[0010] Hereinafter, a nozzle mechanism 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure and a method for repairing the nozzle mechanism 100 will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a state before repair (before damage) of the nozzle mechanism 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0011] The nozzle mechanism 100 of this embodiment is a mechanism constituting a burner (combustion equipment) provided in a boiler that supplies pulverized fuel to a furnace (not shown) and burns it. The boiler of this embodiment uses, for example, pulverized coal obtained by pulverizing coal as fuel. The boiler ejects the pulverized coal together with conveying air (primary air, oxidizing gas) from the inner peripheral side of the nozzle mechanism 100, combusts it with combustion air (secondary air, oxidizing gas) supplied from the outer peripheral side of the nozzle mechanism 100, and recovers the heat generated by this combustion.

[0012] As shown in Fig. 1, the nozzle mechanism 100 of this embodiment has a front nozzle (first nozzle) 10 with a tip opening 10a facing the furnace, and a rear nozzle (second nozzle) 20 connected to the base end of the front nozzle 10. The front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 are each formed in a cylindrical shape along the axial direction with the flow direction of the pulverized fuel being the axial direction. This embodiment will be described as an example applied to a burner nozzle that supplies pulverized fuel, primary air, and secondary air into the furnace, but it can also be applied to a nozzle that supplies only secondary air into the furnace.

[0013] The front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 each have a double-tube structure having an inner cylinder (primary nozzle 100A) arranged on the inner circumference side and an outer cylinder (secondary nozzle 100B) arranged on the outer circumference side. Therefore, by connecting the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 with a bolt connecting part (second connecting part) 30 described later, the primary nozzle 100A on the inner circumference side and the secondary nozzle 100B on the outer circumference side are formed.

[0014] Pulverized fuel and primary air are supplied to the primary nozzle 100A from a fuel supply facility (not shown) outside the furnace, and secondary air is supplied to the secondary nozzle 100B from a blower (not shown) outside the furnace. The mixture of primary air and pulverized fuel sent to the primary nozzle 100A is ejected into the furnace from a tip opening 10a of the front nozzle 10. The secondary air sent to the secondary nozzle 100B is ejected into the furnace from a tip opening 10b arranged to surround the tip opening 10a of the front nozzle 10. The nozzle mechanism 100 ejects the mixture and secondary air into the furnace, thereby generating a flame of a predetermined state in the furnace.

[0015] 1, a plurality of bosses (ribs) 21 are arranged between the primary nozzle 100A and the secondary nozzle 100B in the circumferential direction of the rear nozzle 20 of the nozzle mechanism 100. The bosses 21 hold the inner cylinder from the outer cylinder in the rear nozzle 20, and are used to connect the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 with the bolt connecting parts 30 described later.

[0016] Next, the bolt connection part 30 that connects the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 will be described with reference to Fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a vertical cross-sectional view of part A of the nozzle mechanism 100 shown in Fig. 1. The bolt connection part 30 connects the boss part (rib) 11 of the front nozzle 10 and the boss part 21 of the rear nozzle 20. The bolt connection part 30 has a fastening bolt 31 and a fastening nut 32.

[0017] The boss portion 11 is formed at the base end of the front nozzle 10 and is a portion that protrudes so as to connect the outer cylinder and inner cylinder of the front nozzle 10. The boss portion 21 is formed at the end of the rear nozzle 20 on the front nozzle 10 side and is a portion that protrudes so as to connect the outer cylinder and inner cylinder of the rear nozzle 20. The bolt connection portions 30 are provided at each of the positions (e.g., eight positions in the circumferential direction) where the boss portions 21 are arranged in Fig. 1.

[0018] The fastening bolt 31 is a shaft-shaped member having a head 31a formed at the end on the rear nozzle 20 side and a male thread portion 31b formed at the end on the front nozzle 10 side. The fastening bolt 31 is inserted into a fastening hole 11a formed in the boss portion 11 of the front nozzle 10 and a fastening hole 21a formed in the boss portion 21 of the rear nozzle 20. The fastening hole 11a is formed at the end of the front nozzle 10 on the rear nozzle 20 side, and the fastening hole 21a is formed at the end of the rear nozzle 20 on the front nozzle 10 side.

