Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a base protection structure, a body covering structure, and a set for forming a body and a base protection structure. [Background technology]

[0002] In recent years, with the demand for buildings to have higher durability, many buildings have adopted sheet waterproofing structures in which resin sheets are laid down on the roofs, verandas, and other structural members (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0003] In this sheet waterproofing structure, for example, a steel plate (metal plate) coated with polyvinyl chloride resin and formed to correspond to the shape of the boundary between the rooftop floor and a wall section erected along the outer edge of the floor is placed at the boundary, and at least a portion of this steel plate is covered with a waterproof sheet containing polyvinyl chloride resin and a plasticizer, thereby waterproofing the rooftop boundary.

[0004] Here, the shapes of rooftops, etc. on which waterproofing is to be applied are naturally various. Therefore, the steel plates are prepared in advance in a number of different shapes, and a number of plates that match the shapes of the boundary parts of the rooftops, etc. on which waterproofing is to be applied are selected. These steel plates are then arranged so that gaps are formed between adjacent plates in accordance with the shapes of the boundary parts, and in this state, they are covered with a waterproof sheet.

[0005] In a waterproof sheet structure of this kind, as time passes after construction, the plasticizer evaporates from the waterproof sheet due to exposure to sunlight and rainwater (muddy water), resulting in a decrease in the flexibility of the waterproof sheet. This causes stress in the waterproof sheet, which can lead to a decrease in the waterproofing properties of the waterproof sheet.

[0006] The generation of stress in this waterproof sheet is due to the evaporation of plasticizer from the waterproof sheet, so it has been proposed, for example in Patent Documents 2 and 3, to attach a transition (maintenance and repair) sheet containing polyvinyl chloride resin and plasticizer to the waterproof sheet.

[0007] By attaching the transfer sheet to the waterproof sheet in this manner, the plasticizer contained in the transfer sheet can be transferred (diffused) into the waterproof sheet, thereby restoring the flexibility of the waterproof sheet to excellent levels, thereby eliminating the generation of stress in the waterproof sheet.

[0008] There is a demand for the development of other configurations that can efficiently transfer plasticizer to a waterproof sheet, rather than being limited to the case where a transfer sheet is attached to the waterproof sheet as described above. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0009] [Patent Document 1] JP 2007-70877 A [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8-207157 [Patent Document 3] JP 2015-196947 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0010] Therefore, instead of using a transfer sheet, it is possible to apply and dry a cream-like resin composition for forming a transfer layer, which contains a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, and a solvent, to form a transfer layer containing a vinyl chloride resin and a plasticizer on the waterproof sheet. However, in this case, a new problem arises in that the surface of the transfer layer becomes dirty over time, deteriorating its appearance, because the transfer layer contains a sufficient amount of plasticizer to be transferred to the waterproof sheet.

[0011] Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a base protection structure that has a transfer layer that can efficiently transfer a plasticizer to a waterproof sheet or the like that is used as a base laid on a structure, and that can suppress or prevent the adhesion of dirt to this transfer layer over a long period of time, a structure covering structure that has such a base protection structure, a structure provided with such a structure covering structure, and a base protection structure forming set that can form such a base protection structure. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0029] [Figure 1] This is a partial oblique view of a structure covering structure that includes a sheet waterproofing structure applied to a structure and a base protection structure formed on a waterproof sheet that serves as a base for the sheet waterproofing structure. [Diagram 2] 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of the structure covering the structure shown in FIG. 1. [Diagram 3] 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the periphery of the base protection structure located in the area [B] surrounded by the dotted line in the body covering structure shown in FIG. 2. FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0030] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the base protection structure, the frame covering structure, the frame and the set for forming the base protection structure of the present invention will be described in detail based on preferred embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

[0031] In the following, first, a structure covering structure (structure covering structure of the present invention) in which the base protection structure of the present invention is applied to a sheet waterproof structure having a waterproof sheet as a base will be described.

[0032] <Framework covering structure> Fig. 1 is a partial perspective view of a structure covering structure including a sheet waterproofing structure applied to a structure and a base protection structure formed on a waterproof sheet as a base of the sheet waterproofing structure, Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the structure covering structure shown in Fig. 1 taken along line AA, and Fig. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the periphery of the base protection structure located in the area [B] surrounded by a dotted line in the structure covering structure shown in Fig. 2. In the following description, the upper side in Figs. 1 to 3 will be referred to as "upper" and the lower side as "lower". Also, for convenience of description, Fig. 1 partially illustrates the vicinity of the boundary between the floor and wall of the structure, without showing the entire sheet waterproofing structure of the structure covering structure.

[0033] The structural covering structure 500 (structural covering structure of the present invention) is constructed (installed) on a structural body 100 (structural body) such as a rooftop or a balcony, and comprises a sheet waterproofing structure 10 and a base protection structure 301 that preserves and repairs this sheet waterproofing structure 10.

[0034] In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the body 100 has a floor portion 101 and a wall portion 102 that is provided upright along and surrounds the outer edge of the floor portion 101.

[0035] The sheet waterproofing structure 10 is applied to this structure 100, i.e., the wall portion 102 forming a frame and the floor portion 101 forming the bottom of the wall portion 102, and has a waterproof sheet 20 and a positioning member 50, thereby providing waterproofing to the structure 100.

[0036] A plurality of placement members 50 are arranged side by side along the boundary 103 between the floor 101 and the wall 102, and in this state, the waterproof sheet 20 covers adjacent placement members 50 so as to straddle them, thereby ensuring waterproofing at the boundary 103 of the structure 100. That is, the boundary 103 of the structure 100 is a position where cracks and other fissures are likely to occur when exposed to sunlight or rainwater, but this boundary 103 is prevented from being directly exposed to sunlight or rainwater, and the placement members 50 and the waterproof sheet 20 are exposed to sunlight and rainwater, ensuring waterproofing at the boundary 103 of the structure 100.

[0037] As described above, the placement member 50 is placed near the boundary portion 103 between the floor portion 101 and the wall portion 102.

[0038] The arrangement member 50 is made of a metal plate (steel plate) whose surface is coated with resin, and has a bottom portion 51 and a rising surface 52 as shown in FIG. The bottom portion 51 has a rectangular shape bounded by four sides in a plan view facing the floor portion 101.

