Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a claw compressor and a method for assembling the same. [Background technology]
[0002] A claw compressor is equipped with a pair of rotors with hook-shaped claws formed inside a housing that forms a compression chamber. The rotors rotate at the same speed in opposite directions without contact while maintaining a predetermined clearance, forming a compression pocket between the two rotors, and discharging a fluid compressed in the compression pocket. Such claw compressors are often used mainly as vacuum pumps and blowers (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 6845596 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] When using a steam generation heat pump as an alternative to a boiler to compress the generated steam, the pressure difference between the suction pressure and the discharge pressure is large and leakage is large compared to a vacuum pump or blower, so it is necessary to reduce the gap during the compression process in order to increase efficiency. When using a claw compressor for steam compression in this way, there are the following issues compared to vacuum pump and blower applications. (1) The rotor has a large workload and torque. Therefore, there is a risk that the rotor may become misaligned with respect to the shaft during operation. In particular, the torque on the male rotor side is large. (2) In order to maintain high efficiency, room is required to adjust the rotor phase. (3) In the case of a type in which power is transmitted from the drive shaft to the driven shaft using a timing gear, there is a risk of the rotors coming into contact with each other due to backlash in the timing gear, but on the other hand, the gap between the rotors must be set to a minimum value in order to maintain compression efficiency. (4) In oil-free claw compressors, the gap in the compression section needs to be controlled and adjusted in order to increase the compressor efficiency. However, controlling the gap based only on the accuracy of the parts means controlling it based on the stacking tolerance, which is problematic in that the gap cannot be made small.
[0005] The present disclosure has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and has an object to provide a claw compressor and an assembly method thereof that can achieve high compression efficiency even in vapor compression applications. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] A claw compressor according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a first rotor having radially protruding claw portions, a first rotating shaft that rotatably supports the first rotor, a first bolt fastening portion that fastens the first rotor to an axial end of the first rotating shaft with a bolt, a second rotor that rotates in the opposite direction to the first rotor and has a recess that receives the claw portions, a second rotating shaft that rotatably supports the second rotor, a second bolt fastening portion that fastens the second rotor to an axial end of the second rotating shaft with a bolt, and a compression chamber that accommodates the first rotor and the second rotor, wherein the first rotor is formed with a first hole portion into which a positioning pin can be inserted, and the second rotor is formed with a second hole portion into which a positioning pin can be inserted.
[0008] A method for assembling a claw compressor according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is a method for manufacturing a claw compressor including a first rotor having radially protruding claw portions, a first rotating shaft that rotatably supports the first rotor, a first bolt fastening portion that fastens the first rotor to an axial end of the first rotating shaft with a bolt, a second rotor that rotates in the opposite direction to the first rotor and has a recess that receives the claw portions, a second rotating shaft that rotatably supports the second rotor, a second bolt fastening portion that fastens the second rotor to an axial end of the second rotating shaft with a bolt, and a compression chamber that accommodates the first rotor and the second rotor, the method including an insertion step of inserting a positioning pin into a first hole portion formed in the first rotor and inserting a positioning pin into a second hole portion formed in the second rotor, and a fastening step of fastening bolts of the first bolt fastening portion and the second bolt fastening portion, respectively. Effect of the Invention
[0009] High compression efficiency can be achieved even in vapor compression applications. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0011] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. [First embodiment] The first embodiment of the present disclosure will be described below. As shown in Fig. 1, the claw compressor 1 includes a compression section 3 having a compression chamber formed therein, and a gear section 5 in which a timing gear is housed. The compression section 3 is formed by a first housing 7 and a second housing 9, and the gear section 5 is formed by the second housing 9 and a third housing 11. The claw compressor 1 is installed upright on an installation surface by means of, for example, four legs 12.
[0012] The compression section 3 has an intake port 13 for drawing in steam (fluid) and an exhaust port 15 for exhausting the steam after compression. The steam is, for example, water vapor. The drawn steam may be under negative or positive pressure.