[0019] The head 31a of the fastening bolt 31 has a hexagonal shape, and a rotation force is applied thereto by a wrench etc. The groove 21b regulates the rotation of the head 31a of the fastening bolt 31 inserted into the fastening hole 21a of the rear nozzle 20.

[0020] The fastening nut 32 is a member fastened to the male thread portion 31b of the fastening bolt 31 inserted into the pair of fastening holes 11a, 21a. The front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 are connected by fastening the male thread portion 31b of the fastening bolt 31 to the fastening nut 32 and tightening it.

[0021] In the nozzle mechanism 100 before repair shown in Fig. 1, the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 are connected by a plurality of bolt connections 30. However, if some or all of the plurality of bolt connections 30 are damaged during operation of the combustion burner, it becomes impossible to maintain the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 in an appropriate connected state.

[0022] Therefore, in this embodiment, if some or all of the multiple bolt connection parts 30 are damaged during operation of the combustion burner, the nozzle mechanism 100 is repaired and a connection part 40 is installed, and the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 are connected by the connection part 40.

[0023] Next, the connecting portion 40 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. Fig. 3 is a plan view showing a state after repair of the nozzle mechanism 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 4 is a partial enlarged view of part B of the nozzle mechanism 100 shown in Fig. 3. Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line DD of the coupling portion 40 shown in Fig. 4. Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line EE of the coupling portion 40 shown in Fig. 4. Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC of the nozzle mechanism 100 shown in Fig. 3. Fig. 8 is a partial enlarged view of part F of the nozzle mechanism 100 shown in Fig. 7.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 3, the nozzle mechanism 100 includes a connecting portion (first connecting portion) 40 that connects the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20. The connecting portions 40 are arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction HD at the connecting positions of the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20. FIG. 3 shows an example in which two connecting portions 40 are provided in the nozzle mechanism 100, but any number of connecting portions 40, one or more, may be provided. As shown in FIG. 4 to FIG. 6, the connecting portion 40 has a protruding portion 41 and a holding portion 42, and is a member formed of a metal material (for example, stainless steel having heat resistance such as SUS310S). As shown in FIG. 7, the connecting portion 40 is arranged above the nozzle mechanism 100 in the vertical direction VD.

[0025] The protrusion 41 is joined by a welded portion 41a to an end of the front nozzle 10 on the rear nozzle 20 side above the vertical direction VD of the front nozzle 10. The protrusion 41 is formed so as to protrude from the front nozzle 10 toward the rear nozzle 20 side along a direction parallel to the axis X passing through the centers of the primary nozzle 100A and the secondary nozzle 100B.

[0026] The holding portion 42 is a member for holding the protrusion 41, is disposed above the rear nozzle 20 in the vertical direction VD, and is joined to the end of the rear nozzle 20 on the front nozzle 10 side by a welded portion 42a. The holding portion 42 has a pair of wall portions 42A disposed along the horizontal direction HD with a first predetermined width W1 between them, and a lid portion 42B whose both end portions in the horizontal direction HD are joined to the pair of wall portions 42A by welded portions 42b.

[0027] As shown in Fig. 5, the holding portion 42 has a through hole 42c having a first predetermined width W1 in the horizontal direction HD. The protruding portion 41 has an insertion portion 41A having a second predetermined width W2 shorter than the first predetermined width W1 in the horizontal direction HD, and a locking portion 41B connected to an end of the insertion portion 41A on the rear nozzle 20 side. As shown in Figs. 5 and 8, the insertion portion 41A is inserted into the through hole 42c of the holding portion 42.

[0028] In the horizontal direction HD, the second predetermined width W2 of the insertion portion 41A is shorter than the first predetermined width W1 of the through hole 42c. Therefore, even if a difference occurs between the amount of thermal expansion of the front nozzle 10 in the horizontal direction HD and the amount of thermal expansion of the rear nozzle 20 in the horizontal direction HD during operation of the boiler, it is possible to prevent the insertion portion 41A from contacting the wall portion 42A and the connection portion 40 from being damaged.

[0029] If the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 are connected by direct welding, there is a possibility that damage will occur at the connection point between the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 due to differential thermal expansion. However, with connecting portion 40, because the second specified width W2 is shorter than the first specified width W1, it is possible to tolerate differences in the amount of thermal expansion in the horizontal direction HD, and unlike in the case of direct welding, no problems will occur in the connection between the front nozzle and the rear nozzle.

