Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a program and a data processing method for a mobile terminal capable of communicating via wireless communication with a controller for a hydraulic pump. [Background technology]
[0002] In machines such as construction machines and industrial machines, hydraulic pumps that supply hydraulic fluid to hydraulic actuators may be adopted that have a discharge capacity, which is the amount of fluid discharged per rotation, that increases as the command current increases. For example, see Patent Document 1. In this case, the hydraulic pump is controlled by a controller so that the discharge capacity of the hydraulic pump increases as the operating speed of the hydraulic actuator increases.
[0003] Specifically, an operation signal corresponding to the amount of operation of an operating device for operating the hydraulic actuator is input to the controller. The operating device is for determining the operating speed of the hydraulic actuator based on the amount of operation of the operating device. A command current corresponding to the operation signal is sent from the controller to the hydraulic pump. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2019-210974 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, hydraulic pumps are required to have different minimum discharge capacities depending on the machines in which they are installed. If the hydraulic pump has a discharge capacity that increases as the command current increases, it is possible to electrically set a minimum usable discharge capacity that is equal to or greater than the mechanical minimum capacity. By setting the minimum usable discharge capacity in this way, the same hydraulic pump can be used for machines requiring different minimum discharge capacities.
[0006] However, hydraulic pumps have individual variations in Iq characteristics, which are the relationship between command current and displacement, so if the minimum usable current corresponding to the minimum usable displacement is determined based on the design performance characteristics, the minimum usable displacement may deviate from the desired value.
[0007] For hydraulic pumps, a minimum discharge flow rate at a reference rotation speed may be required instead of a minimum discharge capacity. In this case, it is possible to electrically set the minimum usable discharge flow rate at the reference rotation speed in the same manner as described above. However, if the minimum usable current corresponding to the minimum usable discharge flow rate is determined based on the design performance characteristics, the minimum usable discharge flow rate may deviate from the value to be set for the same reason as described above.
[0008] Therefore, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a program and a data processing method that enable a controller to accurately set the minimum usable discharge capacity or the minimum usable discharge flow rate at a reference rotation speed of a hydraulic pump. [Diagram 5] FIG. 11 is a schematic configuration diagram of a pump system including a mobile terminal on which a program of a second modified example is installed. [Figure 6] 6A to 6D are diagrams showing display screens of a touch screen in a third modified example. [Figure 7] 7A to 7C are diagrams showing display screens of a touch screen in a fourth modified example. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0019] First Embodiment 1 shows a pump system 1 including a mobile terminal 6 on which a program according to a first embodiment is installed. That is, the program is a program for the mobile terminal 6.
[0020] In addition to the mobile terminal 6, the pump system 1 includes a hydraulic pump 2 and a controller 4 for the hydraulic pump 2. The mobile terminal 6 is capable of communicating with the controller 4 via wireless communication.
[0021] In this embodiment, the wireless LAN router 5 is connected to the controller 4 by a wired connection, and the mobile terminal 6 performs wireless communication with the wireless LAN router 5. However, the controller 4 may include a wireless communication module, and the mobile terminal 6 may perform direct wireless communication with the controller 4.
[0022] The hydraulic pump 2 is a variable displacement pump. The hydraulic pump 2 is driven by a prime mover. The prime mover may be an engine or an electric motor. In this embodiment, the hydraulic pump 2 is an axial piston pump such as a swash plate pump or a bent axis pump. However, the hydraulic pump 2 may be another type of pump such as a vane pump.
[0023] A discharge capacity q, which is the amount of discharge per rotation of the hydraulic pump 2, is changed by a regulator 3 provided in the hydraulic pump 2. A command current I is sent to the regulator 3 from a controller 4. For example, in the case where the hydraulic pump 2 is a swash plate pump, the regulator 3 may be one that electrically changes the hydraulic pressure acting on a servo piston connected to the swash plate of the hydraulic pump 2, or may be an electric actuator connected to the swash plate of the hydraulic pump 2.
[0024] The hydraulic pump 2 supplies hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic actuator. An actuator operation signal corresponding to the amount of operation of an operating device for operating the hydraulic actuator is input to the controller 4. The controller 4 outputs a command current I corresponding to the actuator operation signal to the regulator 3 so that the discharge capacity q of the hydraulic pump 2 increases as the amount of operation of the operating device increases. Note that if the machine on which the hydraulic pump 2 and the hydraulic actuator are mounted is an unmanned machine, the operating device may be omitted and the controller 4 may create the actuator operation signal itself based on an image captured by a camera, etc.
