Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a frame unit for a soundproof room and a prefabricated soundproof room using the same, and in particular to a frame unit for a soundproof room that uses tatami mats as the main sound-absorbing means, and a prefabricated soundproof room in which soundproof walls are formed by connecting the frame units together. [Background technology]
[0002] For the purpose of reducing noise generated during musical instrument practice, for example, as described in JP 2019-128582 A, a prefabricated soundproof room made of sound-absorbing panel units is installed in an existing building. Also, in business establishments where materials are cut or crushed using processing equipment, in order to minimize leakage of noise associated with the processing work to nearby areas, the processing equipment is often placed in a soundproof room to carry out the work.
[0003] However, if the noise generated is at the level of a typical musical instrument such as a piano, a prefabricated soundproof room that does not have high soundproofing capabilities will often be sufficient. However, in the case of commercial processing equipment that generates a lot of noise when performing operations such as crushing wood, as described above, it is preferable to carry out the work in a soundproof room with sufficient wall thickness and high soundproofing capabilities in order to prevent noise problems from occurring with neighbors.
[0004] However, when introducing new processing equipment into an existing facility, it is often difficult to build a new high-performance soundproof room due to space restrictions within the facility, and in many cases soundproofing methods with insufficient soundproofing performance are used. Even if there is ample building space, it takes a long time and high construction costs to achieve high soundproofing performance.
[0005] To address this problem, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-126012 proposes a soundproofing method in which a soundproof room frame unit is manufactured with a sound-absorbing layer of tatami mats and a sound-insulating layer of sand inside a box-shaped member, and these are then joined together to construct a soundproof wall. With this method, it is possible to build a soundproof room with high soundproofing performance at a relatively low cost by utilizing unused tatami mats.
[0006] However, the construction method according to this patent document does not propose a suitable method or structure for connecting the units, so it must be said that it is difficult to build a soundproof room of a size and shape that matches the installation location in a short time without specialized skills. Also, if the soundproof wall needs to be at least two tatami mats high (two ken) due to the height of the equipment to be installed, it is likely to be difficult to build a high and sturdy wall using heavy units containing tatami mats and sand. [0007] [Patent Document 1] JP 2019-128582 A [Patent Document 2] Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-126012 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0008] The present invention is intended to solve the above problems, and has as its objective to make it possible to easily install a soundproof room with excellent soundproofing performance at low cost and in a shape and size that suits the installation site. [Means for solving the problem]
[0009] Therefore, the present invention provides a soundproof room frame unit used to construct at least the soundproof wall portion of a soundproof room, comprising a rectangular wooden frame into which at least one tatami mat can be fitted with all of its sides close to or in contact with the inner peripheral surface, the outer peripheral surface of which is provided with a predetermined connecting structure for connecting with the outer peripheral surfaces of other soundproof room frame units to form a wall body, and the soundproof wall is constructed by fitting tatami mats to each wooden frame of the wall body which is connected to form a peripheral wall shape that is rectangular in plan view.
[0010] In this way, a rectangular wooden frame with an opening that is supported by an interior tatami mat with excellent sound-absorbing properties is used as a unit for constructing the soundproof wall of a soundproof room, and a connecting structure is provided on the outer periphery to connect the frame units together.By combining units with common-sized parts to construct a variety of shapes and sizes depending on the installation situation, a soundproof room with excellent soundproofing performance can be easily installed at low cost, with no effort or skill required.
[0011] In this case, the space inside the wooden frame is made deeper than the thickness of the tatami mat to be installed, and foam resin panels are installed so as to cover all openings on the outer surface of the soundproof wall. By installing the tatami mat, the surface of the tatami mat is exposed to the openings on the inner surface of the soundproof wall. This adds to the sound-absorbing function of the tatami mat and the sound-blocking function of the foam resin panels, making it possible to achieve even better soundproofing.
[0012] Furthermore, in the above-mentioned soundproof room frame unit, wooden support plates are provided in at least four corners of the inner space, which is rectangular when viewed from the side, to support the back side of the tatami mat so that when the tatami mat is installed inside the wooden frame, the surface of the tatami mat is flush with the inner surface of the soundproof wall, and it is possible to fix the tatami mat in its installed state by screwing screws or inserting nails into the support plates from the surface of the tatami mat.If this is characterized in that the relatively lightweight soundproof room frame units are first connected to construct the wall body that will form the skeleton of the soundproof wall, and then the heavy tatami mat can be installed and fixed inside the wooden frame, this makes it even easier to install the soundproof room and also makes it easier to dismantle it.
[0013] Furthermore, a prefabricated soundproof room is constructed by connecting multiple soundproof room frame units, each consisting of a rectangular wooden frame into which at least one tatami mat can be installed with all of its sides close to or in contact with the inner peripheral surface, to construct at least a soundproof wall portion, and the outer peripheral surface of the soundproof room frame unit is provided with a predetermined connecting structure for connecting with the outer peripheral surfaces of other soundproof room frame units to form a wall body, and the soundproof wall is constructed by installing tatami mats in each wooden frame of the wall body formed into a rectangular peripheral wall in a plan view by the connecting, so that a soundproof room with excellent soundproofing performance can be easily provided at low cost in a shape and size that suits the installation situation.
