Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a hanging device for swinging jewelry, which is used to suspend a decorative part, such as various decorative elements such as jewels, in an ornament that enhances its decorativeness by swinging, and to a swinging jewelry using the same. [Background technology]
[0002] In the past, there have been proposed a suspending device for a swinging accessory for suspending various ornaments swingably from a wearing device for attaching the ornaments to the wearer's body, and a swinging accessory using the suspending device. That is, by suspending an ornament from such a suspending device for a swinging accessory, the ornament swings when the wearer moves his or her body, and the degree of light reflection of the ornament changes, changing or increasing its brilliance, thereby enhancing the decorativeness of the accessory.
[0003] The following have been proposed as such swinging accessory suspenders and swinging accessories using the same: First, in a personal ornament comprising an accessory main body to which a circular connector is attached, and a jewel case that houses a jewel and has a circular connector attached in an appropriate position, the circular connectors are connected together so that the jewel case can swing, one or both of the circular connectors of the accessory main body and the circular connectors of the jewel case are made of a thin plate material with a thickness of 0.3 mm or less, so that when the corners of the end of the thin plate material rub against the other circular connector, extremely fine vibrations are generated, and the thin plate material itself flexes and vibrates, allowing the jewel to swing extremely finely (see, for example, Patent Document 1 below). Also, a swinging accessory has been proposed, characterized in that at least one of the linkage parts of a hanging ring supported by a human body or clothing, or a hanging ring attached to a swinging body, is made to have a plate-shaped cross section, and the part of this plate-shaped part that links and contacts with the other side is sharpened to have a convex arc-shaped cross section (see, for example, Patent Document 2 below). Also, a ring support structure has been proposed, which includes an upper ring having a circumferential arc part at its lower end, and a lower ring that links with the upper ring and is supported swingably on the arc part of the upper ring, in which the inner peripheral surface of the upper end of the lower ring is supported on both sides in the ring width direction by the inner peripheral surface of the arc part of the upper ring, and a curved surface part is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the arc part of the upper ring in the ring width direction, and the inner peripheral surface of the lower ring on both sides in the ring width direction is in point contact with this curved surface part (see, for example, Patent Document 3 below). [0004] [Patent Document 1] Utility Model Registration No. 3206308 [Patent Document 2] JP 2005-58371 A [Patent Document 3] Patent No. 6422605 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, in the above-mentioned conventional swinging ornament suspender or swinging ornament, the circumferential direction of the lower ring is the same as the swinging direction of the lower ring, so the position where the upper ring and the lower ring interlock may move. This causes a problem that the swing of the decorative part ends in a short period of time. In addition, there is a problem that the upper ring and the lower ring rotate relative to each other, making it impossible to swing the ornament in a fixed direction. Therefore, the first problem that the present invention aims to solve is to make the swing of the decorative part last for a long period of time and to swing the decorative part stably in a fixed direction in a swinging ornament suspender for a swinging ornament that suspends the decorative part swinging.
[0006] In addition, in the above-mentioned prior art suspenders for swinging ornaments or swinging ornaments, those that swing the decorative part in the front and back direction of the wearer have been proposed. However, there is a problem that it is difficult for the viewer to recognize the swing of the decorative body, especially when the wearer and the viewer face each other. Therefore, the second problem that the present invention aims to solve is to make it easier for the viewer to recognize the swing of the decorative part in a suspender for swinging ornaments that swings the decorative part.
[0007] Furthermore, in the above-mentioned conventional swinging ornament suspenders or swinging ornaments, the orientation of the decorative part may change depending on the angle at which the attachment touches the wearer's body when worn. Therefore, the third problem that the present invention aims to solve is to make the orientation of the decorative part constant for a swinging ornament suspender for suspending the decorative part in a swinging ornament in which the decorative part swings.
[0008] The above-mentioned swinging ornament according to the prior art has a problem in that when a wearer wears the swinging ornament, the decorative part comes into contact with the wearer's body, etc., which causes an impediment to the swinging of the decorative part. Therefore, the fourth problem that the present invention aims to solve is to smoothly swing the decorative part of a swinging ornament in which the decorative part is swingably suspended by a swinging ornament suspender. [Means for solving the problem]
[0009] The present invention has been proposed to solve the above problems, and has the following configuration. In the following, the numbers and symbols shown in the drawings attached to this application will be described together to assist in understanding the configuration of the present invention.
