Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for installing embedded metal fittings, which installs a plurality of embedded metal fittings at the top end of a floor slab. [Background technology]

[0002] The background technology of the present invention is, for example, a technology that uses a packer plate installation device that includes a stand placed on the floor surface of the floor slab and multiple packer support shafts hanging down from a pair of horizontal members suspended across the stand to simultaneously install multiple packer plates (an example of embedded metal fittings) that serve as installation reference surfaces for large generators, turbines, etc., at appropriate positions on the floor surface of the floor slab (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] Special Publication No. 03-008440 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, in the technology described in Patent Document 1, since the frame of the packer plate installation device is placed on the floor surface of the floor slab, the floor slab needs to be constructed before installing multiple packer plates at appropriate positions on the floor surface of the floor slab. If the floor slab is constructed in advance in this way, in order to install each packer plate at an appropriate position on the floor surface of the floor slab, it is necessary to install dam plates so as to surround each packer plate individually arranged at an appropriate position, and fill the inside of those dam plates with grout and harden them.

[0005] In other words, in the technology described in Patent Document 1, when using a packer plate installation device, work processes and a curing period are required to construct the floor surface of the floor slab, and after using the packer plate installation device to place multiple packer plates in appropriate positions on the floor surface of the floor slab, work processes and a curing period are required to individually fix those packer plates with grout, so there is room for improvement in terms of performing packer plate installation work rationally and efficiently.

[0006] In view of this situation, the main objective of the present invention is to enable multiple embedded metal fittings to be installed in predetermined positions at the top edge of a floor slab in a rational and efficient manner, thereby shortening the time required to construct a floor slab in which multiple embedded metal fittings are properly installed in predetermined positions at the top edge of the floor. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The first characteristic configuration of the present invention is a method for installing embedded metal fittings at a floor top end of a floor slab, comprising: a support frame for suspending and supporting each of the embedded metal fittings at a predetermined position and at a constant height; a plurality of leg members that are attached to a floor reinforcing bar embedded in the floor slab and support a plurality of supported parts provided on the support frame in a height-adjustable manner relative to the floor reinforcing bar; an embedded metal fitting suspending process for suspending and supporting each of the embedded metal fittings at a predetermined position on the support frame at a constant height in a pre-assembly yard; a leg member attachment process for attaching each of the leg members to a predetermined position of the floor reinforcing bar according to the arrangement of the supported portion; a support height adjustment process of adjusting the height of each of the leg members so that the support height position of each of the leg members with respect to the supported portion after the leg member installation process coincides with the height position of the supported portion calculated from the floor surface height and floor gradient of the floor slab that are set in advance; The method includes an embedded hardware placement process in which the support frame is lifted after the embedded hardware hanging process, each of the supported parts is supported by the leg members after the support height adjustment process, and each of the embedded hardware is placed at a predetermined position on the top edge of the floor.

[0008] According to this configuration, the above-mentioned embedded metal fittings hanging process, leg member attachment process, and support height adjustment process can be carried out in parallel at the pre-assembly yard and the installation site, thereby making it possible to efficiently install the embedded metal fittings.

[0009] Then, by carrying out the above-mentioned embedded metal fitting arrangement process after carrying out the leg member attachment process and the support height adjustment process, each supported part of the support frame on which multiple embedded metal fittings are suspended and supported at predetermined positions can be positioned at a height position of each supported part calculated from the preset floor surface height and floor gradient of the floor slab. As a result, at the stage before the floor concrete is poured, multiple embedded metal fittings suspended and supported by the support frame can be placed all at once at each predetermined position of the floor top edge that is floating above the floor rebar, with the surface height and inclination angle of each embedded metal fitting adjusted to the preset floor surface height and floor gradient of the floor slab.

[0010] In other words, before pouring the floor concrete, which does not require a curing period, each of the multiple embedded metal fittings can be placed at each specified position on the top edge of the floor slab at an appropriate surface height and inclination angle in a rational and efficient manner.

[0011] Then, by performing a floor concrete pouring process in which floor concrete is poured up to the surface height of the embedded metal fittings, and a concrete surface finishing process in which the surface of the poured floor concrete is finished, etc., so that the preset floor surface height and floor slope of the floor slab are obtained, a floor slab can be constructed in which multiple embedded metal fittings are installed at predetermined positions on the floor top edge in a flush state with their surface heights and inclination angles matching the floor surface height and floor slope of the floor slab.

