[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2021-071215 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] Conventionally, when measuring the airflow rate of an air conditioner, a cylindrical auxiliary duct is placed at the air outlet and the airflow rate at the duct outlet is measured. In this case, it is necessary to place an air velocity sensor at the duct outlet, but a fixture for fixing the air velocity sensor had not been established. The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned points, and one of its objects is to provide a jig capable of stably fixing a wind speed sensor, and an air flow measuring device. [Means for solving the problem]

Effect of the Invention

[0007] According to the jig of the present invention, the air velocity sensor can be stably fixed. In addition, the sensor can be fixed regardless of the shape of the auxiliary duct disposed around the air outlet, and the air volume can be accurately measured by positioning the air velocity sensor near the center of the air outlet. [0009] First, the problems encountered in the past and the circumstances that led to the present invention will be described.

[0010] <Problems in the past and how the present invention was arrived at> When measuring the air volume (air speed) of an air conditioning system, for example, as shown in Fig. 1, a cylindrical auxiliary duct 16 is attached to the air outlet 19. The auxiliary duct 16 constitutes a member (cylindrical member) that leads to the air outlet 19. In Fig. 1, the air outlet 19 is illustrated with the auxiliary duct 16 visible. The auxiliary duct 16 has the effect of not disturbing the flow of the airflow to be measured by dividing the airflow to be measured from other areas. The auxiliary duct 16 may be a straight pipe, but it is also possible to gather the airflow to make it easier to measure by narrowing the diameter of the pipe, and the type of auxiliary duct to be used depends on the type of air conditioning.

[0011] The anemometer is installed near the duct outlet, and the air conditioning equipment is operated to measure the volume of air blown out from the air outlet 19. When measuring only one location or measuring the volume of air at multiple air outlets 19 in sequence, the worker can hold the anemometer in his / her hand, but to simultaneously measure the volume of air at multiple air outlets 19, it was necessary to fix the anemometer to the duct outlet.

[0012] However, the shapes of the air outlets 19 vary, and the auxiliary ducts 16 arranged around the air outlets 19 also need to be prepared according to the shapes of the air outlets 19, so the shapes of the auxiliary ducts 16 are not universal.

[0013] As a result, it was time-consuming to fix the anemometer to the auxiliary duct 16. Also, the auxiliary duct 16 generally has a shape that narrows the cross section through which the airflow passes, and in underfloor air conditioning systems that blow out a weak amount of air, the amount of air passing through the auxiliary duct 16 is reduced. For this reason, there was a problem that the air volume could not be measured correctly depending on the position at which the anemometer was fixed relative to the air outlet 19.

[0014] Therefore, as a result of intensive research, the inventors have invented a jig that can stably fix the wind speed sensor to the auxiliary duct, preferably regardless of the shape of the auxiliary duct, and can position the wind speed sensor near the center of the air outlet to accurately measure air volume.

[0015] <Description of the jig 1 in this embodiment> Hereinafter, the jig 1 and the air flow measuring device 30 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 2 is a side view of the jig 1 of this embodiment. Fig. 3 is a partially enlarged perspective view showing a state in which an air speed sensor is attached to the jig 1 of this embodiment. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the jig 1 of this embodiment. Fig. 5 is a plan view of the jig 1 of this embodiment.

[0016] The Z direction shown in Figs. 2 to 4 is the height direction, and the direction perpendicular to the Z direction is the planar direction. In this embodiment, a hinge 8 is provided in the jig 1, and the axial direction of the hinge 8 coincides with the height direction (Z direction). Planar directions are indicated by the perpendicular X and Y directions. In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 3, the direction in which the wind speed sensor 20 attached to the sensor support part 4 extends is defined as the Y direction. On the other hand, the X direction is a direction perpendicular to the Y and Z directions.

[0017] The jig 1 of this embodiment has a structure in which a first rotating part 2 and a second rotating part 3 are rotatably supported via a hinge 8. The material of the jig 1 is not limited, but is, for example, a resin material. First, the first rotating part 2 will be described.