[0025] The discharge capacity q of the hydraulic pump 2 varies between a mechanical minimum capacity qmin and a maximum capacity qmax according to the command current I. The Iq characteristic, which is the relationship between the command current I and the discharge capacity q, is as shown in Fig. 3. When the command current I is Ia or less, the discharge capacity q is the minimum capacity qmin, when the command current I is Ib or more, the discharge capacity q is the maximum capacity qmax, and when the command current I is between Ia and Ib, the larger the command current I is, the larger the discharge capacity q becomes.
[0026] Returning to Fig. 1, a symbol 21 is displayed on the surface of the hydraulic pump 2. Regarding the display of the symbol 21 on the surface of the hydraulic pump 2, the symbol 21 may be printed on a plate such as a nameplate or a display plate, and the plate may be attached to the surface of the hydraulic pump 2. Alternatively, the symbol 21 may be printed directly on the surface of the hydraulic pump 2.
[0027] In this embodiment, the symbol 21 stores actual measurement data indicating the actual Iq characteristic of the hydraulic pump 2. The actual Iq characteristic is a test result obtained when a performance confirmation test is conducted on the hydraulic pump 2. For example, the symbol 21 is a matrix type two-dimensional code (QR Code (registered trademark)). However, the symbol 21 may also be a tag such as an IC (Integrated Circuit) tag or an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag.
[0028] The mobile terminal 6 includes a memory 61, a touch screen 62, a camera 63, a wireless communication module 64, and a processor 65. These elements are connected to each other by a bus 66. For example, the mobile terminal 6 is a tablet terminal or a smartphone.
[0029] The functions of the elements disclosed herein can be performed using circuits or processing circuits, including general purpose processors, special purpose processors, integrated circuits, Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), conventional circuits, and / or combinations thereof, configured or programmed to perform the disclosed functions. Processors are considered processing circuits or circuits because they include transistors and other circuits. In this disclosure, a circuit, unit, or means is hardware that performs the recited functions or hardware that is programmed to perform the recited functions. The hardware may be hardware disclosed herein or other known hardware that is programmed or configured to perform the recited functions. In the case where the hardware is a processor, which is considered a type of circuit, the circuit, means, or unit is a combination of hardware and software, and the software is used to configure the hardware and / or the processor.
[0030] The processor 65 of the mobile terminal 6 performs the following operations in accordance with the program stored in the memory 61. In this way, a data processing method using the mobile terminal 6 is executed.
[0031] When the user taps on the program icon representing the program displayed on the touch screen 62, the processor 65 displays the initial screen 7 as shown in Fig. 2A on the touch screen 62. Note that all of the following tapping operations are also performed by the user. The initial screen 7 includes a virtual Qmin input button 71, a symbol reading button 72, and a data transmission button 73.
[0032] The Qmin input button 71 is for displaying an input screen 8 for inputting the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin and the reference rotation speed Nr as shown in Fig. 2B. The reference rotation speed Nr is for defining the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin.
[0033] 3, the minimum usable discharge capacity q0 obtained by dividing the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin by the reference rotation speed Nr defines the lower limit of the usable range of the discharge capacity q when the hydraulic pump 2 is mounted on a machine. The minimum usable discharge capacity q0 may be the same as the mechanical minimum capacity qmin, or may be greater than the minimum capacity qmin.
[0034] When the minimum usable discharge capacity q0 is the same as the mechanical minimum capacity qmin, the usable range of the discharge capacity q when the hydraulic pump 2 is mounted on the machine is range A in Fig. 3, and the usable range of the command current I is range C in Fig. 3. On the other hand, when the minimum usable discharge capacity q0 is larger than the mechanical minimum capacity qmin, the usable range of the discharge capacity q when the hydraulic pump 2 is mounted on the machine is range B in Fig. 3, and the usable range of the command current I is range D in Fig. 3.
[0035] When the Qmin input button 71 is tapped on the initial screen 7, the processor 65 displays the input screen 8 on the touch screen 62. The input screen 8 includes a first input frame 81 for inputting the minimum use discharge flow rate Qmin and a second input frame 82 for inputting the reference rotation speed Nr. In this embodiment, both the first input frame 81 and the second input frame 82 are pull-down type, that is, frames that allow a user to select an option from among predetermined options. The pull-down type may be one in which a set of multiple digits can be selected, or one in which a digit is selected one at a time.