[0013] 2, the compression section 3 is configured such that a compression chamber 20 is formed inside by covering a recess formed in the front end (one side end) of the second housing 9 with the first housing 7. The first housing 7 is airtightly attached to the second housing 9 via an O-ring 22.
[0014] The compression chamber 20 is provided with a pair of rotors, namely a male rotor (first rotor) 24 and a female rotor (second rotor) 26.
[0015] As shown in Fig. 3, the male rotor 24 has a pair of hook-shaped claws 24a. The claws 24a are provided symmetrically about the first rotation axis O1. The male rotor 24 rotates counterclockwise (in the direction of arrow A1) in Fig. 3.
[0016] The female rotor 26 has a pair of hook-shaped claws 26a. The claws 26a are provided symmetrically about the second rotation axis O2. The female rotor 26 rotates clockwise (in the direction of arrow A2) in FIG.
[0017] The claws 24a of the male rotor 24 and the claws 26a of the female rotor 26 are adapted to mesh with each other without contacting each other. The female rotor 26 is formed with a recess 26b that receives the claws 24a of the male rotor 24 during the compression process. The compressed steam is discharged from the discharge port 15, which is substantially triangular in shape in FIG. 3.
[0018] 3, the shape of the compression chamber 20 is determined by the inner wall 9a of the second housing 9, and has a cross-sectional shape in which two circles, a circle centered on the first rotational axis O1 and a circle centered on the second rotational axis O2, are partially overlapped. The tips of the claws 24a, 26a of the rotors 24, 26 run along the inner wall 9a of the second housing 9 with a predetermined clearance.
[0019] As shown in Fig. 2, the male rotor 24 is fastened to the first rotating shaft 32 by a first bolt 31. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 2, the first bolt 31 is screwed onto the first rotating shaft 32 with the axis of the first bolt 31 coinciding with the first rotation axis O1. A fastening structure (first bolt fastening portion) is configured with the center of the male rotor 24 sandwiched between the tip surface of the first rotating shaft 32 and the head of the first bolt 31. The head of the first bolt 31 is housed in a cylindrical recess 24c formed in the center of the male rotor 24.
[0020] A key 35 (anti-rotation portion) is provided between the male rotor 24 and the tip end of the first rotating shaft 32. The key 35 is fitted into key grooves formed in the male rotor 24 and the first rotating shaft 32, and prevents relative rotation between the male rotor 24 and the first rotating shaft 32.
[0021] The female rotor 26 is fastened to the second rotating shaft 42 by the second bolt 41. Specifically, the second bolt 41 is screwed into the second rotating shaft 42 with the axis of the second bolt 41 coinciding with the second rotating axis O2. The second rotating shaft 42 is provided parallel to the first rotating shaft 32. That is, the first rotating axis O1 and the second rotating axis O2 are parallel to each other.
[0022] A fastening structure (second bolt fastening portion) is configured with the center portion of the female rotor 26 sandwiched between the tip surface of the second rotating shaft 42 and the head of the second bolt 41. The head of the second bolt 41 is housed in a cylindrical recess 26c formed in the center of the female rotor 26. The key 35 provided between the male rotor 24 and the first rotating shaft 32 is not provided between the female rotor 26 and the second rotating shaft 42. Therefore, before the female rotor 26 is fixed by the second bolt 41, relative rotation between the female rotor 26 and the second rotating shaft 42 is permitted.
[0023] The first rotating shaft 32 supporting the male rotor 24 has a tip located in the compression chamber 20 and a rear end connected to a drive unit (not shown). For example, an electric motor is used as the drive unit. The first rotating shaft 32 rotates around a first rotation axis O1, whereby the male rotor 24 rotates in the compression chamber 20. The first rotating shaft 32 is rotatably supported at two points, a tip bearing 37 and a rear bearing 38. The tip bearing 37 is provided in the second housing 9, and for example, a double-row ball bearing is used. However, the tip bearing 37 is not limited to a double-row or ball bearing. The rear bearing 38 is located rearward of the tip bearing 37 and provided in the third housing 11. The rear bearing 38 is a single-row ball bearing, but is not limited to a single-row or ball bearing.