[0039] In addition, the rising surface 52 stands up from the edge of the bottom 51, i.e., one of the four long sides, and when viewed in a plan view facing the wall portion 102, forms a rectangular shape surrounded by four sides, with long sides having the same length as the long sides of the bottom 51.

[0040] The bottom portion 51 and the rising surface 52 are positioned so as to correspond to the floor portion 101 and the wall portion 102, respectively, when placed on the boundary portion 103.

[0041] In this embodiment, two arrangement members 50 (a first arrangement member and a second arrangement member) having the above-described configuration are arranged side by side along the boundary portion 103 with a gap 55 formed therebetween.

[0042] In this embodiment, two placement members 50 of the same shape are placed at the boundary 103, but since the shape of the structure 100 to be waterproofed naturally varies, placement members 50 of a plurality of different shapes are prepared in advance, and a plurality of placement members 50 that match the shape of the boundary 103 of the structure 100 to be actually applied are selected. These placement members 50 are then arranged in a state in which a gap 55 is formed so as to correspond to the shape of the boundary 103.

[0043] As described above, the arrangement member 50 is made of a metal plate whose surface is coated with resin. By coating the metal plate with resin in this manner, corrosion of the metal plate can be reliably prevented.

[0044] The metal plate is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include steel plates such as stainless steel plates and iron plates, aluminum plates, and copper plates, with steel plates being preferred, as this allows the positioning member 50 to have excellent strength.

[0045] The thickness of the metal plate is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 0.1 mm or more and 3 mm or less, and more preferably about 0.3 mm or more and 2.5 mm or less.

[0046] Examples of the resin include vinyl chloride resins such as polyvinyl chloride, polyolefin resins, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, etc., and one or more of these may be used in combination, but polyvinyl chloride is preferred. Polyvinyl chloride has excellent solvent welding and heat fusion properties, and can more reliably prevent corrosion of the metal plate.

[0047] The thickness of the resin covering the metal plate is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 0.03 mm or more and 2 mm or less, and more preferably about 0.1 mm or more and 0.7 mm or less.

[0048] As shown in Figure 1, the waterproof sheet 20 is in the form of a sheet (plate) and covers two adjacent positioning members 50 (a first positioning member and a second positioning member) while including the gap 55 formed between them.

[0049] This prevents the boundary portion 103 from being directly exposed to sunlight or rainwater, and instead exposes the placement member 50 and the waterproof sheet 20 to sunlight and rainwater, thereby ensuring waterproofing at the boundary portion 103 of the main body 100.

[0050] Such a waterproof sheet 20 is made of a vinyl chloride resin sheet containing a vinyl chloride resin such as polyvinyl chloride and a plasticizer. According to the waterproof sheet 20 having such a configuration, by laminating the waterproof sheet 20 in a heated state, the two placement members 50 can be covered with the waterproof sheet 20 across the gap 55.

[0051] The thickness of the waterproof sheet 20 is not particularly limited, but is preferably, for example, about 0.1 mm to 5 mm, and more preferably about 0.3 mm to 2 mm. This allows the waterproof sheet 20 to reliably cover the placement member 50 as well as the floor portion 101 and the wall portion 102.

[0052] In the sheet-type waterproof structure 10 having the above-mentioned configuration, as time passes after construction, the plasticizer volatilizes from the waterproof sheet 20 due to exposure to sunlight and rainwater. As a result, the flexibility of the waterproof sheet 20 decreases, and stress due to deterioration of the waterproof sheet 20 may occur in the waterproof sheet 20.

[0053] Therefore, in a sheet waterproofing structure 10 configured as in this embodiment, a gap 55 is formed between adjacent positioning members 50, and because the waterproof sheet 20 is not joined to the positioning members 50, stress is generated in the waterproof sheet 20, causing the waterproof sheet 20 to develop a hemispherical protrusion protruding toward the opposite side of the floor portion 101, or to develop cracks, etc., and as a result, there may be a concern that the waterproofness of the waterproof sheet 20 will be reduced in the position of the waterproof sheet 20 corresponding to this gap 55.

[0054] Therefore, if the plasticizer that has evaporated into the waterproof sheet 20 can be resupplied to the waterproof sheet 20 at the position corresponding to the gap 55, the flexibility of the waterproof sheet 20 can be restored to excellent. As a result, the generation of stress in the waterproof sheet 20 can be eliminated, and therefore the deterioration of the waterproofness of the waterproof sheet 20 at the position corresponding to the gap 55 can be appropriately suppressed or prevented.

[0055] Therefore, in the present invention, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, a base protection structure 301 is formed which includes a transition layer 1 and a protective layer 3 for the purpose of supplying plasticizer to the waterproof sheet 20 of the sheet waterproof structure 10 where plasticizer volatilization is observed, i.e., to the waterproof sheet 20 at a position corresponding to the gap 55.

[0056] In this way, by forming the base protection structure 301 in the waterproof sheet 20 at a position corresponding to the gap 55, the plasticizer can be efficiently transferred from the transfer layer 1 included in the base protection structure 301 to the waterproof sheet 20 at a position corresponding to the gap 55. This makes it possible to restore the flexibility of the waterproof sheet 20. This makes it possible to eliminate the generation of stress in the waterproof sheet 20 and accurately suppress or prevent the deterioration of the waterproofness of the waterproof sheet 20 at the position corresponding to the gap 55.

[0057] This base protection structure 301 is composed of a laminate having a transition layer 1 bonded (laminated) onto the waterproof sheet 20 at a position corresponding to the gap 55, and a protective layer 3 laminated on the side of the transition layer 1 opposite the waterproof sheet 20.

[0058] The transition layer 1 is formed using a resin composition for forming a transition layer, which will be described later, and contains a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, and a solvent. As described above, the transition layer 1 is bonded to the waterproof sheet 20 at a position corresponding to the gap 55, so that the plasticizer contained in the transition layer 1 can efficiently transfer to the waterproof sheet 20 serving as the base.

[0059] In the constituent materials excluding the solvent, the vinyl chloride resin content of this transfer layer 1 is set to preferably 1.0% by weight to 25.0% by weight, more preferably 5.0% by weight to 15.0% by weight, and the plasticizer content of the constituent materials excluding the solvent is set to preferably 40.0% by weight to 90.0% by weight, more preferably 65.0% by weight to 80.0% by weight. This allows the plasticizer contained in the transfer layer 1 to be efficiently transferred to the waterproof sheet 20 as the base over a long period of time.