[0030] The locking portion 41B is a member connected to the insertion portion 41A and locked to the end of the through hole 42c. The locking portion 41B has a third predetermined width W3 in the horizontal direction HD that is longer than the first predetermined width W1 of the through hole 42c. In the horizontal direction HD, the third predetermined width W3 of the locking portion 41B is longer than the first predetermined width W1 of the through hole 42c. Therefore, when the front nozzle 10 tries to move along the axis X in a direction away from the rear nozzle 20, both ends of the locking portion 41B in the horizontal direction HD come into contact with a pair of wall portions 42A of the holding portion 42. This prevents the front nozzle 10 from moving further away from the rear nozzle 20, and maintains the state in which the front nozzle 10 is connected to the rear nozzle 20.

[0031] Although the locking portion 41B has the third predetermined width W3 that is longer than the first predetermined width W1 in the horizontal direction HD, as long as the front nozzle 10 is prevented from moving further away from the rear nozzle 20, the locking portion 41B may be formed higher than the through hole 42c in the vertical direction VD and may be shaped to be locked by the lid portion 42B.

[0032] Next, a repair method for repairing the nozzle mechanism 100 of this embodiment will be described. The repair method for the nozzle mechanism 100 of this embodiment is a method in which, when some or all of the multiple bolt connections 30 are damaged during operation of the combustion burner, a connection part 40 is installed and the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 are connected by the connection part 40.

[0033] When a part of the front nozzle 10 or the rear nozzle 20 is missing or deformed, a worker repairing the nozzle mechanism 100 releases the connection between the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 (release step). The worker releases the connection between the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20, for example, by cutting the bolt connection part 30 that is damaged and cannot be released.

[0034] Next, the worker repairs the defective or deformed areas (repair process). For example, the worker places a plate-shaped metal material cut to fit the shape of the defective area at the defective area, and joins the periphery of the defective area to the metal material by welding.

[0035] Next, the worker joins the protruding portion 41, which protrudes from the front nozzle 10 toward the rear nozzle 20, to the end of the front nozzle 10 on the rear nozzle 20 side above the front nozzle 10 in the vertical direction VD (first joining step). The worker joins the insertion portion 41A and the front nozzle 10 by welding to form a welded portion 41a. When the welded portion 41a is formed, the state is as shown in FIG. 9. FIG. 9 is a plan view showing the connecting portion 40, showing the state in which the protruding portion 41 is joined to the front nozzle 10.

[0036] Next, the worker joins the holding part 42 that holds the protrusion 41 to the end of the rear nozzle 20 on the front nozzle 10 side above the rear nozzle 20 in the vertical direction VD (second joining step). The worker joins the pair of wall parts 42A and the rear nozzle 20 by welding to form the welded part 42a. When the welded part 42a is formed, the state shown in FIG. 10 is obtained. FIG. 10 is a plan view showing the connecting part 40, showing the state in which the pair of wall parts 42A of the holding part 42 are joined to the rear nozzle 20. The worker also joins the lid part 42B and the pair of wall parts 42A by welding to form the welded part 42a. When the welded part 42a is formed, the state shown in FIG. 4 is obtained.

[0037] It is also possible to form the connecting portion 40 by having a retaining portion 42 on the front nozzle 10 side and a protruding portion 41 on the rear nozzle 20 side, but taking into account the effects of thermal expansion, it is preferable to form the connecting portion 40 by having a protruding portion 41 on the front nozzle 10 side and a retaining portion 42 on the rear nozzle 20 side, as described above.

[0038] In the above description, the connecting part 40 is disposed only above the vertical direction VD of the nozzle mechanism 100, but other embodiments are also possible. For example, the connecting part 40 may be disposed only below the vertical direction VD of the nozzle mechanism 100. Also, the connecting part 40 may be disposed both above and below the vertical direction VD of the nozzle mechanism 100.

[0039] The actions and effects achieved by the nozzle mechanism 100 of the present embodiment described above will now be described. The nozzle mechanism 100 of this embodiment is a mechanism that connects the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20. Therefore, during operation of the combustion burner, thermal expansion due to heat acting on the nozzle mechanism 100 occurs in each of the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20. Therefore, compared to a single mechanism that combines the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20, it is possible to reduce internal stress caused by thermal expansion.