[0014] In this case, if the part covering the upper opening is characterized by a soundproof ceiling being made up of multiple soundproof room frame units lined with tatami mats connected together, it will be possible to minimize the noise leaking out from above the soundproof room. Effect of the Invention
[0015] According to the present invention, which uses a wooden frame that supports tatami mats with excellent sound-absorbing properties as an interior unit to construct the soundproof wall portion of a soundproof room and has a connecting structure on its outer periphery to connect the units together, a soundproof room with excellent soundproofing properties can be easily installed at low cost in a shape and size that suits the installation situation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0017] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0018] FIG. 1 shows a frame unit for a soundproof room 20 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, in which (A) shows the state before tatami mats 30 are installed, and (B) shows a soundproof wall structure 2 formed by installing tatami mats 30 inside the frame unit for a soundproof room 20.
[0019] This soundproof room frame unit 20 consists of a wooden frame 21 with a rectangular opening into which a single tatami mat 30 can be fitted with all of its sides (sides other than the front and back) close to or in close contact with the inner periphery of the frame, and is one unit used to construct at least the soundproof wall portion of a soundproof room.
[0020] Its outer peripheral surface (the outer surface formed in the thickness direction of the frame) is provided with dowels 21a, 21a, 21a and dowel holes 21b, 21b, 21b on the left and right long sides, and connecting grooves 21c, 21c (see Figure 2 (C)) formed across the left and right width direction on the upper and lower short sides, as a connecting structure for connecting to the outer peripheral surfaces of other soundproof room frame units 20 to form a wall body.
[0021] Referring to the cross-sectional view of Figure 2(A), the inner space formed by the wooden frame 21 in the soundproof room frame unit 20 is deeper than the thickness of the tatami mat 30 to be installed (for example, 110 mm compared to a tatami mat thickness of 60 mm), and as shown in Figure 2(B) after the tatami mat 30 has been installed, the surface of the installed tatami mat 30 is exposed in the opening on the inner side of the assembled soundproof wall (upper side in the figure), and a foamed resin board 40 is installed so as to cover all of the openings on the outer side of the soundproof wall, and the surface of the foamed resin board 40 is covered with a protective board 50 such as a durable and weather-resistant plaster board.
[0022] In this way, the soundproof wall construction 2 in which the tatami mats 30 are housed in the soundproof room frame unit 20 exhibits higher soundproofing performance than the tatami mats 30 alone, by adding the soundproofing function of the foamed resin boards 40 to the sound absorbing function of the tatami mats 30. The tatami mats 30 and the foamed resin boards 40 are inserted into the wooden frame 21 and fixed on their long and short sides with wood screws 90 from the outer periphery of the wooden frame 21.
[0023] 3(A) shows a front view of a soundproof room 1 formed by connecting a plurality of soundproof wall components 2, each of which has a tatami mat 30 installed inside a soundproof room frame unit 20. This soundproof room 1 is a prefabricated soundproof room that can be assembled and disassembled in a short time by combining a plurality of units that are common parts, and has an interior area of about 8 tatami mats and a height of 2 tatami mats (2 rooms), but the four soundproof walls 10, 10, 10, 10 are constructed by assembling a wall body formed by connecting eight soundproof wall components 2 into a peripheral wall of a square shape in a plan view (not shown), and can be easily constructed and disassembled in a short time without requiring special tools or advanced techniques.
[0024] In this embodiment, reinforcing pillar members 9 are vertically interposed at the middle of the width of the soundproof wall 10. The ceiling portion covering the upper side of the soundproof room 1 is also constructed by connecting eight soundproof wall components 2, each of which has a tatami mat 30 installed inside a soundproof room frame unit 2, in the same manner as the soundproof wall 10, and as shown in the vertical cross-sectional view of the soundproof room 1 in Fig. 4, each soundproof wall component 2 is supported from below by a plurality of beams 8, minimizing noise leakage from above the soundproof room 1.
[0025] Furthermore, the short sides of the soundproof wall construction 2 are connected to each other by inserting horizontal rectangular prism-shaped connecting members 75 into the opposing connecting grooves 21c, 21c with the outer circumferential surfaces of the wooden frames 21, 21 facing each other, as shown in Fig. 3(B). It is preferable that the connecting members 75 are fixed in advance to the connecting grooves 21c on the upper side of the wooden frame 21 with an adhesive or the like. Also, the corners connecting the long sides (side end faces) of the soundproof walls 10, 10 to each other are fixed to the side of the square timber 5 erected at the end side of the horizontal square timber 6 that serves as the base with screws 95, 95, as shown in the cross-sectional view of Fig. 3(C), thereby ensuring the overall strength of the soundproof room 1.