[0060] In addition, the average thickness of the transition layer 1 is preferably 1 mm or more and 7 mm or less, and more preferably 3 mm or more and 5 mm or less. This allows the transition layer 1 to reliably perform its function of transferring the plasticizer to the waterproof sheet 20 as a base. The average thickness of the transition layer 1 refers to the average thickness immediately after it is formed using the transition layer-forming resin composition, and the thickness of the transition layer 1 becomes thinner as the solvent remaining in the transition layer 1 derived from the transition layer-forming resin composition dries. When the thickness of the transition layer 1 immediately after the formation is 1, the thickness of the transition layer 1 after the solvent dries is preferably 0.5 to 0.9. This allows the transition layer 1 to be thinned, that is, the transition layer 1 to shrink, and the appearance of the base protection structure 301 to be changed accordingly.

[0061] The protective layer 3 includes a resin layer 31 containing a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, and a solvent, the plasticizer content of which is set lower than that of the transfer layer 1, and an intermediate layer located in the middle of the thickness direction of the resin layer 31 to regulate the shrinkage of the resin layer 31. In this embodiment, a case where the intermediate layer is composed of a mesh layer 32 having a mesh shape will be described as an example.

[0062] The protective layer 3 having such a configuration is laminated on the transition layer 1 so as to cover the transition layer 1. Therefore, in the base protection structure 301, the resin layer 31, which has a lower plasticizer content than the transition layer 1, is exposed as the outermost layer. Here, for example, if the transition layer 1 containing a high content of plasticizer is exposed as the outermost layer, a problem occurs in that dirt adheres relatively early due to this. However, in the present invention, the protective layer 3 is formed so as to cover the transition layer 1 and to expose the resin layer 31 as the outermost layer. Therefore, the adhesion of dirt to the base protection structure 301 can be appropriately suppressed or prevented for a long period of time. In addition, the reduction of the plasticizer in the transition layer 1 due to volatilization or the like caused by exposure to sunlight, rainwater, or the like can be appropriately suppressed or prevented for a long period of time.

[0063] Furthermore, the protective layer 3 includes a mesh layer 32 located midway through the thickness direction of the resin layer 31. Therefore, when the resin layer 31 is formed on the transition layer 1 using a resin composition for forming a resin layer described later, the occurrence of wrinkles on the surface of the resin layer 31 due to the shrinkage of the resin layer 31 can be appropriately suppressed or prevented. Therefore, the deterioration of the appearance of the resin layer 31 (protective layer 3) can be appropriately suppressed or prevented. In addition, the base protection structure 301 and the waterproof sheet 20 are reinforced, and the waterproof property of the waterproof sheet 20 can be appropriately suppressed or prevented from decreasing in the waterproof sheet 20 at the position corresponding to the gap 55.

[0064] In the protective layer 3, the resin layer 31 is formed using a resin composition for forming a transition layer described later, and the plasticizer content is set lower than that of the transition layer 1. Specifically, the plasticizer content in the constituent materials excluding the solvent is preferably set to 5.0% by weight to 50.0% by weight, more preferably 10.0% by weight to 45.0% by weight, and the vinyl chloride resin content in the constituent materials excluding the solvent is preferably set to 25.0% by weight to 80.0% by weight, more preferably 35.0% by weight to 70.0% by weight. This makes it possible to more accurately suppress or prevent adhesion of dirt to the resin layer 31 exposed as the outermost layer in the base protection structure 301 for a long period of time.

[0065] The resin layer 31 preferably has an average thickness of 0.3 mm or more and 5.0 mm or less, and more preferably 0.5 mm or more and 3.0 mm or less. This allows the resin layer 31 to reliably perform its function as an outermost layer that prevents dirt from adhering. The thickness of the resin layer 31 refers to a thickness including the thickness of the mesh layer 32 located in the middle of the resin layer 31 in the thickness direction. Therefore, it refers to the same thickness as the total thickness of the protective layer 3. The average thickness of the resin layer 31 refers to the average thickness immediately after it is formed using the resin composition for forming a resin layer, and the thickness of the resin layer 31 becomes thinner as the solvent remaining in the resin layer 31 derived from the resin composition for forming a resin layer evaporates. When the thickness of the resin layer 31 immediately after the formation is taken as 1, it is preferable that the thickness is 0.1 to 0.4. This allows the resin layer 31 to be thinned, that is, to shrink, and the appearance of the base protection structure 301 to be changed can be appropriately suppressed or prevented.

[0066] Moreover, the mesh layer 32 is composed of a mesh provided in the protective layer 3 at a position midway in the thickness direction of the resin layer 31. Since such a mesh layer 32 is positioned midway in the thickness direction of the resin layer 31, it functions as a regulating layer that suppresses or prevents the resin layer 31 from shrinking when the resin layer 31 is formed on the transition layer 1 using a resin composition for forming a resin layer, which will be described later, and therefore it is possible to appropriately suppress or prevent the occurrence of wrinkles on the surface of the resin layer 31.

[0067] In this specification, when the mesh layer 32 in the protective layer 3 is located halfway in the thickness direction of the resin layer 31, this also means that the mesh layer 32 is not exposed on the surface of the resin layer 31 opposite the transition layer 1, and that on the transition layer 1 side, the resin layer 31 passes through the mesh layer 32 and at least a portion of it is joined to the transition layer 1.

[0068] The mesh size of the mesh layer 32 is preferably 3 meshes or more and 100 meshes or less, and more preferably 5 meshes or more and 60 meshes or less. This allows the resin layer 31 to be reliably formed in a state where the mesh layer 32 is disposed midway in the thickness direction of the resin layer 31 by passing the resin layer forming resin composition through the meshes of the mesh when the protective layer 3 is formed on the transition layer 1 using the resin layer forming resin composition and the mesh described later.

[0069] In addition, the mesh layer 32 may have any configuration as long as it has a mesh structure by having a plurality of through holes penetrating in the thickness direction, but it is preferable that the mesh layer 32 is woven in a mesh shape with resin fibers as warp and weft. This makes it relatively easy to prepare a mesh having a mesh structure of a desired size, i.e., a mesh of a desired mesh size. In addition, when the resin layer 31 (protective layer 3) is formed using the resin composition for forming a resin layer, the resin layer 31 can be formed in a state in which the resin composition for forming a resin layer is infiltrated into the resin fibers. Therefore, the adhesive strength between the resin layer 31 and the mesh layer 32 can be improved.

