Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a structure for closing a drainage opening of a horizontal gutter. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, in roof structures such as terraces, the horizontal gutter of the roof body is provided with drainage openings to which vertical gutter are connected. In such roof bodies, drainage openings are sometimes provided at multiple locations on the horizontal gutter to allow freedom in the installation position of the vertical gutter. Of the multiple drainage openings, those that are not used because the vertical gutter is not connected are blocked by a blocking member having water-stopping properties (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0003] The blocking structure described in Patent Document 1 is a structure in which a blocking member is fixed to the underside of a horizontal gutter with screws, with a sealing material such as a gasket sandwiched between the blocking member and the underside of the horizontal gutter, so as to block the drainage opening from below the horizontal gutter. [Figure 7] 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 5. [Figure 8] 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC in FIG. 5. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0009] Hereinafter, a blocking structure 8 for a drainage opening 44 of a horizontal gutter 41 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. The blocking structure 8 for a drainage opening 44 of a horizontal gutter 41 is applied to a horizontal gutter of a roof structure. In this embodiment, an example in which the roof structure is applied to a terrace 1 will be described. Note that, for example, the roof structure may also be applied to structures other than a terrace, such as a carport, a bicycle parking area, a shelter, a rest area, a bus stop, etc.

[0010] In the description of this embodiment, the wall 10a side of the building 10 in the terrace 1 is referred to as the rear side, and the side of the pillar 11 opposite the wall 10a of the building 10 is referred to as the front side. The direction in which the rafter hanger 3 and the front frame 4 extend is referred to as the left-right direction.

[0011] As shown in Fig. 1, the terrace 1 of this embodiment includes a roof body 2 and two supports 11. The rear side of the roof body 2 is connected to the wall 10a of the building 10, and the front end of the roof body 2 is supported by the two supports 11. The roof body 2 includes a rafter hanger 3 (rear member) fixed to the wall 10a of the building 10, a front frame 4 (front member) arranged away from the rafter hanger 3 on the opposite side of the wall 10a of the building 10, a plurality of rafters 5 extending between the rafter hanger 3 and the front frame 4 and arranged side by side in the left-right direction, a plurality of panel members 6 attached between adjacent rafters 5 and arranged side by side in the left-right direction, and a vertical gutter 7. The roof body 2 is inclined downward from the rafter hanger 3 side toward the front frame 4 side.

[0012] The front frame 4 is formed with a horizontal gutter 41 that opens upward. The horizontal gutter 41 extends in the left-right direction. Two drainage openings 42 are provided in the bottom plate portion 411 of the horizontal gutter 41. The two drainage openings 42 are arranged apart in the left-right direction of the horizontal gutter 41, and each is formed by a circular opening that penetrates the bottom plate portion 411 of the horizontal gutter 41 in the up-down direction. In this embodiment, the two drainage openings 42 are provided at multiple locations in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal gutter 41 to allow freedom in the installation position of the vertical gutter 7. The number of drainage openings 42 is not limited. Three or more drainage openings 42 may be provided.

[0013] 1, one drainage opening 43 of the two drainage openings 42 is connected to a downpipe 7. The drainage opening 43 communicates with the inside of the downpipe 7. The downpipe 7 has a horizontal portion 71 that extends from one drainage opening 43, passing below the horizontal portion 41, to one of the supports 11, and a vertical portion 72 that is connected to the end of the horizontal portion 71 opposite the drainage opening 43.

[0014] Of the two drainage openings 42, the unused drainage opening 44 is closed by a closing structure 8 for the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41, as shown in Figs.

[0015] As shown in Fig. 2, a pair of small holes 45 are provided in the bottom plate portion 411 of the horizontal gutter 41 at positions adjacent to the drainage opening 42. The small holes 45 have an opening area smaller than that of the drainage opening 42. A pair of small holes 45 are provided on either side of the drainage opening 42. The pair of small holes 45 are respectively disposed away from the drainage opening 42 on one side and the other side in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal gutter 41.

[0016] When the downpipe 7 is connected to the drainage opening 42, screws are inserted into the pair of small holes 45 to screw the upper end of the downpipe 7 connected to the drainage opening 42. When the pair of small holes 45 are not in use, they are blocked by the blocking member 81 of the blocking structure 8 for the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41.

[0017] The following describes the closing structure 8 for the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41. As shown in Figs. 2 to 4, the closing structure 8 for the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41 is a structure in which a closing member 81 closes the unused drainage opening 44 of the two drainage openings 42.

[0018] 5, the blocking member 81 is formed in an elliptical shape extending in the extension direction of the horizontal gutter 41 in a plan view. The blocking member 81 includes a plug-shaped portion 82, a circumferential seal portion 85, a receiving portion 86, and two pin members 87, as shown in FIGS.

