FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0028] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0029] Fig. 1 is a top view showing a state in which a detachable part 4, a main holding part 6, and a holding part 5 are attached to a main body part 3 of a biological information detection device 1 according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure, and Fig. 2 is a bottom view of the biological information detection device 1 in the state shown in Fig. 1. As shown in Figs. 1 to 6, the biological information detection device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure has a main body part 3 that is placed on a body surface 2a of a living body 2 such as a human body (subject) from which biological information is to be detected, and a detachable part 4 that can be attached to and detached from the main body part 3. The detachable part 4 includes an acquisition part 4a that is placed on the body surface 2a and acquires a physical quantity that correlates with the electrical activity of the heart and a physical quantity that occurs as the heart pumps blood as a first physical quantity corresponding to cardiac function information, a cord 4b having a first end 4b1 electrically connected to the acquisition part 4a, and a cord 4b for storing the cord 4b. The cord 4b has a cord storage section 4c, and the length of the portion of the cord 4b protruding from the cord storage section 4c can be adjusted. The main body section 3 has a vibration information sensor 3b that acquires vibrations (e.g., sound) from the heart as a second physical quantity and detects vibration information such as heart sounds, apical pulsation, and phonocardiogram based on the second physical quantity, a processing section 3c that processes vibration information and cardiac function information, and a terminal section 3d that is electrically connected to the processing section 3c. A second end 4b2 provided on the opposite side to the first end 4b1 of the cord 4b can be electrically connected to the terminal section 3d by attaching the detachable section 4 to the main body section 3. As shown in FIG. 1, the processing section 3c in this embodiment has a calculation section 3c1 that calculates and processes vibration information and cardiac function information, a storage section 3c2 that stores the calculation results by the calculation section 3c1, and a communication section 3c3 that transmits information stored in the storage section 3c2 to an external device. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the biological information detection device 1 in this embodiment is composed of a first region R1 including the main body 3 and the cord storage section 4c, and a second region R2 including the acquisition section 4a. More specifically, when viewed in a plan view in the axial direction along the central axis O in a state in which the detachable section 4 is attached to the main body 3, the biological information detection device 1 is configured such that two circles having a relatively small diameter as the second region R2 are connected to the left and right sides of a circle having a relatively large diameter as the first region R1, which is line-symmetrical with respect to the center. The second region R2 is composed of two circles having a relatively small diameter, one of which has a positive electrode of the acquisition section 4a and a cord 4b having a first end 4b1 electrically connected to the positive electrode, and the other circle has a negative electrode of the acquisition section 4a and a cord 4b having a first end 4b1 electrically connected to the negative electrode. The acquisition unit 4a is, for example, an ECG electrode unit, and is composed of a positive electrode and a negative electrode (separate from the positive electrode). The holding unit 5 has a first part that holds the positive electrode on the body surface 2a, and a second part (separate from the first part) that holds the negative electrode on the body surface 2a. With the above configuration, the positive electrode and the negative electrode can be arranged at a distance on the body surface 2a, and biological information based on an electrical signal can be detected by the potential difference between the positive electrode and the negative electrode.
[0030] As shown in FIG. 2, in this embodiment, the vibration information sensor 3b is provided on the main body 3 so as to come into contact with the body surface 2a. In other words, the first region in which the vibration information sensor 3b is arranged is configured such that a hole (through hole) is formed in the main holding part 6, and the main holding part 6 is absent, so that the vibration information sensor 3b can come into contact with the body surface 2a. With this configuration, the vibration information sensor 3b can accurately detect the vibration from the heart transmitted to the body surface 2a. As shown in FIG. 2, the main body 3 may be provided with a cardiac function information sensor 3a that acquires a third physical quantity (e.g., a physical quantity generated when the heart pumps blood) corresponding to the second cardiac function information and detects cardiac function information such as a pulse wave based on the third physical quantity, in the vicinity of the vibration information sensor 3b that detects vibration information such as heart sounds, apical pulsation, and phonocardiogram based on the second physical quantity, so as to come into contact with the body surface 2a. This allows the cardiac function information sensor 3a to be positioned in an area where a hole (through-hole) is formed in the main holding part 6 and where there is no main holding part 6, and pulse waves can be detected by irradiating light for pulse wave detection onto the body surface 2a and detecting the reflected light.