[0070] The resin fiber is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include polyester fiber, aramid fiber, nylon fiber, vinylon fiber, etc., and one or a combination of two or more of these may be used.

[0071] In addition, when the mesh layer 32 is formed by weaving resin fibers into a mesh shape, the thickness at the intersections where the mesh of the resin fibers intersect is preferably 0.1 mm to 1.5 mm, more preferably 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm. This allows the mesh layer 32 to reliably function as a regulating layer that suppresses or prevents the resin layer 31 from shrinking, and therefore more accurately suppresses or prevents wrinkles from occurring on the surface of the resin layer 31. In addition, the base protection structure 301 and the waterproof sheet 20 are reinforced, and the waterproofness of the waterproof sheet 20 at the position of the waterproof sheet 20 corresponding to the gap 55 can be more accurately suppressed or prevented from decreasing.

[0072] In this embodiment, the intermediate layer is described as being composed of a mesh layer 32. However, the intermediate layer is not limited to being a mesh layer 32, and may be, for example, a sheet layer or a flat layer having a sheet or flat shape, as long as it is located halfway through the thickness direction of the resin layer 31 and can regulate the shrinkage of the resin layer 31.

[0073] In addition, as in this embodiment, by forming the intermediate layer with the mesh layer 32, the mesh layer 32 (intermediate layer) exhibits excellent adhesion with the resin layer 31, so that it is possible to more appropriately suppress or prevent wrinkles on the surface of the resin layer 31 due to shrinkage of the resin layer 31. Therefore, it is possible to more appropriately suppress or prevent deterioration of the appearance of the resin layer 31 (protective layer 3). Furthermore, the protective layer 3 having the mesh layer 32 as the intermediate layer also has good adhesion with the transition layer 1, so that it is possible to reinforce the base protection structure 301 and the waterproof sheet 20. Therefore, in the waterproof sheet 20 at the position corresponding to the gap 55, it is possible to more appropriately suppress or prevent deterioration of the waterproofness of the waterproof sheet 20.

[0074] The base protection structure 301 having such a configuration and consisting of a laminate having a transition layer 1 and a protective layer 3 can be formed, for example, as follows using a base protection structure forming set having a transition layer forming resin composition used to form the transition layer 1, a resin layer forming resin composition used to form the resin layer 31 provided in the protective layer 3, and a mesh used to form the mesh layer 32 provided in the protective layer 3.

[0075] That is, the base protection structure 301 can be formed through a transition layer forming coating film forming step of applying a transition layer forming resin composition to at least a position corresponding to the gap 55 of the waterproof sheet 20 as the base to form a transition layer forming coating film, a resin layer forming coating film forming step of applying a resin layer forming resin composition to the transition layer forming coating film with a mesh arranged on the transition layer forming coating film to form a resin layer forming coating film, and a transition layer / protective layer forming step of drying the transition layer forming coating film and the resin layer forming coating film to form the transition layer 1 and the protective layer 3 having the mesh layer 32 provided in the middle of the thickness direction of the resin layer 31. The base protection structure 301 can be formed through the relatively simple steps of the transition layer forming coating film forming step, the resin layer forming coating film forming step, and the transition layer / protective layer forming step as described above.

[0076] The resin composition for forming the transition layer and the resin composition for forming the resin layer, which are used to form the base protection structure 301 for the sheet waterproof structure 10, will be described below in order.

[0077] <Resin composition for forming transition layer> The resin composition for forming a transition layer is used to form the transition layer 1 that allows the plasticizer to migrate to the waterproof sheet 20, and contains a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, and a solvent.

[0078] The resin composition for forming the transition layer has a solubility parameter (SP value) of the vinyl chloride resin contained in the resin composition for forming the transition layer of A [(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2], and the solubility parameter of the solvent contained in the resin composition for forming the transition layer is B[(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 ], the absolute value of the difference |AB| preferably satisfies the relationship |AB|≦2.0.

[0079] By setting the absolute value |AB| of the difference between the solubility parameter A of the vinyl chloride resin and the solubility parameter B of the solvent within the above range, the vinyl chloride resin can be dissolved in the solvent with excellent solubility. Therefore, the resin composition for forming the transition layer can be made creamy (paste-like). Therefore, by applying the resin composition for forming the transition layer to the waterproof sheet 20 and then drying it, the transition layer 1 can be reliably formed on the waterproof sheet 20 at the position corresponding to the gap 55. Then, the plasticizer contained in the resin composition for forming the transition layer can be efficiently transferred from the transition layer 1 to the waterproof sheet 20, so that the flexibility of the waterproof sheet 20 can be reliably restored.

[0080] In this specification, the solubility parameter (SP value) refers to the Hansen solubility parameter, which is obtained by dividing the solubility parameter introduced by Hildebrand into three components, namely, the dispersion term δD, the polarity term δP, and the hydrogen bonding term δH, and expressing them in a three-dimensional space.

[0081] The dispersion term ΔD represents the effect due to dispersion forces, the polar term ΔP represents the effect due to dipole-dipole forces, and the hydrogen bond term ΔH represents the effect due to hydrogen bonding forces. δD: Energy derived from intermolecular dispersion forces δP: Energy derived from intermolecular polar forces δH: Energy derived from hydrogen bonding forces between molecules (Note that the units are MPa.) 0.5 ).

[0082] The following relationship is found between Hildebrand's SP score and Hansen's HSP. Hildebrand's SP 2 = δD 2 +δP 2 +δH 2

[0083] The definition and calculation of HSP are described in Hansen Solubility Parameters: A Users Handbook by Charles M. Hansen (CRC Press, 2007).

[0084] Here, the dispersion term reflects van der Waals forces, the polar term reflects dipole moments, and the hydrogen bond term reflects the effects of water, alcohol, etc. Also, it can be determined that substances with similar HSP vectors have high solubility.

[0085] The HSP distance (Ra) can be calculated, for example, by the following formula when the HSP of the solute (vinyl chloride resin) is (ΔD1, ΔP1, ΔH1) and the HSP of the solvent is (ΔD2, ΔP2, ΔH2).

