Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present application relates to the field of motor technology, and in particular to a motor bracket, a motor assembly, and an electric toothbrush. [Background technology]
[0002] In the development of related technologies, the motor bracket is generally an integrated structure made of a single material, which only serves to support and fix the motor, and the vibration damping effect of the motor bracket itself is poor, which requires the addition and fitting of a vibration damping gasket, which increases the assembly process and difficulty. In addition, with the increase in the usage time, the vibration damping gasket is easily detached from the motor bracket due to the influence of vibration, which further reduces the vibration damping effect. At the same time, the method of integral injection molding is easy to process, omits the assembly process, has high precision for integral injection molding, has a simple and compact structure, can avoid vibration caused by assembly errors, and can further reduce noise. In addition, the assembly efficiency of the entire structure is high, and the cost can be further reduced. In addition, by forming a vibration-damping protrusion on the vibration-damping structure and making the vibration-damping protrusion protrude from the surface of the rigid body, the vibration-damping protrusion faces the vibration source (e.g., a motor module) and contacts the vibration source, thereby avoiding direct contact between the vibration source and the rigid body, and thereby avoiding the vibration generated from the vibration source being directly transmitted to the rigid body and causing the rigid body to vibrate together. Two adjacent vibration-damping protrusions are installed with a gap therebetween, and the gap can provide a space for the vibration-damping protrusions to deform, and when the vibration-damping protrusions are pressed by vibration from a vibration source, the vibration-damping protrusions deform into the gap to absorb and gradually release most of the vibration, and the gap can also be used as a sound-absorbing cavity to absorb some of the noise. Therefore, compared with a vibration-damping method in the form of one overall plane, forming multiple vibration-damping protrusions has a better vibration-damping effect. [0022] Hereinafter, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is obvious that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and are not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained based on the embodiments of the present application without the need for creative efforts by those skilled in the art are all within the scope of protection of the present application.
[0023] It should be explained that in the description of this application, when the terms "first" and "second" appear, "first" and "second" are merely intended to facilitate the description of different parts or names, and should not be understood as indicating or suggesting the order relationship or relative importance, or implying the number of the indicated technical features. Thus, a feature defined by "first" and "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the features. In addition, "and / or" in this specification means including three parallel solutions, and for example, "A and / or B" includes solution A, solution B, or a solution that satisfies both A and B.
[0024] 1 to 3 in conjunction, an embodiment of the present application provides a motor bracket 10, which is used to fix the motor module to other structures by being installed on a motor module, thereby preventing the motor module from shaking unnecessarily. The motor bracket 10 has a first surface 111 facing the motor module, the motor bracket 10 includes a rigid body 11 and a vibration-damping structure 12, the rigid body 11 is a hard adhesive part, the vibration-damping structure 12 is a soft adhesive part, the vibration-damping structure 12 and the rigid body 11 are integrally injection molded, the vibration-damping structure 12 includes a coupling part 121 and a plurality of vibration-damping protrusions 122 installed on the coupling part 121, the coupling part 121 is connected to the rigid body 11, the plurality of vibration-damping protrusions 122 are installed at intervals, and the vibration-damping protrusions 122 protrude from the coupling part 121 and the first surface 111 of the rigid body 11.
[0025] In the embodiment of the present application, the rigid body 11 and the vibration-damping structure 12 are integrally injection-molded and bonded, so that not only is the degree of bonding high and the vibration-damping effect is effectively achieved, but the vibration-damping structure 12 does not come off the rigid body 11 even after long-term use. In addition, the method of integral injection molding is easy to process, omits the assembly process, has high precision for integral injection molding, has a simple and compact structure, can avoid vibration caused by assembly errors, and can further reduce noise. In addition, the assembly efficiency of the entire structure is high, and costs can be further reduced. Furthermore, by forming the vibration-damping protrusions 122 on the vibration-damping structure 12 and making the vibration-damping protrusions 122 protrude from the surface of the rigid body 11, the vibration-damping protrusions 122 face the vibration source (e.g., the motor case 20) and come into contact with the vibration source, thereby avoiding direct contact between the vibration source and the rigid body 11, and thereby avoiding the vibration generated from the vibration source being directly transmitted to the rigid body 11 and causing the rigid body 11 to vibrate together. In addition, two adjacent vibration-damping protrusions 122 are installed with a gap therebetween, and the gap can provide a space for deformation of the vibration-damping protrusions 122, and when the vibration-damping protrusions 122 are pressed by vibration from a vibration source (e.g., the motor case 20), the vibration-damping protrusions 122 deform into the gap to absorb and gradually release most of the vibration, and the gap can also be used as a sound-absorbing cavity to absorb some of the noise. Therefore, compared with a vibration-damping method in the form of one overall plane, forming a plurality of vibration-damping protrusions 122 has a better vibration-damping effect.