[0036] When the first input frame 81 is tapped on the input screen 8, the processor 65 displays a selection frame 83 in which multiple numerical values are listed as the discharge flow rate below the first input frame 81, as shown in Fig. 2C. When a specific numerical value is selected from the selection frame 83, the processor 65 displays the selected numerical value in the first input frame 81 and stores the selected numerical value in the memory 61 as the input minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin. After that, when the virtual back button 80 is tapped, the processor 65 returns the display screen of the touch screen 62 to the input screen 8 shown in Fig. 2B.
[0037] When the second input frame 82 is tapped on the input screen 8, the processor 65 displays a selection frame 84 below the second input frame 82, in which one or more numerical values are listed for each digit as the number of rotations, as shown in FIG. 2D. However, the selection frame 84 may list a plurality of three-digit or four-digit numerical values as the number of rotations. When a specific combination of numerical values is selected in the selection frame 84, the processor 65 displays the selected combination of numerical values in the second input frame 82 and stores the selected combination of numerical values in the memory 61 as the input reference number of rotations Nr. After that, when the virtual back button 80 is tapped, the processor 65 returns the display screen of the touch screen 62 to the input screen 8 shown in FIG. 2B.
[0038] When the virtual back button 80 on the input screen 8 is tapped, the processor 65 returns the display screen of the touch screen 62 to the initial screen 7 shown in FIG. 2A.
[0039] The symbol reading button 72 is for starting reading of the symbol 21 displayed on the surface of the hydraulic pump 2. When the symbol reading button 72 is tapped, the processor 65 starts the camera 63.
[0040] When the camera 63 comes into focus on the symbol 21, it automatically captures the image of the symbol 21. When the image of the symbol 21 is captured by the camera 63, the processor 65 acquires the actual measurement data of the hydraulic pump 2 stored in the symbol 21, and stores the acquired actual measurement data in the memory 61. Acquiring the characteristic data stored in the symbol 21 by capturing an image of the symbol 21 is the reading of the symbol 21. Note that, as a sequence, the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin and the reference rotation speed Nr may be input after the reading of the symbol 21.
[0041] The data transmission button 73 is for transmitting the actual measurement data, minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin, and reference rotation speed Nr of the hydraulic pump 2 stored in the memory 61 to the wireless LAN router 5. When the data transmission button 73 is tapped after reading of the symbol 21 is completed, the processor 65 causes the wireless communication module 64 to transmit the actual measurement data, minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin, and reference rotation speed Nr of the hydraulic pump 2 stored in the memory 61 to the wireless LAN router 5. As a result, the actual measurement data, minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin, and reference rotation speed Nr of the hydraulic pump 2 are input to the controller 4 via the wireless LAN router 5.
[0042] The controller 4 electronically calibrates the variation due to individual differences in the Iq characteristics of the hydraulic pump 2. Specifically, the controller 4 uses the input actual measurement data to adjust the command current I output to the regulator 3 so as to obtain a set discharge capacity corresponding to the actuator operation signal.
[0043] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the controller 4 uses the input measured data to determine the minimum usable current I0 corresponding to the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin by using a mathematical method such as linear interpolation. In this embodiment, since the measured data is Iq characteristics, the controller 4 divides the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin by the reference rotation speed Nr to calculate the minimum usable discharge capacity q0, and determines the minimum usable current I0 corresponding to the minimum usable discharge capacity q0 using the measured data showing the actual Iq characteristics.
[0044] As described above, in the program of this embodiment, the controller 4 can determine the minimum usable current I0 corresponding to the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin by using the actual measurement data. Therefore, the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin at the reference rotation speed Nr of the hydraulic pump 2 can be accurately set in the controller 4.
[0045] <Modification> As shown in FIG. 4, on the initial screen 7, "Qmin input" may be displayed instead of the Qmin input button 71, and a first input frame 81 and a second input frame 82 may be adopted, so that the initial screen 7 also serves as the input screen 8.
[0046] If the controller 4 includes a wireless communication module, the processor 65 may cause the wireless communication module 64 to transmit the actual measurement data, the minimum use discharge flow rate Qmin, and the reference rotation speed Nr of the hydraulic pump 2 stored in the memory 61 to the controller 4.
