[Technical field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a container for a part. [Background technology]
[0002] Packaging bodies for storing chip components (electronic components) such as ceramic capacitors are known (for example, Patent Document 1). Patent Document 1 discloses a bulk case in which a shutter for closing an opening for supplying chip components to a bulk cassette is prevented from being opened and closed inadvertently. In such a bulk case, the shutter is moved by moving a knob (slider) within a hole. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8-167792 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] In such a part container, the slider is configured to slide along a groove formed in the main body. In this case, in order to suppress the generation of dust due to the sliding of the slider, a soft material is used for the slider and a highly rigid material is used for the main body.
[0005] However, if the material used for the slider is different from the material used for the main body, the sliding resistance of the slider may increase when the slider slides along the groove. If the sliding resistance of the slider increases, the slider may not be able to move smoothly. For this reason, a component container that can reduce the sliding resistance of the slider is required.
[0006] The present disclosure has been made in consideration of these points, and has an object to provide a component container that is capable of reducing the sliding resistance of a slider. [Means for solving the problem]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0015] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 8 are diagrams showing an embodiment. Each of the figures shown below is a schematic diagram. Therefore, the size and shape of each part are appropriately exaggerated to facilitate understanding. In addition, the present invention can be implemented by appropriately changing it within the scope of the technical idea. In each of the figures shown below, the same parts are given the same reference numerals, and some detailed explanations may be omitted. In addition, the numerical values such as the dimensions of each member and the material names described in this specification are examples of embodiments, and can be appropriately selected and used without being limited thereto. In this specification, terms that specify shapes and geometric conditions, such as parallel, orthogonal, and vertical, are interpreted to include substantially the same state in addition to their strict meanings.
[0016] The component container 10A according to the present embodiment is a container for storing a large number of chip components. The chip components may be, for example, electronic components such as multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs (Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors)). The size of the chip components may be approximately 0.25 mm×0.125 mm. The size of the chip components may also be approximately 0.40 mm×0.20 mm. The size of the chip components may also be approximately 0.60 mm×0.30 mm. Furthermore, the size of the chip components may also be approximately 1.00 mm×0.50 mm.
[0017] 1, the component container 10A includes a main body 10 having a main body opening 11, a shutter 60 for opening and closing the main body opening 11, and a slider 70 for sliding the shutter 60. Of these, the shutter 60 and the slider 70 are slidable relative to the main body 10.
[0018] The above-mentioned main body 10 may be, for example, a bulk case conforming to JIS C 0806-6:2006 or IEC 60286-6. The main body 10 has a first container member 20 and a second container member 40 assembled to the first container member 20. The main body 10 also includes a side wall surface 12 formed on the periphery, and the above-mentioned main body opening 11 for removing the chip components is formed in a part of the side wall surface 12. Furthermore, an operating portion 13 for operating the shutter 60 and the slider 70 is formed in a part of the side wall surface 12 different from the main body opening 11.
[0019] Next, the first container member 20 will be described. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the first container member 20 has a first surface portion 21 and a first side wall portion 22 provided around the first surface portion 21. Of these, the first surface portion 21 is a plate-like portion having a rectangular shape in a plan view. In this specification, "plan view" refers to viewing an object from the normal direction (Z direction) of the first surface portion 21 and the second surface portion 41.
[0020] The thickness (Z-direction distance) of the first surface portion 21 may be 0.5 mm or more and 2 mm or less. When the thickness is 0.5 mm or more, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the rigidity of the first container member 20. When the thickness is 2 mm or less, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the transparency of the first surface portion 21.
[0021] The first side wall portion 22 is formed along the periphery of the first surface portion 21 so as to protrude from the first surface portion 21 toward the second container member 40 (the positive side in the Z direction). The first side wall portion 22 and a second side wall portion 42 of the second container member 40, which will be described later, form the side wall surface 12 of the main body 10.
[0022] The first side wall portion 22 includes a first long side portion 22a, a second long side portion 22b, a first short side portion 22c, and a second short side portion 22d. The first long side portion 22a and the second long side portion 22b face each other and extend along the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the first surface portion 21. On the other hand, the first short side portion 22c and the second short side portion 22d face each other and extend along the width direction (Y direction) of the first surface portion 21. The first short side portion 22c and the second short side portion 22d extend between the first long side portion 22a and the second long side portion 22b. Here, the X direction and the Y direction are orthogonal to each other. The Z direction is perpendicular to both the X direction and the Y direction, and is the thickness direction of the component container 10A.
