Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to an exterior wall construction method that can be used to construct an exterior wall in which a plurality of exterior wall facing materials are arranged one above the other. [Background technology]
[0002] Patent Document 1 discloses a temporary opening forming exterior wall panel that enables efficient building construction using an exterior wall panel in which multiple exterior wall surface materials are arranged vertically and integrated and attached to the building frame. This temporary opening forming exterior wall panel has a structure in which multiple exterior wall surface materials are arranged vertically and integrated and attached to the building frame. This temporary opening forming exterior wall panel has a portion in which the exterior wall surface materials and the first base material to which the exterior wall surface materials are fixed are not present, and a second base material is detachably attached to vertically connect the first base materials of the upper and lower exterior wall surface materials across the portion in which the first base material is not present.
[0003] Patent Document 2 also discloses a method in which multiple temporary opening-forming exterior wall panels, which are made up of multiple exterior wall surface materials lined up one above the other and which can form a temporary opening by leaving some exterior wall surface materials unplaced, are attached side-by-side to the exterior wall side of a building's framework, and then a rear-fitting panel, which has a vertical furring strip member arranged on the back side of one of the exterior wall surface materials, is positioned within the opening, and the rear-fitting panel is supported on a wind-resistant beam near the bottom edge of the opening by casters temporarily attached to the lower side of the vertical furring strip, and the rear-fitting panel is moved to the opening of the adjacent temporary opening-forming exterior wall panel. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2019-112905 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2023-9725 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, the above Patent Document 1 does not disclose moving the rear-fitting panel to the temporary opening forming exterior wall panel. On the other hand, the above Patent Document 2 discloses a method of moving the rear-fitting panel to the temporary opening forming exterior wall panel, but this method requires supporting the rear-fitting panel on a wind-resistant beam near the bottom edge of the temporary opening, and furthermore, if the exterior wall surface material has a folded plate with a flat lower edge at the lateral end, there is a problem that the exterior wall surface material cannot be moved horizontally in the plane.
[0006] In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide an exterior wall construction method that can move a rear-fitting panel toward the intended temporary opening-forming exterior wall panel and attach it to the temporary opening in the panel, even without using a wind-resistant beam and even when the exterior wall surface material has a folded plate at its lateral end. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] In order to solve the above problems, the exterior wall construction method of the present invention is an exterior wall construction method in which a temporary opening forming exterior wall panel, in which a plurality of exterior wall surface materials are arranged vertically and the exterior wall surface materials are partially not arranged to form a temporary opening, is attached horizontally to the exterior wall side of the building frame, and then a rear-fitting panel, in which vertical furring strip members are arranged on the back surface of the exterior wall surface materials, is attached to the temporary opening from the indoor side of the building, increasing the height of the temporary opening above the height of the rear-fit panel; Lifting the rear-fitting panel at a predetermined location on the floor of the building to a position adjacent to a temporary opening of a predetermined temporary opening-forming exterior wall panel; a step of moving the lifted rear-fitting panel in a lifted position in a lateral direction of the plurality of temporary opening forming exterior wall panels to position the panel at a desired temporary opening of the temporary opening forming exterior wall panel; a step of returning the height of the temporary opening of the intended temporary opening-forming exterior wall panel to its original height and attaching the rear-fitting panel to the temporary opening of the temporary opening-forming exterior wall panel; The present invention is characterized by comprising:
[0008] With the above method, the lifted rear-fitting panel is moved in a hanging position in the horizontal direction of the multiple temporary opening-forming exterior wall panels and positioned at the temporary opening of the desired temporary opening-forming exterior wall panel, so that even without using a wind-resistant beam and even if the exterior wall surface material has a folded plate at the lateral end, the rear-fitting panel can be moved toward the desired temporary opening-forming exterior wall panel and attached to the temporary opening of that panel.