[0010] The suspending device for a swinging accessory (1) according to claim 1 is a suspending device for suspending a decorative part (B) that exhibits decorativeness in a swinging accessory (A) in which the decorative part (B) swings, and is a suspending device for connecting the decorative part (B) to an attachment part (C) for attaching the swinging accessory (A) to the wearer's body. The suspending device for a swinging accessory (1) is composed of a first suspending member (2) and a second suspending member (3), and the first suspending member (2) crosses over the second suspending member (3) so as to support it from below, connecting the first suspending member (2) and the second suspending member (3). At the point where the first hanging member (2) intersects with the second hanging member (3), a curved surface is formed in the direction intersecting with the second hanging member (3), and the second hanging member (3) is in contact with angular portions formed at both ends in the direction in which the second hanging member (3) intersects. At the point where the second hanging member (3) intersects with the first hanging member (2), a curved surface is formed in the direction in which the first hanging member (2) intersects.
[0011] The swinging ornament hanging device (1) of claim 2 is the swinging ornament hanging device (1) described in claim 1, wherein the second hanging member (3) is formed tapered relative to the first hanging member (2) at the point where it intersects with the first hanging member (2).
[0012] The swinging ornament hanging device (1) of claim 3 is the swinging ornament hanging device (1) described in claim 1, wherein the first hanging member (2) is arranged so that the direction in which it intersects with the second hanging member (3) is parallel to the left and right of the wearer, and the second hanging member (3) is arranged so that the direction in which it intersects with the first hanging member (2) is parallel to the front and back of the wearer.
[0013] The swinging accessory suspending device (1) according to claim 4 is the swinging accessory suspending device (1) according to claim 1, in which the first suspending member (2) is connected to the mounting part (C) via the mounting part connecting part (C1), and the mounting part connecting part (C1) crosses so as to support the first suspending member (2) from below, and the mounting part connecting part (C1) engages with the first suspending member (2). At the point where the first suspending member (2) intersects with the mounting part connecting part (C1), the mounting part connecting part (C1) is in contact with angular parts formed at both ends in the direction in which the mounting part connecting part (C1) intersects. At the point where the mounting part connecting part (C1) intersects with the first suspending member (2), the mounting part connecting part (C1) is in contact with both ends in the direction in which the first suspending member (2) intersects, and a gap is provided between the both ends.
[0014] The swinging ornament (A) according to claim 5 is an swinging ornament in which a decorative part (B) and a mounting part (C) are connected by a swinging ornament hanging device (1) described in any one of claims 1 to 4.
[0015] The swinging ornament (A) of claim 6 is the swinging ornament (A) described in claim 5, wherein the attachment part (C) is provided with a space forming part (C2) for forming a space between the wearer and the swinging ornament hanging device (1) when the wearer wears the swinging ornament (A).
[0016] The swinging ornament (A) of claim 7 is the swinging ornament (A) described in claim 5, and is arranged so that the point where the first hanging member (2) and the second hanging member (3) are in contact is approximately horizontal when the swinging ornament (A) is worn by a wearer. Effect of the Invention
[0017] The swinging ornament suspender (1) according to the present invention and the swinging ornament (A) using the same are configured as described above, and therefore can provide the following effects.
[0018] First, in the suspending device for swinging jewelry (1) according to claim 1, a curved surface is formed in the direction intersecting with the second suspending member (3) at the point where the first suspending member (2) intersects with the second suspending member (3), and the second suspending member (3) comes into contact with the angular portions formed at both ends in the direction in which the second suspending member (3) intersects, so that the second suspending member (3) swings in the direction intersecting with the first suspending member (2), and therefore the position where the first suspending member (2) and the second suspending member (3) intersect can be prevented from changing. In addition, the first suspending member (2) and the second suspending member (3) do not rotate relative to each other. Therefore, the suspending device for swinging ornament (1) of claim 1 is a suspending device for swinging ornament that suspends a decorative part in a swinging ornament in a swingable manner, and is capable of solving the first problem that the present invention aims to solve, which is to enable the decorative part to swing for a long period of time and to stably swing the decorative part in a fixed direction.
