The edges of both flanges (22) on the opposite side to the support (2) and the web portion (23) are inclined downward from the upper end toward the support (2).
[0025] The outrigger (5) is attached to the support (2) by using the second mounting group (20) from the bottom and the lower end mounting group (20) of the support (2). Hereinafter, the second mounting group from the bottom will be referred to as the first mounting group (20A), the mounting fixture of the first mounting group (20A) will be referred to as the first mounting fixture (21A), the lower end mounting group will be referred to as the second mounting group (20B), and the mounting fixture of the second mounting group (20B) will be referred to as the second mounting fixture (21B).
[0026] 2, the work floor (3) is provided with a plurality of horizontal bars (31) that are arranged vertically at a distance between two support columns (2) arranged in a row in a row with their longitudinal direction facing the front-rear direction, and that have both front and rear ends attached to the support columns (2) using mounting fixtures (21), and a plurality of step plates (32) that are arranged between adjacent horizontal bars (31) in a row in a row in a left-right direction with their longitudinal direction facing the left-right direction, and that have both left and right ends attached to the horizontal bars (31). Although not shown in the figure, insert metal fittings are provided in a hanging manner at both front and rear ends of the horizontal bars (31), and the insert metal fittings are inserted from above into the mounting fixtures (21) that face each other at the same height position of the two support columns (2) arranged in a row in a row, thereby connecting the horizontal bars (31) to both the front and rear support columns (2). In addition, although not shown in the figure, a plurality of hooks are provided at intervals in the front-to-rear direction on both left and right ends of the step plate (32), and the step plate (32) is attached to the cross rails (31) by hooking the hooks onto adjacent cross rails (31) in the left-to-right direction.
[0027] Referring to Figure 1, the leading handrail (4) is connected to the support (2) by insert fittings (41) hanging down from the upper ends of both left and right edges being inserted from above into the inner left-right mounting fixtures (21) at the same height position of the adjacent posts (2) on the left and right, and by mounting fittings (42) at the lower ends of both left and right edges being attached to the mounting fixtures (21) (21B) at the same height position of the adjacent posts (2) on the left and right.
[0028] The outrigger (5) comprises a first vertical pillar (51) arranged close to the support pillar (2), a second vertical pillar (52) arranged parallel to the first vertical pillar (51) and having an upper end located in the middle of the length of the first vertical pillar (51) and a lower end located lower than the lower end of the first vertical pillar (51), a diagonal member (53) connecting the upper end of the first vertical pillar (51) to the upper end of the second vertical pillar (52), a cross member (54) connecting the lower end of the first vertical pillar (51) to a position at the upper end of the second vertical pillar (52) lower than the inclined lower end of the diagonal member (53), and a jack (55) provided at the lower end of the second vertical pillar (52) so as to protrude downward.
[0029] 3 and 4, a horizontal plate-like upper bracket (56) protruding toward the support (2) is fixed to the upper end of the first vertical column (51), and a vertical pin-like upper insert member (57) with a cylindrical outer circumferential surface is fixed in a hanging manner to the tip (protruding end) of the upper bracket (56). In addition, two horizontal plate-like lower brackets (58) are fixed to the lower end of the first vertical column (51) at intervals in the vertical direction. A through hole (not shown) that matches the pocket hole (24) of the second mounting tool (21B) is formed in the tip (protruding end) of each lower bracket (58).
[0030] The attachment structure of the outrigger (5) to the support (2) is as follows: the upper insert member (57) is inserted from above into the pocket hole (24) of the first attachment tool (21A) of the support (2), the second attachment tool (21B) is disposed between the lower brackets (58), and a vertical pin-shaped lower insert member (59) formed separately from the second attachment tool (21B) and the lower brackets (58) is inserted from above into the through holes of the lower brackets (58) and the pocket hole (24) of the second attachment tool (21B), and a horizontal pin-shaped positioning member (591) that is passed through a portion of the lower insert member (59) above the upper lower bracket (58) is engaged with the upper surface of the upper lower bracket (58), so that the outrigger (5) is attached to the support (2) rotatably about the upper insert member (57) and the lower insert member (58) as the center of rotation. The outer peripheral surface of the lower insert member (58) is cylindrical like the outer peripheral surface of the upper insert member (57), and the diameter of both is equal to or slightly smaller than the distance between the inner surfaces of both flange portions (22) of the first and second mounting fixtures (21A) and (21B) of the support (2). Therefore, the outer peripheral surface of the upper insert member (57) and the outer peripheral surface of the lower insert member (59) are close to or in contact with the inner surfaces of both flange portions (22) and the lower ends of the web portions (23) of the first and second mounting fixtures (21A) and (21B), thereby suppressing rattling of the outrigger (5).