[0012] As a result, a floor slab in which each of the multiple embedded metal fittings is installed at each specified position on the floor top edge in the flush state as described above can be constructed with high precision while rationally shortening the construction period.

[0013] A second characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the leg member has a lower member that is attached to the floor reinforcing bars, an upper member that supports the supported portion, and a support height adjustment means for adjusting the support height position of the supported portion by the upper member by vertically screwing the upper member into the lower member.

[0014] According to this configuration, in the support height adjustment step described above, the support height adjustment means of each leg member is used to adjust the screwing amount of the upper member relative to the lower member, so that the support height position of each leg member relative to the supported part can be adjusted in a more suitable state where fine adjustments can be made. Then, in the subsequent embedded metal fitting arrangement step, each supported part of the support frame can be supported by each of the leg members whose support height positions have been more suitably adjusted as described above. This allows each embedded metal fitting suspended and supported by the support frame to be arranged at once at each predetermined position on the floor top of the floor slab with their surface heights and inclination angles adjusted with high precision to the floor surface height and floor gradient of the floor slab that have been set in advance.

[0015] As a result, a more precise floor slab can be easily constructed in which multiple embedded metal fittings are installed at each specified position on the top edge of the floor in a more ideal flush state in which the surface height and inclination angle of each embedded metal fitting match the floor surface height and floor slope of the floor slab with high precision.

[0016] A third characteristic feature of the present invention is that the leg member has a position adjustment means that enables adjustment of the position of the upper member in a lateral direction perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the floor reinforcement when the lower member is attached to the floor reinforcement.

[0017] According to this configuration, in the leg member attachment step described above, after the lower member of the leg member is attached to a predetermined position along the floor reinforcing bar, the position of the upper member of the leg member can be adjusted in the lateral direction perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the floor reinforcing bar by using the leg member position adjustment means. This allows the upper member of each leg member to be attached rationally with higher accuracy to a predetermined position on the floor reinforcing bar according to the arrangement of each supported part on the support frame.

[0018] As a result, a plurality of embedded metal fittings suspended and supported by the support frame can be installed rationally at predetermined positions on the top edge of the floor slab with greater precision.

[0019] The fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention is that each of the embedded metal fittings is suspended at a predetermined height position and a certain distance below the support frame via hanging fittings that individually suspend and support each of the embedded metal fittings.

[0020] According to this configuration, when the floor concrete pouring step is performed in which floor concrete is poured up to the surface height of each embedded metal after the embedded metal placement step described above, a work space suitable for plastering work to finish the surface (floor surface) of the floor concrete around each embedded metal can be secured between the support frame and the poured floor concrete. This makes it possible to easily perform plastering work to finish the surface of the floor concrete so as to obtain the preset floor surface height and floor gradient of the floor slab from the above-mentioned work space, and also makes it possible to finish the surface of the floor concrete with higher accuracy.

[0021] As a result, it is possible to shorten construction time by improving workability in plastering work, while also enabling the construction of floor slabs with greater precision, with multiple embedded metal fittings installed at designated positions on the top edge of the floor in the previously described flush state.

[0022] A fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the embedded metal fitting has a female screw side joint portion that enables bolt connection with the hanging metal fitting, and is detachably bolted to the hanging metal fitting, The female thread side joint includes a settling prevention means for preventing the bolt from setting into the floor concrete.

[0023] According to this configuration, after constructing the floor slab by carrying out a floor concrete pouring process in which floor concrete is poured up to the surface height of the embedded metal fittings, when the bolt connections between each embedded metal fitting and the hanging metal fitting are released and the support frame is removed, the fixation prevention means prevents the bolts from fixing to the floor concrete. This allows the bolt connections between each embedded metal fitting and the hanging metal fitting to be released easily and quickly, and the support frame can be removed in a short time after the floor slab is constructed.