[0023] Further, the first side wall portion 22 is formed with a first through portion 25 penetrating the first side wall portion 22 in the thickness direction. The first through portion 25 constitutes a part of the main body opening 11. The first through portion 25 corresponds to a fourth through portion 45 of the second container member 40 described later, and the main body opening 11 of the main body 10 is formed by the first through portion 25 and the fourth through portion 45. This first through portion 25 is formed in the first short side portion 22c.
[0024] A second penetrating portion 26 penetrating the first side wall portion 22 in the thickness direction is formed in a portion of the first side wall portion 22 different from the first penetrating portion 25. The second penetrating portion 26 corresponds to a fifth penetrating portion 46 of the second container member 40 described later, and the second penetrating portion 26 and the fifth penetrating portion 46 form the operation portion 13 of the main body 10. This second penetrating portion 26 is formed in the first long side portion 22a. Therefore, the operation portion 13 is formed in the first long side portion 22a.
[0025] The height (Z-direction distance) of the first side wall portion 22 is approximately constant in the circumferential direction, except for the first through portion 25 and the second through portion .
[0026] 2, a first guide member 31a is provided inside the first container member 20, extending from the vicinity of the first penetrating portion 25 to the vicinity of the first long side portion 22a of the first sidewall portion 22. Also, a second guide member 31b is provided inside the first container member 20, extending from the vicinity of the first penetrating portion 25 to the vicinity of the second long side portion 22b of the first sidewall portion 22. The first guide member 31a and the second guide member 31b are made of plate-like members extending at an angle with respect to the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the first surface portion 21. In this manner, by providing the first guide member 31a and the second guide member 31b, the chip components can be easily guided to the main body opening 11.
[0027] Further, a first slider guide member 33 that guides the movement of the slider 70 is provided inside the first container member 20. The first slider guide member 33 is composed of a plate-shaped member extending from the first guide member 31a along the first long side portion 22a. This first slider guide member 33 constitutes the guide groove 14 (see Figs. 1 and 7) formed in the main body 10. Specifically, the first slider guide member 33 constitutes the guide groove 14 together with the first long side portion 22a, the second slider guide member 53 of the second container member 40, and the first long side portion 42a of the second container member 40. This guide groove 14 guides the movement of the slider 70.
[0028] Furthermore, a first shutter guide member 38a and a second shutter guide member 38b are provided on the inside of the first container member 20 near the first short side portion 22c. A third shutter guide member 38c is provided on the inside of the first container member 20 near the first long side portion 22a. The first shutter guide member 38a is made of a plate-like member extending from the first guide member 31a along the first short side portion 22c. The second shutter guide member 38b is made of a plate-like member extending from the second guide member 31b along the first short side portion 22c. The third shutter guide member 38c is made of a plate-like member extending from the first shutter guide member 38a along the first long side portion 22a. In this way, by providing the first shutter guide member 38a, the second shutter guide member 38b, and the third shutter guide member 38c, the shutter 60 can move smoothly. In this case, the distance (X-direction distance) between the first short side portion 22c and the first and second shutter guide members 38a, 38b may be, for example, less than twice the thickness of the shutter 60. For example, when the thickness of the shutter 60 is 0.2 mm, the distance may be approximately 0.4 mm. Similarly, the distance (Y-direction distance) between the first long side portion 22a and the third shutter guide member 38c may be, for example, less than twice the thickness of the shutter 60.
[0029] Next, the second container member 40 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the second container member 40 has a second surface portion 41 and a second side wall portion 42 provided around the second surface portion 41. Of these, the second surface portion 41 is a plate-like portion having a rectangular shape in a plan view. The shape of the second surface portion 41 is substantially the same as the shape of the first surface portion 21. This second surface portion 41 is located on the opposite side to the first surface portion 21 when the first container member 20 and the second container member 40 are assembled. The first surface portion 21, the second surface portion 41, and the side wall surface 12 (see FIG. 1) form a space for storing chip components.
[0030] The thickness (Z direction distance) of the second surface portion 41 may be 0.5 mm or more and 2 mm or less. When the thickness is 0.5 mm or more, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the rigidity of the second container member 40. When the thickness is 2 mm or less, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the transparency of the second surface portion 41.
[0031] The second side wall portion 42 is formed along the periphery of the second surface portion 41 so as to protrude from the second surface portion 41 toward the first container member 20 (the negative Z-direction side). As described above, the second side wall portion 42 and the first side wall portion 22 of the first container member 20 form the side wall surface 12 of the main body 10.