[0026] Both the rigid body 11 and the vibration-damping structure 12 are made of a plastic material, the rigid body 11 has higher rigidity and strength than the vibration-damping structure 12, the rigid body 11 serves as a main body member to provide support and fixation, and the vibration-damping structure 12 has low rigidity, is flexible, has excellent elasticity, and performs good vibration-damping functions. Optionally, the rigid body 11 may be manufactured using materials such as ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene), PC (polycarbonate), PA (polyamide), etc. The vibration-damping structure 12 may be manufactured by adopting TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) or silica gel. In some specific embodiments, considering the molding temperature and sequence, the rigid body 11 is first injection molded, and then the vibration-damping structure 12 is integrally injection molded on the rigid body 11. Therefore, the vibration-damping structure 12 may be manufactured by adopting TPU with a low melting point, to avoid the rigid body 11 from melting due to the high melting point temperature of the vibration-damping structure 12.
[0027] 3 and 4 in combination, in order to further improve the adhesion of the vibration-damping structure 12 to the rigid body 11 and reduce the risk of the two coming off, in some embodiments, the rigid body 11 has a first surface 111, an adhesive receiving groove 112 is provided on the first surface 111, the coupling part 121 is provided in the adhesive receiving groove 112, and the vibration-damping protrusion 122 protrudes from the first surface 111. Therefore, the coupling part 121 is fitted into the adhesive receiving groove 112, and the coupling part 121 fills the adhesive receiving groove 112, and the two form a mutually fitting structure, which increases the contact area between the coupling part 121 and the rigid body 11, i.e., the connection area, and thus the connection effect is improved, and the attachment of the coupling part 121 to the rigid body 11 can be more stable.
[0028] Optionally, the side of coupling portion 121 facing away from adhesive receiving groove 112 is flush with first surface 111 and does not protrude outward beyond first surface 111 to reduce the risk of coupling portion 121 being struck by another structure and becoming detached from rigid body 11. The side of coupling portion 121 facing away from adhesive receiving groove 112 refers to the side of coupling portion 121 facing the notch.
[0029] The shape of the adhesive accommodating groove 112 matches the vibration-damping structure 12 and is designed according to the shape of the vibration-damping structure 12 to be formed, so that when the vibration-damping structure 12 is designed to be elongated, the adhesive accommodating groove 112 is correspondingly designed to be elongated, and when the vibration-damping structure 12 is designed to be annular, the adhesive accommodating groove 112 is also designed to be annular. In the following embodiment, one specific shape of the adhesive accommodating groove 112 (including the first groove 1121 and the second groove 1122) will be introduced in detail.
[0030] In some embodiments, the rigid body 11 has a cylindrical shape and has an adhesive injection hole 113 at one end, the first surface 111 is the inner wall surface of the rigid body 11, the adhesive receiving groove 112 includes a first groove 1121, the first groove 1121 extends along the axial direction of the rigid body 11, and one end of the first groove 1121 communicates with the adhesive injection hole 113. Therefore, the vibration damping structure 12 filled in the first groove 1121 has an elongated shape extending along the axial direction of the rigid body 11. When the adhesive is injected through the adhesive injection hole 113, the adhesive material flows along the length direction of the first groove 1121, does not need to turn corners, and has excellent fluidity. Optionally, the width D1 of the first groove 1121 gradually increases in a direction away from the adhesive injection hole 113, so that the adhesive material can be guided according to the flow direction of the adhesive material, which is favorable for the adhesive material to flow to the distal end of the adhesive injection hole 113, and facilitates the adhesive material to more quickly fill the first groove 1121. The width of the first groove 1121 refers to the width along the circumferential direction of the rigid body 11.