[0031] The procedure for attaching the outrigger (5) to the support (2) is as follows:
[0032] First, the upper insert member (57) is inserted from above into the pocket hole (24) of the first mounting fixture (21A) of the support (2), thereby roughly positioning the outrigger (5) relative to the support (2). Next, the posture of the outrigger (5) is adjusted so that the second mounting fixture (21B) is positioned between the two lower brackets (58) in this state. Next, the lower insert member (59) is inserted from above into the through hole of the upper lower bracket (58), the pocket hole (24) of the second mounting fixture (21B), and the through hole of the lower lower bracket (58). After that, the positioning member (591) is passed through a portion of the lower insert member (59) above the upper lower bracket (58) and engaged with the upper surface of the upper lower bracket (58). In this way, the outrigger (5) is attached to the support (2).
[0033] Figures 5 and 6 show the overall configuration of a mobile scaffolding in which outriggers are attached to supports using the mounting structure of the second embodiment of the present invention, and Figures 7 and 8 show the configuration of the main parts of the mobile scaffolding of Figures 5 and 6.
[0034] In Figures 5 and 6, the outrigger (7) used in the mobile scaffolding (1) includes a first vertical pillar (71) arranged adjacent to the support pillar (2), a second vertical pillar (72) arranged parallel to the first vertical pillar (71) and having an upper end slightly lower than the upper end of the first vertical pillar (71) and a lower end lower than the lower end of the first vertical pillar (71), a first horizontal member (73) connecting the upper end of the first vertical pillar (71) to the upper end of the second vertical pillar (72), a second horizontal member (74) connecting the lower end of the first vertical pillar (71) to the intermediate portion of the length of the second vertical pillar (72), and a jack (75) provided at the lower end of the second vertical pillar (72).
[0035] Two horizontal plate-like upper brackets (76) are provided at an upper end of the first vertical column (71) of the outrigger (7) at a distance from each other in the vertical direction so as to be rotatable around a vertical axis. Two horizontal plate-like lower brackets (77) are provided at a lower end of the first vertical column (51) at a distance from each other in the vertical direction so as to be rotatable around a vertical axis. The vertical axis that is the rotation center of the upper bracket (76) and the vertical axis that is the rotation center of the lower bracket (77) are the central axis of the first vertical column (71), and both vertical axes are the same axis. Two through holes (761) are formed at the tip (protruding end) of each upper bracket (76) and each lower bracket (77) so as to match the pocket holes (24) of the two first and second mounting fixtures (21A) and (21B) that are attached to the outrigger (5) side of the support (2) and are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. The two through holes of the lower bracket (77) are not shown in the drawing. The edges of the upper bracket (76) and the lower bracket (77) on the side of the support (2) are concavely arc-shaped between the two through holes (761) and are in close proximity to or in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the support (2).
[0036] The mounting structure of the outrigger (7) to the support pole (2) is as follows: Two upper insert members (78) in the shape of vertical pins, which are formed separately from the first mounting fixture (21A) and the upper bracket (76), are inserted from above into two through holes (761) in both upper brackets (76) and into the pocket holes (24) in two first mounting fixtures (21A) adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the support pole (2), and further, two horizontal pin-shaped positioning members (781) which are passed through a portion of the upper insert member (78) above the upper upper bracket (76) are engaged with the upper surface of the upper upper bracket (76). Two vertical pin-shaped lower insert members (79) formed separately from the second mounting fixture (21B) and the lower bracket (77) are inserted from above into two through holes in both lower brackets (77) and into the pocket holes (24) of two second mounting fixtures (21B) adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the support (2), and two horizontal pin-shaped positioning members (791) passing through a portion of the lower insert members (79) above the upper lower bracket (77) are engaged with the upper surface of the upper lower bracket (83). As a result, the outrigger (5) is attached to the support (2) so as to be rotatable about the first vertical pillar (71) as the center of rotation.