[0019] The plug-shaped portion 82 is configured to be press-fitted into the drainage opening 44 from below the drainage opening 44. The plug-shaped portion 82 is configured to be elastically deformable. As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the plug-shaped portion 82 has a plug-shaped portion main body 83 and a plurality of plug-shaped portion engagement portions 84.

[0020] The plug-shaped body 83 is formed in a cylindrical shape and has a bottom 831 and a peripheral wall 832. The bottom 831 is disposed below the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41 and formed in a disk shape. The peripheral wall 832 is formed in a peripheral wall shape that protrudes from the outer periphery of the bottom 831 towards the horizontal gutter 41.

[0021] 6 and 7, the peripheral wall portion 832 is formed in a double-walled shape with a closed upper end and an open lower end. When the blocking member 81 is attached to the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41, the peripheral wall portion 832 is disposed in a state in which it penetrates the drainage opening 44, as shown in FIG.

[0022] The peripheral wall portion 832 has an inner peripheral wall 833, an outer peripheral wall 835, and an annular closed upper end 834 connecting the upper ends of the inner peripheral wall 833 and the outer peripheral wall 835. The inner peripheral wall 833 rises from the entire outer peripheral edge of the bottom portion 831 toward the horizontal gutter 41. The upper end of the inner peripheral wall 833 is connected to the inner peripheral end of the annular closed upper end 834. The outer peripheral wall 835 has an upper end connected to the outer peripheral end of the annular closed upper end 834, extends downward toward the receiving portion 86, and has a lower end connected to the receiving portion 86.

[0023] As shown in FIG. 4, the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall 835 has an intermediate outer peripheral surface portion 832a and an upper inclined outer peripheral surface portion 832b.

[0024] The intermediate outer peripheral surface portion 832a extends in the vertical direction at the vertical middle of the outer peripheral wall 835 with an outer diameter substantially the same as the diameter of the drainage opening 44. When the blocking member 81 is attached to the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41, the intermediate outer peripheral surface portion 832a is disposed in a position abutting or close to the drainage opening 44. The upper inclined outer peripheral surface portion 832b extends upward from the upper end of the intermediate outer peripheral surface portion 832a and is inclined so that the outer diameter becomes smaller from the lower side to the upper side.

[0025] The multiple plug-shaped portion engaging portions 84 are provided intermittently and spaced apart in the circumferential direction on the upper inclined outer circumferential surface portion 832b (outer circumferential surface) of the plug-shaped portion main body 83. In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 5, six multiple plug-shaped portion engaging portions 84 are provided and spaced apart in the circumferential direction.

[0026] The multiple plug-shaped engaging portions 84 are formed to protrude radially outward at the lower end of the upper inclined outer peripheral surface portion 832b, as shown in Fig. 6. When attaching the blocking member 81 to the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41, the multiple plug-shaped engaging portions 84 are each press-fitted into and engaged with the drainage opening 44.

[0027] The plug-shaped portion engaging portions 84 are formed along the upper inclined outer peripheral surface portion 832b of the plug-shaped portion main body 83, as shown in Figures 4 and 6. When viewed obliquely from above, the plug-shaped portion engaging portions 84 are each formed in a triangular shape whose circumferential length increases from the upper side to the lower side, as shown in Figure 4, and protrude from the upper inclined outer peripheral surface portion 832b to the outside in the radial direction of the plug-shaped portion main body 83 at the lower end of the upper inclined outer peripheral surface portion 832b. When the blocking member 81 is attached to the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41, the plug-shaped portion engaging portions 84 are press-fitted into and engaged with the peripheral portion of the drainage opening 44 in the bottom plate portion 411 of the horizontal gutter 41.

[0028] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the circumferential seal portion 85 is formed in an oval ring shape surrounding the plug-shaped portion 82. As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the circumferential seal portion 85 is pressed against the underside of the horizontal gutter 41 in a state inclined toward the radial outside of the drainage opening 44 as it moves from the receiving portion 86 side toward the horizontal gutter 41 side. The circumferential seal portion 85 is configured to be elastically deformable. The circumferential seal portion 85 is disposed outside the drainage opening 44 in a state of elastically deforming and being pressed against the underside of the horizontal gutter 41.

[0029] The receiving portion 86 connects the lower end of the outer peripheral wall 835 of the peripheral wall portion 832 of the plug-shaped portion 82 and the lower end of the circumferential seal portion 85. The receiving portion 86 is formed in a horizontally extending plate shape at the lower end of the plugging member 81 so as to fill the gap between the lower end of the outer peripheral wall 835 of the peripheral wall portion 832 and the lower end of the circumferential seal portion 85.