[0009] The rear-fitting panel may be moved in a suspended position using a rail member installed parallel to the temporary opening-forming exterior wall panels and at a position higher than the temporary opening on the indoor side of the temporary opening-forming exterior wall panels that are attached side by side to the exterior wall of the building's framework. In this way, the lifted rear-fitting panel can be moved accurately using the rail member.
[0010] A hook moving tool with wheels may be attached to the upper side of the rear-fitting panel that has been lifted up at the predetermined location, and the wheels may be moved laterally into the hanger rail that is the rail member, and the wheels may be rotated within the hanger rail to move the rear-fitting panel in the lifted position. In this way, the lifted rear-fitting panel can be moved smoothly by the hanger rail that is the rail member and the wheels.
[0011] The rear-fitting panel that has been lifted up at the specified location may be moved in an oblique position with its lower side facing the exterior to be positioned at the intended temporary opening of the temporary opening-forming exterior wall panel, and then the rear-fitting panel may be returned to a vertical position and attached to the temporary opening. This allows the height of the temporary opening to be made as low as possible.
[0012] A guide member may be arranged horizontally along the multiple temporary openings formed by the multiple temporary opening-forming exterior wall panels, and the indoor side of the lower part of the rear-fitting panel may be positioned on the outdoor side of the guide member to place the rear-fitting panel in an oblique position. In this way, the rear-fitting panel can be moved in an oblique position by the guide member without relying on human hands.
[0013] All of the rear fitting panels may have a water-stopping protrusion on only one of the left and right side surfaces of the rear fitting panels, which prevents the water-stopping protrusion from interfering with the rear fitting panels being brought into a vertical position from an oblique position.
[0014] After the rear-fitting panel is attached to the temporary opening of the intended temporary opening-forming exterior wall panel, a waterproofing member may be attached to the other of the left and right side surfaces of the rear-fitting panel, thereby allowing a vertical joint to be appropriately formed on the other of the left and right edges of the rear-fitting panel.
[0015] The retrofit member is an angle-shaped member having two pieces, which is inserted from the indoor side with one piece fixed to the water-stopping protrusion of the existing retrofit panel and the other piece sealing the other side of the later-attached retrofit panel. Effect of the Invention
[0016] The present invention has the advantage that, even if a wind-resistant beam is not used and even if the exterior wall surface material has a folded plate at the lateral end, the rear-fitting panel can be moved toward the intended temporary opening-forming exterior wall panel and attached to the temporary opening in that panel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0018] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the temporary opening forming exterior wall panel 5 used in this embodiment has a structure in which a plurality of horizontally long exterior wall surface materials 51 are arranged vertically and connected to each other by first base materials (vertical furring strips) 52, which are base materials, and are attached to the building frame in an integrated form. In the example shown in FIG. 1, six first base materials 52 are provided, and each first base material 52 is made of an open cross-section steel material such as a lip channel steel or a closed cross-section steel material such as a square steel pipe. In addition, the temporary opening forming exterior wall panel 5 is provided with a second base material 53 having a predetermined vertical length. The second base material 53 is connected to the first base materials 52 located above and below, straddling the area where the first base material 52 is not present (the area that becomes the temporary opening).
[0019] The exterior wall surface material 51 is, for example, a metal sandwich panel in which a non-combustible heat insulating material 51a is sandwiched between steel plates 51b and 51c, as shown in Fig. 2(A) and Fig. 2(B). When two exterior wall surface materials 51 are arranged vertically, two recesses 51d formed on the lower end surface of the exterior wall surface material 51 located in the upper stage are fitted into two protrusions 51e formed on the upper end surface of the exterior wall surface material 51 located in the lower stage, so that the upper and lower exterior wall surface materials 51 are combined so as not to be misaligned in the out-of-plane direction. In addition, the exterior wall surface material 51 has bent plates 51f at both lateral ends, and the lower edges of the bent plates 51f are flat. That is, the bent plates 51f at the lateral ends of the exterior wall surface material 51 do not have an uneven shape that matches the above-mentioned fitting uneven shape of the exterior wall surface material 51.