[0019] In particular, in the swinging accessory suspender (1) according to claim 2, the second suspending member (3) is tapered relative to the first suspending member (2) at the intersection with the first suspending member (2), thereby reducing contact with the first suspending member (2). This allows the decorative part to swing for a longer period of time, which is suitable for solving the first problem that the present invention is intended to solve.
[0020] The suspending device for swinging ornament (1) according to claim 3 is arranged so that the direction in which the first suspending member (2) intersects with the second suspending member (3) is parallel to the left and right of the wearer, and the direction in which the second suspending member (3) intersects with the first suspending member (2) is parallel to the front and back of the wearer, so that when the decorative part (B) swings, it swings laterally relative to the wearer's body. Therefore, the suspending device for swinging ornament (1) according to claim 3 can solve the second problem that the present invention aims to solve, which is to make it easier for a viewer to recognize the swing of the decorative part, in a suspending device for swinging ornament for suspending the decorative part in a swinging ornament.
[0021] In the swinging ornament hanging device (1) of claim 4, a first hanging member (2) is connected to the mounting part (C) via the mounting part connecting part (C1), the mounting part connecting part (C1) crosses so as to support the first hanging member (2) from below, and the mounting part connecting part (C1) engages with the first hanging member (2), and at the point where the first hanging member (2) intersects with the mounting part connecting part (C1), the mounting part connecting part (C1) contacts angular parts formed on both ends in the direction in which the mounting part connecting part (C1) intersects, and at the point where the mounting part connecting part (C1) intersects with the first hanging member (2), the mounting part connecting part (C1) contacts both ends in the direction in which the first hanging member (2) intersects, and a gap is provided between the both ends, so that the first hanging member (2) can be rotated only in the direction in which the mounting part connecting part (C1) intersects. In this way, the first suspending member (2) is pulled by gravity, so that the decorative part (B) can be oriented vertically regardless of the angle at which the attachment part (C) contacts the wearer's body. Therefore, the suspending device for a swinging ornament (1) according to claim 4 can solve the third problem that the present invention aims to solve, which is to keep the orientation of the decorative part constant in a suspending device for a swinging ornament that suspends the decorative part so that the decorative part can swing.
[0022] The swinging ornament (A) according to claim 6 has a space forming part (C2) for forming a space between the wearer and the swinging ornament suspender (1) so that the wearer and the decorative part (B) do not come into contact with each other when the wearer wears the swinging ornament (A) on the mounting part (C). In this way, the swinging ornament (A) can separate the decorative part (B) from the wearer's body, reducing the risk of the decorative part (B) coming into contact with the wearer's body, etc., and can swing the decorative part (B) smoothly. Therefore, the swinging ornament (A) according to claim 6 can solve the fourth problem that the present invention aims to solve, which is to smoothly swing the decorative part of a swinging ornament in which the decorative part is swingably suspended by a swinging ornament suspender.
[0023] The swinging ornament (A) according to claim 7 is arranged so that the contact points between the first suspending member (2) and the second suspending member (3) are approximately horizontal when the swinging ornament (A) is worn by a wearer. This stabilizes the swinging of the decorative part (B), which is suitable for solving the first problem that the present invention is intended to solve. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0025] Hereinafter, a swinging ornament suspender (1) according to a first embodiment of the present invention and a swinging ornament (A) using the same will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0026] 1 to 5, a suspending device for a swinging ornament (1) according to a first embodiment of the present invention is a suspending device for suspending a decorative part (B) that exhibits decorativeness in a swinging ornament (A) in which the decorative part (B) swings, and is a suspending device for connecting the decorative part (B) to an attachment part (C) for attaching the swinging ornament (A) to the wearer's body. That is, the suspending device for a swinging ornament (1) is composed of a first suspending member (2) and a second suspending member (3), and the first suspending member (2) crosses over the second suspending member (3) so as to support it from below, connecting the first suspending member (2) and the second suspending member (3).
[0027] As shown in Figures 1 to 5, the first hanging member (2) has a curved surface in the direction intersecting with the second hanging member (3) at the intersection with the second hanging member (3), and the second hanging member (3) is in contact with the angular portions formed at both ends in the direction in which the second hanging member (3) intersects. Specifically, the first hanging member (2) can be formed in a plate shape as shown in Figure 4 or in a U-shaped vertical cross section as shown in Figure 5 at the intersection with the second hanging member (3), so that angular portions can be formed at both ends in the direction in which the second hanging member (3) intersects. As the first hanging member (2), for example, a horizontally elongated annular member when viewed from the front, formed by bending a metal thin plate member having a rectangular or U-shaped vertical cross section, can be used, but is not limited to such a form. When such a member is used as the first hanging member (2), a curved surface is formed in the circumferential direction at the intersection with the second hanging member (3), and the second hanging member (3) is in contact with the first hanging member (2) in the short width direction. Note that, although both ends are formed parallel to each other in Figures 4 and 5, an incline may be provided between the both ends.