[0031] According to the above-mentioned configuration, the acquisition unit 4a and the processing unit 3c can acquire and process cardiac function information such as ECG, and at the same time, the vibration information sensor 3b can accurately detect vibration information from the heart such as heart rate, heart rate fluctuation, and phonocardiogram based on vibrations from the heart such as heart sounds and apical beats. The vibration from the heart includes not only the vibration of the heart but also vibrations in places other than the heart caused by the movement of the heart. In addition, since the vibration information sensor 3b is arranged in the main body 3 and has a structure for directly acquiring vibration information, it is possible to suppress the interference of noise with each other's detection information due to contact between the cords of different sensors. Furthermore, since the length of the part of the cord 4b protruding from the cord storage unit 4c can be adjusted, the risk of a hand, object, or the like getting caught on the cord 4b can be reduced by adjusting the length of the cord 4b protruding from the cord storage unit 4c to an optimal length for the living body 2 (subject). Furthermore, since both cardiac function information and vibration information can be detected using one main body 3, it is possible to easily detect cardiac function information and vibration information simultaneously. Therefore, it is possible to realize a biological information detection device 1 that can detect not only cardiac function information but also vibration information based on vibration from the heart, and can simultaneously detect cardiac function information and vibration information with a simple operation. In addition, since the main body 3 and the detachable part 4 are detachable, the detachable part 4 can be used as a disposable device and the main body 3 can be reused in terms of hygiene and deterioration over time. That is, the cord 4b of the detachable part 4 is preferably disposable in terms of the complexity of disinfection and deterioration over time due to repeated use. On the other hand, the vibration information sensor 3b of the main body 3 is preferably reusable in terms of ease of disinfection and cost. In addition to the vibration information sensor 3b, the main body 3 may also have a cardiac function information sensor 3a (see FIG. 2) that is arranged on the body surface 2a, acquires a third physical quantity, and detects second cardiac function information such as a pulse wave based on the third physical quantity.
[0032] FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram for explaining how to attach the detachable part 4 to the main body of the biological information detection device 1 shown in FIG. 1. The detachable part 4 has a plurality of sets of cords 4b and cord housing parts 4c corresponding to a plurality of acquisition parts 4a (see FIG. 3 to FIG. 4). The detachable part 4 in this embodiment has a hollow cylindrical shape, has an upper surface in the upward direction along the central axis O, a lower surface in the downward direction, and has a side surface having a certain width connecting the upper surface and the lower surface. In this embodiment, in order to connect one acquisition part 4a consisting of two electrodes 4a1 to one processing part 3c in a one-to-one correspondence, it has two sets of cords 4b and cord housing parts 4c. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, each cord housing part 4c of the detachable part 4 has an outer circumferential surface having a certain width along the axial direction, and a cord 4b that is paired with the cord housing part 4c is wound around the outer circumferential surface. According to the above configuration, by adjusting the length of the cord 4b wound around the cord accommodating portion 4c, the cord length can be made appropriate for each subject, making it easier to position the acquisition portion 4a in an appropriate position (a position where cardiac function information can be detected with high accuracy).
[0033] FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state when the holding unit 5 is separated from the main holding unit 6 from the state shown in FIG. 1. The biological information detection device 1 has a holding unit 5 (see FIG. 4) that holds the acquisition unit 4a on the body surface 2a so that the acquisition unit 4a can acquire a first physical quantity. Each of the first and second parts of the holding unit 5 holds one electrode 4a1 constituting the acquisition unit 4a, and has an adhesive layer made of an adhesive material so that the electrode 4a1 can be attached to the body surface 2a. The adhesive layer is preferably conductive. According to the above configuration, the acquisition unit 4a is held on the body surface 2a by the holding unit 5, and the first physical quantity, such as a physical quantity correlated with the electrical activity of the heart acquired by the electrode 4a1 constituting the acquisition unit 4a, can be transmitted to the processing unit 3c from the first end 4b1 via the cord 4b, making it easy to detect cardiac function information.