[0024] As a result, the support frame can be removed efficiently, thereby shortening the construction period. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0026] The method of installing embedded metal fittings according to the present invention is an installation method suitable for installing multiple embedded metal fittings used when installing heavy equipment such as support racks for supporting heavy objects such as pipes and electric wires, large generators, or turbines on the floor surface inside a reinforced concrete building, at their respective designated positions on the floor top edge of a floor slab, and an embodiment of the method will be described below with reference to the drawings.

[0027] In the method of installing embedded metal fittings exemplified in this embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 5, a support frame 20 is used that supports each of the multiple embedded metal fittings 10 by suspending them at a fixed height at a predetermined position, and multiple (six in this embodiment) leg members 30 are attached to a floor reinforcing bar S1 embedded in a floor slab S (see Figures 4 to 5). Then, multiple (six in this embodiment) supported parts 20A provided on the support frame 20 are supported by the leg members 30 attached to the floor reinforcing bar S1, so that the multiple embedded metal fittings 10 suspended and supported by the support frame 20 are installed in their respective predetermined positions on the floor top edge Sa of the floor slab S (see Figures 4 to 5).

[0028] 2 to 5, the floor reinforcing bars S1 include multiple vertical bars S1a that extend in the X direction on a horizontal plane and are arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals in the Y direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the X direction, and multiple horizontal bars S1b that extend in the Y direction below the vertical bars S1a and are arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals in the X direction. Deformed bars are used for each floor reinforcing bar S1.

[0029] As shown in Figures 1-2 and 4-7, each embedded metal fitting 10 has an iron plate 11 formed in a rectangular planar shape, and four studs 12 distributed and joined to each corner of the iron plate 11. As shown in Figures 4-7, each embedded metal fitting 10 is installed at a respective predetermined position on the floor top edge Sa of the floor slab S with each stud 12 embedded in the floor slab S and with the surface of the iron plate 11 flush with the floor surface of the floor slab S.

[0030] The number of studs 12 in the embedded metal fitting 10 can be changed in various ways depending on the shape and area of the iron plate 11.

[0031] As shown in Figs. 1 to 5, the support frame 20 has a predetermined number of first support members 21 on which a predetermined number of embedded metal fittings 10 are suspended and supported at predetermined positions, and a pair of second support members 22 on which the first support members 21 are erected. Channel steel is used for the first support members 21 and the second support members 22, and both ends in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange of the first support members 21 are bolted to predetermined positions in the longitudinal direction of the upper flange of the second support members 22. Each of the second support members 22 has both ends and a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange set to the supported portion 20A of the support frame 20 supported by the leg member 30. Each supported portion 20A has a through hole 20a (see Figs. 1 to 2 and Fig. 6) formed therein to enable bolt connection to the leg member 30.

[0032] Furthermore, the first support member 21 and the second support member 22 of the support frame 20 may be made of materials other than channel steel, such as lip channel steel or H-shaped steel, depending on the number of embedded hardware 10 to be suspended and supported and the support range.

[0033] 1 to 3, the support frame 20 has a pair of reinforcing braces 23 mounted on first support members 21 arranged at both ends of the support frame 20. A turnbuckle-equipped brace is used for each reinforcing brace 23, and both ends of each reinforcing brace 23 are bolted to both longitudinal ends of the upper flanges of the first support members 21 arranged at both ends of the support frame 20.

[0034] As shown in Fig. 1, the support frame 20 has a plurality of hanging fittings 24 that individually suspend and support each of the embedded metal fittings 10. Each hanging fitting 24 is made of a steel plate bent into a substantially C-shape in vertical cross section. The upper end of each hanging fitting 24 is welded to a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange of the corresponding first support member 21. A pair of through holes 24a (see Figs. 4 to 6) are formed in a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the bottom of each hanging fitting 24 to enable bolt connection to the embedded metal fitting 10.