[0030] The two pin members 87 are formed in a pin shape that protrudes from the receiving portion 86 towards the horizontal gutter 41. As shown in Fig. 7, the pin member 87 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a closed upper end and an open lower end. The two pin members 87 are formed to be elastically deformable, and are press-fitted into two small holes 45 provided on either side of the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41. The two pin members 87 are provided on either side of the plug-shaped portion 82. The two pin members 87 are respectively positioned apart from each other on one side and the other side of the plug-shaped portion 82 in the longitudinal direction of the plug-shaped portion 82.

[0031] By inserting the pin member 87 into the small hole 45, the pin member 87 is attached in a press-fit state into the small hole 45. The pin member 87 has an upper truncated conical tube portion 871 and a middle cylindrical portion 872.

[0032] The intermediate cylindrical portion 872 is formed with an outer diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the small hole 45 at the vertical middle of the pin member 87 so that the pin member 87 can be press-fitted into the small hole 45 without excessively hindering insertion into the small hole 45 when it is inserted into the small hole 45. The upper truncated conical tube portion 871 extends upward from the upper end of the intermediate cylindrical portion 872. The upper end of the upper truncated conical tube portion 871 is formed in a horizontal plane, and has an inclined surface that inclines so that the outer diameter becomes smaller from the upper end of the intermediate cylindrical portion 872 toward the upper side.

[0033] Three protrusions 873 are formed on the outer circumferential surface of each pin member 87. When the pin member 87 is press-fitted into the small hole 45, each of the three protrusions 873 overcomes the bottom plate portion 411 of the horizontal gutter 41 and is press-fitted into and engaged with the small hole 45. The three protrusions 873 are each disposed separately in the circumferential direction of the pin member 87 on the outer circumferential surface of the pin member 87. The three protrusions 873 have two first protrusions 873a and one second protrusion 873b.

[0034] The two first protrusions 873a are provided on the outer circumferential surface of the pin member 87, on one side and the other side in the short direction of the blocking member 81. The two first protrusions 873a are provided midway in the pin member 87 protruding direction.

[0035] When the blocking member 81 is attached to the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41, the two first protrusions 873a engage with the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 411 of the horizontal gutter 41. When the two first protrusions 873a engage with the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 411 of the horizontal gutter 41, the circumferential seal portion 85 is in a state of being pressed against the lower surface of the bottom plate portion 411 of the horizontal gutter 41.

[0036] One second protrusion 873b is provided on the inner side in the longitudinal direction of the blocking member 81 on each of the outer circumferential surfaces of the two pin members 87. One second protrusion 873b is provided midway in the protruding direction of the pin members 87 and closer to the tip side than the first protrusion 873a.

[0037] The pin member 87 is configured so that the pin member 87 itself can be press-fitted into the small hole 45, and the three protrusions 873 are configured so that they can be press-fitted into the small hole 45, and the three protrusions 873 make it difficult for the pin member 87 to come out of the bottom plate portion 411 of the horizontal gutter 41. Furthermore, when two first protrusions 873a of the three protrusions 873 are engaged with the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 411 of the horizontal gutter 41, the circumferential seal portion 85 is pressed against the lower surface of the bottom plate portion 411 of the horizontal gutter 41.

[0038] The material of the plugging member 81 configured as described above is, for example, an elastically deformable resin material. By forming the plugging member 81 from, for example, an elastically deformable resin material, the plug-shaped portion 82 can be deformed and pressed into the drainage opening 44, the pin member 87 can be deformed and pressed into the small hole 45, and the circumferential seal portion 85 can be deformed and pressed against the lower surface of the horizontal gutter 41.

[0039] In the above-mentioned blocking structure 8 for the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41, the blocking member 81 is moved from below the horizontal gutter 41 and the plug-shaped portion 82 is pressed into the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41, thereby making it possible to easily attach the blocking member 81 to the drainage opening 44 without screwing while ensuring water-stopping performance.

[0040] In addition, when the blocking member 81 is attached to the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41 and the plug-shaped portion 82 is pressed into the drainage opening 44, even if water leaks from between the plug-shaped portion 82 and the drainage opening 44, the receiving portion 86 can receive the leaked water, and when the pin member 87 is pressed into the small hole 45, even if water leaks from between the pin member 87 and the small hole 45, the receiving portion 86 can receive the leaked water.