[0034] As shown in FIG. 3, the detachable part 4 has an inner peripheral surface 4d that can be detachably attached to the outer peripheral surface 3e of the main body part 3. According to the above configuration, the main body part 3 and the detachable part 4 attached to the main body part 3 can be easily arranged stably on the body surface 2a. In this case, the detachable part 4 may be annular in a plan view of the biological information detection device 1 from the axial direction as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, surrounding the main body part 3 over the entire circumference, or may be C-shaped in a plan view of the biological information detection device 1 from the axial direction as shown in FIGS. 7 to 8. Here, FIG. 7 is a top view showing a state in which the detachable part 4, the main holding part 6, and the holding part 5 are attached to the main body part 3 of the biological information detection device 1 according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 8 is a bottom view of the biological information detection device 1 in the state shown in FIG. 7. As shown in FIG. 7, the main body part 3 in this embodiment is circular in a plan view from the axial direction, and the detachable part 4 is C-shaped. With this configuration, while the main body part 3 is pressed against the body surface 2a with a finger, the C-shaped detachable part 4 can be passed through the finger, and the detachable part 4 can be attached to the main body part 3. As shown in Figs. 7 and 8, the holding part 5 is provided on the outer periphery of the main holding part 6 in a plan view from the axial direction. With this configuration, the acquiring part 4a is held on the body surface 2a by the holding part 5, and a first physical quantity such as a physical quantity correlated with electrical activity of the heart acquired by the electrode 4a1 of the acquiring part 4a can be transmitted from the first end 4b1 to the processing part 3c via the cord 4b, making it easy to detect cardiac function information.
[0035] In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processing unit 3c is an ECG sensor body, and the acquisition unit 4a is an ECG electrode unit. With the above configuration, an ECG can be detected as cardiac function information. In this embodiment, the ECG electrode unit has a + electrode (positive electrode) and a - electrode (negative electrode), and the biological information detection device 1 has a cord 4b and a cord housing 4c for the + electrode, and a cord 4b and a cord housing 4c for the - electrode (see Figs. 3 and 4). The ECG electrode unit may have a configuration having a + electrode, a - electrode, and a ground (GND) electrode (see Fig. 19). In this case, the + electrode, the - electrode, and the ground (GND) electrode may be arranged together on one cord 4b as shown in Fig. 19, or may be arranged separately on two or three cords 4b as shown in Fig. 20. With such a configuration, an electrocardiogram can be detected as biological information based on an electric signal by the potential difference between the + electrode and the - electrode.
[0036] As shown in one embodiment in Figs. 21 to 23, the biological information detection device 1 has a main body 3 that is placed on a body surface 2a of a living body 2 such as a human body (subject) whose biological information is to be detected, and a detachable part 4 that can be attached to and detached from the main body 3. The detachable part 4 may have a plurality of sets of cords 4b and cord housing parts 4c corresponding to a plurality of acquisition parts 4a. In this embodiment, the detachable part 4 has a first acquisition part 4a and a cardiac function information sensor 4a2 as the second acquisition part 4a. More specifically, the first acquisition part 4a is an electrode 4a1 that acquires an electric potential as a first physical quantity (physical quantity correlated with the electrical activity of the heart) corresponding to an electrocardiogram as cardiac function information. The cardiac function information sensor 4a2 as the second acquisition part 4a is a pulse wave sensor that acquires vibration or light as a first physical quantity (physical quantity generated when the heart pumps blood) corresponding to a pulse wave as cardiac function information.