[0047] The symbol 21 may store destination information of the actual measurement data instead of the actual measurement data of the hydraulic pump 2. The destination information is, for example, an Internet Protocol (IP) address of a server as the destination, or a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of a specific layer of the server. The symbol 21 storing the destination information may be a two-dimensional code or a tag as in the above embodiment, or may be a character string.
[0048] 5, in the case where the symbol 21 stores the storage destination information, a program installed in the mobile terminal 6 causes the processor 65 to acquire the actual measurement data of the hydraulic pump 2 from the server 92 specified by the storage destination information stored in the symbol 21 via the network 91 when the symbol 21 is imaged by the camera 63. The subsequent processing is the same as in the above embodiment.
[0049] Even when the symbol 21 stores information on the storage destination of the characteristic data, the controller 4 may include a wireless communication module, and the processor 65 may cause the wireless communication module 64 to transmit the actual measurement data, the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin, and the reference rotation speed Nr of the hydraulic pump 2 to the controller 4.
[0050] The input screen 8 for the minimum use discharge flow rate Qmin and the reference rotation speed Nr can be modified in various ways. For example, when the hydraulic pump 2 is mounted on a hydraulic excavator, as shown in Fig. 6A, the initial screen 7 displays the explanation "Enter excavator model or pump model" for the Qmin input button 71, and when the Qmin input button 71 is tapped, the processor 65 displays the input screen 8 shown in Fig. 6B on the touch screen 62.
[0051] In this modified example, the input screen 8 includes an excavator model input frame 85 and a pump model input frame 86. Both the excavator model input frame 85 and the pump model input frame 86 are for inputting the minimum use discharge flow rate Qmin and the reference rotation speed Nr. Moreover, both the excavator model input frame 85 and the pump model input frame 86 are pull-down type frames.
[0052] When the shovel model input frame 85 is tapped on the input screen 8, the processor 65 displays a selection frame 87 in which a plurality of shovel models are listed on the touch screen 62, as shown in FIG. 6C. The memory 61 stores information on the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin and the reference rotation speed Nr associated with each shovel model. When a specific shovel model is selected from the selection frame 87, the processor 65 stores the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin and the reference rotation speed Nr corresponding to the selected shovel model in the memory 61 as the input minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin and the reference rotation speed Nr. Thereafter, when the virtual back button 80 is tapped, the processor 65 returns the display screen of the touch screen 62 to the input screen 8 shown in FIG. 6B.
[0053] Alternatively, when the pump model input frame 86 is tapped on the input screen 8, the processor 65 displays a selection frame 88 in which a plurality of pump models are listed on the touch screen 62 as shown in FIG. 6D. The memory 61 stores information on the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin and the reference rotation speed Nr associated with each pump model. When a specific pump model is selected from the selection frame 88, the processor 65 stores the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin and the reference rotation speed Nr corresponding to the selected pump model as the input minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin and the reference rotation speed Nr in the memory 61. Thereafter, when the virtual back button 80 is tapped, the processor 65 returns the display screen of the touch screen 62 to the input screen 8 shown in FIG. 5B.
[0054] When the virtual back button 80 on the input screen 8 is tapped, the processor 65 returns the display screen of the touch screen 62 to the initial screen 7 shown in FIG. 5A.
[0055] Alternatively, as shown in Figures 7A to 7C, "Qmin input" may be displayed instead of the Qmin input button 71 on the initial screen 7, and an excavator model input frame 85 and a pump model input frame 86 may be adopted, so that the initial screen 7 also serves as the input screen 8.
[0056] <Second embodiment> Next, a program for the second embodiment will be described. The program of this embodiment differs from the program of the first embodiment only in that the minimum usable discharge capacity q0 is input instead of the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin and the reference rotation speed Nr. In this embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and duplicated explanations will be omitted.
[0057] The processor 65 of the mobile terminal 6 in which the program of this embodiment is installed displays a virtual q0 input button in place of the Qmin input button 71 on the initial screen 7, and when the q0 input button is tapped, displays an input screen for the minimum use discharge volume q0 on the touch screen 62. In addition, when the minimum use discharge volume q0 is input on the input screen, the processor 65 stores the input minimum use discharge volume q0 in the memory 61.
