle to the corner where the vertical plate 166 and the glued plate 168 intersect, forming a three-dimensional side cushioning mechanism SMK. The glued plate 168 is part of the side cushioning mechanism SMK, but since it overlaps and is glued to the side plate 144, it also becomes part of the side plate portion S1.
[0060] As shown in Figures 10(a) and 8(c), the connecting plate 176 is folded at a fold line 178 and glued to the inner surface of the gluing plate 148 [side plate S3]. The content locking plate 136 is folded diagonally at a fold line 180 and disposed at the corner where the side plate portions S2 and S3 intersect, with one end (the end portion where the fold line 180 is present) supported by the connecting plate 176 and disposed at a position crossing the inside of the lid side end portion TS(h) of the cylindrical body TS. The connecting plate 176 is glued to the gluing plate 148 while overlapping it, and thus becomes part of the side plate portion S3.
[0061] The storage space SK for storing the storage item 134 is surrounded by the side plate portions S2, S3 and the movable plates 170, 172, and is a space between the storage item locking plate 136 and the bottom portion SB. In other words, the storage item locking plate 136 is disposed at a position (hereinafter referred to as a first position) that crosses above the storage space SK.
[0062] The work of putting the contents 134 into the storage space SK is performed after assembling the parts other than the lid part HB and before closing the lid end TS(h) with the lid part HB. If the contents locking plate 136 is in the first position shown in FIG. 10(a), it becomes an obstacle when inserting the contents 134 from the lid end TS(h). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10(b), the contents locking plate 136 is pressed in the direction of the intersection of the side plate part S2 and the side plate part S3 to deform the contents locking plate 136 and move the contents locking plate 136 to a position (hereinafter referred to as the second position) where it does not cross the top of the storage space SK. The contents locking plate 136 is easily bent in the thickness direction by narrowing the center part, so it can be moved to the second position smoothly. Then, with the top of the storage space SK widely open, the contents 134 is inserted from the lid end TS(h).
[0063] When the item 134 is inserted deeply, it passes through the item locking plate 136 and enters the storage space SK. Then, the bottom surface of the item 134 is supported by the bottom portion SB, and as shown in Fig. 10(c), the biasing force from the movable plates 170, 172 acts on the side surface of the item 134, pushing it in the direction of the side plate portions S2, S3, and the item is held in a state of being sandwiched between the movable plates 170, 172 and the side plate portions S2, S3. In this way, the side cushioning mechanism SMK cushions and supports the item 134 so that the side surface of the item 134 does not come into contact with the side plate portions S1 and S4.
[0064] After the contents 134 have passed through, the contents support plate 136 returns to a substantially straight shape due to the elasticity of the base material, and returns to the first position crossing above the storage space SK. Then, the assembly is completed by closing the lid portion HB, resulting in the assembled state shown in FIG.
[0065] Here, the first and second positions at which the contained item support plate 136 is disposed will be explained again. The first position is a position that crosses above the storage space SK, and is a position where the contained item support plate 136 can engage the top surface of the contained item 134 with one end surface in the width direction when the contained item 134 in the storage space SK moves in the direction of the lid portion HB. The feature of this structure is that the contained item 134 is engaged with one end surface of the contained item support plate 136, and even if the base material is a flexible cardboard or the like, the structure is such that pressure is received at the end surface of the base material, so the contained item 134 can be firmly engaged without being easily deformed or folded. On the other hand, the second position is a position that does not prevent the contained item 134 from being taken in and out of the storage space SK.
[0066] When a user removes the contents 134 from the cushioning-equipped packaging box 132, the user first pulls out the insertion piece 152 to open the lid HB. At this time, since the contents locking plate 136 is positioned in the first position (a position where the contents 134 can be securely locked), the contents 134 will not accidentally fall out even if the user does not pay special attention. After opening the lid HB, the contents locking plate 136 is moved to the second position as shown in Figure 10(b), allowing the contents 134 to be easily removed.
[0067] As described above, the cushioning packing box 132 provides substantially the same effects as the cushioning packing boxes 10 and 70 described above.
[0068] Next, a cushioning packing box 132x, which is a modified example of the cushioning packing box 132, will be described with reference to Fig. 11. The cushioning packing box 10x has a support structure for the content locking plate 136 that is modified.