[0037] The outer peripheral surfaces of both the upper and lower insert members (78) and (79) are cylindrical, and their diameters are equal to or slightly smaller than the distance between the inner surfaces of the flange portions (22) of the first and second mounting fixtures (21A) and (21B) of the support (2). Therefore, the outer peripheral surfaces of both the upper and lower insert members (78) and (79) are close to or in contact with the inner surfaces of the flange portions (22) of the first and second mounting fixtures (21A) and (21B) and the lower ends of the web portions (23). As a result, rattling of the outrigger (7) is suppressed.
[0038] The procedure for attaching the outrigger (7) to the support (2) is as follows:
[0039] First, the outrigger (7) is positioned so that the first mounting fixture (21A) is located between both upper brackets (76) and the second mounting fixture (21B) is located between both lower brackets (77). Next, in this state, the upper insert member (78) is inserted from above into the through hole (761) of the upper upper bracket (76), the pocket hole (24) of the first mounting fixture (21A), and the through hole (761) of the lower upper bracket (76). Also, the lower insert member (79) is inserted from above into the through hole of the upper lower bracket (77), the pocket hole (24) of the second mounting fixture (21B), and the through hole of the lower lower bracket (77), in that order. Thereafter, the positioning member (781) is passed through a portion of the upper insert member (78) above the upper upper bracket (76) and engaged with the upper surface of the upper upper bracket (76), and the positioning member (791) is passed through a portion of the lower insert member (79) above the upper lower bracket (77) and engaged with the upper surface of the upper lower bracket (77). In this manner, the outrigger (7) is attached to the support (2).
[0040] Figures 9 and 10 show the overall configuration of a reinforcing column for temporary scaffolding in which outriggers are attached to each column, for the purpose of temporarily supporting the reinforcing column for temporary scaffolding, which has multiple columns and cannot stand on its own while the temporary scaffolding is in the process of being assembled, by utilizing the mounting structure of the second embodiment of the present invention.
[0041] In Figures 9 and 10, the temporary scaffolding reinforcement pillar (10) consists of four pillars (2) arranged close to each other and connected to each other in a freely detachable manner, and an auroriger (7) is attached to each pillar (2) for the purpose of temporarily supporting the temporary scaffolding reinforcement pillar (10) during the assembly of the temporary scaffolding.
[0042] The four columns (2) of the reinforcing column (10) for temporary scaffolding have arms (11) fixed to the adjacent columns (2) at a height position slightly higher than the mounting fixtures (21) (21A). For example, the arm (11) protruding to the right is fixed to the front left column (2), the arm (11) protruding backward is fixed to the front right column (2), the arm (11) protruding left is fixed to the rear right column (2), and the arm (11) protruding forward is fixed to the rear left column (2). A pin-shaped dangling member (12) is provided at the tip of the arm (11), and is inserted from above into the pocket hole (24) of the mounting fixture (21) of the adjacent column (2) to connect the four columns (2). The four pillars (2) are connected and fixed at their lower ends by a connecting member (13), and a jack (14) is provided on the connecting member (13).
[0043] An outrigger (7) having the same configuration as the outrigger (7) of the mobile scaffolding (1) shown in Figures 5 to 8 is attached to each pillar (2) of the reinforcing pillar (10) for the temporary scaffolding. After the assembly of the temporary scaffolding is completed, the outrigger (7) is removed.
[0044] The mounting structure of the outriggers (7) to the supports (2) is similar to the mounting structure of the outriggers (7) to the supports (2) of the mobile scaffolding (1) shown in Figures 5 to 8, and the mounting procedure is also similar to the mounting procedure of the outriggers (7) to the supports (2) of the mobile scaffolding (1) shown in Figures 5 to 8.
[0045] In addition, the outrigger (7) may be attached to a pillar by utilizing the mounting structure of the second embodiment of the present invention, for the purpose of temporarily supporting the pillar that cannot stand on its own during the assembly of the temporary scaffolding.