[0028] As shown in Figures 1 to 5, the second hanging member (3) has a curved surface formed in the direction of intersection of the first hanging member (2) at the intersection with the first hanging member (2). As the second hanging member (3), for example, an annular member formed by bending a cylindrical member made of metal can be used. When such a member is used as the second hanging member (3), a curved surface is formed in the circumferential direction at the intersection with the first hanging member (2).
[0029] In the swinging accessory suspender (1), a curved surface is formed in the direction intersecting with the second suspending member (3) at the point where the first suspending member (2) intersects with the second suspending member (3), and the second suspending member (3) comes into contact with the angular portions formed at both ends in the direction in which the second suspending member (3) intersects, so that the second suspending member (3) swings in the direction intersecting with the first suspending member (2), i.e., in the left-right direction in FIG. 3, and the position where the first suspending member (2) and the second suspending member (3) intersect can be prevented from changing. In addition, the first suspending member (2) and the second suspending member (3) do not rotate relative to each other. Therefore, the swinging of the decorative part (B) can be maintained for a long period of time, and the decorative part (B) can be stably swung in a fixed direction.
[0030] In particular, the second hanging member (3) is tapered with respect to the first hanging member (2) at the intersection with the first hanging member (2) as shown in FIG. 3. For example, when the above-mentioned annular member is used as the second hanging member (3), its inner peripheral surface is tapered. In this case, it may be tapered around the entire circumference, but it is sufficient to tapered only at the intersection with the first hanging member (2). Forming the second hanging member (3) in this manner is preferable because it is possible to reduce contact between the first hanging member (2) and the second hanging member (3).
[0031] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the swinging accessory suspender (1) is arranged so that the direction in which the first suspending member (2) intersects with the second suspending member (3) is parallel to the left and right of the wearer, and the direction in which the second suspending member (3) intersects with the first suspending member (2) is parallel to the front and back of the wearer. That is, when the above-mentioned horizontally elongated elliptical annular member is used as the first suspending member (2), it is arranged so that its length direction (the direction of the double arrow in Figure 1) is parallel to the left and right of the wearer, as shown in Figure 1, and when the second suspending member (3) is used as an annular member, it is arranged so that its horizontal diameter direction (the direction of the double arrow in Figure 2) is parallel to the front and back of the wearer, as shown in Figure 2. Therefore, when the decorative part (B) swings, it swings laterally with respect to the wearer's body, that is, left and right in Figure 3. Therefore, the swinging accessory suspender (1) can make it easier for the viewer to recognize the swinging of the decorative part (B).
[0032] The decorative part (B), as shown in Figures 1 and 2, is a member for bringing out the decorativeness of the swinging ornament (1), and various decorative objects such as jewels and medals can be used. In the swinging ornament (1) shown in Figures 1 and 2, the second hanging member (3) and the decorative part (B) are formed as separate objects and then joined together, but the second hanging member (3) itself can also be provided with decorativeness, and the second hanging member (3) and the decorative part (B) can be formed as an integrated object.
[0033] As shown in Figures 1 and 6, the mounting portion (C) is a member formed from a flat metal plate and having a circular or elliptical ring shape when viewed from the front, but there are no particular limitations on its material or shape, and it is also optional whether or not it is decorative.
[0034] The mounting part (C) is provided with a space forming part (C2) for forming a space between the wearer and the swinging accessory suspender (1) so that the wearer and the decorative part (B) do not come into contact when the wearer wears the swinging accessory (A). That is, as shown in Fig. 2, the mounting part (C) is provided with an arm-like part that extends forward from the wearer when the wearer wears the swinging accessory (A) as the space forming part (C2), and the decorative part (B) is suspended from the front end of the arm-like part via the swinging accessory suspender (1). In this way, the swinging accessory (A) can separate the decorative part (B) from the wearer's body, reducing the risk of the decorative part coming into contact with the wearer's body, etc., and the decorative part (B) can be smoothly swung.