[0020] Also, for example, by using the base assembly frame 1 shown in Fig. 3, an exterior wall panel in which the above-mentioned multiple exterior wall surface materials 51 are arranged vertically and connected with a first base material 52 can be assembled at a location different from the exterior wall mounting location of the building frame to which the exterior wall panel is to be attached. The base assembly frame 1 is, for example, formed by assembling multiple column members 11 and beam members 12 vertically and horizontally, but the structure is not limited to that shown in Fig. 3.
[0021] After the worker sets the second base material 53 connecting the two separated first base materials 52, one above the other, on the base frame 1, the worker sets the exterior wall surface material 51 and screws or the like into the upper end side of the set exterior wall surface material 51 to fix the exterior wall surface material 51 to the previously set first base material 52. By repeating this operation, the temporary opening-forming exterior wall panel 5 is produced.
[0022] In the temporary opening forming exterior wall panel 5 shown in Fig. 3, for example, the first base material 52 is divided and separated vertically at the location where the second-highest-level exterior wall surface material 51 should be present, the uppermost exterior wall surface material 51 is attached to the upper first base material 52, the second-highest-level exterior wall surface material 51 and the first base material 52 are not attached, and all exterior wall surface materials 51 from the third level onwards are attached to the lower first base material 52. That is, the temporary opening forming exterior wall panel 5 in this example has a structure in which the exterior wall surface material 51 and the first base material 52 are not present in only the second level from the top. The temporary opening forming exterior wall panel 5 is not limited to such a structure, and may have other structures, such as the exterior wall surface material 51 and the first base material 52 being absent in only the third level from the top.
[0023] As mentioned above, the temporary opening forming exterior wall panel 5 is provided with the second base material 53 having a predetermined vertical length. The second base material 53 is connected to the first base material 52 located above and below, straddling the portion where the first base material 52 is not present (the portion that becomes the temporary opening). The second base material 53 can be attached to the first base material 52 using the ground assembly frame 1, but it is preferable to integrate the base material by ground assembly at a stage before setting the base material on the ground assembly frame 1. The second base material 53 is detachably attached to the first base material 52, and can be removed once after the temporary opening forming exterior wall panel 5 is attached to the building frame 7.
[0024] The first base material 52 is made, for example, of a lip channel steel having two opposing surfaces and a closed surface portion connecting these opposing surfaces, and the exterior wall surface material 51 is fixed with screws on one side of the opposing surfaces.
[0025] 4, the building frame 7 to which the temporary opening-forming exterior wall panel 5 is attached includes, for example, a roof beam 71 supporting a roof 7A, a wind-resistant beam 72, a roof-side exterior wall fixed beam 72A, and a floor beam 73. When attaching the temporary opening-forming exterior wall panel 5 to the building frame 7, for example, the other side of the opposing surface portion of the first base material 52 is fixed to the wind-resistant beam 72, the roof-side exterior wall fixed beam 72A, the floor beam 73, and the like in the building frame 7 using fasteners 4, angles 400, and the like.
[0026] For example, the second base material 53 is also a channel steel, and is attached to the first base material 52 at a lateral position in the horizontal plane by facing its closed surface to the closed surface of the first base material 52. The closed surface has bolt insertion holes formed at a predetermined pitch, for example, and the second base material 53 is detachably attached to the first base material 52 by bolts and nuts sewn through the bolt insertion holes. Note that even if the first base material 52 and the second base material 53 are square steel pipes having a closed cross-sectional shape, a similar bolt-based attachment structure can be used. The above-mentioned structure for detachment is not limited to a structure using bolts and nuts.