[0024] A first timing gear 39 is fixed to the first rotating shaft 32 between the front end bearing 47 and the rear end bearing 38. The first timing gear 39 is, for example, a spur gear, and rotates together with the first rotating shaft 32 about the first rotation axis O1.
[0025] The first timing gear 39 is provided in the gear portion 5, and is accommodated in a gear chamber 21 formed between the rear end (the other end) of the second housing 9 and the front end of the third housing 11. The second housing 9 and the third housing 11 are attached liquid-tightly via an O-ring 23 so as to seal in the lubricating oil in the gear chamber 21.
[0026] The second rotating shaft 42 supporting the female rotor 26 has a leading end located within the compression chamber 20 and a rear end terminated in the third housing 11. A rear end cover 44 is provided on the third housing 11 and closes the rear end of the second rotating shaft 42. The rear end cover 44 is fixed liquid-tight to the third housing 11 via an O-ring 45 so as to seal in the lubricating oil in the gear chamber 21.
[0027] The second rotating shaft 42 rotates about the second rotation axis O2, thereby rotating the female rotor 26 inside the compression chamber 20. The second rotating shaft 42 is rotatably supported at two locations, a front end bearing 47 and a rear end bearing 48. The front end bearing 47 is provided in the second housing 9, and is, for example, a double row ball bearing. However, the front end bearing 47 is not limited to a double row or ball bearing. The rear end bearing 48 is located on the rear end side of the front end bearing 47, and is provided in the third housing 11. The rear end bearing 48 is a single row ball bearing, but is not limited to a single row or ball bearing.
[0028] A second timing gear 49 is fixed to the second rotating shaft 42 between the front end bearing 47 and the rear end bearing 48. The second timing gear 49 is, for example, a spur gear, and rotates together with the second rotating shaft 42 about the second rotation axis O2.
[0029] The second timing gear 49 is provided in the gear portion 5 and housed in the gear chamber 21. The second timing gear 49 meshes with the first timing gear 39, and receives a driving force from the first timing gear 39. Therefore, the first rotating shaft 32 serves as a driving shaft, and the second rotating shaft 42 serves as a driven shaft.
[0030] The claw compressor 1 having the above configuration operates as follows. The first rotating shaft 32 is rotationally driven by a drive unit (not shown), and the male rotor 24 rotates in the compression chamber 20. The second rotating shaft 42 is rotated by the second timing gear 49 to which a rotational drive force is transmitted from the first timing gear 39, which rotates together with the first rotating shaft 32, and the female rotor 26 rotates in the compression chamber 20.
[0031] The male rotor 24 and the female rotor 26 rotate in the compression chamber 20, and steam is sucked in from the suction port 13. The male rotor 24 rotates counterclockwise (in the direction of the arrow A1) in FIG. 3, and takes in steam into the compression pocket formed by the claws 24a, and moves it downward along the outer periphery of the compression chamber 20. The female rotor 26 rotates clockwise (in the direction of the arrow A2) in FIG. 3, and takes in steam into the compression pocket formed by the claws 26a, and moves it downward along the outer periphery of the compression chamber 20. The compression pocket formed by the male rotor 24 and the compression pocket formed by the female rotor 26 join together at the center of the lower part of the compression chamber 20, and in the resulting combined compression pocket, the claws 24a of the male rotor 24 enter the recesses 26b of the female rotor 26 to compress the steam. The compressed steam is discharged from the discharge port 15 to the outside.
[0032] When assembling the claw compressor, the phase adjustment of the rotors 24, 26 is performed as follows. First, with the tip side (compression chamber 20 side) of the second housing 9 open, the key 35 is attached between the male rotor 24 and the first rotating shaft 32. This prevents rotation by the key 35, and uniquely determines the relative position of the male rotor 24 in the rotational direction with respect to the first rotating shaft 32. Then, the male rotor 24 is fastened to the first rotating shaft 32 by the first bolt 31.
[0033] Next, the female rotor 26 is fastened to the second rotating shaft 42 by using the second bolts 41. At this time, fastening by using the second bolts 41 is performed after adjusting the position in the rotational direction with respect to the second rotating shaft 42 to a desired value.
