Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a capacitance type mat sensor system for measuring the flow time of diluted liquids such as paints with a relatively low viscosity, characterized by comprising a capacitance type measuring device that transmits to an external device an electrical signal that accurately measures the flow time of the diluted liquid such as paints with a relatively low viscosity using a flow cup method and a unit that changes by 0.1 pf every 0.1 seconds based on the output of the capacitance type mat sensor in response to slight weighted fluctuations in the flow rate.
[0002] A conventional capacitance-type weight sensor has a pair of capacitor electrodes formed by sandwiching a panel electrode S covered with a dielectric sheet on both sides of the panel electrode S and providing a plurality of strip-shaped spacers on the periphery of a pair of panel electrodes E arranged opposite each other on both sides of the panel electrode S, and providing a dielectric sheet and a plurality of square spacers between the electrodes. Patent Document 1 describes a technology for such a capacitance-type weight sensor. The capacitance weight sensor described in Patent Document 1 is a structure in which a dielectric sheet and spacers are attached between two upper and lower insulators (rigid PVC) that make up the electrodes, and the structure is covered with an exterior cover (insulator). The capacitance-type weight sensor is used in a capacitance-type weight sensor that detects changes in breathing, body movement, etc. by detecting changes in the weight applied to the panel electrodes by the spacers as changes in the capacitance between the panel electrodes.
[0003] However, although the capacitance-type weight sensor described in Patent Document 1 is capable of detecting movements resulting from a person's hyperpnea, hyperventilation, hyperpnea, apnea, etc. and changes in load due to body movement, the flow time of liquids such as paints in the flow cup method of JIS standard K5600-2-2 can be measured with an accuracy of 0.2 seconds, and for materials with a flow time exceeding 100 seconds where the break point is a material, the flow speed slows down, making it difficult to judge and reproduce the flow time. For these reasons, there are currently no capacitance-type weight sensors that can detect the flow time of liquids such as paints. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0012] The flow time of a paint or other liquid is measured by pressing a stopwatch at the same time as removing a finger from the orifice of the flow cup, and measuring the time between when the stopwatch stops and when the flow of the test liquid stops. [0014] An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a capacitive mat sensor 10 for measuring the flow time of a liquid such as paint according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the same. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a panel electrode 13S, a panel electrode 13E1, and a panel electrode 13E2, which are integrally formed by completely adhering a dielectric sheet to the electrode surfaces of the panel electrodes 13S, 13E1, and 13E2 with double-sided adhesive tape. The capacitive mat sensor 10 for measuring the flow time of a liquid such as paint includes corner spacers 16 and 17 that are attached between the panel electrode 13E1 (upper side) and the panel electrode 13E2 (lower side) and a shield electrode G18 on the bottom surface of the panel electrode 13E2, and is composed of an outer cover 11 that covers these.
[0015] In FIG. 2, panel electrode 13S is sandwiched, and dielectric sheet 14 is completely adhered to the respective electrode surfaces of panel electrode 13S and panel electrodes 13E1 and E2 with double-sided adhesive tape 21. Lead wires 19S, 19E, and 19G drawn from lead wire connection portions 20 of panel electrode 13S, panel electrode E1, and panel electrode E2 of the integrally formed structure are connected to an external device (not shown).

Elastic corner spacers are placed between panel electrodes S and E at the four interior corners and in the diagonal center, forming a structure in which the air layer between the laminated layers is not sealed and has a function of air flow. In this structure, the corner spacers allow the selection of sensitivity (high or low) depending on the length of one side, and a structure has been constructed in which slight fluctuations in weight of a flowing liquid such as paint can be accurately measured by the arrangement and area ratio of the corner spacers, and the change in capacitance due to weight is the only change in capacitance due to weight.