[0037] According to the above configuration, the electrode 4a1 as the first acquisition unit 4a can detect cardiac function information such as an electrocardiogram, the cardiac function information sensor 4a2 as the second acquisition unit 4a can detect cardiac function information such as a pulse wave, and the vibration information sensor 3b can accurately detect vibration information such as a heart rate and a heart rate fluctuation based on vibrations from the heart such as heart sounds and apical beats. In addition, since the vibration information sensor 3b is arranged in the main body 3 and is structured to directly acquire vibration information, it is possible to suppress the interference of noise with each other's detected information due to contact between the cords of different sensors. Furthermore, since the length of the portion of the cord 4b protruding from the cord storage unit 4c can be adjusted, the risk of a hand or object getting caught on the cord 4b can be reduced by adjusting the length of the cord 4b protruding from the cord storage unit 4c to an optimal length for the living body 2 (subject). Furthermore, two types of cardiac function information such as an electrocardiogram and a pulse wave and vibration information can be detected using one main body 3.
[0038] The biological information detection device 1 may be configured to include a holding unit 5 that holds the cardiac function information sensor 4a2 on the body surface 2a so that the cardiac function information sensor 4a2 can acquire the first physical quantity. According to the above configuration, the cardiac function information sensor 4a2 is held on the body surface 2a by the holding unit 5, making it easy to detect cardiac function information.
[0039] The holding unit 5 may be configured to be able to adhere to the body surface 2a. According to the above configuration, the acquisition unit 4a or the cardiac function information sensor 4a2 can be easily held by the adhesion of the holding unit 5. In this case, the holding unit 5 may have a protective seal 5a (see Figs. 2, 5, and 8) that protects the adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer may be exposed by peeling the protective seal 5a from the adhesive layer.
[0040] The biological information detection device 1 may have a configuration including a main holder 6 (see FIG. 2) that holds the main body 3 and the detachable part 4 attached to the main body 3 on the body surface 2a so that the vibration information sensor 3b can acquire the second physical quantity. According to the above configuration, the vibration information sensor 3b is held on the body surface 2a by the main holder 6, so that the vibration information can be easily detected. The main holder 6 may be attached to both the main body 3 and the detachable part 4 as shown in FIG. 2, or may be attached to only one of the main body 3 and the detachable part 4 as shown in FIG. 11 to FIG. 12. Here, FIG. 11 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the main holder 6 and the holder 5 that can be applied to the biological information detection device 1 according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 12 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the main holder 6 and the holder 5 that can be applied to the biological information detection device 1 according to the second embodiment. As shown in FIG. 11, the main holder 6 in the first embodiment has a donut shape so that it can be attached only to the detachable part 4. 12, the main holding part 6 in the second embodiment is attached only to the detachable part 4, and is therefore formed in a C-shape in plan view in the axial direction, similar to the detachable part 4. The structure for attaching the main holding part 6 to both or only one of the body part 3 and the detachable part 4 is not particularly limited, and for example, as shown in FIG. 2, the main holding part 6 may be attached via a fastener 7 such as a button type fastener, or may be attached by adhesion using an adhesive material.
[0041] The main holding part 6 can be adhered to the body surface 2a. According to the above configuration, the vibration information sensor 3b can be easily held by the adhesion of the main holding part 6. In this case, the main holding part 6 may have a main protective seal 6a (see Figs. 2, 5, 8, and 24) that protects the adhesive layer from the body surface 2a side, and the adhesive layer may be exposed by peeling off the main protective seal 6a from the adhesive layer. According to the above configuration, for example, after the detachable part 4 is attached to the main body part 3, the main holding part 6 integrated with the holding part 5 is attached to the main body part, and after peeling off the main protective seal 6a as shown in Fig. 5, it is placed at a position on the body surface 2a appropriate for acquiring the second physical quantity corresponding to the vibration information, the holding part 5 is separated from the main holding part 6, and the cord 4b is pulled out from the cord storage part 4c by pulling it together with the acquiring part 4a, and it can be placed at a position on the body surface 2a appropriate for acquiring the first physical quantity corresponding to the cardiac function information (see Fig. 6). At the boundary between the protective seal 5a and the main protective seal 6a, there may be a perforation cut along a dotted line as a cut-off portion 8 to facilitate separation of the protective seal 5a and the main protective seal 6a.