[0034] Then, the first housing 7 is attached to the tip side of the second housing 9 to form the compression chamber 20.
[0035] The effects of the present embodiment described above are as follows. A larger torque acts on the male rotor 24 than on the female rotor 26 when the claws 24a enter the recesses 26b of the female rotor 26 to compress steam. Therefore, the relative rotation between the male rotor 24 and the first rotating shaft 32 is prevented by the key 35, thereby preventing the phase from shifting from the desired rotor angle. On the other hand, the female rotor 26 can be fixed after the phase is adjusted when fastening it to the end of the second rotating shaft 42 with the second bolt 41. This allows the phase of the male rotor 24 to be determined at a desired value, and the phase of the female rotor 26 to be adjusted to a desired value, thereby providing a claw compressor 1 with high compression efficiency and high reliability. It should be noted that a pin and a pin hole may be used in place of the key 35 and the key groove.
[0036] [Second embodiment] Next, a second embodiment of the present disclosure will be described. In this embodiment, a structure and an assembly method of a claw compressor 1 capable of performing relative positioning of the rotors 24, 26 will be described. This embodiment may be used together with the key 35 of the first embodiment, or may be used separately from the key 35 of the first embodiment. Therefore, in the following description, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted. Note that the following description will be given of a case in which the key 35 of the first embodiment is not used.
[0037] As shown in Fig. 4, the male rotor 24 is formed with a first hole 24d into which a positioning pin can be inserted. The first hole 24d is formed to have an axis perpendicular to the end face of the male rotor 24 (parallel to the first rotation axis O1). Two first holes 24d are provided symmetrically with respect to the center (first rotation axis O1) of the male rotor 24. Each first hole 24d is provided inside a first inscribed circle C1 that contacts the root of each claw 24a at a position with the smallest radius. This is to prevent the first hole 24d from passing through an area where a compression pocket is formed when the male rotor 24 rotates, thereby avoiding compression loss.
[0038] The female rotor 26 is formed with a second hole 26d into which a positioning pin can be inserted. The second hole 26d is formed to have an axis perpendicular to the end face of the female rotor 26 (parallel to the second rotation axis O2). Two second holes 26d are provided symmetrically with respect to the center (second rotation axis O2) of the female rotor 26. Each second hole 26d is provided inside a second inscribed circle C2 that contacts the root of each claw 26a at a position with the smallest radius. This is to prevent the second hole 26d from passing through an area where a compression pocket is formed when the female rotor 26 rotates, thereby avoiding compression loss.
[0039] As shown in Fig. 5, the second housing 9 has first housing holes 9d1 at positions corresponding to the first holes 24d. The second housing 9 has second housing holes 9d2 at positions corresponding to the second holes 26d. With the first housing holes 9d1 aligned with the first holes 24d and the second housing holes 9d2 aligned with the second holes 26d, a positioning pin 50 is inserted as shown in Fig. 6.
[0040] In the claw compressor 1 having the above configuration, the rotors 24, 26 are assembled as follows. 6, with the first housing 7 removed and the tip side (compression chamber 20 side) of the second housing 9 open, the positioning pin 50 is inserted by aligning the first housing hole portion 9d1 with each of the first hole portions 24d formed in the male rotor 24 (insertion process). Then, the positioning pin 50 is inserted by aligning the second housing hole portion 9d2 with each of the second hole portions 26d formed in the female rotor 26 (insertion process). Next, the male rotor 24 is fastened to the first rotating shaft 32 by the first bolts 31 (fastening step). Then, the female rotor 26 is fastened to the second rotating shaft 42 by the second bolts 41 (fastening step).
[0041] Then, the first housing 7 is attached to the tip side of the second housing 9 to form the compression chamber 20.