[0035] As shown in FIG. 2, each embedded metal fitting 10 is suspended at a predetermined height position at a fixed interval from the lower flange of the first support member 21 in the support frame 20 via a hanging bracket 24 that suspends and supports each of them individually. As shown in FIGS. 4-5, each embedded metal fitting 10 has a female screw side joint 13 that enables bolt connection to the hanging bracket 24, and is detachably bolted to the hanging bracket 24. The female screw side joint 13 includes a pair of through holes 10a formed in the iron plate 11 of each embedded metal fitting 10 in an arrangement that communicates with each through hole 24a of the hanging bracket 24, and a nut 14 into which a bolt 1 used for connecting to the hanging bracket 24 is screwed. Each nut 14 uses a cap nut that covers and hides the male screw side end 1A (see FIG. 6) of the bolt 1 protruding downward from the through hole 10a of the embedded metal fitting 10 by screwing it in. As a result, each nut 14 functions as a settling prevention means for preventing the male threaded end 1A of the bolt 1 from setting into the floor concrete S2 when floor concrete S2 (see Figs. 6-7) is poured up to the surface height of the embedded metal fitting 10. In other words, the female threaded joint 13 includes a settling prevention means for preventing the bolt 1 used for joining to the hanging metal fitting 24 from setting into the floor concrete S2. The pair of through holes 10a are formed on a bisector that bisects or approximately bisects the steel plate 11 into two rectangles.

[0036] Furthermore, in addition to cap nuts, each nut 14 may be, for example, a long nut longer than the male threaded end 1A of the bolt 1 protruding from the embedded hardware 10, so that each nut 14 functions as the aforementioned settling prevention means.

[0037] 4 and 5, each leg member 30 has a lower member 31 attached to the floor reinforcing bars S1. The lower member 31 has an erection member 32 erected on a pair of adjacent horizontal bars S1b of the floor reinforcing bars S1, and a connecting member 33 connected to the erection member 32 with bolts.

[0038] In addition, as each leg member 30, an example has been given in which the erection member 32 is erected on a pair of horizontal bars S1b, but this is not limited thereto, and the erection member 32 may also be erected on a pair of vertical bars S1a.

[0039] As shown in Figures 4-5 and 8-9, angle iron is used for the erection member 32. The erection member 32 is formed so that both longitudinal ends of its base side 32A are attached to a pair of horizontal bars S1b by a pair of U-bolts 2, nuts 3, or the like. As a result, when erecting the erection member 32 of each leg member 30 on the pair of horizontal bars S1b, the position of the erection member 32 can be adjusted in the direction along the horizontal bars S1b (Y direction) within the reinforcing interval of the vertical bars S1a.

[0040] As shown in Fig. 5, 8 and 9, a pair of through holes 32a that enable bolting of the connecting member 33 is formed on the side 32B of the erection member 32. Each through hole 32a is formed as a horizontally long loose hole that enables the position of the connecting member 33 to be adjusted in the erection direction (X direction) of the erection member 32. As a result, when the connecting member 33 is bolted to the erection member 32 erected on a pair of horizontal bars S1b, the position of the connecting member 33 can be adjusted in the erection direction (X direction) of the erection member 32 within the range of each through hole (horizontally long loose hole) 32a.

[0041] 4-5 and 8-9, the joint member 33 has a horizontally long joint steel plate 33A that is bolted to the side 32B of the erection member 32, and a long nut 33B that is welded to the joint steel plate 33A. The long nut 33B is welded to the longitudinal center of the joint steel plate 33A in a vertical position with the screwing direction facing up and down.

[0042] Each leg member 30 has an upper member 34 that supports the supported portion 20A of the support frame 20. The upper member 34 has a threaded shaft member 35 that can be screwed into the long nut 33B of the lower member 31, and a tubular member 36 that is detachably fitted into a head portion 35A of the threaded shaft member 35. A flange 35B that receives the lower end of the tubular member 36 fitted into the head portion 35A is welded to the head side of the threaded shaft member 35.

[0043] The cylindrical member 36 has a regular hexagonal top plate 36A and a circular bottom plate 36B welded to both upper and lower ends. A screw hole 36a (see Figs. 8-9) is formed in the center of the top plate 36A to enable bolt connection to the supported portion 20A of the support frame 20. A through hole 36b (see Figs. 8-9) is formed in the center of the bottom plate 36B to enable fitting with the head 35A of the screw shaft member 35.

[0044] With the above configuration, each leg member 30 can adjust the support height position of each supported portion 20A of the support frame 20 by the tubular member 36 of the upper member 34 by vertically screwing the screw shaft member 35 of the upper member 34 into the long nut 33B of the lower member 31. In other words, each leg member 30 has support height adjustment means 37 that adjusts the support height position of the supported portion by each upper member 34 by vertically screwing the upper member 34 into the lower member 31.