[0086] HSP distance (Ra)= {4×(δD1-δD2) 2 +(δP1-δP2) 2 +(δH1-δH2) 2} 0.5

[0087] In addition, the Hansen HSP of a mixed solvent can be calculated using the following formula, using the volume as the mixing ratio.

[0088] [δDm, δPm, δHm] = [(a×(δD1+b×δD2),(a×(δP1+b×δP2),(a×(δH1+b×δH2)] / (a+b)

[0089] Various constituent materials contained in the resin composition for forming the transition layer having such a configuration will be described below. As described above, the resin composition for forming the transition layer contains a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, and a solvent.

[0090] (a) Vinyl chloride resin The vinyl chloride resin is contained in the resin composition for forming the transition layer as the main material thereof so that when the resin composition for forming the transition layer is applied to the waterproof sheet 20 and then dried, the dried product, i.e., the transition layer 1, will be layered.

[0091] The vinyl chloride resin is not particularly limited as long as it is a polymer containing vinyl chloride, that is, an oligomer, a prepolymer, or a polymer, but examples thereof include a monomer polymer of vinyl chloride, a copolymer of vinyl chloride with vinyl acetate, ethylene, or propylene, and a mixture of two or more of these polymers. By using these as the vinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer contained in the transition layer 1 formed using the transition layer forming resin composition can be reliably transferred to the waterproof sheet 20 side from the transition layer 1. In addition, among these, the vinyl chloride resin is preferably a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer. This can improve the solubility of the vinyl chloride resin in the transition layer forming resin composition and can increase the viscosity of the vinyl chloride resin. In addition, the retention of the plasticizer in the transition layer 1 formed can be improved.

[0092] This vinyl chloride resin has a solubility parameter A of 9.0 (cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 More than 11.0(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 It is preferable that the calorie content is 9.5 (cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 More than 10.5(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2It is more preferable that |AB| is equal to or less than 2.0. This makes it relatively easy to set the absolute value of the difference |AB| so as to satisfy the relationship |AB|≦2.0.

[0093] The content of the vinyl chloride resin in the resin composition for forming the transition layer is preferably 3% by weight or more and 20% by weight or less, and more preferably 5% by weight or more and 10% by weight or less. By setting the content of the vinyl chloride resin within the above range, the transition layer 1 having a layered shape can be reliably formed using the resin composition for forming the transition layer. Furthermore, the plasticizer contained in the transition layer 1 formed using the resin composition for forming the transition layer can be reliably transferred to the waterproof sheet 20 side from the transition layer 1 formed using the resin composition for forming the transition layer.

[0094] (b) Plasticizer The plasticizer is contained as a material that migrates from the transition layer 1 formed by applying the resin composition for forming the transition layer to the waterproof sheet 20 and then drying it, to the waterproof sheet 20.

[0095] Examples of the plasticizer include, but are not limited to, phthalate ester plasticizers such as DOP (dioctyl phthalate), DBP (dibutyl phthalate), DIBP (diisobutyl phthalate), DINP (diisononyl phthalate), DHP (diheptyl phthalate), and dialkyl (C9-C11) phthalates; aliphatic dibasic acid ester plasticizers such as DOA (di-2-ethylhexyl adipate), DIDA (diisodecyl adipate), and DOS (di-2-ethylhexyl sebacate); aromatic carboxylate ester plasticizers such as ethylene glycol benzoates; and trimellitic acid ester plasticizers such as TOTM (trioctyl trimellitate); ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer plasticizers; and polyester plasticizers. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. By using these as a plasticizer, it is possible to reliably improve the flexibility of the waterproof sheet 20 that has been reduced when the plasticizer migrates from the transfer layer 1 to the waterproof sheet 20 .

[0096] The solubility parameter (SP value) of this plasticizer is 8.0 (cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 More than 10.0(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 It is preferable that the calorie content is 8.5 (cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 More than 9.5(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 This makes it possible to dissolve not only the vinyl chloride resin but also the plasticizer in the solvent with excellent solubility in the resin composition for forming the transition layer.

[0097] The content of the plasticizer in the resin composition for forming the transition layer is preferably 20% by weight to 65% by weight, more preferably 30% by weight to 55% by weight. By setting the content of the plasticizer within the above range, the plasticizer can be reliably transferred from the transition layer 1 formed using the resin composition for forming the transition layer to the waterproof sheet 20.

[0098] (c) Solvent The solvent is contained in the resin composition for forming a transition layer in order to dissolve the vinyl chloride resin, thereby making the resin composition for forming a transition layer creamy (paste-like).

[0099] The solvent is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include hydrocarbon solvents such as n-hexane, toluene, and o-xylene, ketone solvents such as acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), and cyclohexanone, ester solvents such as ethyl acetate and isobutyl acetate, ether solvents such as diethyl ether and tetrahydrofuran (THF), and alcohol solvents such as methanol, ethanol, and 1-propanol, and one or more of these can be used in combination. By using these as solvents, the vinyl chloride resin can be dissolved in the resin composition for forming the transition layer, and the resin composition for forming the transition layer can be made into a cream (paste) state.

[0100] This solvent has a solubility parameter B of 7.5 (cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 More than 10.5(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 It is preferable that the calorie content is 8.5 (cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 More than 9.5(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 It is more preferable that the absolute value of the difference |AB| is equal to or less than 2.0. This makes it relatively easy to set the absolute value of the difference |AB| to one that satisfies the relationship of |AB|≦2.0, and the transition layer 1 obtained by drying the transition layer-forming resin composition can be formed to have an appropriate adhesion to the waterproof sheet 20.

[0101] The solvent is a mixed solvent, and the solvent having the lowest boiling point is preferably 60° C. or higher, more preferably 65° C. or higher and 85° C. or lower, and the solvent having the highest boiling point is preferably 135° C. or lower, more preferably 85° C. or lower and 130° C. or lower. This makes it possible to more reliably make the resin composition for forming a transition layer into a cream-like form before drying the resin composition for forming a transition layer, and the transition layer 1 obtained by drying the resin composition for forming a transition layer can be formed as one that exhibits excellent adhesion to the waterproof sheet 20.