[0018] [First rotating part 2] The first rotating part 2 is composed of a sensor support part 4 that supports the wind speed sensor 20, and a first jig mounting part 5 for mounting the jig 1 to the outer circumferential end part of the auxiliary duct 16 (see Figure 1).

[0019] As shown in FIG. 4, a sensor support portion 4 and a first jig mounting portion 5 are provided at the end of the first rotating portion 2 away from the hinge 8, but the arrangement of the sensor support portion 4 and the first jig mounting portion 5 within the first rotating portion 2 is not limited thereto.

[0020] A mounting hole 4a is formed in the sensor support portion 4. The sensor support portion 4 is integrally formed above the first jig mounting portion 5. The mounting hole 4a penetrates parallel to the Y direction. The size of the mounting hole 4a is large enough to insert the wind speed sensor 20.

[0021] 2 to 5, the wind speed sensor 20 can be fixed by inserting a screw 6 into a screw hole provided at the upper end of the sensor support part 4. At this time, by changing the screw fastening position relative to the wind speed sensor 20, the length of the wind speed sensor 20 extending from the sensor support part 4 can be adjusted.

[0022] 3 differs from FIG. 2 etc. in that a length adjustment part 4b is connected to the sensor support part 4, and a mounting hole 4d for the wind speed sensor 20 is formed at the tip of the length adjustment part 4b. As shown in FIG. 3, the wind speed sensor 20 is inserted into the mounting hole 4d and fixed by screwing with a screw 7. By using the length adjustment part 4b in this way, the length by which the wind speed sensor 20 is pulled out can be adjusted.

[0023] 2 and 3, the first jig attachment portion 5 is provided with grooves 5a extending in the X direction. The grooves 5a are formed at a constant interval T1. The interval T1 of the grooves 5a is slightly larger than the thickness of the outer peripheral end of the auxiliary duct 16. In this embodiment, the first jig attachment portion 5 can be inserted into and fixed to the outer peripheral end of the auxiliary duct 16.

[0024] [Second rotating part 3] The second rotating part 3 is provided with a holder capable of holding a power supply device 31 and a control device 32 that are electrically connected to the wind speed sensor 20. The holder is divided into a first holder 10 for the power supply device and a second holder 11 for the control device, but the power supply device 31 and the control device 32 may be fixed by a single holder.

[0025] 4 and 5, the first holder 10 is box-shaped with an open top, and a power supply device (battery) 31 can be attached to the first holder 10. The power supply device 31 can be attached inside the first holder 10 and electrically connected to the wind speed sensor 20 through wiring 46, 47 shown in Fig. 6. The wiring 46, 47 will be described later.

[0026] The second holder 11 is also box-shaped like the first holder 10, but is enclosed on all four sides to protect the control device 32 housed inside the second holder 11. The second holder 11 is fixed to the side surface of the first holder 10 by, for example, recess-projection fitting or by adhesion.

[0027] The control device 32 built into the second holder 11 is electrically connected to the wind speed sensor 20. In this embodiment, wireless communication can be performed by the control device 32. Note that the wireless communication method is not limited, and existing methods such as wireless LAN, Bluetooth (registered trademark), and Wi-Fi can be used.

[0028] 2, 5, etc., a reinforcing leg 12 is provided on the end face of first holding body 10 away from hinge 8. A connection part 13 having an opening 13a in the height direction (Z direction) is integrally formed with first holding body 10, and reinforcing leg 12 passes through opening 13a. Then, reinforcing leg 12 can be fixed at any height position with screws 14.

[0029] 4 and 5, the second rotating part 3 is provided with a second jig attachment part 15 for attachment to the outer circumferential end part of the auxiliary duct, similar to the first rotating part 2. The second jig attachment part 15 is provided on the side of the first holding body 10 opposite to the side to which the second holding body 11 is attached. The second jig attachment part 15 is provided with a groove 15a, and the second rotating part 3 can be stably fixed by inserting the outer circumferential end part of the auxiliary duct 16 into this groove 15a.

[0030] The interval between the grooves 15a of the second jig attachment portion 15 provided on the second rotating portion 3 can be made substantially equal to the interval T1 between the grooves 5a of the first jig attachment portion 5 provided on the first rotating portion 2. Alternatively, the interval between the grooves 15a of the second jig attachment portion 15 can be made different from the interval T1 between the grooves 5a of the first jig attachment portion 5 in advance in accordance with the shape of the auxiliary duct 16, etc.