[0031] In some embodiments, the adhesive accommodating groove 112 further includes a second groove 1122, one end of the first groove 1121 communicating with the adhesive injection hole 113 and the other end of the first groove 1121 communicating with the second groove 1122, and the second groove 1122 extends along the circumferential direction of the rigid body 11 such that the second groove 1122 is located at the end away from the adhesive injection hole 113. Each second groove 1122 is connected to a plurality of first grooves 1121. In the vibration-damping structure 12 formed based on the first grooves 1121 and the second grooves 1122, the plurality of vibration-damping sections 1221 are simultaneously connected to one connecting section 1222. The connecting section 1222 realizes the connection of the plurality of vibration-damping sections 1221 to form an overall structure, and generates a position limiting force between the plurality of vibration-damping sections 1221 and between the vibration-damping sections 1221 and the connecting section 1222 to check each other. This not only reduces the risk of the vibration-damping structure 12 coming off the rigid body 11, but also allows the adhesive material to flow through the plurality of first grooves 1121 and then merge in the second groove 1122. The adhesive material is relaxed to a certain extent in the second groove 1122, and does not accumulate at the bottom of the first groove 1121 to cause the wall thickness to become too large. In addition, the second groove 1122 serves as a confluence groove for the adhesive material that has flowed down the multiple first grooves 1121, so that the adhesive material that has flowed down the first groove 1121 naturally flows into the second groove 1122 and gradually branches off to both sides in the circumferential direction, which basically eliminates the need for large, sudden changes in direction, and is also advantageous for the adhesive material to flow smoothly.
[0032] Optionally, the width D2 of each portion of the second groove 1122 is consistent, so that the width of each portion of the formed connection section 1222 is also consistent. In this embodiment, the width of the second groove 1122 refers to the width along the axial direction of the rigid body 11.
[0033] 5 to 8 in combination, a position limiting groove 114 is further provided at the groove bottom of the adhesive accommodating groove 112, and a part of the coupling portion 121 is fitted into the position limiting groove 114. In this embodiment, the adhesive accommodating groove 112 has a notch in the first surface 111, and the groove bottom of the adhesive accommodating groove 112 refers to the side facing the notch. At the position where the position limiting groove 114 is provided, the adhesive accommodating groove 112 and the position limiting groove 114 are overlapped in the notch direction and have a large depth, and at the position where only the adhesive accommodating groove 112 is provided, the adhesive accommodating groove 112 has a small depth. The connecting portion 121 fills both the adhesive accommodating groove 112 and the position limiting groove 114, and the connecting portion 121 and the position limiting groove 114 form a mutually interlocking structure, and the portion of the connecting portion 121 located within the position limiting groove 114 is made into a position limiting protrusion 123, which corresponds to a rivet and fixes the vibration damping structure 12 and the rigid body 11 together, thereby increasing the fitting stability between the two.
[0034] The number of position limiting grooves 114 may be one or more, and the shape of the position limiting groove 114 may be a small circular groove, a small square hole, an elongated groove, an arc-shaped groove, etc. The position limiting grooves 114 may be distributed at various positions of the adhesive receiving groove 112, for example, at positions close to the adhesive injection hole 113, at positions away from the adhesive injection hole 113, etc.
[0035] In some embodiments, the rigid body 11 has a first end surface 115 and a second end surface 116 that are spaced apart from each other, the first surface 111 is connected to the first end surface 115 and the second end surface 116, an adhesive injection hole 113 is provided on the first end surface 115, the adhesive injection hole 113 is connected to the adhesive receiving groove 112, and the position limiting groove 114 penetrates the second end surface 116. When the vibration-damping structure 12 is integrally injection-molded on the rigid body 11, the adhesive material forming the vibration-damping structure 12 is injected from the adhesive injection hole 113, and the adhesive material flows along the first surface 111, or when the adhesive receiving groove 112 is provided on the first surface 111, the adhesive material flows along the adhesive receiving groove 112 on the first surface 111, and finally forms the vibration-damping structure 12 after the adhesive material cools.