[0026] Fig. 5 shows a soundproof room 1B as a modified example of the above-mentioned soundproof room 1. In this example, the four surrounding walls are constructed with soundproof walls 11 each having a height of about two and a half tatami mats (one and a half ken) by connecting six soundproof wall constituents 2, and the square timbers 51, 51 that form the pillars at the corners where the soundproof walls 11, 11 are connected, and the pillar members 91 for intermediate reinforcement also have a height of about one and a half ken. In this way, by connecting the soundproof wall constituents 2 in a combination of vertical and horizontal orientations, height adjustment in half-ken units can be easily performed.
[0027] FIG. 6 shows an example in which, when a tatami mat 31 to be fitted inside a soundproof room frame unit 2 is smaller than the size of the opening in the wooden frame 21, creating a gap, gap-filling plates 25a, 25b are interposed on the long and short sides of the tatami mat 31, respectively, to fill the gap and secure the tatami mat in place. This makes it possible to stably secure even a smaller-than-usual tatami mat 31 inside the wooden frame 21.
[0028] FIG. 7 shows a frame unit for a soundproof room 20B according to the second embodiment of the present invention, in which FIG. 7(A) shows the state before a tatami mat 30 is installed, and FIG. 7(B) shows a soundproof wall structure 2B formed by installing and fixing a tatami mat 30 to the frame unit for a soundproof room 20B.
[0029] This soundproof room frame unit 20B is characterized in that, when a tatami mat 30 is placed inside the inner space of the wooden frame 21 shown in Figure 7(B), triangular wooden support plates 27 are provided at the four corners of the inner space, which is rectangular when viewed from the side, to support the backside of the tatami mat 30 so that the front side of the tatami mat 30 is flush with the inside surface of the soundproof wall, as shown in Figure 8(B), and a rectangular support plate 28 is provided to span the middle part of the longitudinal direction of the inner space from left to right.
[0030] As a result, the soundproof wall construction 2B can be constructed by fastening the tatami mat 30 to the support plates 27, 27, 27, 27, 28 from the surface side of the tatami mat 30 as shown in Fig. 7(B). Therefore, the work of installing the soundproof room can be further facilitated since the wall body that will be the framework of the soundproof wall can be constructed by first connecting a plurality of relatively lightweight soundproof room frame units 20B, and then the heavy 30 can be easily fixed inside the wooden frame 21.
[0031] In addition, the provision of triangular support plates 27 at the four corners of the wooden frame 21 is expected to have the effect of increasing the strength of the wooden frame 21. In this embodiment, the foamed resin board 41 is thin by the thickness of the support plates 27, 28, and as shown in Fig. 8(B), an air layer is formed between the tatami mat 30 and the foamed resin board 41 by the thickness of the support plates 27, 28, and the synergistic effect of the sound absorption and sound insulation functions of the three different layers is expected to improve soundproofing performance. Furthermore, the outer surface of the foamed resin board 41 is covered with a resin sheet 51 with excellent weather resistance, which makes the unit lighter than when gypsum board is used.
[0032] 9 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing a structure 1C that will be the framework of a soundproof room constructed by connecting a plurality of the above-mentioned frame units 20B for a soundproof room, cut at the middle position in the depth direction. In this way, the frame units 20B for a soundproof room without tatami mats 30 are connected to each other to construct the structure 1C that will be the framework of the soundproof wall, and then the soundproof room is completed by installing the tatami mats 30 and fixing them from the surface side of the tatami mats with wood screws 90 or the like, making the assembly work of the soundproof room even easier.
[0033] Furthermore, as mentioned above, when the tatami mats 30 are not installed inside the soundproof room frame units 20B, the outer peripheral surface of each soundproof room frame unit 20B is also designed to be easily fixed to the sides of the square timbers 5, 6, 7 and the pillar members 9 with wood screws 90 or the like, and the insertion points for wood screws 90 or the like are exposed on the long and short sides of the soundproof room frame units 20B, 20B, making it easy to carry out the connecting work.
[0034] Fig. 10 shows a frame unit 20C for a soundproof room as a modified example of the frame unit 20B for a soundproof room described above. In this example, when forming a soundproof wall with a height of about 2 ken, the structure is the same as that of two of the frame units 20B for a soundproof room described above that are connected in the vertical direction in advance, and since one long piece is used for the vertical frame material, it is also excellent in strength.
[0035] Fig. 11 shows a door unit 2D for a soundproof room in which the door panel 24 arranged in the inner space of the wooden frame 21 of the soundproof room frame unit 2 shown in Fig. 1 can be opened and closed by means of hinges 21d, 21d, and Fig. 11(B) shows a vertical cross-sectional view along the line CC in Fig. 11(A). In this case, if a heavy tatami mat 30 is installed inside the door panel 24, opening and closing the door panel 24 becomes difficult, so as shown in Fig. 11(B), instead of installing a tatami mat 30 inside the wooden frame 29 of the door panel 24, a foamed resin plate 40 is installed, and the exterior surface of the double foamed resin plate 40 is covered with a protective plate 53 to reduce weight, achieving both ease of opening and closing and soundproofing performance.
[0036] As described above, according to the present invention, a soundproof room with excellent soundproofing performance can be easily installed at low cost in a shape and size suited to the installation site. [Explanation of symbols]