[0032] The second side wall portion 42 includes a first long side portion 42a, a second long side portion 42b, a first short side portion 42c, and a second short side portion 42d. Of these, the first long side portion 42a and the second long side portion 42b face each other and extend along the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the second surface portion 41. On the other hand, the first short side portion 42c and the second short side portion 42d face each other and extend along the width direction (Y direction) of the second surface portion 41. In addition, the first short side portion 42c and the second short side portion 42d extend between the first long side portion 42a and the second long side portion 42b.
[0033] The second side wall portion 42 has a fourth through portion 45 formed therein, which penetrates the second side wall portion 42 in the thickness direction. The fourth through portion 45 constitutes the main body opening 11 together with the first through portion 25 of the first container member 20. That is, as described above, the fourth through portion 45 corresponds to the first through portion 25 of the first container member 20, and the main body opening 11 of the main body 10 is formed by the fourth through portion 45 and the first through portion 25. This fourth through portion 45 is formed in the first short side portion 42c.
[0034] A fifth through-hole portion 46 that penetrates the second side wall portion 42 in the thickness direction is formed in a portion of the second side wall portion 42 different from the fourth through-hole portion 45. As described above, the fifth through-hole portion 46 corresponds to the second through-hole portion 26 of the first container member 20, and the fifth through-hole portion 46 and the second through-hole portion 26 form the operation section 13 of the main body 10. This fifth through-hole portion 46 is formed in the first long side portion 42a.
[0035] The height (Z-direction distance) of the second side wall portion 42 is approximately constant in the circumferential direction, except for the fourth through-portion 45 and the fifth through-portion 46.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 3, a third guide member 51a is provided inside the second container member 40, extending from the vicinity of the fourth penetrating portion 45 to the vicinity of the first long side portion 42a of the second side wall portion 42. A fourth guide member 51b is provided inside the second container member 40, extending from the vicinity of the fourth penetrating portion 45 to the vicinity of the second long side portion 42b of the second side wall portion 42. The third guide member 51a and the fourth guide member 51b are formed of rod-shaped members extending at an angle with respect to the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the second surface portion 41. The third guide member 51a is provided at a position corresponding to the first guide member 31a of the first container member 20, and is joined to the first guide member 31a. The fourth guide member 51b is provided at a position corresponding to the second guide member 31b of the first container member 20, and is joined to the second guide member 31b. Such a guide member may be provided on only one of the first container member 20 and the second container member 40.
[0037] Further, a second slider guide member 53 that guides the movement of the slider 70 is provided inside the second container member 40. This second slider guide member 53 is composed of a plate-shaped member extending from the third guide member 51a along the first long side portion 42a. This second slider guide member 53 constitutes the guide groove 14 (see FIGS. 1 and 7) formed in the main body 10. Specifically, as described above, the second slider guide member 53 constitutes the guide groove 14 together with the first long side portion 42a, the first slider guide member 33 of the first container member 20, and the first long side portion 22a of the first container member 20.
[0038] Furthermore, a fourth shutter guide member 58a and a fifth shutter guide member 58b are provided in the vicinity of the first short side portion 42c on the inside of the second container member 40. A sixth shutter guide member 58c is provided in the vicinity of the first long side portion 42a on the inside of the second container member 40. The fourth shutter guide member 58a is made of a plate-like member extending from the third guide member 51a along the first short side portion 42c. The fifth shutter guide member 58b is made of a plate-like member extending from the fourth guide member 51b along the first short side portion 42c. The sixth shutter guide member 58c is made of a plate-like member extending from the fourth shutter guide member 58a along the first long side portion 42a. In this way, by providing the fourth shutter guide member 58a, the fifth shutter guide member 58b, and the sixth shutter guide member 58c, the shutter 60 can move smoothly. In this case, the distance (X-direction distance) between the first short side portion 42c and the fourth and fifth shutter guide members 58a and 58b may be, for example, less than twice the thickness of the shutter 60. For example, when the thickness of the shutter 60 is 0.2 mm, the distance may be approximately 0.4 mm. Similarly, the distance (Y-direction distance) between the first long side portion 42a and the sixth shutter guide member 58c may be, for example, less than twice the thickness of the shutter 60.
[0039] The first container member 20 and the second container member 40 are bonded to each other. When assembling the first container member 20 and the second container member 40, the first container member 20 and the second container member 40 are joined to each other by, for example, ultrasonic sealing. In this way, the first container member 20 and the second container member 40 are assembled to each other. Although not shown, a convex portion (rib) may be formed on the first side wall portion 22 of the first container member 20 and the second side wall portion 42 of the second container member 40 to efficiently apply energy during ultrasonic sealing.