[0102] Considering the relationship between the solubility parameter B and the boiling point of the mixed solvent as described above, specific combinations of solvents include, for example, a combination of at least one of toluene, n-butyl acetate, and isobutyl acetate with at least one of methyl ethyl ketone, tetrahydrofuran, and ethyl acetate, and, considering environmental safety, a combination of isobutyl acetate with at least one of ethyl acetate and tetrahydrofuran is exampled.

[0103] In addition, the content of the solvent in the resin composition for forming the transition layer is preferably 15% by weight or more and 45% by weight or less, more preferably 25% by weight or more and 35% by weight or less. By setting the content of the solvent within the above range, the vinyl chloride resin can be dissolved in the resin composition for forming the transition layer. In addition, the resin composition for forming the transition layer can be used to reliably form the layered transition layer 1.

[0104] (d) Viscosity modifier In addition to the vinyl chloride resin, plasticizer, and solvent, the resin composition for forming the transition layer preferably further contains a viscosity modifier.

[0105] By including a viscosity adjuster in the resin composition for forming the transition layer, the viscosity of the resin composition for forming the transition layer can be set within an appropriate range, thereby ensuring that the resin composition for forming the transition layer is creamy.

[0106] The viscosity modifier is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include titanium oxide, clay, silica, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, etc., and one or more of these may be used in combination. Among these, calcium carbonate is preferable. This can reliably increase the viscosity of the resin composition for forming the transition layer.

[0107] The viscosity modifier is preferably particulate and has an average particle size of 0.5 μm to 20 μm, more preferably 0.5 μm to 10 μm. By setting the average particle size within the above range, the dispersibility of the viscosity modifier in the transition layer-forming resin composition can be improved.

[0108] The content of the viscosity modifier in the resin composition for forming the transition layer is preferably 5% by weight or more and 20% by weight or less, more preferably 10% by weight or more and 15% by weight or less. By setting the content of the viscosity modifier within the above range, the viscosity of the resin composition for forming the transition layer can be set relatively easily within an appropriate range.

[0109] Furthermore, in addition to the above-mentioned constituent materials, a stabilizer, a stabilizing aid, an ultraviolet absorbing agent, a colorant, a lubricant, etc. may be added to the resin composition for forming the transition layer.

[0110] The stabilizer may be, for example, zinc glycine, and the stabilizing aid in this case may be, for example, organic phosphates such as tricresyl phosphate (TCP), trixylyl phosphate (TXP), tributyl phosphate (TBP), tri-2-ethylhexyl phosphate, and 2-ethylhexyl diphenyl phosphate.

[0111] In such a resin composition for forming a transition layer, the absolute value |AB| of the difference between the solubility parameter A of the vinyl chloride resin and the solubility parameter B of the solvent preferably satisfies the relationship |AB|≦2.0, and more preferably satisfies the relationship 1.0≦|AB|≦1.5. This allows the vinyl chloride resin to be dissolved in the solvent with better solubility, so that the resin composition for forming a transition layer can have a better creaminess, and furthermore, since the difference between the solubility parameter A of the vinyl chloride resin and the solubility parameter B of the solvent is not too small, it becomes possible to relatively easily peel off the transition layer 1 from the waterproof sheet 20.

[0112] Furthermore, when the transition layer-forming resin composition is cream-like, the viscosity of the transition layer-forming resin composition at 23° C. is preferably 5,000 mP·s or more and 20,000 mPa·s or less, and more preferably 10,000 mPa·s or more and 15,000 mPa·s or less. This makes it relatively easy to supply the transition layer-forming resin composition to waterproof sheet 20, and allows transition layer 1 with a more uniform thickness to be formed on waterproof sheet 20 at positions corresponding to gaps 55.

[0113] <Resin composition for forming resin layer> The resin composition for forming a resin layer is used to form a resin layer 31 that is provided in the protective layer 3 and covers the transition layer 1, and contains a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, and a solvent, with the plasticizer content being set lower than that of the resin composition for forming a transition layer.

[0114] The resin composition for forming the resin layer is characterized in that the solubility parameter (SP value) of the vinyl chloride resin contained in the resin composition for forming the resin layer is C[(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 ], and the solubility parameter of the solvent contained in the resin composition for forming the resin layer is D[(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 ], the absolute value of the difference |CD| preferably satisfies the relationship |CD|≦2.0.

[0115] By setting the absolute value |CD| of the difference between the solubility parameter C of the vinyl chloride resin and the solubility parameter D of the solvent within the above range, the vinyl chloride resin can be dissolved in the solvent with excellent solubility. Therefore, the resin composition for forming the resin layer can be made creamy (paste-like). Therefore, by going through the process of applying the resin composition for forming the resin layer to the transition layer 1 on which the mesh is placed and then drying, the resin layer 31 (protective layer 3) can be reliably formed on the transition layer 1.

[0116] The various constituent materials contained in the resin composition for forming the resin layer, which has such a configuration, will be described below. As described above, the resin composition for forming the resin layer contains a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, and a solvent, and the content of the plasticizer is set to be lower than that of the resin composition for forming the transition layer.

[0117] (a) Vinyl chloride resin The vinyl chloride resin is contained in the resin composition for forming a resin layer as the main material thereof so that when the resin composition for forming a resin layer is applied to the transition layer 1 on which the mesh is placed and then dried, the dried product, i.e., the resin layer 31, is layered.

[0118] As the vinyl chloride resin, for example, the same resins as those exemplified as those contained in the resin composition for forming the transition layer described above can be used.

[0119] This vinyl chloride resin has a solubility parameter C of 9.0 (cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 More than 11.0(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 It is preferable that the calorie content is 9.5 (cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 More than 10.5(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 It is more preferable that |CD| is equal to or less than 2.0. This makes it relatively easy to set the absolute value of the difference |CD| so as to satisfy the relationship |CD|≦2.0.

[0120] The content of the vinyl chloride resin in the resin composition for forming a resin layer is preferably 3% by weight or more and 20% by weight or less, and more preferably 10% by weight or more and 15% by weight or less. By setting the content of the vinyl chloride resin within the above range, the resin composition for forming a resin layer can be used to reliably form the layered resin layer 31.

[0121] (b) Plasticizer The plasticizer is contained as a material that imparts flexibility to the resin layer 31 formed by applying the resin composition for forming the resin layer to the transfer layer 1 on which the mesh is placed and then drying it.