[0040] According to the nozzle mechanism 100 of the present embodiment, the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 are connected by the connecting portion 40, so that the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 do not separate from each other. Furthermore, in the horizontal direction HD, the second predetermined width W2 of the insertion portion 41A of the protruding portion 41 is shorter than the first predetermined width W1 of the through hole 42c of the holding portion 42. Therefore, even if a difference occurs between the thermal expansion amount of the front nozzle 10 in the horizontal direction HD and the thermal expansion amount of the rear nozzle 20 in the horizontal direction HD during the operation of the boiler, it is possible to prevent the insertion portion 41A from coming into contact with the holding portion 42 and the connecting portion 40 from being damaged.

[0041] Furthermore, according to the nozzle mechanism 100 of this embodiment, if the existing bolt connection portion 30 connecting the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 is damaged, the work of reconnecting the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 can be simplified by joining the protrusion portion 41 to the front nozzle 10 and the retaining portion 42 to the rear nozzle 20.

[0042] According to the nozzle mechanism 100 of this embodiment, the third predetermined width W3 of the locking portion 41B in the horizontal direction HD is longer than the first predetermined width W1 of the through-hole 42c. Therefore, when the front nozzle 10 attempts to move in a direction away from the rear nozzle 20, both ends of the locking portion 41B in the horizontal direction HD come into contact with the holding portion 42. This prevents the front nozzle 10 from moving further away from the rear nozzle 20, and makes it possible to maintain the state in which the front nozzle 10 is connected to the rear nozzle 20.

[0043] According to the nozzle mechanism 100 of this embodiment, the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 can be connected by inserting the fastening bolts 31 into a pair of fastening holes 11a, 21a formed in the end of the front nozzle 10 on the rear nozzle 20 side and the end of the rear nozzle 20 on the front nozzle 10 side, and fastening them to the fastening nuts 32. When the bolt connection part 30 connecting the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 is not damaged, the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 can be maintained in a connected state by the bolt connection part 30. Then, the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 can be maintained in a connected state by installing the connection part 40 at the damaged part of the bolt connection part 30 by repair.

[0044] Other Embodiments In the above description, the front nozzle 10 connects the outer cylinder (cylinder forming the secondary nozzle 100B) and the inner cylinder (cylinder forming the primary nozzle 100A) by the boss 11, and the rear nozzle 20 connects the outer cylinder (cylinder forming the secondary nozzle 100B) and the inner cylinder (cylinder forming the primary nozzle 100A) by the boss 21, but other configurations are also possible. For example, both the front nozzle 10 and the rear nozzle 20 may have a structure in which the outer cylinder (cylinder forming the secondary nozzle 100B) and the inner cylinder (cylinder forming the primary nozzle 100A) are not connected.

[0045] In this case, since the outer cylinder (cylinder forming the secondary nozzle 100B) and the inner cylinder (cylinder forming the primary nozzle 100A) are not connected, it is necessary to connect the outer cylinder of the front nozzle 10 to the outer cylinder of the rear nozzle 20, and to connect the inner cylinder of the front nozzle 10 to the inner cylinder of the rear nozzle 20. Therefore, the nozzle mechanism 100 of this embodiment includes a connecting part 40 that connects the outer cylinder of the front nozzle 10 to the outer cylinder of the rear nozzle 20, and a connecting part 40 that connects the inner cylinder of the front nozzle 10 to the inner cylinder of the rear nozzle 20.

[0046] Fig. 11 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing another embodiment of the nozzle mechanism 100. Fig. 12 is a partial enlarged view of portion G of the nozzle mechanism 100 shown in Fig. 11. As shown in Figs. 11 and 12, the nozzle mechanism 100 of this embodiment includes a connecting portion 40 that connects the secondary nozzle 100B of the front nozzle 10 and the primary nozzle 100A of the rear nozzle 20, and a connecting portion 40 that connects the primary nozzle 100A of the front nozzle 10 and the primary nozzle 100A of the rear nozzle 20.