[0040] Next, the shutter 60 will be described with reference to Figs. 4 to 6. The shutter 60 is a member that slidably opens and closes the main body opening 11. The shutter 60 can be in an open position (see Fig. 5) and a closed position (see Fig. 6). As shown in Fig. 5, when the shutter 60 is in the open position, the shutter 60 opens the main body opening 11. That is, when the shutter 60 is in the open position, the main body opening 11 is exposed. On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 6, when the shutter 60 is in the closed position, the shutter 60 closes the main body opening 11. That is, when the shutter 60 is in the closed position, the shutter 60 covers the main body opening 11.
[0041] The shutter 60 is provided inside the main body 10. The shutter 60 is configured to move along the first shutter guide member 38a, the second shutter guide member 38b, the third shutter guide member 38c, the fourth shutter guide member 58a, the fifth shutter guide member 58b, and the sixth shutter guide member 58c of the main body 10.
[0042] In this embodiment, the tip of the shutter 60 is curved. That is, the corners of the tip of the shutter 60 are curved in an arch shape. In other words, the corners of the tip of the shutter 60 are rounded, and the tip of the shutter 60 does not include a portion that extends straight in the width direction (Z direction) of the shutter 60. In this case, the tip of the shutter 60 may include a plurality of portions curved in an arch shape. By the curved tip of the shutter 60, it is possible to prevent the tip of the shutter 60 from getting caught on the edge of the main body opening 11 (i.e., the second shutter guide member 38b or the fifth shutter guide member 58b) when the shutter 60 moves. Therefore, the shutter 60 can move smoothly. The tip of the shutter 60 refers to the end portion on the front side in the moving direction when the shutter 60 moves from the open position to the closed position. In other words, the tip of the shutter 60 refers to the end portion of the longitudinal direction of the shutter 60 to which the slider 70 is not attached.
[0043] Furthermore, in the vicinity of the tip of the shutter 60, the width (distance in the Z direction) of the shutter 60 gradually narrows as it approaches the tip. This effectively prevents the tip of the shutter 60 from getting caught on the edge of the main body opening 11 when the shutter 60 moves.
[0044] A recess 61 may be formed in the center of the width direction (Z direction) of the shutter 60 at the tip of the shutter 60. This recess 61 is recessed toward the rear end side of the shutter 60. In this way, by forming the recess 61 in the center of the width direction of the shutter 60, it is possible to prevent the center of the width direction of the shutter 60 from warping up when the shutter 60 is moved. Therefore, it is possible to more effectively prevent the tip of the shutter 60 from getting caught on the edge of the main body opening 11 (i.e., the second shutter guide member 38b or the fifth shutter guide member 58b) when the shutter 60 moves from the open position to the closed position. As a result, the shutter 60 can move more smoothly.
[0045] The recess 61 may have an arc shape. Furthermore, portions located on both sides of the recess 61 in the width direction of the shutter 60 may have an arc shape similar to the recess 61. In the illustrated example, the portions located on both sides of the recess 61 are convex toward the tip side of the shutter 60. In this case, the radius and central angle of the arc formed by these portions may be the same as the radius and central angle of the arc formed by the recess 61.
[0046] The depth d of the recess 61 may be 0.2 mm or more and 1.0 mm or less. When the depth d of the recess 61 is 0.2 mm or more, it is possible to more effectively prevent the central portion of the shutter 60 in the width direction from warping up when the shutter 60 is moved. Furthermore, when the depth d of the recess 61 is 1.0 mm or less, it is possible to effectively maintain the rigidity of the tip of the shutter 60.
[0047] The thickness of such a shutter 60 may be, for example, about 0.2 mm.
[0048] Next, the slider 70 will be described with reference to Fig. 4 to Fig. 7. The slider 70 is a member for sliding the shutter 60. The slider 70 can be in an open position (see Fig. 5) and a closed position (see Fig. 6). Note that an engagement portion (not shown) may be formed on the main body 10 so that the slider 70 is held in the open position or the closed position.
[0049] The slider 70 is provided inside the main body 10. The slider 70 is configured to slide along the guide groove 14 of the main body 10.