[0027] As described above, after the first base material 52 of the exterior wall surface material 51 is fixed to the building frame 7, the second base material 53 is removed from the first base material 52. Since the first base material 52 is fixed to the building frame 7 as described above, even if the second base material 53 is removed from the first base material 52, the exterior wall surface material 51 does not come off from the building frame 7. By removing the second base material 53 from the first base material 52 in this manner, a temporary opening where the second base material 53 does not exist in a place where the exterior wall surface material 51 does not exist is formed as shown in FIG. 5, that is, an opening that is not blocked by a base material and can be used during construction. An example of use during construction is taking out scaffolding from the indoor side.
[0028] The first base material 52 of the exterior wall surface material 51 located above the temporary opening (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the temporary opening) is connected to the roof-side exterior wall fixed beam 72A when the temporary opening is used, that is, when the second base material 53 is removed from the first base material 52. The first base material 52 of the exterior wall surface material 51 located below the temporary opening is connected to the wind-resistant beam 72 and the existing exterior wall panel below. The exterior wall surface material 51 and first base material 52 located below are more stable when the wind-resistant beam 72 is as close as possible to the bottom end of the temporary opening, and it is more stable when there are two wind-resistant beams as shown in FIG. 5.
[0029] 6, one horizontally disposed piece of an L-angle 72a is welded to the lower part of the roof-side exterior wall fixed beam 72A, and the other vertically disposed piece of this L-angle 72a faces the outdoors and faces the first base material 52. The head of a base 72b incorporating a bolt 72c is welded to the underside of one of the pieces of this L-angle 72a.
[0030] The fastener 4 includes an L-angle 4a, a nut 4b, a spacer 4d, and a spacer bolt 4c. The spacer 4d forms a gap between the vertical piece of the L-angle 4a and the first base material 52, and the other piece of the L-angle 72a can be inserted into this gap. A vertical insertion hole is formed in the horizontal piece of the L-angle 4a, and the bolt 72c is inserted into this insertion hole, and the load of the uppermost exterior wall panel part can be received by the nut 4b. In addition, by adjusting the vertical position of the nut 4b, the uppermost exterior wall panel part can be moved up and down. In addition, a screw hole is formed in the horizontal piece of the L-angle 4a in the vertical direction at a position on the back side of the paper surface of FIG. 6, and a bolt (not shown) is screwed into this screw hole from below. By screwing in this bolt, the tip of the upper part can be pressed against the lower surface of one side of the L-angle 72a.
[0031] Next, the installation of the rear-fitting panel 501 to the temporary opening will be described. In this embodiment, a temporary-opening-forming exterior wall panel 5, which is made up of a plurality of exterior wall surface materials 51 arranged vertically and which can form a temporary opening by partially not placing the exterior wall surface materials 51, is installed horizontally in a row on the exterior wall side of the building's framework, and then the rear-fitting panel 501, which has vertical furring strip members 502 arranged on the back surface of the exterior wall surface materials 51, is attached to the temporary opening from the indoor side of the building.
[0032] As shown in Fig. 7, a lifting device 3 for lifting the rear-fitting panel 501 is placed on the top floor of the building after the temporary opening has been used. This lifting device 3 includes an electric winch 31 (or a manual type such as a chain block) for winding up a wire 31a, a pulley 32 to which the wire 31a is hung, a single pipe 33 for supporting the pulley 32, and a support 34 for supporting the single pipe 33. The support 34 is temporarily fixed, for example, by a bolt or the like to a connecting material 78 that connects between the roof beam 71 and the roof-side exterior wall fixed beam 72A.
[0033] The rear-fitting panel 501 can be assembled on a movable fabrication platform 2 equipped with a rotating mechanism arranged on the top floor of the building so that the exterior wall surface side faces upward and is approximately horizontal. With the exterior wall surface side facing outdoors, the rear-fitting panel 501 is connected to the upper end side of the rear-fitting panel 501 by a wire 31a, and then removed from the movable fabrication platform 2 and lifted up by a lifting device 3. The tip side of the wire 31a is formed, for example, in a bifurcated shape, and is engaged with the upper end sides of the vertical furring strip members 502 of the rear-fitting panel 501 that are spaced apart from each other.