[0042] The biological information detection device 1 may have a main holding part 6 that holds the main body part 3 and the detachable part 4 attached to the main body part 3 on the body surface 2a so that the vibration information sensor 3b can acquire the second physical quantity, and the holding part 5 and the main holding part 6 may be configured to be separably connected via a section to be cut 8 (see Figs. 1 to 2 and Figs. 7 to 8). According to the above configuration, the holding part 5 and the main holding part 6 can be separated at an appropriate timing, so that the biological information detection device 1 can be easily placed on the body surface 2a. The section to be cut 8 is, for example, a perforation cut along a dotted line at the boundary between the holding part 5 and the main holding part 6 to make it easier to separate the holding part 5 and the main holding part 6.

According to the above configuration, the positioning unit 9 can reliably electrically connect the second end 4b2 of the cord 4b to the terminal part 3d. The positioning unit 9 can be configured by a fitting part 9a that fits the main body part 3 and the detachable part 4 so as to restrict the relative rotation of the main body part 3 and the detachable part 4 in the circumferential direction (the direction around the central axis O of the main body part 3 shown in FIG. 3), as shown in, for example, FIGS. 9 to 10. As shown in Figure 9, the fitting portion 9a may be composed of a portion of the outer surface 3e of the main body 3 that is straight when viewed in a plane from the axial direction and a portion of the inner surface 4d of the detachable portion 4 that is straight when viewed in a plane from the axial direction, or as shown in Figure 10, the fitting portion 9a may be composed of a portion of the outer surface 3e of the main body 3 that is straight when viewed in a plane from the axial direction and a portion of the inner surface 4d of the C-shaped detachable portion 4 that is straight when viewed in a plane from the axial direction.
[0045] As shown in FIG. 3, the main body 3 has an outer peripheral surface 3e that rotates around the central axis O of the main body 3, the detachable part 4 has an inner peripheral surface 4d that rotates around the central axis O, one of the outer peripheral surface 3e of the main body 3 and the inner peripheral surface 4d of the detachable part 4 (in this embodiment, the inner peripheral surface 4d of the detachable part 4) has a recess 10, and the other of the outer peripheral surface 3e of the main body 3 and the inner peripheral surface 4d of the detachable part 4 (in this embodiment, the outer peripheral surface 3e of the main body 3) has a protrusion 11, and the detachable part 4 can be attached to the main body 3 by engagement between the recess 10 and the protrusion 11 from either one side or the other side in the axial direction along the central axis O. Note that a plurality of recesses 10 and protrusions 11 may be provided. According to the above configuration, it is possible to perform a highly flexible arrangement procedure of the biological information detection device 1 on the body surface 2a. For example, as described above, the detachable part 4 may be attached to the main body part 3 and then the main body part 3 may be placed on the body surface 2a (see Figs. 5 and 6), or the detachable part 4 may be attached to the main body part 3 after the main body part 3 is placed on the body surface 2a. When the detachable part 4 is attached to the main body part 3 after the main body part 3 is placed on the body surface 2a, the main body part 3 may be placed on the body surface 2a and held by hand, and the detachable part 4 may be placed on the body surface 2a via the main holding part 6 from which the main protective seal 6a has been peeled off, and attached to the main body part 3. In this case, the main holding part 6 may be configured to be attached to the lower surface of the detachable part 4 except for the lower surface of the main body part 3, or may have a part that is attached to the lower surface of the detachable part 4 and a part that is provided separately from the part and is attached to the lower surface of the main body part 3. For the purpose of facilitating the procedure of attaching the detachable part 4 while holding the main body part 3 with a finger after placing the main body part 3 on the body surface 2a, the detachable part 4 may be configured to be C-shaped as shown in Figs. 7 and 8.
[0046] 13 to 18 and 24 to 26, the cord storage section 4c may be configured to store the cord 4b so that the cord 4b can be pulled out from the cord storage section 4c. [0047] 13 to 15, the cord storage section 4c may be a groove 4c1, and the cord 4b may be stored along the groove 4c1. The groove 4c1 is a slit provided in the outer peripheral surface having a constant width along the axial direction of the detachable part 4. With this configuration, the cord storage section 4c can be realized with a simple structure, and the cord 4b can be easily wound around the outer peripheral surface.