[0042] The effects of the present embodiment described above are as follows. The relative positions of the male rotor 24 and the female rotor 26 are fixed by inserting a positioning pin 50 into a first hole 24d formed in the male rotor 24 and into a second hole 26d formed in the female rotor 26, and each rotor 24, 26 is fastened to the corresponding rotating shaft 32, 42 by a first bolt 31 and a second bolt 41. This makes it possible to manage the gap between the inner wall 9a of the compression chamber 20 and each rotor 24, 26 just by the machining accuracy of the male rotor 24, each hole 24d, 26d, 9d1, 9d2, and the female rotor 26, and by making the gap as small as possible, performance can be improved.
[0043] Note that the male rotor 24 attached to the first rotating shaft 32, which serves as the drive shaft, may have only one first hole 24d. This is because the position of the male rotor 24 is determined by one first hole 24d and the first bolt 31. In this case, it is preferable to provide two or more second holes in the female rotor 26 attached to the second rotating shaft 42, which serves as the driven shaft. This is because backlash of the second timing gear 49 causes play in the rotational direction of the driven shaft.
[0044] There are two first holes 24d and two second holes 26d, which are provided symmetrically with respect to the center of each of the rotors 24, 26. This allows the inertia moments of the rotors 24, 26 to be balanced.
[0045] The rotors 24, 26 can be positioned by aligning the first hole 24d with the first housing hole 9d1, and aligning the second hole 26d with the second housing hole 9d2 and inserting the positioning pin 50. This eliminates the need to use a jig to which multiple positioning pins corresponding to the first hole 24d and the second hole 26d are fixed, making assembly easier.
[0046] 7, a jig 54 including a base 52 to which a plurality of positioning pins 50 to be inserted into the first hole portion 24d and the second hole portion 26d are fixed may be used. In this case, the first housing hole portion 9d1 and the second housing hole portion 9d2 are not necessary.
[0047] [Third embodiment] Next, a third embodiment of the present disclosure will be described. This embodiment is similar to the first embodiment except for the shape of the tip of the claw portion 24a of the male rotor 24. Therefore, the following description will mainly focus on the differences from the first embodiment. This embodiment can also be applied to the second embodiment.
[0048] Fig. 9 shows an enlarged view of a portion B in Fig. 8. That is, Fig. 9 shows an enlarged view of the tip of the claw portion 26a of the female rotor 26.
[0049] As shown in FIG. 9, a tip 26e of the claw portion 26a is retreated by the following amount D from an intersection 26g of extension lines 26f of the outline lines on both sides that define the outline of the claw portion 26a. Reserve amount D=BR×Rcy / PCD BR: Backlash of timing gears 39 and 49 Rcy: Inner diameter of compression chamber 20 PCD: Reference circle diameter of timing gear 39, 49 The inner diameter Rcy of the compression chamber 20 means the inner diameter of the inner wall 9a (cylinder inner diameter) defined around each of the rotation axes O1 and O2 as shown in FIG. The tip 26e is formed into an R-shape that is connected to the outline lines on both sides.
[0050] According to this embodiment, the following advantageous effects are obtained. There is a risk that the claw portion 26a may get caught in the recess of the opposing male rotor 24 by an amount equivalent to the backlash of the timing gears 39, 49. Therefore, by providing a reserve amount D to the tip of the claw portion 26a, contact between the tip 26e of the claw portion 26a and the recess is avoided and the gap is set as small as possible, thereby achieving high efficiency. The above-mentioned reserve amount D may be provided on the claw portion 24a of the male rotor 24.
[0051] [Fourth embodiment] Next, a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure will be described. This embodiment relates to an anti-seize coating, and is otherwise similar to the first embodiment. Therefore, the following description will mainly focus on the differences from the first embodiment. This embodiment can also be applied to the second and third embodiments.
[0052] As shown by the thick line in Fig. 10, an anti-seize coating 60 is applied to the inner wall 9a that defines the compression chamber 20. The anti-seize coating may be a soft coating using a resin such as Teflon (registered trademark). Alternatively, an abradable coating may be applied by scraping the claws 24a, 26a of the rotors 24, 26 and the inner wall 9a while they are in contact with each other to provide a desired gap.