[0041] According to this embodiment, the following effects are achieved. The blocking structure 8 for the drainage opening 44 of the horizontal gutter 41 of this embodiment includes the horizontal gutter 41 having the drainage opening 44, and a blocking member 81 that blocks the drainage opening 44, and the blocking member 81 has a plug-shaped portion 82 that can be press-fitted into the drainage opening 44 from below the drainage opening 44. Therefore, by moving the blocking member 81 from the lower side of the horizontal gutter 41 to the drainage opening 44 and pressing the plug-shaped portion 82 into the drainage opening 44, the blocking member 81 can be easily attached to the drainage opening 44 from the lower side of the horizontal gutter 41 while ensuring water-stopping performance.

[0042] In this embodiment, the plug-shaped portion 82 has a cylindrical plug-shaped portion main body 83 that is configured to be elastically deformable and has a bottom portion 831, and a plurality of plug-shaped portion engagement portions 84 that are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the plug-shaped portion main body 83 and press-fitted into the drainage opening 44 to engage with it. This ensures the water-stopping performance of the plug-shaped portion 82. In this embodiment, the plurality of plug-shaped portion engagement portions 84 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface of the plug-shaped portion main body 83, making it easy to press the plug-shaped portion 82 into the drainage opening 44 and easy to engage the plug-shaped portion 82 with the drainage opening 44. This makes it easier to attach the plug-shaped portion 82 to the drainage opening 44 while ensuring the water-stopping performance of the plug-shaped portion 82.

[0043] In this embodiment, the blocking member 81 has a circumferential seal portion 85 formed in an annular shape surrounding the plug-shaped portion 82 and disposed in a state of being pressed against the underside of the horizontal gutter 41 outside the drainage opening 44, and a receiving portion 86 connecting the plug-shaped portion 82 and the circumferential seal portion 85. As a result, the plug-shaped portion 82 is surrounded by the circumferential seal portion 85, and in a state where the drainage opening 44 is blocked by the plug-shaped portion 82, the circumferential seal portion 85 is further disposed in a state of being pressed against the underside of the horizontal gutter 41 outside the plug-shaped portion 82. As a result, sealing is performed at two points, inside and outside, by the plug-shaped portion 82 provided inside the blocking member 81 and the circumferential seal portion 85 provided outside, so that the water-stopping performance can be further improved.

[0044] In this embodiment, the horizontal gutter 41 has a small hole 45 that is disposed adjacent to the drainage opening 44 and has a smaller opening area than the drainage opening 44, and the blocking member 81 is formed to protrude from the receiving portion 86 toward the horizontal gutter 41 and is provided with a pin member 87 that is press-fitted into the small hole 45. Thus, by arranging the pin member 87 by pressing it into the small hole 45, it is possible to improve the water-stopping performance and also to suppress the blocking member 81 from shifting in position.

[0045] In this embodiment, two small holes 45 are provided on either side of the drainage opening 44, and two pin members 87 are provided on either side of the plug-shaped portion 82 and are press-fitted into the small holes 45. This makes it possible to prevent displacement due to rotation of the plugging member 81 by press-fitting at two points on either side of the plug-shaped portion 82. Therefore, by preventing displacement due to rotation of the plugging member 81, the water-stopping performance can be further improved.

[0046] In this embodiment, the circumferential seal portion 85 is configured to be elastically deformable. The circumferential seal portion 85 is inclined toward the radially outward side of the drainage opening 44 from the receiving portion 86 side toward the horizontal gutter 41 side. This makes it possible to prevent the water from dropping from the blocking member 81 even if water leaks between the plug-shaped portion 82 and the drainage opening 44 and accumulates in the receiving portion 86.

[0047] Although a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure has been described above, the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiment and can be modified as appropriate.

[0048] For example, in the above embodiment, the plugging member 81 is configured to include the plug-shaped portion 82, the circumferential seal portion 85, and the receiving portion 86, but is not limited thereto. The plugging member 81 only needs to include at least the plug-shaped portion 82, and may not include the circumferential seal portion 85 and the receiving portion 86.

[0049] In the above embodiment, a plurality of plug-shaped portion engaging portions 84 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the plug-shaped portion main body 83, but this is not limited thereto. The plug-shaped portion engaging portions 84 may be provided circumferentially around the entire outer peripheral surface of the plug-shaped portion main body 83.

[0050] In the above embodiment, the pair of small holes 45 are formed in the bottom plate portion 411 of the horizontal gutter 41, and the pin member 87 is provided in the closing member 81, but this is not limited to the above. If the small holes 45 are not formed in the bottom plate portion 411 of the horizontal gutter 41, the pin member 87 does not need to be provided in the closing member 81.

[0051] In the above embodiment, the protrusions 873 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the pin member 87, but the present invention is not limited to this. The pin member 87 may be configured so that only the pin member 87 itself can be press-fitted into the small hole 45 without providing the protrusions 873 on the outer peripheral surface of the pin member 87.