[0050] As shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 7, a protrusion 75 that slides in the guide groove 14 is formed on a surface 76 of the slider 70. This protrusion 75 serves to reduce the sliding resistance when the slider 70 slides along the guide groove 14. In the illustrated example, a plurality of protrusions 75 are formed. Each of the protrusions 75 has a convex shape that protrudes toward the wall surface of the guide groove 14. The tip of each of the protrusions 75 may be rounded.
[0051] In this embodiment, the surface 76 of the slider 70 includes a first surface 76a facing the inside of the main body 10 (negative side in the Y direction) in the part container 10A, a second surface 76b located on the opposite side to the first surface 76a, and a third surface 76c located between the first surface 76a and the second surface 76b. As described above, the first surface 76a is a surface facing the inside of the main body 10 in the part container 10A. The second surface 76b is a surface facing the side wall surface 12 (i.e., the first side wall portion 22 and the second side wall portion 42) of the main body 10 in the part container 10A. The third surface 76c is a surface facing the first surface portion 21 or the second surface portion 41 in the part container 10A.
[0052] The above-mentioned protrusion 75 is preferably formed at least on the first surface 76a and the second surface 76b. Here, when the user moves the slider 70, the user operates the slider 70 on the operation unit 13. In this case, the slider 70 can be pressed toward the inside of the main body 10 (the negative side in the Y direction) by the user's finger or by an arm of a component supply device (not shown) for supplying chip components to, for example, a printed circuit board. As a result, the slider 70 can be pressed against the first slider guide member 33 and the second slider guide member 53. Therefore, since the protrusion 75 is formed on the first surface 76a, the sliding resistance between the slider 70 and the first slider guide member 33 and the second slider guide member 53 can be reduced. Furthermore, since the protrusions 75 are formed on the first surface 76a and the second surface 76b, the sliding resistance between the slider 70 and the first slider guide member 33 and the second slider guide member 53, and the sliding resistance between the slider 70 and the first sidewall portion 22 and the second sidewall portion 42 can be reduced. Here, the first surface 76a and the second surface 76b of the slider 70 may be warped. When the first surface 76a is warped in this manner, the sliding resistance between the first surface 76a and the first slider guide member 33 and the second slider guide member 53 with which it comes into contact may increase. When the second surface 76b is warped, the sliding resistance between the first sidewall portion 22 and the second sidewall portion 42 with which it comes into contact may increase. In contrast, by forming the protrusions 75 on the first surface 76a and the second surface 76b, even if warping occurs on the first surface 76a and the second surface 76b, respectively, the sliding resistance between the slider 70 and the first slider guide member 33, the second slider guide member 53, the first side wall portion 22, and the second side wall portion 42 can be reduced.
[0053] The above-mentioned protrusion 75 may be formed at least on the third surface 76c. As described above, the third surface 76c is a surface facing the first surface portion 21 or the second surface portion 41 in the component container 10A. Here, as described above, the first surface portion 21 and the second surface portion 41 are plate-shaped portions each having a rectangular shape in a plan view. For this reason, warping may occur in the first surface portion 21 and the second surface portion 41. When warping occurs in the first surface portion 21, etc., sliding resistance may increase between the third surface 76c in contact with the first surface portion 21, etc. In contrast, since the protrusion 75 is formed on the third surface 76c, even if warping occurs in the first surface portion 21 and the second surface portion 41, respectively, the sliding resistance between the slider 70 and the first surface portion 21 and the second surface portion 41 can be reduced. The third surface 76c of the slider 70 is a surface whose normal direction is perpendicular to the traveling direction (X direction) of the slider 70.
[0054] In the illustrated example, the first surface 76a, the second surface 76b, and the third surface 76c each have a protrusion 75 formed thereon. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the second surface 76b has a plurality (four) of protrusions 75 formed thereon along the travel direction (X direction) of the slider 70, and the rows of the plurality of protrusions 75 are arranged in two rows along the width direction (Z direction) of the slider 70. In addition, the third surface 76c has a plurality (four) of protrusions 75 formed thereon along the travel direction (X direction) of the slider 70. Although not illustrated, the first surface 76a also has a plurality (four) of protrusions 75 formed thereon along the travel direction (X direction) of the slider 70, similar to the second surface 76b, and the rows of the plurality of protrusions 75 are arranged in two rows along the width direction (Z direction) of the slider 70.
[0055] The shape and number of the protrusions 75 are arbitrary and are not limited to the examples shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 7. For example, as shown in Fig. 8, linear protrusions 75 extending along the traveling direction (X direction) of the slider 70 may be formed on each of the first surface 76a, the second surface 76b, and the third surface 76c.