[0069] 11(a) shows a box-forming piece 138x of a cushioning-equipped packaging box 132x in an expanded state. In this modification, one end of the content locking plate 136 is connected to the side flap 154 via a substantially rectangular connecting plate 182, rather than to the gluing plate 148 via a substantially square connecting plate 178.
[0070] The connecting plate 182 has one short side of a substantially rectangular shape connected to the end edge of the side flap 154 in the extension direction via a fold line 184, and has an inner fold line 186 that is substantially parallel to the fold line 184, dividing the connecting plate 182 into a first region 182a that continues to the side flap 154 and a second region 182b on the opposite side. The content locking plate 136 extends via a fold line 188 to the end edge opposite the cover plate 150, close to the fold line 186 of the second region 182b.
[0071] 11(b), in a state where the box body is assembled three-dimensionally (before the contents 132x are placed in the box), the first region 182a of the connecting plate 182 and the content locking plate 136 is folded along the fold line 184 to overlap the inner surface of the side flap 154, and the second region 182b is folded along the fold line 186 to overlap the inner surface of the glue plate 148. In other words, the first region 182a overlaps the side flap 154 to become part of the lid portion HB, and the second region 182b overlaps the glue plate 148 to become part of the side plate portion S3.
[0072] The storage item locking plate 136 is folded diagonally at fold line 188 and positioned at the corner where side plate portion S2 and side plate portion S3 intersect, with one end portion (the end portion where fold line 188 is located) supported by the second region 182b of the connecting plate 182 and positioned at a first position crossing above the storage space SK.
[0073] 11(b) corresponds to the above-mentioned FIG. 10(a), and although the support structure of the contained item support plate 136 is slightly different, it can be said that the structure is substantially the same. The subsequent operation of putting the contained item 134 into the storage space SK and the operation when the user removes the contained item 134 are the same as above.
[0074] As described above, the cushioning packing box 132x also provides the same effects as the cushioning packing box 132 described above.
[0075] The cushioning packaging box of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and modified examples. For example, the structure supporting the content locking plate may be a structure supporting both ends as in the cushioning packaging boxes 10 and 70, or a structure supporting one end as in the cushioning packaging box 132. Also, as in the cushioning packaging boxes 10 and 132, the content locking plate may be a structure returning from the second position to the first position by the elastic force of the base material when the content passes through, or as in the cushioning packaging box 70, the content locking plate may be a structure requiring an operation to return from the second position to the first position after the content passes through. Also, the member to support the end of the content locking plate (cylindrical body, side cushioning mechanism, or lid) can be freely selected. These items can be freely selected or designed in consideration of the ease of assembly of the box body, the shape and size of the content, the ease of operation to move between the first and second positions, and the strength and durability required for the content locking plate and the supporting portion.
[0076] The cylindrical body may have a structure in which the four side plate parts are continuous when assembled, and each side plate part may be formed of a single plate or may be formed by overlapping multiple plates. The lid part is attached to the end part of the cylindrical body through which the contents are inserted and removed, and therefore may be freely selected as long as it has an openable and closable structure. The bottom part closes the end part through which the contents are not inserted and removed, and therefore, as in the above embodiment, it is preferable to use a method such as gluing or taping to prevent the user from opening it.
[0077] The side cushioning mechanism installed inside the cylindrical body is preferably one that cushions and supports the contents so that the side of the contents contacts two or less side plate parts, and is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment. For example, the side cushioning mechanism of the cushioning packaging box 10, 70 is structured so that the contents do not contact all of the side plate parts S1 to S4, and the side cushioning mechanism of the cushioning packaging box 132 is structured so that the contents do not contact the side plate parts S1 and S4, but may be changed to a structure that does not contact three side plate parts. In addition, the cushioning packaging box 10, 132 does not have a bottom cushioning mechanism, but it is also possible to change to a composite cushioning mechanism in which a bottom cushioning function is added to the side cushioning mechanism.
[0078] In addition, the box-forming pieces may be made of any flexible base material, and may be freely selected from materials other than cardboard, such as synthetic resin or a laminate of synthetic resin and paper. In addition, the vertical plates 50 and 52 and the movable plate 58 shown in Fig. 2 and the movable plate 172 shown in Fig. 9 are provided with pressed lines (dotted lines in the figure) to improve the bending strength of the plates. The number and length of these pressed lines can be changed as appropriate. [Explanation of symbols]