[0031] <Regarding the air flow measurement device 30 according to this embodiment> 6, in the air flow measurement device 30 of this embodiment, the air flow sensor 20 is attached to the sensor support portion 4 of the jig 1. A power supply device 31 is mounted in the first holder 10, and a control device (control board) 32 is housed in the second holder 11 and covered. 6, the power supply device 31 and the control device 32 are electrically connected by a wire 46, and the wind speed sensor 20 and the control device 32 are electrically connected by a wire 47. Therefore, the wind speed sensor 20, the power supply device 31, and the control device 32 that configure the air flow measurement device 30 are in a wired connection state by the wires 46 and 47.

[0032] 7 to 9, the air flow measuring device 30 is fixed by hooking the jig mounting portions 5, 15 onto the outer peripheral end portion 16a of the auxiliary duct 16. At this time, by extending the reinforcing legs 12 until they come into contact with the floor surface on the air outlet side, the position of the air flow measuring device 30 can be stabilized by providing support.

[0033] 7 and 9, the air velocity sensor 20 held by the sensor support portion 2 can be disposed near the center of the auxiliary duct 16. Since the auxiliary duct 16 surrounds the periphery of the air outlet 19, by disposing the air velocity sensor 20 (more specifically, the flow rate detection resistance element 17 described later) near the center of the auxiliary duct 16 in a top view as shown in Fig. 9, the air velocity sensor 20 can be opposed to the center of the air outlet 19, and stable air flow measurement can be performed.

[0034] Furthermore, the jig 1 of this embodiment can change the opening angle between the first rotating part 2 and the second rotating part 3 by the hinge 8. Therefore, by changing the opening angle according to the diameter of the auxiliary duct 16, the jig attachment parts 5, 15 provided on the first rotating part 2 and the second rotating part 3 can be appropriately hooked onto the outer circumferential end part 16a of the auxiliary duct 16, and can be fixed regardless of the diameter of the auxiliary duct 16.

[0035] <About the wind speed sensor 20> The following describes the structure of the wind speed sensor 20. As shown in Fig. 10, the wind speed sensor 20 includes a flow rate detection resistor element 17 as a temperature sensitive resistor element, and a temperature compensation resistor element 18.

[0036] The flow rate detection resistance element 17 and the temperature compensation resistance element 18 constitute a circuit shown in Fig. 12. As shown in Fig. 12, the flow rate detection resistance element 17, the temperature compensation resistance element 18, and resistors 36, 37 constitute a bridge circuit 38. As shown in Fig. 12, the flow rate detection resistance element 17 and the resistor 36 constitute a first series circuit 39, and the temperature compensation resistance element 18 and the resistor 37 constitute a second series circuit 40. The first series circuit 39 and the second series circuit 40 are connected in parallel to constitute the bridge circuit 38.

[0037] 12, an output part 41 of the first series circuit 39 and an output part 42 of the second series circuit 40 are each connected to a differential amplifier (amplifier) 43. A feedback circuit 44 including the differential amplifier 43 is connected to the bridge circuit 38. The feedback circuit 44 includes a transistor (not shown) and the like.

[0038] The resistors 36 and 37 have a smaller temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) than the flow rate detection resistor 17 and the temperature compensation resistor 18. The flow rate detection resistor 17 has a predetermined resistance Rs1 in a heated state controlled to be higher than a predetermined ambient temperature by a predetermined value, and the temperature compensation resistor 18 is controlled to have a predetermined resistance Rs2 at the ambient temperature. The resistance Rs1 is smaller than the resistance Rs2. The resistor 36 constituting the first series circuit 39 with the flow rate detection resistor 17 is, for example, a fixed resistor having a resistance R1 similar to the resistance Rs1 of the flow rate detection resistor 17. The resistor 37 constituting the second series circuit 40 with the temperature compensation resistor 18 is, for example, a fixed resistor having a resistance R2 similar to the resistance Rs2 of the temperature compensation resistor 18.