[0034] The rear-fitting panel 501 is lifted up by the lifting device 3 at a specific location where the temporary-opening-forming exterior wall panel 5 located at the endmost side is located, to a position near the temporary opening of the temporary-opening-forming exterior wall panel 5. Then, as shown in Fig. 8, it is moved laterally along the exterior wall surface. By this movement, the rear-fitting panel 501 lifted up at the specific location passes through the outdoor side of each main pillar 700 at the location where the main pillars 700 are arranged, and is moved to the desired location.
[0035] In this embodiment, a hooking and moving device 81 is attached to the upper end side of the vertical furring strips spaced apart from each other of the raised rear-fitting panel 501. This hooking and moving device 81 has a hanging rod portion 81a fastened to the upper end side portion of the vertical furring strips, and a double wheel 81b provided at the upper end of this hanging rod portion 81a. The upper end of this hanging rod portion 81a is connected to the shaft portion between the double wheels 81b. In addition, a hanger rail 82, which is a rail member, is disposed at a location adjacent to the specific location and where the double wheel 81b moves. This hanger rail 82 is supported by a single pipe 83. The single pipe 83 is supported by a fixing device 84, and this fixing device 84 is temporarily fixed to the roof side exterior wall fixed beam 72A by a bolt or the like.
[0036] The rear-fitting panel 501 that has been pulled up at the specific location is supported by the indoor side rising portion 80a of the temporary support member 80, as shown in Fig. 9. For example, the rear-fitting panel 501 is supported by the temporary support member 80 by hooking the recess between the wheels of the double wheels 81b of the hooking and moving device 81 attached to the upper end side of the rear-fitting panel 501 onto the indoor side rising portion 80a. The temporary support member 80 is made up of an opposing indoor side rising portion 80a and an outdoor side rising portion 80b, and a connecting portion 80c that connects these rising portions 80a, 80b. The temporary support member 80 is also supported by, for example, a single pipe 33 or a support 34.
[0037] As shown in Fig. 10(A), a cover member 801 may be fixed to the outdoor-side rising portion 80b of the temporary support member 80 with a bolt 802, and the indoor side surface of the indoor side wheel of the double wheel 81b may be covered with this cover member 801 to prevent the double wheel 81b from falling off from the indoor side rising portion 80a of the temporary support member 80. Alternatively, as shown in Fig. 10(B), a cover member 803 may be fixed to the outdoor-side rising portion 80b of the temporary support member 80 with a bolt 802, and the indoor side surface and the lower peripheral side of the indoor side wheel of the double wheel 81b may be covered with this cover member 801 to prevent the double wheel 81b from falling off from the indoor side rising portion 80a of the temporary support member 80. A hinge 804 may be provided so that the portion covering the indoor side surface and the lower peripheral side of the indoor side wheel of the double wheel 81b can be opened and closed while the cover member 803 is fixed with the bolt 802.
[0038] After the rear-fitting panel 501 is supported by the indoor side rising portion 80a by the hooking and moving tool 81, the wire 31a is removed from the rear-fitting panel 501 and the pulley 32. Then, the hooking and moving tool 81 is moved horizontally along the indoor side rising portion 80a in parallel with the exterior wall surface. The temporary support member 80 is positioned adjacent to the hanger rail 82 so that the indoor side rising portion 80a is positioned between the wheel receiving plates of the hanger rail 82. When the hooking and moving tool 81 is moved, the double wheels 81b of the temporary support member 80 on one side are transferred to the inside of the hanger rail 82, and the hanging rod portion 81a hangs down from between the wheel receiving plates of the hanger rail 82. By further moving the hooking and moving tool 81, the rear-fitting panel 501 can be suspended and moved along the hanger rail 82 to be placed in a position near the target temporary opening.