[0036] In this embodiment, the adhesive receiving groove 112 extends from the first end face 115 to the second end face 116, and the position limiting groove 114 penetrates the second end face 116, which can be seen that the position limiting groove 114 is located away from the adhesive injection hole 113, and the position limiting groove 114 forms a notch groove, so that the position limiting groove 114 can be used as a sealant groove as a parting surface between the fixed type and the movable type. After the vibration damping structure 12 is inserted into the position limiting groove 114, the vibration damping structure 12 forms a position limiting protrusion 123, which acts like a hook and can engage with the groove wall of the position limiting groove 114 to limit the movement of the vibration damping structure 12 from the second end face 116 to the first end face 115.
[0037] Optionally, the position limiting groove 114 is installed in the second groove 1122, and the length of the position limiting groove 114 along the circumferential direction of the rigid body 11 is equal to the length of the second groove 1122 along the circumferential direction of the rigid body 11, and both ends of the position limiting groove 114 along the circumferential direction of the rigid body 11 are flush with both ends of the second groove 1122 along the circumferential direction of the rigid body 11 in a one-to-one correspondence. By installing in this manner, the adhesive material flowing out from the side of the second groove 1122 away from the first groove 1121 does not need to change direction and can directly enter the sealant groove, which is favorable for the flow of the adhesive material, reduces the risk of burrs and the like, and uses the side of the connection section 1222 away from the vibration-damping section 1221 as a parting surface. Of course, the length of the position limiting groove 114 may be shorter than the length of the second groove 1122. In another embodiment, the position limiting groove 114 is disposed in the first recessed groove 1121. In this embodiment, the circumferential length of the rigid body 11 refers to the circumferential length of the connection section 1222, and the chord length L represents the circumferential length of the connection section 1222, as shown in FIG.
[0038] When the rigid body 11 has a cylindrical shape, an annular groove may be provided on the inner peripheral wall of the rigid body 11, and a part of the annular groove may constitute a second groove 1122, which can facilitate processing.
[0039] In the embodiments of the present application, the rigid body 11 may be cylindrical, annular, disk-like, sheet-like or plate-like, and may be specifically designed based on the shape of the motor case 20 and the installation position of the motor bracket 10 on the motor case 20, or based on factors such as the location requiring vibration damping. In some embodiments, the rigid body 11 is cylindrical, and the vibration damping structure 12 is installed on the peripheral wall of the rigid body 11, and the vibration damping structure 12 may be installed on the inner peripheral wall or outer peripheral wall of the rigid body 11 based on the relative positions of the rigid body 11 and the motor case 20, for example.
[0040] 1 to 3 in combination, in some embodiments, the vibration-damping structure 12 includes a plurality of vibration-damping sections 1221, which are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rigid body 11, and the vibration-damping sections 1221 extend along the axial direction of the rigid body 11, and a plurality of vibration-damping protrusions 122 are provided on the vibration-damping sections 1221. If the entire inner peripheral wall of the rigid body 11 is covered with the vibration-damping structure 12, the flow range of the adhesive material becomes too large, the fluidity of the adhesive material becomes poor, and it is very difficult to form a joint 121 with a uniform wall thickness, and even if the adhesive material is not uniform or there is no filled adhesive material at a position away from the adhesive injection hole 113, the vibration-damping structure 12 is divided into a plurality of vibration-damping sections 1221 provided at intervals, so that the vibration-damping structure 12 does not cover the entire peripheral wall of the rigid body 11, and the flow range of the adhesive material is relatively small and the fluidity is excellent. At the same time, since the multiple vibration-damping sections 1221 are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rigid body 11, they can all provide good vibration-damping effects on the motor case 20 at various circumferential positions, effectively preventing vibrations of the motor case 20 from being transmitted to the outside.
[0041] Furthermore, the vibration damping structure 12 further includes a connection section 1222 which extends circumferentially around the rigid body 11 and is connected to the multiple vibration damping sections 1221, so that the multiple vibration damping sections 1221 can be connected to form a single whole, which is advantageous for fixing the vibration damping sections 1221.