[0058] As in the first embodiment, a symbol 21 storing actual measurement data indicating the actual Iq characteristics of the hydraulic pump 2 is displayed on the surface of the hydraulic pump 2. The symbol 21 is a two-dimensional code or a tag.
[0059] When the symbol reading button 72 on the initial screen 7 is tapped, the processor 65 starts the camera 63. When the camera 63 focuses on the symbol 21, it automatically captures an image of the symbol 21. When the symbol 21 is captured by the camera 63, the processor 65 obtains the actual measurement data of the hydraulic pump 2 stored in the symbol 21, and stores the obtained actual measurement data in the memory 61.
[0060] When the data transmission button 73 on the initial screen 7 is tapped, the processor 65 causes the wireless communication module 64 to transmit the actual measurement data and the minimum usable discharge capacity q0 of the hydraulic pump 2 stored in the memory 61 to the wireless LAN router 5.
[0061] In this embodiment, the controller 4 can determine the minimum usable current I0 corresponding to the minimum usable discharge capacity q0 by using measured data indicating the actual Iq characteristic. Therefore, the minimum usable discharge capacity q0 of the hydraulic pump 2 can be accurately set in the controller 4.
[0062] <Modification> In the case where the controller 4 includes a wireless communication module, the processor 65 may cause the wireless communication module 64 to transmit the actual measurement data and the minimum usable discharge capacity q0 of the hydraulic pump 2 stored in the memory 61 to the controller 4.
[0063] The symbol 21 may store destination information for storing the actual measurement data instead of the actual measurement data of the hydraulic pump 2. The destination information is, for example, an IP address of a server where the data is to be stored, or a URL of a specific layer of the server. The symbol 21 storing the destination information may be a two-dimensional code or a tag, or may be a character string.
[0064] When the symbol 21 stores destination information, as shown in FIG. 5, a program installed on the mobile terminal 6 causes the processor 65 to obtain actual measurement data of the hydraulic pump 2 via the network 91 from the server 92 specified by the destination information stored in the symbol 21 when the symbol 21 is captured by the camera 63.
[0065] Even when the symbol 21 stores information on the storage destination of the characteristic data, the controller 4 may include a wireless communication module, and the processor 65 may cause the wireless communication module 64 to transmit the actual measurement data and the minimum usable discharge volume q0 of the hydraulic pump 2 to the controller 4.
[0066] <Other embodiments> The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible without departing from the gist of the present disclosure.
[0067] For example, the actual measurement data may not indicate the actual Iq characteristics, but may indicate the actual relationship between a predetermined rotation speed Np and the command current I and discharge flow rate Q of the hydraulic pump 2 at the predetermined rotation speed Np, i.e., the actual IQ characteristics.
[0068] In the first embodiment, when the actual measurement data indicates a predetermined rotation speed Np and an actual IQ characteristic at the predetermined rotation speed Np, the controller 4 may multiply the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin by Np / Nr to calculate a converted flow rate, and use the actual measurement data to determine the minimum usable current I0 corresponding to the converted flow rate.
[0069] In the second embodiment, when the actual measurement data indicates a predetermined rotation speed Np and the actual IQ characteristics at the predetermined rotation speed Np, the controller 4 may multiply the minimum usable discharge capacity q0 by the predetermined rotation speed Np to calculate the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin at the predetermined rotation speed Np, and determine the minimum usable current I0 corresponding to the minimum usable discharge flow rate Qmin using the actual measurement data.
[0070] Furthermore, the determination of the minimum use current I0 does not necessarily have to be performed by the controller 4, but may be performed by the processor 65 of the mobile terminal 6. Specifically, a program installed in the mobile terminal 6 may cause the processor 65 to determine the minimum use current I0 corresponding to the minimum use discharge flow rate Qmin or the minimum use discharge capacity q0 using the actual measurement data, and store the determined minimum use current I0 in the memory 61. In this case, the processor 65 may cause the wireless communication module 64 to transmit the actual measurement data and the minimum use current I0 stored in the memory 61 to the wireless LAN router 5 or the controller 4 when the data transmission button 73 is tapped.
[0071] Furthermore, the processor 65 of the mobile terminal 6 does not necessarily need to display the virtual symbol reading button 72 on the touch screen 62, and may start the camera 63 when a program icon displayed on the touch screen 62 is tapped.