[0053] According to this embodiment, the following advantageous effects are obtained. By applying an anti-seize coating 60 to the inner wall 9a that defines the compression chamber 20, it is possible to prevent seizure when the rotors 24, 26 come into contact with the inner wall 9a. Since there is no risk of seizure, it is possible to reduce the gap and the amount of leakage, resulting in high efficiency.
[0054] In addition, an anti-seize coating may be applied to the outer circumferential surface of the male rotor 24 and / or the female rotor 26, more preferably to the outer circumferential surface of the claw portions 24a, 26a.
[0055] In the above-described embodiments, the male rotor 24 is the driving side and the female rotor 26 is the driven side, but the male rotor 24 may be the driven side and the female rotor 26 may be the driving side.
[0056] The claw compressor and the assembly method thereof described in each of the above-described embodiments can be understood, for example, as follows.
[0057] A claw compressor (1) according to a first aspect of the present disclosure includes a first rotor (24) having radially protruding claw portions (24a), a first rotating shaft (32) that rotatably supports the first rotor, a first bolt fastening portion that fastens the first rotor to an axial end of the first rotating shaft with a bolt (31), a second rotor (26) that rotates in the opposite direction to the first rotor and has a recess that receives the claw portions during a compression process, a second rotating shaft (42) that rotatably supports the second rotor, a second bolt fastening portion that fastens the second rotor to an axial end of the second rotating shaft with a bolt (41), and a compression chamber (20) that accommodates the first rotor and the second rotor, and is provided with a rotation prevention portion (35) that prevents relative rotation between the first rotor and the first rotating shaft.
[0058] When the claws of the first rotor enter the recesses of the second rotor to compress the fluid, a larger torque acts on the first rotor than on the second rotor. Therefore, the relative rotation between the first rotor and the first rotating shaft is prevented by a rotation prevention portion, thereby preventing the phase from shifting from the desired rotor angle. On the other hand, the second rotor can be fixed after adjusting the phase when fastening it to the end of the second rotating shaft by the second bolt fastening portion. This allows the phase of the first rotor to be determined to a desired value and the phase of the second rotor to be adjusted to a desired value, thereby providing a claw compressor with high compression efficiency and high reliability. The anti-rotation portion may be, for example, a key and a key groove, or a pin and a pin hole.
[0059] A claw compressor (1) according to a second aspect of the present disclosure includes a first rotor (24) having radially protruding claw portions (24a), a first rotating shaft (32) that rotatably supports the first rotor, a first bolt fastening portion that fastens the first rotor to an axial end of the first rotating shaft with a bolt (31), a second rotor (26) that rotates in the opposite direction to the first rotor and has a recess that receives the claw portions during a compression process, a second rotating shaft (42) that rotatably supports the second rotor, a second bolt fastening portion that fastens the second rotor to an axial end of the second rotating shaft with a bolt (41), and a compression chamber (20) that accommodates the first rotor and the second rotor, wherein the first rotor is formed with a first hole portion (24d) into which a positioning pin (50) can be inserted, and the second rotor is formed with a second hole portion (26d) into which a positioning pin can be inserted.
[0060] By inserting a positioning pin into a first hole formed in the first rotor and a second hole formed in the second rotor, the relative positions of the first and second rotors are fixed, and each rotor is fastened to the corresponding rotating shaft by the first bolt fastening portion and the second bolt fastening portion. This makes it possible to manage the gap between the wall of the compression chamber and each rotor just by the machining accuracy of the first rotor, the jig including the positioning pin, and the second rotor, and by making the gap as small as possible, it is possible to improve performance. In addition, when one of the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft is a drive shaft and the other is a driven shaft provided via gears, the rotor corresponding to the rotating shaft that serves as the drive shaft may have only one hole. This is because the position of the rotor is determined by one hole and the bolt fastening part. In this case, it is preferable to provide two or more holes in the rotor corresponding to the rotating shaft that serves as the driven shaft. This is because backlash of the gears causes play in the rotational direction of the driven shaft.
[0061] A claw compressor (1) according to a third aspect of the present disclosure is such that, in the first or second aspect described above, the first hole portions are provided symmetrically on either side of the center of the first rotor, and the second hole portions are provided symmetrically on either side of the center of the second rotor.