[0047] The nozzle mechanism 100 and the method of repairing the nozzle mechanism 100 described in the respective embodiments described above can be understood, for example, as follows. A nozzle mechanism according to a first aspect of the present disclosure is a nozzle mechanism (100) for a combustion facility that supplies fuel and an oxidizing gas to a furnace and combusts them, and includes a first nozzle (10) that is cylindrically formed along a flow direction of the fuel or the oxidizing gas, a second nozzle (20) that is cylindrically formed along the flow direction and is connected to the first nozzle, and a first connecting portion (40) that connects the first nozzle and the second nozzle, and the first connecting portion is joined to an end of the first nozzle on the second nozzle side and is disposed in a front direction. The nozzle has a protrusion (41) protruding from the first nozzle toward the second nozzle, and a holding portion (42) joined to an end of the second nozzle on the first nozzle side to hold the protrusion, the holding portion having a through hole (42c) having a first predetermined width (W1) in a horizontal direction (HD), and the protrusion has an insertion portion (41A) having a second predetermined width (W2) in the horizontal direction that is shorter than the first predetermined width and inserted into the through hole, and a locking portion (41B) connected to the insertion portion and engaged with the end of the through hole.

[0048] According to the nozzle mechanism according to the first aspect of the present disclosure, the mechanism connects the first nozzle and the second nozzle. Therefore, during operation of the combustion equipment, thermal expansion due to heat acting on the nozzle mechanism occurs in each of the first nozzle and the second nozzle. Therefore, compared to a single mechanism combining the first nozzle and the second nozzle, it is possible to reduce internal stress caused by thermal expansion.

[0049] Furthermore, according to the nozzle mechanism according to the first aspect of the present disclosure, the first nozzle and the second nozzle are connected by the first connecting portion, so that the first nozzle and the second nozzle do not separate. Furthermore, in the horizontal direction, the second predetermined width of the insertion portion of the protruding portion is shorter than the first predetermined width of the through hole of the holding portion. Therefore, even if a difference occurs between the thermal expansion amount of the first nozzle in the horizontal direction and the thermal expansion amount of the second nozzle in the horizontal direction during operation of the boiler, it is possible to prevent the insertion portion from contacting the holding portion and damaging the first connecting portion.

[0050] Furthermore, according to the nozzle mechanism of the first aspect of the present disclosure, if the existing connecting mechanism connecting the first nozzle and the second nozzle is damaged, the work of reconnecting the first nozzle and the second nozzle can be simplified by joining a protrusion portion to the first nozzle and joining a holding portion to the second nozzle.

[0051] The nozzle mechanism according to the second aspect of the present disclosure is the same as the first aspect, and further includes the following configuration: The engaging portion has a third predetermined width (W3) in the horizontal direction that is longer than the first predetermined width. According to the nozzle mechanism according to the second aspect of the present disclosure, the third predetermined width of the locking portion in the horizontal direction is longer than the first predetermined width of the through hole. Therefore, when the first nozzle moves in a direction away from the second nozzle, both ends of the locking portion in the horizontal direction come into contact with the retaining portion. This prevents the first nozzle from moving further away from the second nozzle, and allows the first nozzle to maintain a state in which it is connected to the second nozzle.

[0052] The nozzle mechanism according to a third aspect of the present disclosure is the first or second aspect, further comprising the following configuration: The first nozzle is disposed such that a tip opening faces the furnace.

[0053] The nozzle mechanism according to a fourth aspect of the present disclosure is any one of the first to third aspects, further comprising the following configuration: That is, the nozzle mechanism includes a second connecting portion (30) connecting the first nozzle and the second nozzle, the second connecting portion having a male thread portion formed at one end and a head portion formed at the other end, and a fastening bolt (31) inserted from the second nozzle side into a pair of fastening holes formed at an end of the first nozzle on the second nozzle side and an end of the second nozzle on the first nozzle side, and a fastening nut (32) fastened to the male thread portion of the fastening bolt inserted into the pair of fastening holes.

[0054] According to the nozzle mechanism according to the fourth aspect of the present disclosure, the first nozzle and the second nozzle can be connected by inserting fastening bolts into a pair of fastening holes formed in the end of the first nozzle on the second nozzle side and the end of the second nozzle on the first nozzle side, and fastening the fastening bolts to the fastening nuts. When the second connecting part connecting the first nozzle and the second nozzle is not damaged, the second connecting part can maintain the first nozzle and the second nozzle in a connected state. Then, the first nozzle and the second nozzle can be maintained in a connected state by installing the first connecting part at the damaged part of the second connecting part through repair.