[0122] As the plasticizer, for example, the same plasticizers as those exemplified as those contained in the resin composition for forming the transition layer described above can be used.

[0123] The solubility parameter (SP value) of this plasticizer is 8.0 (cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 More than 10.0(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 It is preferable that the calorie content is 8.5 (cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2More than 9.5(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 This makes it possible to dissolve not only the vinyl chloride resin but also the plasticizer in the solvent with excellent solubility in the resin composition for forming a resin layer.

[0124] The content of the plasticizer in the resin composition for forming a resin layer is preferably 1% by weight or more and 20% by weight or less, and more preferably 3% by weight or more and 10% by weight or less. By setting the content of the plasticizer within the above range, it is possible to reliably impart the required flexibility to the resin layer 31 formed using the resin composition for forming a resin layer.

[0125] (c) Solvent The solvent is contained in the resin composition for forming a resin layer in order to dissolve the vinyl chloride resin and thereby make the resin composition for forming a resin layer into a cream (paste) state.

[0126] As the solvent, for example, the same solvent as that mentioned above as contained in the resin composition for forming the transition layer can be used. This allows the vinyl chloride resin to be dissolved in the resin composition for forming the resin layer, and the resin composition for forming the resin layer can be made into a cream (paste) state.

[0127] This solvent has a solubility parameter D of 7.5 (cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 More than 10.5(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 It is preferable that the calorie content is 8.5 (cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 More than 10.0(cal / cm 3 ) 1 / 2 It is more preferable that the absolute value of the difference |CD| is set to satisfy the relationship of |CD|≦2.0 relatively easily, and the resin layer 31 obtained by drying the resin composition for forming a resin layer can be formed to exhibit appropriate adhesion to the transfer layer 1.

[0128] The solvent is a mixed solvent, and the solvent having the lowest boiling point is preferably 60° C. or higher, more preferably 65° C. or higher and 85° C. or lower, and the solvent having the highest boiling point is preferably 165° C. or lower, more preferably 90° C. or higher and 160° C. or lower. This makes it possible to more reliably make the resin composition for forming a resin layer into a cream-like state before drying the resin composition for forming a resin layer, and also makes it possible to form the resin layer 31 obtained by drying the resin composition for forming a resin layer into one that exhibits excellent adhesion to the transfer layer 1.

[0129] Considering the relationship between the solubility parameter D and the boiling point of the mixed solvent as described above, specific combinations of solvents include, for example, a combination of at least one of cyclohexanone and xylene and at least one of methyl ethyl ketone and tetrahydrofuran, and in consideration of environmental safety, a combination of cyclohexanone and tetrahydrofuran is included.

[0130] The content of the solvent in the resin composition for forming the resin layer is preferably 50.0% by weight or more and 80.0% by weight or less, and more preferably 65.0% by weight or more and 70.0% by weight or less. By setting the content of the solvent within the above range, the vinyl chloride resin can be dissolved in the resin composition for forming the resin layer. Furthermore, the resin composition for forming the resin layer can be used to reliably form the resin layer 31 that is layered and has the mesh layer 32 located in the middle of its thickness direction.

[0131] (d) Viscosity modifier The resin composition for forming the resin layer preferably further contains a viscosity modifier in addition to the vinyl chloride resin, plasticizer and solvent.

[0132] By including a viscosity adjuster in the resin composition for forming a resin layer, the viscosity of the resin composition for forming a resin layer can be set within an appropriate range, and the resin composition for forming a resin layer can be reliably made creamy.

[0133] As the viscosity modifier, for example, the same as those exemplified as those contained in the resin composition for forming the transition layer can be used. This can reliably increase the viscosity of the resin composition for forming the resin layer.

[0134] The content of the viscosity modifier in the resin composition for forming a resin layer is preferably 1% by weight or more and 20% by weight or less, and more preferably 3% by weight or more and 10% by weight or less. By setting the content of the viscosity modifier within the above range, the viscosity of the resin composition for forming a resin layer can be set within an appropriate range relatively easily.

[0135] Furthermore, in addition to the above-mentioned respective constituent materials, a stabilizer, a stabilizing aid, an ultraviolet absorbing agent, a colorant, a lubricant, etc. may be added to the resin composition for forming the resin layer.

[0136] In such a resin composition for forming a resin layer, the absolute value |CD| of the difference between the solubility parameter C of the vinyl chloride resin and the solubility parameter D of the solvent preferably satisfies the relationship |CD|≦2.0, and more preferably satisfies the relationship 1.0≦|CD|≦1.5. This allows the vinyl chloride resin to be dissolved in the solvent with superior solubility, and the resin composition for forming a resin layer can be made to have a superior creaminess.

[0137] In addition, when the resin composition for forming a resin layer is cream-like, the viscosity of the resin composition for forming a resin layer at 23°C is preferably 1,000 mPa·s or more and 25,000 mPa·s or less, and more preferably 2,500 mPa·s or more and 25,000 mPa·s or less. This makes it relatively easy to supply the resin composition for forming a resin layer to the transition layer 1 on which the mesh is placed, and a resin layer 31 with a more uniform thickness can be formed on the transition layer 1. In addition, the resin composition for forming a resin layer can be smoothly passed through the mesh placed on the transition layer 1, so that the protective layer 3 in which the mesh layer 32 is located midway in the thickness direction of the resin layer 31 can be reliably formed.

[0138] In this embodiment, the case where the base protection structure 301 is provided on the waterproof sheet 20 as a base provided in the sheet waterproofing structure 10 has been described, but this base is not limited to the waterproof sheet 20 and may be, for example, a paint film waterproofing, etc.

[0139] Although the base protection structure, the frame covering structure, the frame, and the set for forming the base protection structure of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these.

[0140] For example, in the base protection structure and the framework covering structure of the present invention, each component can be replaced with any component that can exert a similar function, or any component can be added.