[0035] 6 and 7, the mounting part (C) is formed by connecting two ring-shaped members with multiple columnar members, and the multiple columnar members serve as the spacer (C2), and the decorative part (B) is suspended from the front ring-shaped member via the swinging accessory suspender (1). In this way, the swinging accessory (A) can pull the decorative part (B) away from the wearer's body with which the rear ring-shaped member is in contact, reducing the risk of the decorative part (B) coming into contact with the wearer's body, etc., and allowing the decorative part (B) to swing smoothly.
[0036] The swinging ornament (A) is provided so that the contact points between the first suspending member (2) and the second suspending member (3) are approximately horizontal when the swinging ornament (A) is worn by a wearer. That is, the attachment part (C) may have a shape that is inclined from the top to the bottom at the part that contacts the wearer's body, from the wearer's body side to the decorative part (B) side, as shown in Fig. 2. Alternatively, as shown in Fig. 8, the first suspending member (2) may be provided on the attachment part (C) so that the first suspending member (2) is inclined so that the lower part of the first suspending member (2) is closer to the wearer's body than the upper part when the wearer wears the swinging ornament (A). This is preferable because when the wearer wears the swinging ornament (A), particularly when the swinging ornament (A) is a necklace and is worn around the wearer's chest, the point where the first hanging member (2) and the second hanging member (3) are in contact becomes horizontal or nearly so, stabilizing the swing of the decorative part (B).
[0037] Furthermore, when the swinging ornament (1) is provided as a necklace, as shown in Fig. 2 or 10, a hole may be provided in the attachment part (C) to serve as a long member attachment part (C3), through which a long member such as a string or chain may be inserted so that the wearer can hang the swinging ornament (1) around his / her neck. Alternatively, instead of providing a separate long member attachment part (C3), the spacing part (C2) may also serve as the long member attachment part (C3), as shown in Figs. 6 and 7. Although the attachment part (C) and the first hanging member (2) are shown as separate entities in the figures, they may be formed as an integrated unit, and the first hanging member (2) may also serve as the attachment part (C).
[0038] In the case of a swinging accessory (A) in which the decorative part (B) and the wearing part (C) are connected by the swinging accessory suspending device (1) as described above, the decorative part (B) swings stably in a certain direction when the wearer moves his / her body, and the swinging can be made to last for a longer period of time, so that the degree of light reflection on the decorative part (B) changes, and the brightness changes or increases, thereby increasing the decorativeness of the swinging accessory (A). Furthermore, the swinging accessory suspending device (1) may connect the decorative part (B) and the wearing part (C) alone, but may also connect multiple parts, with no particular limit on the number. Connecting the decorative part (B) and the wearing part (C) with multiple swinging accessory suspending devices (1) is preferable because it allows the decorative part (B) to swing more stably.
[0039] The above is an explanation of the suspending device for a swinging ornament (1) according to the first embodiment of the present invention and the swinging ornament (A) using the same. Below, the suspending device for a swinging ornament (1) according to the second embodiment of the present invention and the swinging ornament (A) using the same will be explained based on the attached drawings. The suspending device for a swinging ornament (1) according to the second embodiment of the present invention and the swinging ornament (A) using the same are the same as the suspending device for a swinging ornament (1) according to the first embodiment and the swinging ornament (A) using the same, except for the following points.
[0040] As shown in Figures 9 to 12, the swinging ornament hanging device (1) has a first hanging member (2) connected to the mounting part (C) via the mounting part connecting part (C1), and the mounting part connecting part (C1) crosses so as to support the first hanging member (2) from below, and the mounting part connecting part (C1) engages with the first hanging member (2).
[0041] As shown in Figures 9 to 12, at the intersection of the first hanging member (2) with the mounting portion connecting portion (C1), the mounting portion connecting portion (C1) is in contact with angular portions formed at both ends in the direction in which the mounting portion connecting portion (C1) intersects. As the first hanging member (2), for example, a horizontally elongated elliptical annular member in front view formed by bending a thin metal plate member having a rectangular vertical cross section can be used. When such a member is used as the first hanging member (2), at the intersection with the mounting portion connecting portion (C1), a curved surface is formed in the circumferential direction, and the mounting portion connecting portion (C1) is in contact in the short width direction.