[0046] Figures 11 and 12 show modified examples of the mounting structure of the outriggers (7) to the mobile scaffolding (1) shown in Figures 5 to 8, and the mounting structure of the outriggers (7) to the reinforcing pillars (10) for temporary scaffolding shown in Figures 9 and 10.
[0047] In Fig. 11 and Fig. 12, two horizontal plate-like upper brackets (81) are provided at an upper end of the first vertical column (71) of the outrigger (7) at a distance from each other in the vertical direction so as to be rotatable around a vertical axis. In addition, two horizontal plate-like lower brackets (82) are provided at a lower end of the first vertical column (71) at a distance from each other in the vertical direction so as to be rotatable around a vertical axis. The vertical axis that is the rotation center of the upper bracket (81) and the vertical axis that is the rotation center of the lower bracket (82) are the central axis of the first vertical column (71), and both vertical axes are the same axis. A through hole (811) is formed at the tip (protruding end) of each upper bracket (81) and each lower bracket (82) so as to match the pocket hole (24) of the two first and second mounting fixtures (21A) and (21B) that are attached to the outrigger (5) side of the support (2) and are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. The edges of the upper bracket (81) and the lower bracket (82) on the support (2) side are concavely arcuate and are in close proximity to or in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the support (2).
[0048] The mounting structure of the outrigger (7) to the support pole (2) is as follows: That is, one vertical pin-shaped upper insert member (78) formed separately from the first mounting fixture (21A) and the upper bracket (81) is inserted from above into two through holes (811) of both upper brackets (81) and the pocket holes (24) of two circumferentially adjacent first mounting fixtures (21A) of the support pole (2), and further, a horizontal pin-shaped positioning member (781) that is passed through a portion of the upper insert member (78) above the upper upper bracket (81) is engaged with the upper surface of the upper upper bracket (81). Also, one vertical pin-shaped lower insert member (79) formed separately from the second mounting fixture (21B) and the lower bracket (82) is inserted from above into one through hole of both lower brackets (82) and the pocket holes (24) of two second mounting fixtures (21B) adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the support (2), and further, a horizontal pin-shaped positioning member (791) that is passed through a portion of the lower insert member (79) above the upper lower bracket (82) is engaged with the upper surface of the upper lower bracket (82). In this way, the outrigger (5) is attached to the support (2) so as to be rotatable about the first vertical pillar (71) as the center of rotation.
[0049] The outer peripheral surfaces of both the upper and lower insert members (78) and (79) are cylindrical, and their diameters are equal to or slightly smaller than the distance between the inner surfaces of the flange portions (22) of the first and second mounting fixtures (21A) and (21B) of the support (2). Therefore, the outer peripheral surfaces of both the upper and lower insert members (78) and (79) are close to or in contact with the inner surfaces of the flange portions (22) of the first and second mounting fixtures (21A) and (21B) and the lower ends of the web portions (23). The edges of the upper bracket (81) and the lower bracket (82) on the support (2) side are concavely arc-shaped and are close to or in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the support (2), which suppresses rattling of the outrigger (7).
[0050] The procedure for attaching the outriggers (7) to the supports (2) is similar to the procedure for attaching the outriggers (7) to the supports (2) of the mobile scaffolding (1) shown in Figs. 5 to 8.
[0051] FIG. 13 shows a modified example of the upper insert member and the lower insert member used in the mounting structure of the outrigger (7) to the mobile scaffold (1) shown in FIGS.
[0052] In Fig. 13, the upper and lower insert members 85, 86 are made of wedges and are press-fitted into the pocket holes 24 of the first and second mounting fixtures 21A, 21B and are pressed against the outer circumferential surface of the support 2 and the web portions 23 of the first and second mounting fixtures 21A, 21B, thereby preventing the outrigger 7 from rattling.
[0053] When using the upper and lower insert members (85) and (86) shown in FIG. 13, the edges of the upper and lower bracket members (81) and (82) on the support (2) side do not need to be concave arc-shaped so as to be close to or in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the support (2). [Industrial Applicability]