[0045] When floor concrete S2 is poured up to the surface height of the embedded metal fittings 10, the lower member 31 and the screw shaft member 35 of the upper member 34 of each leg member 30 are embedded in the floor concrete S2, and the lower side of the tubular member 36 of the upper member 34 is embedded in the floor concrete S2. The embedded length of the tubular member 36 at this time is set to a length that can ensure the necessary covering length L of the floor concrete S2 (see Figures 4 to 7) from the upper end of the screw shaft member 35 upward.

[0046] Each step in the method for installing embedded metal fittings exemplified in this embodiment will be described below. As shown in FIG. 10, the method for installing embedded metal fittings includes the following steps #1 to #7 (1) to (7). (1) An embedded metal fitting hanging process (process #1, see FIG. 1) in which each of the multiple embedded metal fittings 10 is hung and supported at a fixed height at a predetermined position on the support frame 20 in a pre-assembly yard. (2) A leg member attachment process (step #2, see Figures 2, 8-9) in which each of the multiple leg members 30 is attached to a predetermined position of the floor reinforcement bar S1 corresponding to the arrangement of each supported portion 20A of the support frame 20 at the installation site of the embedded metal fittings 10. (3) A support height adjustment process (process #3, see Figure 9), in which the height of each leg component 30 is adjusted so that the support height position of each leg component 30 relative to each supported part 20A of the support frame 20 after the leg component installation process matches the height position of each supported part 20A calculated from the preset floor surface height of the floor slab S and the floor slope (e.g., water slope). (4) An embedded hardware placement process (step #4, see Figures 3 to 5) in which the support frame 20 after the embedded hardware hanging process is lifted from the pre-assembly yard to the installation site using a lifting machine such as a tower crane, and each supported portion 20A of the support frame 20 is supported by each leg member 30 after the support height adjustment process, and each embedded hardware 10 is placed in a predetermined position on the floor top edge Sa. (5) A floor concrete pouring process (step #5, see Figures 4 to 5) in which floor concrete S2 is poured up to the surface height of each embedded metal fitting 10 after the embedded metal fitting arrangement process. (6) A concrete surface finishing process (Step #6, see Figs. 4 to 5) for finishing the surface of the poured floor concrete S2 so as to obtain the preset floor surface height and floor slope of the floor slab S. (7) A removal and repair process (process #7, see Figures 6 to 7) in which the support frame 20 and the like are removed and the floor slab S is repaired after the curing period of the floor concrete S2 has elapsed.

[0047] The embedded metal fitting hanging process of step #1 described above includes the following steps (1) to (3). (1) An embedded metal fitting installation process for installing a plurality of embedded metal fittings 10 at respective predetermined positions on a predetermined number of first support members 21 constituting a support frame 20 via hanging metal fittings 24 (see FIG. 1). (2) A first support member installation process (see Figure 1) in which each of the first support members 21 after the embedded metal fitting installation process is installed at a predetermined position on a pair of second support members 22 that constitute the support frame 20 so that the embedded metal fittings 10 of each first support member 21 are positioned between the pair of second support members 22. (3) A reinforcing brace erection process (see FIG. 1) in which a pair of reinforcing braces 23 are erected across the first support members 21 erected at both ends of the pair of second support members 22 in the first support member erection process.

[0048] As a result, in the embedded metal fittings hanging process, a support frame 20 is constructed to suspend and support multiple embedded metal fittings 10, while each of the multiple embedded metal fittings 10 can be suspended and supported at a constant height at a predetermined position on the support frame 20.

[0049] The leg member attachment step #2 described above includes the following steps (1) and (2). (1) An erection member installation process (see Figure 8) in which the erection members 32 of each lower member 31 are erected at predetermined positions of a pair of adjacent cross bars S1b at predetermined positions of the floor bars S1 using U-bolts 2, nuts 3, etc. so that each of the lower members 31 in each leg member 30 is positioned at a predetermined position of the floor bars S1 corresponding to the arrangement of each supported part 20A in the support frame 20. (2) A joint member position adjustment process (see FIG. 8 ) for adjusting the position of the joint member 33 of the lower member 31 in the erection direction (X direction) of the erection member 32 within the range of a pair of through holes (horizontally elongated loose holes) 32a formed in the erection member 32 for each erection member 32 after the erection member erection process.