[0042] Optionally, the vibration-damping structure 12 includes a plurality of connection sections 1222, which are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rigid body 11, and each connection section 1222 is connected to a different plurality of vibration-damping sections 1221. Therefore, two adjacent connection sections 1222 are equivalent to being cut, which can shorten the flow path of the adhesive material and makes it easy to form a vibration-damping structure 12 with a regular shape.
[0043] In some specific embodiments, the vibration damping structure 12 includes two connection sections 1222 and four vibration damping sections 1221, two of which are connected to the same connection section 1222 and two of which are connected to another connection section 1222.
[0044] 9 in conjunction, in some embodiments, the rigid body 11 is provided with a plurality of adhesive injection holes 113, the plurality of adhesive injection holes 113 are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rigid body 11, and each adhesive injection hole 113 is provided corresponding to one vibration-damping section 1221, one end of the vibration-damping section 1221 is located in the adhesive injection hole 113, and the other end of the vibration-damping section 1221 is connected to the connecting section 1222. Therefore, the vibration-damping sections 1221 do not share the adhesive injection hole 113, and the flow path of the adhesive material entering from the single adhesive injection hole 113 is relatively short, which is advantageous in shortening the overall molding time and maintaining the consistency of the adhesive material temperature at each location, thereby forming a vibration-damping structure 12 with a regular shape. At the same time, since the adhesive injection hole 113 is provided at one end of the vibration-damping section 1221 in the longitudinal direction, the adhesive material entering from the adhesive injection hole 113 flows directly along the longitudinal direction of the vibration-damping section 1221 and does not need to change its flow direction.
[0045] In some embodiments, the multiple damping sections 1221 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the rigid body 11, and multiple damping protrusions 122 are provided in each damping section 1221, and the multiple damping protrusions 122 located in the same damping section 1221 are uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the rigid body 11. Therefore, the damping protrusions 122 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the rigid body 11, respectively, and the damping protrusions 122 can provide a stable and uniform acting force to the motor case 20, uniformize the stress of the motor case 20, hold the motor case 20 in a predetermined position, and reduce the risk of the motor case 20 shifting from the predetermined position.
[0046] Taking the four vibration-damping sections 1221 as an example, the angle between any two adjacent vibration-damping sections 1221 is 90°, so that the four vibration-damping sections 1221 are uniformly distributed around the rigid body 11 .
[0047] The vibration damping protrusion 122 may have a semi-spherical, cylindrical, conical or other shape, and the shape is not limited thereto.
[0048] 10 to 14 in conjunction, an embodiment of the present application further provides a motor assembly 100, the motor assembly 100 including a motor module and a motor bracket 10, the motor module including a motor case 20, a stator 31, and a rotor 32, the motor case 20 has an accommodating cavity 21, the stator 31 and the rotor 32 are installed in the accommodating cavity 21, the motor bracket 10 is installed outside the motor case 20, the rigid body 11 is fixed to the motor case 20, and the vibration damping protrusion 122 faces the outer surface of the motor case 20.
[0049] The magnetic field generated by energizing the coil of the stator 31 can drive the rotor 32 to rotate, and vibrations are likely to occur when the rotor 32 rotates, which further causes vibrations of other structures, and since the rotor 32 is installed inside the motor case 20, the motor case 20 is equivalent to forming a vibration source. Therefore, by installing the motor bracket 10 outside the motor case 20 and directing the vibration-damping protrusions 122 toward the outer surface of the motor case 20, a gap is created between the motor case 20 and the rigid body 11, reducing the transmission of vibrations of the motor case 20 to the motor bracket 10.
[0050] As shown in FIG. 12, in some embodiments, the vibration-damping protrusions 122 directly abut the outer surface of the motor case 20 to limit contact between the outer surface of the motor case 20 and the rigid body 11.
