Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic that imparts a moist feeling, is not sticky, and suppresses sebum secretion. [Background technology]
[0002] In recent years, consumers have been plagued by a number of skin problems, the most typical of which are greasiness and acne. These problems are caused by sebum secretion due to stress, poor diet, lack of sleep, etc. Pyridoxine is known as an ingredient that suppresses sebum secretion (Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 11-209221 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] Skin cosmetics contain aqueous components such as polyhydric alcohols and water-soluble polymers, and oily components such as ester oils and silicone oils, for the purpose of imparting a moist feeling to the skin. However, there is a problem that increasing the content of these components causes stickiness.
[0005] Although the topical skin preparation described in Patent Document 1 can suppress greasiness of the skin by suppressing sebum secretion, it has not been examined whether it can provide a moist feeling or be non-sticky. Also, there is room for improvement in suppressing sebum secretion. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] As a result of intensive research into solving the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have found that by providing a skin cosmetic preparation containing component (A) at least one selected from pyridoxine cyclic phosphate or pyridoxine hydrochloride, component (B) dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, and component (C) at least one selected from Scutellaria Root extract, chamomile extract, and aloe vera extract, it is possible to obtain a skin cosmetic preparation that imparts a moist feeling, is non-sticky, and suppresses sebum secretion, and have thus completed the present invention. Effect of the Invention
[0007] The present invention provides a skin cosmetic which imparts a moist feeling, is not sticky, and suppresses sebum secretion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0008] The present invention will be described in detail below. Note that the units showing the contents are all mass % unless otherwise specified.
[0009] In the present invention, "suppression of sebum secretion" refers to suppression of skin greasiness caused by sebum secreted from the skin when confirmed by visual observation.
[0010] The skin cosmetic according to the present invention contains, from the viewpoint of suppressing sebum secretion, component (A) at least one selected from pyridoxine cyclic phosphate and pyridoxine hydrochloride.
[0011] The content of the component (A) used in the present invention is preferably 0.001 to 1%, more preferably 0.003 to 1%, and even more preferably 0.005 to 1%. If the content of the component (A) is less than 0.001%, the effect of suppressing sebum secretion may not be obtained. If the content of the component (A) is more than 1%, further improvement in the suppression of sebum secretion commensurate with the content cannot be expected.
[0012] The skin cosmetic preparation according to the present invention contains dipotassium glycyrrhizinate as component (B) from the viewpoint of providing a moist feeling.
[0013] The content of the component (B) used in the present invention is preferably 0.001 to 1%, more preferably 0.003 to 0.5%, and even more preferably 0.005 to 0.1%. If the content of the component (B) is less than 0.001%, there is a risk that a moist feeling cannot be obtained. If the content of the component (B) is more than 1%, there is a risk that stickiness occurs.
[0014] The skin cosmetic preparation according to the present invention contains, from the viewpoint of moist feeling, component (C) at least one selected from Scutellaria baicalensis extract, chamomile extract and aloe vera extract.
[0015] The component (C) Scutellaria extract used in the present invention is an extract of the whole plant or root of Scutellaria baicalensis (scientific name: Scutellaria baicalensis) belonging to the Lamiaceae family, and is extracted with a solvent using the whole plant or root as is or after drying, or the root is pretreated by removing the periderm and then extracted with a solvent. There is no particular limit to the part used, but the root is preferred. Examples of extraction solvents that can be used include water; lower alcohols such as ethanol; polyhydric alcohols such as propylene glycol and 1,3-butylene glycol; and hydrocarbons such as squalane. Examples of commercially available products include Scutellaria Liquid B (manufactured by Ichimaru Pharcos Co., Ltd.), which is extracted from the root.
[0016] The component (C) chamomile extract used in the present invention is an extract of the whole plant, leaves, stems, or flowers of chamomile (scientific name: Matricaria chamomilla) belonging to the Asteraceae family, and is extracted with a solvent from the whole plant, leaves, stems, or flowers as is or after drying. The part to be used is not particularly limited, but flowers are preferred. Examples of the extraction solvent that can be used include water; lower alcohols such as ethanol; polyhydric alcohols such as propylene glycol and 1,3-butylene glycol; and hydrocarbons such as squalane. Examples of commercially available products include Organic Chamomile Extract BG-50 (manufactured by Koei Kogyo Co., Ltd.), which is extracted from flowers.
[0017] The component (C) aloe vera extract used in the present invention is an extract of the whole plant, leaves, or flowers of Aloe vera (scientific name: Aloe vera) belonging to the Xanthoceae family, and is obtained by extracting the whole plant, leaves, or flowers with a solvent as is or after drying, or by removing aloin from juice obtained from leaves and then extracting the powder obtained with a solvent. There are no particular limitations on the part used, but leaves are preferred. Examples of extraction solvents that can be used include water; lower alcohols such as ethanol; polyhydric alcohols such as propylene glycol and 1,3-butylene glycol; and hydrocarbons such as squalane. Commercially available products include, for example, Waism (Okinawa Aloe Vera) (manufactured by Maruzen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), which is extracted from leaves.
[0018] The content of the component (C) used in the present invention is preferably 0.00003 to 0.03% as solid residue, more preferably 0.00003 to 0.015%. If the content of the component (C) is less than 0.00003%, moist feeling may not be obtained. If the content of the component (C) is more than 0.03%, stickiness may occur.
[0019] From the viewpoint of improving moisturizing feeling, it is preferable that the component (C) used in the present invention is a combination of three types of extracts: Scutellaria root extract, chamomile extract, and aloe vera extract.
[0020] The content of the three components (C) of Scutellaria root extract, chamomile extract and aloe vera extract used in the present invention in combination is preferably 0.00009 to 0.003% as solid residue.
[0021] The pH of the skin cosmetic according to the present invention is preferably 5 to 9 at 20°C.
[0022] The pH of the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention at 20°C was measured using a glass electrode type hydrogen ion concentration indicator (F-71, manufactured by Horiba, Ltd.) after the skin cosmetic composition obtained by conventional preparation was left to stand at 20°C for one day and the temperature was adjusted.
[0023] The skin cosmetic preparation of the present invention may contain, within the limits that do not impair the effects of the preparation, anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, nonionic surfactants, higher alcohols, higher fatty acids, silicone oils, hydrocarbon oils, ester oils, vegetable oils, sequestering agents, ultraviolet absorbers, fragrances, antioxidants, plant extracts other than component (C), cooling agents, vitamins other than component (A), pH adjusters, colorants, and the like, and may contain one or more of these.
[0024] The skin cosmetic of the present invention may be in any form, and examples thereof include milky lotion, cream, lotion, skin toner, pack, beauty essence, cleanser, makeup cosmetic, and the like.
[0025] The skin cosmetic of the present invention may be in any form, including, for example, a liquid, ointment, powder, granules, aerosol, patch, cataplasm, and the like. EXAMPLES