The measurement time is every 0.1 seconds (100 ms), the injection start value is 314.2 pf, and the end command is set to 06. When six or more identical capacitance values are measured in 0.6 seconds, the previous value is 418.2 pf and the measurement end value (injection stopped) is 385.6 pf. [0029] Figure 16 is a photograph comparing the flow time measured by the mat sensor and the stopwatch. The mat sensor display showed a value of 111.9 seconds, while the stopwatch showed a value of 0.01:52. 41 (112.41 seconds) with an error of 0.51 seconds.
[0030] FIG. 17 is a cross-sectional view of the flow cup used in measuring the flow time.
[0030] (Verification experiment) The capacitance type mat sensor for measuring the flow time of paint or other liquids is designed to measure the flow time from the start of the flow of paint or other liquids to the end of the flow from the flow cup shown in the cross-sectional view of Figure 17. The purpose of the capacitance type mat sensor and capacitance type measuring instrument is to accurately detect a change of 0.1 pf every 0.1 seconds (100 ms). The sensitivity of the capacitance type mat sensor is basically an ultra-sensitive structure, and as shown in Figure 3, each panel electrode S, E1, E2 is an integral structure with the dielectric sheet 14, and the air layer between the laminated panels 13S and 13E is not sealed, so it is a structure that does not receive air resistance due to weight. Therefore, the performance of the capacitance type mat sensor for measuring the flow time of paint or other liquids, in which only the corner spacer is formed to have a function of having a change in capacitance due to weight, was verified. In the verification of the flow time of paint and other liquids using a flow cup measuring device, in Figures 4 to 6, the measurement time for Acroze Clay 47 was 65.2 seconds with the start judgment threshold command set to 0.5 and the end judgment threshold command set to 04. In Figures 7 to 9, the measurement time for V-Flon Clay 100 was 108.2 seconds with the start judgment threshold command set to 0.5 and the end judgment threshold command set to 10, the difference being 1.66 times. 13 to 16 are graphs showing measurement data verifying the difference in measurement time between a measurement time of a capacitive mat sensor for measuring the flow time of a liquid such as paint and a measurement time of a stopwatch. In Figure 13, the viscosity of the Acroze paint was higher than 47 due to the long storage time, so the normal viscosity value is unknown. The data shows the flow time measured with the setting criteria of start command 05 (0.5 pf) and end command 06 (0.6 seconds). The measurement time was every 0.1 seconds (100 ms), the injection start value was 314.2 pf, and the setting value of end command 06. When six or more identical capacitance values were measured in 0.6 seconds, the previous value was 385.7 pf and the measurement end value (flow stop) was 385.6 pf. For Figures 4 to 6 and Figures 7 to 9, the measurement time difference with the stopwatch was almost the same, but since there was no stopwatch record, the flow time of Figures 13 to 16 was verified again. As shown in Figure 16, the flow time of the mat sensor was 111.9 seconds, while the flow time of the stopwatch was 1.52 .41 It was verified that the time difference was 0.51 seconds (112.41 seconds).
[0031] (Comparative experiment) The surface area ratio of the square spacer is approximately 15.8 mm. 2 and 13mm 2 This study examines the difference in flow time due to differences in sensor sensitivity. In this comparative experiment, as shown in Figures 7 to 9 and Figures 10 to 12, the paint had a viscosity of 100, and the same measurement conditions were used with a start judgment threshold command of 0.5 and an end judgment threshold command of 08. The change in Figure 8 was 93.8 pf, and in Figure 11 it was 151.7 pf, with a difference of 57.9 pf / 1.61 times the change in the amount of change. In Figure 8, the measurement start value was 312.5 pf, the injection start value (start of measurement) was 313 pf, and the injection stop value (stop of measurement) was 406.8 pf, with a change of 93.8 pf and a measurement time of 108.2 seconds. In Figure 11, the measurement start value is 266 pf, the injection start value (measurement start) is 266.5 pf, the injection stop value (measurement stop) is 418.1 pf, the change is 151.7 pf, and the measurement time is 109.5 seconds. In comparison, the change in Figure 8 is 93.8 pf, and the change in Figure 11 is 151.7 pf, which is 1.61 times, while the difference in flow time is 1.3 seconds. [Explanation of symbols]