[0055] A method for repairing a nozzle mechanism according to a fifth aspect of the present disclosure is a repair method for repairing a nozzle mechanism of a combustion facility that supplies fuel and oxidizing gas to a furnace and burns them, the nozzle mechanism comprising a first nozzle formed in a cylindrical shape along a flow direction of the fuel, and a second nozzle formed in a cylindrical shape along the flow direction and connected to a base end of the first nozzle, the method including a first joining step of joining a protruding portion protruding from the first nozzle to the second nozzle side end of the first nozzle, and a second joining step of joining a holding portion that holds the protruding portion to the first nozzle side end of the second nozzle, the holding portion having a through hole having a first predetermined width in the horizontal direction, the protruding portion having a second predetermined width shorter than the first predetermined width in the horizontal direction, and having an insertion portion that is inserted into the through hole, and a locking portion that is connected to the insertion portion and locks to the end of the through hole.

[0056] According to the nozzle mechanism repair method according to the fifth aspect of the present disclosure, the nozzle mechanism is a mechanism that connects the first nozzle and the second nozzle. Therefore, thermal expansion due to heat acting on the nozzle mechanism occurs in each of the first nozzle and the second nozzle during operation of the combustion equipment. Therefore, it is possible to reduce internal stress caused by thermal expansion compared to a case where the first nozzle and the second nozzle are combined into a single mechanism.

[0057] According to the nozzle mechanism repair method of the fifth aspect of the present disclosure, the first nozzle and the second nozzle are connected by the first connecting portion, so that the first nozzle and the second nozzle are not separated.

[0058] Furthermore, according to the nozzle mechanism repair method relating to the fifth aspect of the present disclosure, when an existing connecting mechanism connecting the first nozzle and the second nozzle is damaged, the work of reconnecting the first nozzle and the second nozzle can be simplified by joining a protrusion portion to the first nozzle and a retaining portion to the second nozzle.

[0059] A method for repairing a nozzle mechanism according to a sixth aspect of the present disclosure is the fifth aspect, further comprising the following configuration: Namely, the engaging portion has a third predetermined width (W3) that is longer than the first predetermined width in the horizontal direction. According to the nozzle mechanism repair method according to the sixth aspect of the present disclosure, the third predetermined width of the locking portion in the horizontal direction is longer than the first predetermined width of the through hole. Therefore, when the first nozzle tries to move in a direction away from the second nozzle, both ends of the locking portion in the horizontal direction come into contact with the retaining portion. This prevents the first nozzle from moving further away from the second nozzle, and makes it possible to maintain the state in which the first nozzle is connected to the second nozzle.

[0060] A method for repairing a nozzle mechanism according to a seventh aspect of the present disclosure is the fifth or sixth aspect, further comprising the following configuration: the nozzle mechanism includes a second connecting portion connecting the first nozzle and the second nozzle, the second connecting portion having a male thread portion formed at one end and a head portion formed at the other end, and a fastening bolt inserted from the second nozzle side into a pair of fastening holes formed at an end of the first nozzle on the second nozzle side and an end of the second nozzle on the first nozzle side, and a fastening nut fastened to the male thread portion of the fastening bolt inserted into the pair of through holes, the method including a releasing step of releasing the connection between the first nozzle and the second nozzle, and a repairing step of repairing damaged portions of the first nozzle and the second nozzle whose connection has been released by the releasing step, the first joining step joining the protruding portion to the first nozzle repaired by the repairing step, and the second joining step joining the holding portion to the second nozzle repaired by the repairing step.

[0061] According to the method for repairing a nozzle mechanism according to the seventh aspect of the present disclosure, the first nozzle and the second nozzle can be connected by inserting fastening bolts into a pair of fastening holes formed in the end of the first nozzle on the second nozzle side and the end of the second nozzle on the first nozzle side, and fastening the fastening bolts to the fastening nuts. When the second connecting part connecting the first nozzle and the second nozzle is not damaged, the second connecting part can maintain the connected state of the first nozzle and the second nozzle. Then, the first connecting part can be installed by repairing the damaged part of the second connecting part, thereby maintaining the connected state of the first nozzle and the second nozzle.

[0062] The method for repairing a nozzle mechanism according to an eighth aspect of the present disclosure is the fifth aspect, further comprising the following configuration: the first nozzle is disposed such that a tip opening thereof faces the furnace. [Explanation of symbols]
