Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a solid oil-based cleansing cosmetic preparation. [Background technology]

[0002] In recent years, solid oil-based cleansing cosmetics have been proposed as cleansing cosmetics. Solid oil-based cleansing cosmetics are mainly composed of solid oil, liquid oil, and nonionic surfactant, and are in a solid form at room temperature, so they do not drip when used. In addition, because they are oil-based cleansing cosmetics, they have excellent cleansing power, excellent makeup cosmetic removal performance, and excellent skin dirt removal performance such as pore dirt that cannot be removed by face washing.

[0003] Patent Document 1 discloses that by incorporating powder and fumed silica in a specific ratio together with solid oil, liquid oil, and a nonionic surfactant having a specific HLB value, it is possible to obtain an oil-based solid cleansing cosmetic that does not drip, has high cleansing power and massage effect, is easy to rinse off, leaves a refreshing feeling after rinsing, and has excellent quality stability. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2020-26420 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] In order to remove skin dirt such as makeup dirt and pore dirt using solid oil-based cleansing cosmetics, it is important to maintain the application in a low-friction state by placing the cleansing cosmetic between the finger / palm and the surface of the application area during use and not directly contacting the finger / palm with the surface of the application area. This is because efficient dirt removal is possible by extending the contact time between the dirt and the cleansing cosmetic while maintaining a low-friction state. The maintenance of such a low-friction state is expressed as a feeling of use. However, in conventional general solid oil-based cleansing cosmetics, the card-house structure of solid oils such as synthetic wax contained in the cleansing cosmetic easily collapses due to the pressing force and shear force generated during application, and the cleansing cosmetic becomes oily in a relatively short time, making it difficult to maintain a low-friction state.

[0006] Sea silt is also known as a raw material for cosmetics. Sea silt has the characteristics of being very fine in particle size, excellent in dirt adsorption ability, and excellent in removing dirt such as dirt from pores. However, it has been found that when sea silt is blended into a solid oil-based cleansing cosmetic, the sea silt aggregates with each other to form aggregates in the cosmetic, and when the amount of sea silt blended is large, the aggregates settle to the bottom of the container. When the sea silt settles, the sea silt becomes unevenly dispersed, and the content of sea silt in the vertical direction of the cosmetic is biased, which results in a loss of appearance of the cleansing cosmetic and a loss of quality stability.

[0007] An object of the present invention is to provide a sea silt-containing solid oil-based cleansing cosmetic which maintains a low friction state for a long period of time and inhibits aggregation and sedimentation of the sea silt in the cosmetic. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] As a result of extensive research aimed at solving the above problems, the present inventors have discovered that by blending a specified amount of sea silt into the framework formulation of a solid oil-based cleansing cosmetic, which comprises a specific solid oil, liquid oil, and a nonionic surfactant with an HLB value of 8 to 15, and further blending in a specified amount of silica and a specified amount of cationic polymer, it is possible to obtain a solid oil-based cleansing cosmetic that can suppress the aggregation of the sea silt particles and can maintain a low friction state for a long period of time during use, thereby completing the present invention.

[0009] That is, the present invention provides A solid oil-based cleansing cosmetic composition containing the following components A to F, wherein the content of component A is 4.0 to 15% by mass, the content of component B is 50 to 90% by mass, the content of component C is 5.0 to 30% by mass, the content of component D is 0.1 to 5.0% by mass, the content of component E is 0.1 to 20% by mass, and the content of component F is 0.001 to 2.0% by mass: Component A: Solid oil with a melting point of 50 to 120°C Component B: Liquid oil Component C: Nonionic surfactant with HLB value of 8 to 15 Component D: Silica Ingredient E: Sea silt Component F: Cationic polymer Regarding. By having the content of the cationic polymer in the above range, sea silt is uniformly dispersed and its aggregation can be suppressed, which is advantageous in terms of suppressing the generation of sediment and separation of the cosmetic. When the content is 0.001% by mass or more, aggregation and sedimentation of sea silt can be suppressed. In addition, when the content is 2.0% by mass or less, it is excellent in terms of moldability and usability. The content of component F is the total content of all components F in the solid oil-based cleansing cosmetic of the present invention.

[0062] The content ratio (mass ratio) of Component F relative to the content of Component E in the solid oil-based cleansing cosmetic composition of the present invention is preferably 0.01 to 0.1, and more preferably 0.01 to 0.05. [0073] [Formulation evaluation] After preparation, the appearance of each of the solid oil-based cleansing cosmetic compositions of the Examples and Comparative Examples was visually observed and evaluated according to the following evaluation criteria.

[0074] <Agglutination> A (Excellent): No agglomerates were observed. B (Good): Very few aggregates can be seen. C (poor): Aggregates are clearly visible.

[0075] <Subsidence> A (Excellent): No sediment was observed. B (Good): Sediment can be seen on some parts of the bottom. C (Fair): Sediment can be seen over almost the entire bottom surface. D (Poor): Almost all of the marine silt has turned into sediment and separated into two layers: a layer of sediment and another layer.

[0076] [Usability evaluation] Approximately 0.5 g of each of the solid oil-based cleansing cosmetics obtained in the Examples and Comparative Examples was spread on the inside of the forearm, cleansed for 30 seconds by drawing small circles with the fingertips, and then washed off with warm water. The durability of the low friction state was evaluated according to the following evaluation criteria. The evaluation was determined by a panel of three expert evaluators. <Sustained low friction state> A (Excellent): The low friction state continued for 15 seconds or more. B (Good): The low friction state continued for 10 seconds or more but less than 15 seconds. C (usable): The low friction state lasted for less than 10 seconds. D (poor): A large amount of sediment was generated, making it difficult to obtain a uniform composition and making it impossible to perform an accurate evaluation.