[0051] 13, in some other embodiments, the motor assembly 100 further includes a vibration-damping sleeve 40, where the motor case 20, the vibration-damping sleeve 40 and the motor bracket 10 are sequentially mounted from the inside to the outside, and the vibration-damping sleeve 40 abuts against the motor case 20 and the vibration-damping protrusion 122, respectively. Specifically, the vibration of the motor case 20 is first transmitted to the vibration-damping sleeve 40, and after being damped by the vibration-damping sleeve 40, the remaining vibration and noise are transmitted to the vibration-damping structure 12, which then damps and absorbs them. The installation of the vibration-damping sleeve 40 together with the vibration-damping structure 12 achieves a double vibration-damping effect, effectively blocking the transmission of vibration.
[0052] The vibration-damping sleeve 40 may be made of materials with good vibration-damping effect, such as silica gel, rubber or TPU.
[0053] With reference to Figures 15 and 16 in conjunction, an embodiment of the present application further provides an electric toothbrush, which includes a handle 200 and a brush head 300 connected to one end of the handle 200, the handle 200 being adapted to be held by a user and generally having an elongated shape, which may be generally cylindrical or flattened.
[0054] The handle 200 includes a casing 201 in which a mounting cavity is formed, the motor assembly 100 is installed in the mounting cavity, and the motor bracket 10 is fixed to the casing 201. For the specific structure of the motor assembly 100, please refer to the above embodiment, and the description will be omitted here.
[0055] The rigid body 11 of the motor bracket 10 serves to secure the motor case 20 to the casing 201, thereby preventing movement of the motor case 20 relative to the casing 201, thereby holding the motor shaft 50 protruding from the motor case 20 in a predetermined position on the brush head 300.
[0056] Optionally, the rigid body 11 and the motor case 20 are fixed together by a method such as a screw or a buckle.
[0057] Furthermore, an anti-rotation rib 117 is provided on the rigid body 11, an anti-rotation groove (not shown) is provided on the inner surface of the casing 201 or the buffer structure 400 (FIG. 16), and the anti-rotation rib 117 is inserted into the anti-rotation groove to prevent the rigid body 11 from rotating relative to the casing 201, thereby fixing the motor bracket 10 to the casing 201. Note that one end of the motor assembly 100 abuts against the inner surface of the casing 201, and the other end of the motor assembly 100 abuts against the casing 201 via the motor bracket 10, and the rotation of the other end of the motor assembly 100 is further restricted by the engagement between the anti-rotation convex rib and the anti-rotation groove, thereby fixing the motor bracket 10 and the casing 201.
[0058] Furthermore, the motor assembly 100 further includes a motor shaft 50, which is fixed to the rotor 32 and can rotate together with the rotor 32, and an axial hole 22 is provided in the motor case 20, and the motor shaft 50 protrudes from the motor case 20 through the axial hole 22 and is connected to the brush head 300, thereby driving the brush head 300 to rotate or oscillate.
[0059] 3, 14 and 16 in combination, in some embodiments, the rigid body 11 and the motor case 20 each have a stepped tubular shape, and the rigid body 11 includes a first large cylinder section 118 and a first small cylinder section 119, and the length of the first large cylinder section 118 is greater than the length of the first small cylinder section 119. The motor case 20 includes a second large cylinder section 23 and a second small cylinder section 24, and the first large cylinder section 118 is fitted to the outside of the second large cylinder section 23, and the first small cylinder section 119 is fitted to the outside of the second small cylinder section 24. The first small cylinder section 119 abuts against the casing 201 via the buffer structure 400, and the vibration damping structure 12 is installed on the first large cylinder section 118. In this embodiment, one end of the motor bracket 10 abuts against the casing 201 via the buffer structure 400, so that even if vibrations of the motor case 20 are transmitted from the second small cylinder section 24, they are absorbed by the buffer structure 400 at that location and can be prevented from being transmitted to the casing 201. By installing the vibration-damping structure 12 in other areas not covered by the buffer structure 400, it is possible to absorb vibrations transmitted from the second large cylinder section 23. In addition, by installing the vibration-damping structure 12 in an area that is long in length and large in diameter and surrounding the position of the second large cylinder section 23, it is possible to sufficiently reduce the transmission of vibrations there.
[0060] In the above, the first end surface 115 is connected to a first large cylinder section 118 and a first small cylinder section 119 .