[0141] In the embodiment of the base protection structure of the present invention, the transition layer and the protective layer are described as having shapes and sizes that are almost the same in the direction perpendicular to the thickness direction as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, but the present invention is not limited to this case. The protective layer may be larger than the transition layer, and when the transition layer is covered, the edge of the protective layer may be bonded to the waterproof sheet beyond the edge of the transition layer. By making the base protection structure have such a shape, the edge of the protective layer that exceeds the edge of the transition layer is bonded to the waterproof sheet, so that when the resin layer is formed using the resin composition for forming the resin layer, the shrinkage of the resin layer can be more accurately suppressed or prevented. In addition, the waterproofness of the waterproof sheet at the position corresponding to the gap can be more accurately suppressed or prevented from decreasing due to the water-stopping property of the resin layer formed using the resin composition for forming the resin layer. Formation of base protection structure 301 on waterproof sheet 20 Example 1 A base protection structure 301 of Example 1 was formed on a waterproof sheet 20 using a resin composition for forming a transition layer, a mesh as an intermediate layer, and the resin composition for forming a resin layer of Sample No. 1.

[0159] More specifically, a waterproof sheet 20 was prepared, and a transition layer-forming coating film was formed by applying a transition layer-forming resin composition to the waterproof sheet 20. After that, a transition layer 1 having an average thickness of 2 mm was formed to cover the waterproof sheet 20.

[0160] Next, with a mesh placed on this transition layer forming coating film, the resin composition for forming a resin layer of Sample No. 1 was applied to almost the entire surface of the transition layer forming coating film in a manner corresponding to the shape of the transition layer forming coating film, thereby forming a resin layer forming coating film.

[0161] Next, the transition layer forming coating film and the resin layer forming coating film laminated on the waterproof sheet 20 were dried to form a transition layer 1 having an average thickness of 2 mm covering the waterproof sheet 20, and a protective layer 3 having an average thickness of 2 mm and a mesh layer 32 provided midway through the thickness direction of the resin layer 31, in this order on the waterproof sheet 20, thereby obtaining the base protection structure 301 of Example 1 on the waterproof sheet 20.

[0162] The waterproof sheet 20 used contained 50 parts by weight of a plasticizer for 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin.

[0163] (Examples 2 to 4) The base protection structures 301 of Examples 2 to 4 were formed on the waterproof sheet 20 in the same manner as in Example 1, except that at least one of the type of intermediate layer and the sample number of the resin composition for forming the resin layer used to form the base protection structure 301 was changed as shown in Table 1.

[0164] (Comparative Examples 1 to 4) Substrate protective structures of Comparative Examples 1 to 4 were formed on the waterproof sheet 20 in the same manner as in Examples 1 to 4, respectively, except that the formation of the intermediate layer in the protective layer 3 was omitted.

[0165] Comparative Example 5 The resin composition for forming the resin layer used to form the base protection structure 301 was that of sample No. 5, and further, the base protection structure 301 of Comparative Example 5 was formed on the waterproof sheet 20 in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the formation of the intermediate layer in the protective layer 3 was omitted.

[0166] Comparative Example 6 A base protection structure of Comparative Example 6 was formed on a waterproof sheet 20 in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the formation of the protective layer 3 covering the transfer layer 1 was omitted.

[0167] 4. Evaluation The base protection structures 301 formed on the waterproof sheet 20 of each of the examples and comparative examples were evaluated using the following method.

[0168] <Effect of reducing the occurrence of wrinkles on the surface of the protective layer 3> For the base protection structure 301 of each embodiment and each comparative example formed on the waterproof sheet 20, the presence or absence of wrinkles on the surface of the protective layer 3 (resin layer 31) was visually observed 6 months after the formation of the protective layer 3, and the reduction effect was evaluated based on the evaluation criteria shown below.

[0169] After the protective layer 3 was formed, the base protective structure 301 of each of the examples and comparative examples was exposed outdoors for six months starting in autumn (October).

[0170] [Evaluation Criteria] Wrinkles on the surface of the protective layer 3 ◎: Not acceptable ○: Some deterioration in appearance of the surface of the protective layer 3 is observed, but it cannot be said that such deterioration has occurred. ×: Clearly noticeable, and the appearance of the surface of the protective layer 3 is poor.

[0171] <Effect of reducing the exposure of the mesh on the surface of the protective layer 3> For the base protection structure 301 of each embodiment and each comparative example formed on the waterproof sheet 20, the presence or absence of exposed mesh on the surface of the protective layer 3 (resin layer 31) was visually observed immediately after the formation of the protective layer 3, and the reduction effect was evaluated based on the evaluation criteria shown below.

[0172] [Evaluation Criteria] The exposed mesh on the surface of the protective layer 3 ◎: Not acceptable ○: Some deterioration in appearance of the surface of the protective layer 3 is observed, but it cannot be said that such deterioration has occurred. ×: Clearly noticeable, and the appearance of the surface of the protective layer 3 is poor.

[0173] <Effect of reducing adhesion of dirt to the surface of the protective layer 3> For the base protection structure 301 of each example and each comparative example formed on the waterproof sheet 20, the presence or absence of dirt on the outermost surface of the base protection structure 301, i.e., the surface of the protective layer 3 (resin layer 31), was visually observed 6 months after the formation of the protective layer 3, and the reduction effect was evaluated based on the evaluation criteria shown below.

[0174] After the protective layer 3 was formed, the base protective structure 301 of each of the examples and comparative examples was exposed outdoors for six months starting in autumn (October).

[0175] [Evaluation Criteria] The adhesion of dirt to the surface of the protective layer 3 ◎: Not acceptable ○: Some deterioration in appearance of the surface of the protective layer 3 is observed, but it cannot be said that such deterioration has occurred. ×: Clearly noticeable, and the appearance of the surface of the protective layer 3 is poor. The results of each evaluation obtained as described above are shown in Table 1.

[0176] [Table 1]

[0177] As shown in Table 1, in each embodiment, the protective layer covering the transition layer is configured to include an intermediate layer located halfway through the thickness of the resin layer, thereby reducing the occurrence of wrinkles on the surface of the protective layer and exposure of the mesh, while suppressing the adhesion of dirt to the surface of the protective layer, and resulting in results that can be said to enable the plasticizer to be efficiently transferred from the transition layer to the waterproof sheet.

[0178] In contrast, in Comparative Examples 1 to 5, the protective layer does not include an intermediate layer located in the middle of the resin layer in the thickness direction, and as a result, wrinkles are generated on the surface of the protective layer, resulting in a poor appearance. Also, in Comparative Example 6, the protective layer is not formed, and as a result, dirt is attached to the surface of the transition layer, resulting in a poor appearance. [Explanation of symbols]