[0039] When the rear-fitting panel 501 is moved, the lower side of the vertical furring strip member 502 on the back side of the rear-fitting panel 501 is brought into contact with the outdoor side of the single pipe 85 serving as a guide member. In other words, the rear-fitting panel 501 is supported by the single pipe 85, and is moved in an oblique position with its height reduced. The use of a single pipe trolley (not shown) can ensure smooth movement of the rear-fitting panel 501 and prevent it from falling off. The single pipe 85 can be temporarily fixed to a stud arranged between the main pillars using a fixture, for example.
[0040] When fitting the rear-fitting panel 501 into the temporary opening, it is necessary to use the fasteners 4 to lift up the exterior wall surface material 51 and the first base material 52 located above the rear-fitting panel 501 so that the upper height position of the temporary opening is higher than the upper height position of the rear-fitting panel 501. If this lifting height were made higher, the rear-fitting panel 501 could be moved in a vertical position, but in this embodiment, in order to keep the lifting height as low as possible, the rear-fitting panel 501 is moved in an oblique position as described above.
[0041] Once the rear-fitting panel 501 has been positioned near the intended temporary opening, it is returned to a vertical position as shown in Fig. 11. If water-stopping protrusions 501a (see also Fig. 9) are provided on both the left and right side surfaces (vertical joint forming portions) of the rear-fitting panel 501, the water-stopping protrusions 501a of the rear-fitting panel 501 in this diagonal position interfere with the water-stopping protrusions 501a of the existing rear-fitting panel 501 (shown by virtual lines in Fig. 11), and the rear-fitting panel 501 in this diagonal position cannot reach the specified position of the intended temporary opening. Therefore, each rear-fitting panel 501 is structured such that the water-stopping protrusions 501a on one of the left and right side surfaces are cut off or are not provided from the beginning.
[0042] On the other hand, the rear-fitting panel 501, like the other exterior wall surface materials 51, has a recess 51d, which is a lower side engagement portion, on the lower side of the rear-fitting panel 501, so that the recess 51d, which is the lower side engagement portion of the rear-fitting panel 501, can be engaged with the protrusion 51e on the upper side of the exterior wall surface material 51 already installed on the underside of the rear-fitting panel 501.
[0043] Next, the upper exterior wall surface material 51 is lowered using the fastener 4 (the height of the temporary opening is returned to its original height). This lowering operation causes the protrusion 51e, which is the engagement portion on the upper side of the rear fitting panel 501, to engage with the recess 51d on the lower side of the exterior wall surface material 51 located above the rear fitting panel 501.
[0044] After fitting the rear-fitting panel 501 into the temporary opening in this manner, the second base material 53, which has been temporarily removed (not shown), is connected to the vertical furring strip member 502 of the rear-fitting panel 501, and this second base material 53 is then connected to the first base materials 52 of the upper and lower exterior wall panel materials 51.
[0045] 12, after the water-stopping protrusion 501a on one side of the existing rear-fitting panel 501 is butted against the side of the other side of the rear-fitting panel 501 to be installed later, from which the water-stopping protrusion 501a will be cut off, an angle-shaped member 503 (a retrofitting member for water-stopping) having two pieces measuring, for example, 15 mm×15 mm is inserted from the indoor side, one piece is fixed to the water-stopping protrusion 501a on one side of the existing rear-fitting panel 501 with a screw 504, and the other piece closes the other side of the rear-fitting panel 501. The plate thickness of the angle-shaped member 503 is, for example, about 0.5 mm, the same as the surface steel plate of the metal sandwich panel.
[0046] In the above embodiment, the rear-fitting panel 501 is in an oblique position as described above in order to reduce the lift height of the exterior wall surface material 51 located above the rear-fitting panel 501. On the other hand, if the method of increasing the lift height and moving the rear-fitting panel 501 while hanging it in a vertical position is adopted, the lift height becomes very high. However, if the rear-fitting panel 501 can be moved while hanging it in a vertical position in this way, it is not necessary to cut off the water-stopping protrusion 501a on the other side of the rear-fitting panel 501.