[0056] The material for the first container member 20 and the second container member 40 may be a synthetic resin such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin (ABS resin). The first container member 20 and the second container member 40 may be produced by, for example, injection molding. The flexural modulus of ABS resin measured in accordance with ASTM D 790 is about 1400 MPa to 2000 MPa.
[0057] The shutter 60 may be made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and may be made of a polyethylene terephthalate film.
[0058] Furthermore, a synthetic resin such as polypropylene (PP) may be used as the material of the slider 70. For example, an injection molding method may be used as a method for producing the slider 70. The flexural modulus of polypropylene measured in accordance with JIS K 7161:2014 is about 900 MPa to 1200 MPa.
[0059] Next, the present embodiment having such a configuration will be described.
[0060] 6, the shutter 60 and the slider 70 are in the closed position. At this time, the shutter 60 closes the main body opening 11.
[0061] Next, the chip components are removed from the component container 10A. At this time, the shutter 60 and the slider 70 are slid to move from the closed position to the open position (see FIG. 5). At this time, the slider 70 slides along the guide groove 14 formed in the main body 10. Here, in this embodiment, a protrusion 75 that slides within the guide groove 14 is formed on the surface 76 of the slider 70. This reduces the sliding resistance between the slider 70 and the guide groove 14 when the slider 70 slides along the guide groove 14. This allows the slider 70 to move smoothly.
[0062] Thereafter, the chip component is removed from the body 10.
[0063] Next, after the chip components are removed from the component container 10A, the main body opening 11 is closed by the shutter 60. At this time, the shutter 60 and the slider 70 are slid to move from the open position to the closed position (see FIG. 6). Even in this case, since the surface 76 of the slider 70 is formed with the protrusion 75 that slides within the guide groove 14, the sliding resistance between the slider 70 and the guide groove 14 is reduced when the slider 70 slides along the guide groove 14. This allows the slider 70 to move smoothly.
[0064] In this manner, the main body opening 11 is closed by the shutter 60 .
[0065] Thus, according to this embodiment, the protrusions 75 that slide within the guide groove 14 are formed on the surface 76 of the slider 70. This reduces the sliding resistance between the slider 70 and the guide groove 14 when the slider 70 slides along the guide groove 14. This allows the slider 70 to move smoothly.
[0066] Furthermore, according to this embodiment, a plurality of protrusions 75 are formed. This makes it possible to stabilize the posture of the slider 70 when the slider 70 is moved. This allows the slider 70 to move even more smoothly.
[0067] Moreover, according to this embodiment, the main body 10 contains acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, and the slider 70 contains polypropylene. In this way, even if the material used for the main body 10 and the material used for the slider 70 are different, the projections 75 are formed on the surface 76 of the slider 70, so that the sliding resistance between the slider 70 and the guide groove 14 can be reduced. Therefore, even if the material used for the main body 10 and the material used for the slider 70 are different, the slider 70 can move smoothly.
[0068] According to this embodiment, the surface 76 of the slider 70 includes a first surface 76a facing the inside of the main body 10, a second surface 76b located on the opposite side of the first surface 76a, and a third surface 76c located between the first surface 76a and the second surface 76b. Furthermore, the protrusions 75 are formed on at least the first surface 76a and the second surface 76b. Thus, since the protrusions 75 are formed on the first surface 76a, even when the slider 70 is pressed against the first slider guide member 33 and the second slider guide member 53, the sliding resistance between the slider 70 and the first slider guide member 33 and the second slider guide member 53 can be reduced. Furthermore, since the protrusions 75 are formed on the first surface 76a and the second surface 76b, even if warping occurs on the first surface 76a and the second surface 76b, respectively, the sliding resistance between the slider 70 and the first slider guide member 33, the second slider guide member 53, the first side wall portion 22, and the second side wall portion 42 can be reduced.
[0069] Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the surface 76 of the slider 70 includes a first surface 76a facing the inside of the main body 10, a second surface 76b located on the opposite side of the first surface 76a, and a third surface 76c located between the first surface 76a and the second surface 76b. In addition, a protrusion 75 is formed on at least the third surface 76c. This makes it possible to reduce the sliding resistance between the slider 70 and the first surface portion 21 and the second surface portion 41 even if warping occurs in each of the first surface portion 21 and the second surface portion 41.
[0070] It is also possible to combine the multiple components disclosed in the above embodiment and modified examples as necessary. Alternatively, some of the components disclosed in the above embodiment and modified examples may be deleted. [Explanation of symbols]