[0048] As shown in FIG. 15, the cord storage section 4c may have a hook portion 4c2 in which the folded portion 4b3 of the cord 4b is hooked in the groove 4c1. As shown in FIG. 15, the hook portion 4c2 may be provided on the upper or lower surface of the groove 4c1. In this case, the hook portion 4c2 is configured to be convex in the axial direction. The hook portion 4c2 may be configured to be convex radially outward on the inner peripheral surface of the groove 4c1. The cord 4b is curved at the folded portion 4b3. According to the above configuration, the cord 4b can be stored with a length increased by the amount of the cord 4b folded back by the hook portion 4c2. As shown in FIG. 16, a folded portion may be provided in the groove 4c1 extending in the circumferential direction, and the folded portion may be used as the hook portion 4c2.

According to the above configuration, the cord 4b can be pulled out of the cord storage section 4c just by pulling it, like a tape measure, and the cord 4b can be stored in the cord storage section 4c by the biasing section 4c4 just by releasing the pulling. The hook section 4c2 shown in Fig. 15 may be configured to be movable along the groove 4c1, and the biasing section 4c4 may bias the cord 4b in a direction to wind the cord 4b around the winding section 4c3 via the hook section 4c2.
[0050] As shown in Figs. 17 to 18, the cord storage section 4c may have a housing 4c5 that can be attached to and detached from the main body section 3, the winding section 4c3 is held by the housing 4c5 so as to be rotatable in the winding direction and the unwinding direction, and the cord 4b may be wound by the bias of the biasing section 4c4, and may be rotated in the unwinding direction by an operation of unwinding the cord 4b against the bias of the biasing section 4c4, thereby allowing the cord 4b to be unwound. The housing 4c5 may be, for example, a cylindrical member that covers the cord 4b so that the cord 4b can be stored therein. According to the above configuration, the long cord 4b can be efficiently wound by rotating the winding section 4c3. The biasing section 4c4 may be, for example, a helical spring as shown in Figs. 17 to 18. In this case, a first end of the helical spring may be held by the housing 4c5, and a second end of the helical spring may be held by the winding section 4c3.
[0051] The winding portion 4c3 may have a cord operating portion 4c6 (see FIGS. 17 and 18) to which or through which the intermediate portion 4b4 between the first end 4b1 and the second end 4b2 of the cord 4b is fixed or passed. According to the above-mentioned configuration, the rotating winding portion 4c3 can be realized with a simple structure.
[0052] The cord storage section 4c may have a lock section 4c7 (see Figs. 17-18) that can switch between a locked state (see Fig. 17) that prevents the winding section 4c3 from rotating in the winding direction and an unlocked state (see Fig. 18) that allows the winding section 4c3 to rotate in the winding direction. The lock section 4c7 has a spherical head 4c8 that contacts a part of the winding section 4c3, and the head 4c8 contacts the winding section 4c3 to generate a frictional force between them to set the lock section 4c7 in a locked state that prevents the winding section 4c3 from rotating in the winding direction. The cord storage section 4c has a two-layer structure in the axial direction, and the winding section 4c3 is disposed across both layers, with the cord 4b wound around the winding section 4c3 in one layer, and the lock section 4c7 is disposed in the other layer so as to be movable forward and backward relative to the winding section 4c3. The shape of the head 4c8 is not limited to a sphere, and may be, for example, a cube with rounded corners or an ellipse. According to the above configuration, the length of the cord 4b can be easily adjusted by the lock portion 4c7.
[0053] As shown in Figs. 24 to 26, the cord 4b may be elastically deformable and may have a bellows-like portion 4b5 that is stored in the cord storage section 4c in a folded state by restoration from elastic deformation. The cord 4b may be elastically deformable. According to the above configuration, the detachable section 4 that can adjust the length of the portion of the cord 4b protruding from the cord storage section 4c can be realized by a simple structure in which the cord 4b is provided with a bellows-like portion 4b5. The bellows-like portion 4b5 may be a belt-like member having a predetermined constant width and thickness as shown in Fig. 25, or may be a linear member such as a string as shown in Fig. 26.