[0050] In the above-mentioned installation member erection process, each installation member 32 is erected on a pair of horizontal bars S1b using U-bolts 2 or the like, which makes it possible to adjust the position of each installation member 32 between the pair of adjacent vertical bars S1a in the direction along the horizontal bars S1b (Y direction). As a result, in the leg member attachment process, each installation member 32 of each leg member 30 can be erected at a predetermined position of the corresponding pair of horizontal bars S1b (predetermined position of the floor reinforcing bar S1) with high positional accuracy in the direction along the horizontal bars S1b (Y direction).

[0051] In the joint member position adjustment process, a pair of through holes (horizontal loose holes) 32a formed in the erection member 32 of the lower member 31 of each leg member 30, and the joint member 33 of the lower member 31 which is bolted to the erection member 32 using the through holes 32a function as position adjustment means 38 which enables adjustment of the position of the upper member 34 in the erection direction (X direction) of the erection member 32 which is perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the cross bars S1b after each erection member 32 is erected on a pair of cross bars S1b of the floor reinforcing bar S1 (see Figures 5 to 9).

[0052] That is, each of the leg members 30 has the above-mentioned position adjustment means 38, and therefore, in the leg member attachment process, after the lower member 31 of each leg member 30 is attached to a predetermined position in a direction along a pair of horizontal bars S1b of the floor reinforcing bar S1, the position of the upper member 34 of each leg member 30 can be adjusted in the horizontal direction (X direction) perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the horizontal bars S1b of the floor reinforcing bar S1 by using the position adjustment means 38 of each leg member 30. As a result, the upper member 34 of each leg member 30 can be rationally attached with higher accuracy to a predetermined position of the floor reinforcing bar S1 corresponding to the arrangement of each supported part 20A of the supporting frame 20.

[0053] In the support height adjustment step of step #3 described above, as shown in Fig. 9, the support height adjustment means 37 of each leg member 30 is used to adjust the amount of screwing of the screw shaft member 35 into the long nut 33B of each joint member 33, thereby adjusting the support height position of each leg member 30 relative to the supported part 20A of the support frame 20 in a suitable state that allows fine adjustment. This makes it possible to easily match the support height position of each leg member 30 relative to the supported part 20A with high accuracy to the height position of each supported part 20A calculated from the preset floor surface height and floor gradient of the floor slab S.

[0054] Furthermore, in this method of installing embedded metal fittings, the embedded metal fitting hanging process (step #1), the leg member attachment process (step #2), and the support height adjustment process (step #3) can be carried out in parallel at the pre-assembly yard and the installation site, thereby making it possible to efficiently install the embedded metal fittings 10, including steps #1 to #3.

[0055] The embedded metal fitting arrangement step of step #4 described above includes a support frame fixing step (see FIGS. 4-5) in which each supported portion 20A of the support frame 20 is supported by the corresponding leg member 30 (see FIG. 3), and then each supported portion 20A is bolted to the top plate 36A of the tubular member 36 of the leg member 30 to fix the support frame 20. This allows each of the embedded metal fittings 10 suspended and supported by the support frame 20 to be arranged and fixed in a predetermined position on the floor top edge Sa.

[0056] In this manner, in the method of installing embedded metal fittings, by carrying out the above-mentioned step #2 of the leg member attachment step (see Figs. 2 and 8) and step #3 of the support height adjustment step (see Fig. 9) and then carrying out the above-mentioned step #4 of the embedded metal fitting arrangement step (see Figs. 3 to 5), each of the leg members 30, which has been suitably adjusted in the lateral direction (X direction) perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the lateral bars S1b of the floor reinforcing bars S1 and adjusted in the support height position relative to the supported parts 20A of the support frame 20, can support each of the supported parts 20A of the support frame 20, in which multiple embedded metal fittings 10 are suspended and supported at predetermined positions. In other words, each of the supported parts 20A of the support frame 20, in which multiple embedded metal fittings 10 are suspended and supported at predetermined positions, can be positioned with high accuracy at the height position of each of the supported parts 20A calculated from the preset floor surface height and floor gradient of the floor slab S (see Fig. 3).