[0039] The flow rate detection resistor element 17 is set to a temperature higher than the ambient temperature, and when exposed to wind, the temperature of the flow rate detection resistor element 17, which is a heat generating resistor, drops. This causes the potential of the output section 41 of the first series circuit 39 to which the flow rate detection resistor element 17 is connected to fluctuate. This causes a differential output to be obtained by the differential amplifier 43. Then, the feedback circuit 44 applies a drive voltage to the flow rate detection resistor element 17 based on the differential output. Then, based on the change in the voltage required to heat the flow rate detection resistor element 17, a microcomputer (not shown) can convert and output the air volume.

[0040] In addition, the temperature compensating resistor 18 provided in the wind speed sensor 20 detects the temperature of the fluid itself and compensates for the effect of temperature changes of the fluid. In this way, by providing the temperature compensating resistor 18, the effect of temperature changes of the fluid on flow rate detection can be reduced, and flow rate detection can be performed with high accuracy. As described above, the temperature compensating resistor 18 has a resistance sufficiently higher than that of the flow rate detection resistor 17, and its temperature is set to be close to the ambient temperature. Therefore, even if the wind sensor 20 is exposed to wind, the potential of the output section 42 of the second series circuit 40 to which the temperature compensating resistor 18 is connected hardly changes. Therefore, a differential output based on the resistance change of the flow rate detection resistor 17 can be obtained with high accuracy by using the potential of the output section 42 as a reference potential. It should be noted that the circuit configuration shown in FIG. 12 is just an example and is not limited to this.

[0041] As described above, since the wind speed sensor 20 becomes hot, to prevent the operator from being burned, the flow rate detection resistance element 17 and the temperature compensation resistance element 18 are arranged inside the frame 33 (see Figure 10) so that the operator does not directly touch the resistance elements 17, 18. The wind speed sensor 20 of this embodiment is provided with a light emitting element (LED) 34. For example, the light emitting state of the light emitting element 34 can be changed depending on the strength of the wind volume.

[0042] <Effects of this embodiment> In order to reduce the influence of the holder, it is desirable to install the wind speed sensor 20 as close to the upper part of the air outlet 19 as possible, but it is difficult to stably fix the sensor. In contrast, according to this embodiment, the wind speed sensor 20 can be stably fixed by facing the air outlet 19 as shown in FIG. 11. As shown in FIG. 11, an auxiliary duct (cylindrical member) 16 is arranged at the air outlet 19. At this time, the shape of the auxiliary duct 16 changes according to the shape of the air outlet 19, but the jig 1 of this embodiment can be stably fixed regardless of the diameter of the auxiliary duct 16 because the jig attachment parts 5, 15 (see FIG. 7, etc.) provided on the jig 1 are hooked to the outer circumferential end 16a of the auxiliary duct 16. Also, depending on the diameter of the auxiliary duct 16, the balance may be poor and a stable posture may not be maintained by simply hooking the jig attachment parts 5, 15 to the outer circumferential end 16a. In that case, the balance can be maintained by using the reinforcing legs 12 to maintain a stable posture.

[0043] In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9 and other drawings, the first rotating part 2 extends along a tangent S1 (X direction) of the diameter of the auxiliary duct 16 or extends parallel to the tangent S1, and the wind speed sensor 20 is attached in a direction (Y direction) perpendicular to the tangent S1. Therefore, the tip of the wind speed sensor 20 (where the resistance elements 17 and 18 are present) is easily disposed at the center O of the diameter of the auxiliary duct 16. For example, regardless of the size of the diameter of the auxiliary duct 16, by adjusting the extension length using the length adjustment part 4b shown in FIG. 3, it is possible to adjust the resistance elements 17 and 18 to the position of the center O. The diameter of the auxiliary duct 16 is not limited, but is, for example, about 50 mm to 300 mm.