[0062] The number of first holes and the number of second holes are two, and they are arranged symmetrically with respect to the center of each rotor, which makes it possible to balance the moment of inertia of each rotor.
[0063] A claw compressor (1) according to a fourth aspect of the present disclosure, in any one of the first to third aspects, includes a housing (7, 9) that forms the compression chamber, and the housing has housing holes (9d1, 9d2) corresponding to the first hole portion and the second hole portion.
[0064] The rotors can be positioned by aligning the housing holes with the first and second holes and inserting the positioning pins, which makes it unnecessary to use a jig having multiple positioning pins fixed thereto that correspond to the first and second holes, and facilitates assembly.
[0065] A claw compressor (1) according to a fifth aspect of the present disclosure is, in any one of the first to fourth aspects, provided with timing gears (39, 49) fixed to the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft and meshing with each other, and the tips of the claw portions and / or the claw portions of the second rotor are recessed by the following reserve amount D from the intersection of extensions of the respective outline lines on both sides that define the outer shape of the tips of the claw portions. Reserve amount D=BR×Rcy / PCD BR: Backlash of the timing gear Rcy: Inner diameter of the compression chamber PCD: Reference circle diameter of the timing gear
[0066] There is a risk that the claws may get caught in the opposing recesses by an amount equivalent to the backlash of the timing gears. Therefore, by providing a margin at the tip of the claws, contact between the tip of the claws and the recesses can be avoided and the gap can be set as small as possible, resulting in high efficiency.
[0067] A claw compressor (1) according to a sixth aspect of the present disclosure is any one of the first to fifth aspects, in which an anti-seize coating (60) is applied to the outer circumferential surfaces of the first rotor and the second rotor and / or to the inner walls defining the compression chamber.
[0068] By applying an anti-seize coating to the outer circumferential surface of each rotor and / or the inner wall defining the compression chamber, seizure can be prevented when the rotor comes into contact with the inner wall. Since there is no risk of seizure, the gap can be made smaller, reducing leakage and improving efficiency. The anti-seize coating may be a soft coating using a resin such as Teflon (registered trademark), or an abradable coating that can be scraped off while in contact with the rotor and the inner wall to obtain the desired gap.
[0069] A method for assembling a claw compressor according to a first aspect of the present disclosure is a method for manufacturing a claw compressor including a first rotor provided with radially protruding claw portions, a first rotating shaft that rotatably supports the first rotor, a first bolt fastening portion that fastens the first rotor to a shaft end of the first rotating shaft with a bolt, a second rotor that rotates in the opposite direction to the first rotor and has a recess that receives the claw portions, a second rotating shaft that rotatably supports the second rotor, a second bolt fastening portion that fastens the second rotor to a shaft end of the second rotating shaft with a bolt, and a compression chamber that accommodates the first rotor and the second rotor, the method including an insertion step of inserting a positioning pin into a first hole portion formed in the first rotor and inserting a positioning pin into a second hole portion formed in the second rotor, and a fastening step of fastening bolts of the first bolt fastening portion and the second bolt fastening portion, respectively.
[0070] A method of assembling a claw compressor according to a second aspect of the present disclosure is the method of assembling a claw compressor according to the first aspect described above, wherein in the insertion step, a jig (54) is used that includes the positioning pin to be inserted into the first hole portion, the positioning pin to be inserted into the second hole portion, and a base (52) to which these positioning pins are fixed.
[0071] A method of assembling a claw compressor according to a third aspect of the present disclosure is the method of assembling a claw compressor according to the first aspect described above, wherein the claw compressor includes a housing that forms the compression chamber, and the housing has housing holes that correspond to the first hole portion and the second hole portion, and in the insertion step, a positioning pin is inserted into the first hole portion and the corresponding housing hole portion, and a positioning pin is inserted into the second hole portion and the corresponding housing hole portion.
[0072] This eliminates the need to use a jig to which a plurality of positioning pins corresponding to the first hole portion and the second hole portion are fixed, making assembly easier. [Explanation of symbols]