[0057] As a result, before the floor concrete S2 is poured, each of the multiple embedded metal fittings 10 suspended and supported by the support frame 20 can be positioned all at once at each predetermined position of the floor top end Sa, which is floating above the floor reinforcing bars S1, with the surface height and inclination angle of each embedded metal fitting 10 precisely matched to the preset floor surface height and floor gradient of the floor slab S.

[0058] In other words, before pouring the floor concrete S2, which does not require a curing period, each of the multiple embedded metal fittings 10 can be positioned in a rational and efficient manner at each specified position of the floor top end Sa of the floor slab S with an appropriate surface height and inclination angle.

[0059] In the floor concrete pouring process of step #5 described above, when the floor concrete S2 is poured up to the surface height of each embedded metal fitting 10, as shown in Figures 4-5, a space equivalent to the height of the hanging metal fittings 24 is secured between the lower flanges of each second support member 22 in the support frame 20 and the poured floor concrete S2 as a work space 4 suitable for carrying out plastering work to finish the surface (floor surface) of the floor concrete S2 around each embedded metal fitting 10.

[0060] As a result, in step #6, the concrete surface finishing step following step #5, the floor concrete pouring step, the plastering work described above can be easily carried out from these work spaces 4, and the surface of the floor concrete S2 can be easily finished with high precision to a flush state whose height and gradient match the surface height and gradient angle of each embedded metal fitting 10.

[0061] The removal and repair process of step #7 described above includes the following steps (1) to (5). (1) An embedded metal removal process (see FIG. 6) in which the bolt connections between the embedded metal 10 and the hanging brackets 24 of the support frame 20 are released to remove each embedded metal 10 from the support frame 20. (2) A support frame fixing release step of releasing the bolt connection between each supported portion 20A of the support frame 20 and the top plate 36A of the tubular member 36 of each corresponding leg member 30 to release the fixing of the support frame 20 (see FIG. 6). (3) A support frame removal process (see FIG. 6) in which the support frame 20 after the support frame fixing release process is lifted and removed from the installation site to a pre-assembly yard using a lifting machine such as a tower crane. (4) A cylindrical member removing step of removing the cylindrical members 36 of each leg member 30 protruding from the floor slab S after the support frame 20 has been removed (see FIG. 7). (5) A floor slab repair process (see FIG. 7) in which the removal holes Sb of the floor slab S remaining after the removal of the tubular members 36 are filled with a filler 5 such as mortar or grout to backfill the removal holes Sb, thereby repairing the floor slab S.

[0062] In the embedded metal removal process, the nuts 14 used for the bolted connection between the embedded metal 10 and the hanging metal 24 are cap nuts that function as a settling prevention means for preventing the male threaded end 1A of the bolt 1 from setting into the floor concrete S2, so the bolted connection between the embedded metal 10 and the hanging metal 24 can be easily and quickly released (see FIG. 6). This allows each embedded metal 10 to be removed from the support frame 20 efficiently and in a short time, thereby shortening the construction period.

[0063] In addition, in the tubular member removal process, since the top plate 36A of the tubular member 36 is a regular hexagon, when removing the tubular member 36, a wrench or the like is engaged with the top plate 36A and the tubular member 36 is rotated about its vertical axis, so that the tubular member 36 can be easily released from its fixation to the floor concrete S2. This allows each tubular member 36 to be removed efficiently from the floor slab S in a short time, thereby shortening the construction period.

[0064] In the floor slab repair process, as described above, the embedded length of the tubular member 36 is set to a length that ensures the required covering length L of the floor concrete S2 upward from the upper end of the screw shaft member 35, so that the removal hole Sb after the tubular member 36 is removed is backfilled with a filler 5 such as mortar or grout, thereby ensuring the required covering length L of the floor concrete S2 upward from the upper end of the screw shaft member 35.

[0065] From the above points, this method of installing embedded metal fittings makes it possible to construct a highly accurate floor slab S in which multiple embedded metal fittings 10 are each installed at each specified position of the floor top end Sa in an ideal flush state in which the surface height and inclination angle of each embedded metal fitting 10 match the floor surface height and floor slope of the floor slab S with high precision, while rationally shortening the construction period.