[0044] In this embodiment, only the air velocity sensor 20 is installed inside the auxiliary duct 16, and the power supply unit 31 and the control unit 32 are installed outside the auxiliary duct 16 (see FIG. 8, etc.). This allows the air volume to be measured at the radial center where the air volume is stable without disturbing the airflow passing through the auxiliary duct 16 from the air outlet 19, and allows the air volume to be measured with high accuracy. In this embodiment, the first rotating part 2 and the second rotating part 3 are connected by a hinge structure, and both the first rotating part 2 and the second rotating part 3 can be easily hooked and fixed to the outer peripheral end part 16a of the auxiliary duct 16 by changing the degree of opening of the hinge 8.

[0045] The airflow measuring device 30 using the jig 1 of this embodiment is suitable for simultaneously measuring multiple points by fixing the airflow measuring device 30 to the outer peripheral end 16a of each auxiliary duct 16 even if the auxiliary ducts 16 have different shapes or sizes. At this time, each measurement data can be transmitted wirelessly. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 11, each airflow measuring device 30 can be daisy-chained to collect data in a data collector 35, which can then be transmitted from the data collector 35 to a receiver 45 such as a notebook computer or tablet. Note that instructions can also be transmitted from the receiver 45 to each airflow measuring device 30 via the data collector 35.

[0046] 6 is a wireless communication unit, wiring or the like for connecting to the outside is not required, and the air flow measurement device 30 can be easily moved to another auxiliary duct 16, etc. Furthermore, in floor-air blowing air conditioning, by not installing the power supply device 31 and control device 32 on the floor surface, it is possible to avoid changes in the blowing volume due to the air outlet being blocked.

[0047] The wind speed sensor 20 of this embodiment includes a light-emitting element (LED) 34, and is preferably arranged so that the light-emitting element 34 faces upward (the opposite side to the air outlet 19) so that the light-emitting state can be visually confirmed. For example, the wind speed sensor 20 of this embodiment can have a function of expressing the strength of the air volume by the color and brightness of the light-emitting element 34. In this case, the wind speed sensor 20 incorporating the light-emitting element 34 is installed at the top (upper end) of the auxiliary duct 16 so that the light-emitting element 34 can be visually confirmed, or is installed inside the transparent auxiliary duct 16, so that the light-emitting state can be identified.

[0048] The location of the light-emitting element 34 is not limited to the wind speed sensor 20. The control device 32, the power supply device 31, or the auxiliary duct 16 itself can be illuminated to improve visibility.

[0049] <Other embodiments> In the above embodiment, the jig 1 corresponding to the air outlet 19 provided on the floor surface and the air flow measuring device 30 using the same have been described, but for example, the jig 1 and air flow measuring device 30 of this embodiment can be used even in a configuration in which the air outlet 19 is in the ceiling. For example, the jig 1 and air flow measuring device 30 can be configured to be press-fitted into the outer peripheral end 16a of the auxiliary duct 16 by adjusting the spacing between the grooves 5a, 15a of the jig attachment parts 5, 15.

[0050] Furthermore, the jig 1 of this embodiment described above is configured such that the first rotating part 2 and the second rotating part 3 are rotatably arranged via the hinge 8, but it may also be configured such that only the first rotating part 2, i.e., only the sensor support part 4 and the first jig mounting part 5, are provided.

[0051] The reinforcing legs 12 are not essential and may be omitted. For example, if the diameter of the auxiliary duct 16 is large, even if an air flow measurement device 30 that is not provided with reinforcing legs 12 is attached to the outer peripheral end portion 16a of the auxiliary duct 16, there will be no problem such as the auxiliary duct 16 losing balance and falling over.

[0052] In addition, the hinge structure may have only one of the jig attachment parts 5 and 15. However, if a structure having only one of them does not provide stable fixation, the reinforcing leg 12 may be used to maintain balance.

[0053] Furthermore, the shape and size of the air outlet are not limited, and may be circular, rectangular, or have an overall shape. [Industrial Applicability]

[0054] As described above, by using the jig of the present invention, the wind speed sensor can be stably fixed, and can be fixed regardless of the shape of the auxiliary duct placed around the air outlet, and the wind speed sensor can be positioned near the center of the air outlet to accurately measure the air volume. For example, the air flow rate measuring device of the present invention can be applied to air conditioning equipment, experiments, analysis, and the like. [Explanation of symbols]