[0042] As shown in Figures 9 to 12, the mounting part connecting part (C1) is in contact with both ends of the first hanging member (2) in the crossing direction at the intersection point with the first hanging member (2), and a gap is provided between the both ends. For example, as shown in the figures, a ring-shaped member having a horizontally elongated elliptical shape in side view formed by bending a thin metal plate member having a rectangular or horizontally elongated elliptical cross section can be used as the mounting part connecting part (C1). The mounting part connecting part (C1) is provided at the front end of the arm-shaped gap forming part (C2) provided on the mounting part (C), and the swinging jewelry hanging device (1) and the decorative part (B) are suspended through it. In the figures, the mounting part (C) and the mounting part connecting part (C1) are shown as separate entities, but it is also possible to form them as an integral body and have the mounting part connecting part (C1) serve as the mounting part (C).
[0043] In the swinging jewelry hanging device (1), the attachment part connecting part (C1) crosses to support the first hanging member (2) from below, and the attachment part connecting part (C1) engages with the first hanging member (2), and at the point where the first hanging member (2) intersects with the attachment part connecting part (C1), the attachment part connecting part (C1) contacts angular parts formed on both ends in the direction in which the attachment part connecting part (C1) intersects, and at the point where the attachment part connecting part (C1) intersects with the first hanging member (2), the attachment part connecting part (C1) contacts both ends in the direction in which the first hanging member (2) intersects, and a gap is provided between the both ends, so that the first hanging member (2) can be rotated only in the direction in which the attachment part connecting part (C1) intersects. In this way, the first hanging member (2) is pulled by gravity, so that the decorative part (B) can be oriented vertically regardless of the angle at which the mounting part (C) contacts the wearer's body.
[0044] The above is an explanation of the suspending device for a swinging ornament (1) according to the second embodiment of the present invention and the swinging ornament (A) using the same. Below, the suspending device for a swinging ornament (1) according to the third embodiment of the present invention and the swinging ornament (A) using the same will be explained based on the attached drawings. The suspending device for a swinging ornament (1) according to the third embodiment of the present invention and the swinging ornament (A) using the same are the same as the suspending device for a swinging ornament (1) according to the first or second embodiment and the swinging ornament (A) using the same, except for the following points.
[0045] As shown in Fig. 13, the first hanging member (2) is a member with an arc-shaped recess in the center and arms extending linearly outward from both ends, and can be formed by curving a thin metal plate member with a rectangular cross section. When such a member is used as the first hanging member (2), the portion where it intersects with the second hanging member (3) is formed as an arc-shaped recess, a curved surface is formed in the circumferential direction, and the second hanging member (3) comes into contact with it in the short width direction.
[0046] 13 and 14, the mounting part (C) is bowl-shaped with an opening downward when viewed from the front, and has circular through-holes formed on both sides as mounting part connecting parts (C1). The arms of the first hanging member (2) are inserted into the mounting part connecting parts (C1).
[0047] As shown in Figures 13 and 14, the swinging accessory hanging device (1) has the attachment part connecting part (C1) intersecting to support the first hanging member (2) from below, and the attachment part connecting part (C1) and the first hanging member (2) are engaged, and at the point where the first hanging member (2) intersects with the attachment part connecting part (C1), the attachment part connecting part (C1) is in contact with the angular parts formed on both ends in the direction in which the attachment part connecting part (C1) intersects, so that the first hanging member (2) can be rotated only in the direction in which the attachment part connecting part (C1) intersects. Then, by the first hanging member (2) being pulled by gravity, the decorative part (B) can be oriented vertically regardless of the angle at which the attachment part (C) contacts the wearer's body.
[0048] Furthermore, when providing an attachment part connection part as described above, as in the case of the swinging ornament (A) using the swinging ornament hanging device (1) of the first embodiment described above, the attachment part (C) does not need to have a shape that slopes from above to below, from the wearer's body side to the decorative part (B) side, at the part that comes into contact with the wearer's body, as shown in Figure 14.
[0049] Furthermore, when the swinging ornament (1) is provided as a necklace, as shown in FIG. 14, a ring-shaped member may be attached to the top of the wearing part (C) as a long member attachment part (C3), and a long member such as a string member or chain may be passed through the ring-shaped member so that the wearer can hang the swinging ornament (1) around their neck.
